The parents, the McDowell family in Detroit, Michigan, have spoken out publicly against the horrific medical violence being committed against children every day across America through toxic vaccines. The names of their three children, pictured above, are Richie, Robbie and Claire. All three children were vaccinated on the same day, and within hours, they all become severely autistic.
In their own words:
On June 25th, 2007, we brought them in for the [vaccine] shot… we went in at 10 am. All three. My daughter still has the mark on her leg from the shot… we did the boys as well. By noon, Claire shut completely off. It was as if she was blind, and deaf, and complete failure to thrive, from super super happy, smiley girl to… she had full blown eye contact, and she shut right down. All she did was stare at the ceiling.
At 2:00 we watched Richie shut off. All his mama, dadda, and the furniture walking and everything just shut of. All the giggles, all the smiles, again failure to thrive. They lost all their reflexes… they stopped blinking, yawning, coughing, sneezing, they lost their startle reflex… that was 2:00.

The worst was when we saw the final one shut down. We lost Robbie, he looked like he was hit by a bus. He had a stunned look on his face… he acted deaf, he lost his happiness. They were no longer engaged in anything or anyone. They lost their smiles. They never held hands again, never looked at each other again. (Crying)
Vaccine injury is real. We were told is was genetic, then we were told there was no way three children were shut off on the same day… it was statistically impossible. Eden V. Wells, MD, MPH, FACPM, was appointed as the Chief Medical Executive for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services in May 2015, and serves Michigan citizens by providing professional medical leadership, expertise and coordination in addressing public health issues, workforce issues, and health policy development to the MDHHS. In September, 2016, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder appointed Dr. Wells to serve as a member of the Governor’s Cabinet in her role as Chief Medical Executive. Dr. Wells was formerly with the Bureau of Epidemiology, Michigan Department of Community Health, serving as a medical consultant to the Bureau and as a medical epidemiologist from 2004-2011. MDCH activities included investigation of, and response to, public health incidents and outbreaks, as well as preparedness planning for potential bioterrorism and pandemic influenza events.
Dr. Wells was also Clinical Associate Professor, Epidemiology, and the Director for the Preventive Medicine Residency at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Preventive Medicine, her activities involved curriculum development, teaching, and applied public health practice training within the preventive medicine program; her research and practice activities included work in disaster epidemiology, and development and evaluation of surveillance for emerging infectious disease threats. Nick Lyon, Director
Nick Lyon brings a wealth of policy, budget, and department operations expertise to his role as director of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
Lyon was named to the position effective April 10, 2015 by Gov. Rick Snyder when he created the new agency in February of 2015 by Executive Order. MDHHS is a merger of the former Michigan Departments of Human Services (DHS) and Community Health (MDCH).
Previously, Lyon had served as MDCH director beginning in September 2014, when Gov. Snyder selected him to succeed James K. Haveman. The governor also appointed Lyon as interim DHS director to succeed Maura Corrigan, who retired Dec. 31, 2014.
Prior to becoming MDCH director, Lyon served as the agency’s chief deputy director beginning in 2011. In this role, he upheld the mission of the MDCH by overseeing the day-to-day operations of all of the department’s administrations including Medical Services, which oversees the Michigan Medicaid program; Public Health; Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities; Policy and Planning; and Operations.
Lyon brings leadership experience overseeing daily departmental operations, as well as representing the department with various stakeholders, the Michigan legislature, and community partners to his role as Director. He also oversees the department’s interactions with the Office of Recipient Rights, the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council, the Health and Human Service Office of Inspector General, the Autism Council, the State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board, and the Human Trafficking Health Advisory Board.
During his time at MDCH, Lyon has been involved in a number of key health initiatives including the successful implementation and management of the Healthy Michigan Plan, as well as the advancement of Health Information Technology in the state of Michigan.
Previously, Lyon served as Deputy Director of the MDCH Operations Administration as well as the Deputy Director of the MDCH Health Policy and Regulation Administration. Prior to joining the MDCH, Nick served as the Director of the Office of Budget Development and General Government within the State Budget Office and as the Finance Officer for the Department of Attorney General. Through his previous experience, Lyon has a distinguished track record of success overseeing and crafting health policy and operations, finance and human resource, and budget development.
Lyon is a 1990 graduate of Yale University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.

Nancy Vreibel, Chief Deputy Director
Nancy Vreibel is chief deputy director for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
Vreibel has 40 years of experience in state government. She is a former budget division director for the Michigan Department of Community Health and served as director of appropriations for the chairpersons of the Michigan Senate Appropriations Committee between 2007 and 2016.
