SARAH CORRIHER:
More Saudi Terrorism on American Soil
As Trump continues selling American's best weapon systems to the Saudis and offering them military training on mainland U.S. military bases, the Saudis continue to be the largest funders of terrorism globally. A recent terrorist attack against U.S. military personnel on U.S. soil, which had been planned by a group of Saudi airmen trainees, is only more evidence of the irredeemable culture of the Arabic world.
"INTELLIGENCE" COMMUNITY: A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE BEHIND THE DEEP STATE
In this episode of Behind the Deep State, Alex Newman exposes some of the crimes of the Deep State's so-called "intelligence" community such as the CIA and the NSA. These crimes include torture, mass murder, kidnapping, assassination, false flag attacks, drug running, and much more. In many cases, we have the documents to prove it.

The Trump administration is asking Congress to renew a law giving
intelligence agencies the authority to collect the communications of
millions of Americans without a warrant — despite the fact that such
surveillance led to charges that President Donald Trump is in cahoots
with Russia.
The law in question is Title VII of the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act (FISA), Section 702, which authorizes the National
Security Agency (NSA) to intercept the communications of foreigners
located outside the United States without obtaining a search warrant.
The law expires at the end of the year unless Congress passes
legislation reauthorizing it. “Reauthorizing this critical authority is the top legislative
priority of the Department of Justice and the Intelligence Community,”
Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Director of National Intelligence Dan
Coats wrote in a September 7 letter to congressional leaders. Sessions and Coats argued that the law’s privacy protections are
sufficient to comply with the Fourth Amendment, which requires
authorities to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before they
conduct a search. However, as Nate Cardozo, senior staff attorney at the
Electronic Frontier Foundation, told Reason, the government is “using [the law] to spy on Americans.”
This should hardly come as a surprise. As Agence France-Presse
reminds us, “Section 702 was passed in 2008 to replace a previously
secret and illegal warrantless wiretap program instituted after the
September 11, 2001 attacks.” In other words, Congress retroactively
codified a blatantly unconstitutional policy that was known to vacuum up
data on innocent Americans.
Thanks to leaks from former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, Americans
now know just how extensive the agency’s domestic surveillance has
become, and hardly anyone believes it is simply about keeping America
safe.
Trump, in fact, ought to be among those most opposed to reauthorizing
Section 702. Convenient leaks of data obtained via such surveillance by
the Obama administration created the perception that Trump conspired
with the Russian government to influence last year’s election. Yet the
administration is asking Congress to pass a permanent reauthorization of
the law.
“The fact that the Trump administration can out of one side of its
mouth complain about collection under 702 and on the other say we must
snap our fingers and reauthorize it, possibly even without a sunset, …
is mind-boggling,” said Cardozo.
Critics point to ways the NSA obtains data on Americans under Section
702 despite apparent prohibitions on doing so. One is so-called “about”
searches, in which the NSA collects communications that merely mention a
foreign target, even if it’s something as innocent as passing along a
news report. The NSA claims to have stopped performing such searches,
but given the agency’s history of duplicity,
many suspect otherwise. Another way around the law is a “backdoor
search,” collecting the communications of a foreigner the NSA suspects
will be communicating with an American the agency really wants to
target.
The NSA has also been known to share its discoveries about Americans
with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for use in domestic criminal
cases, which is clearly unconstitutional.
While civil libertarians would like to see Section 702 lapse, that is
unlikely to happen. In Washington, there are only two sides with muscle
in the debate: those who want full renewal and those who want reform.
“The debate is not about keeping or killing Section 702,” Jake Laperruque, senior counsel at the Constitution Project, told Roll Call. “It is about reforming 702 and curtailing mission creep and abuse.”
At best, there may be some language prohibiting the most blatant
abuses, though such language has been rejected in the past. At worst,
the whole shebang could be reauthorized in perpetuity. Legislation to
that effect, introduced by Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), has already
garnered 13 cosponsors including three committee chairmen. Most of the
resistance to the bill is expected to come from conservative
Republicans, but even liberal Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) has
declared her opposition to any bill that does not include a sunset
provision.
Unfortunately, Section 702 is likely to survive, though perhaps with
some modest reforms. But the debate and the votes will show the American
people which of their elected officials really believe in the
Constitution and which merely pay it lip service.

As I said, Obama's third term:
“H.R. McMaster-Endorsed Book Calls Jihad Peaceful, Al-Qaida Terrorism ‘Resistance,’” by Aaron Klein, Breitbart, August 18, 2017:
TEL AVIV — A book on terrorism endorsed and touted by
H.R. McMaster, the embattled White House National Security Adviser,
calls Hamas an “Islamist political group” while failing to categorize
the deadly organization as a terrorist group, and refers to al-Qaida
attacks and anti-Israel terrorism as “resistance.” The work frames jihad as largely peaceful “means to struggle or exert
effort,” such as waking up early in the morning to recite prayers. It
argues that groups like al-Qaida and other terrorist organizations have
hijacked the concept of jihad to wage warfare using such tactics as
suicide bombings.
The book, reviewed in full by this reporter, was authored by U.S. military officer Youssef H. Aboul-Enein, and is titled Militant Islamist Ideology: Understanding the Global Threat.
McMaster provided a glowing blurb
for the book jacket, referring to Aboul-Enein’s book as “an excellent
starting point” for understanding terrorist ideology. McMaster also promoted the book in ARMOR,
the journal of the U.S. Army’s Armor Branch, published at Fort Benning,
Georgia, where McMaster served as commanding general at the Ft. Benning
Maneuver Center of Excellence.
McMaster wrote in his blurb for the book: “Militant Islamist Ideology
deserves a wide readership among all those concerned with the problem
of transnational terrorism, their ideology, and our efforts to combat
those organizations that pose a serious threat to current and future
generations of Muslims and non-Muslims alike.”
In the blurb, McMaster revealed his own views on terrorism, claiming
that “terrorist organizations use a narrow and irreligious ideology to
recruit undereducated and disenfranchised people to their cause.”
The book may offer a primer into critical national security views held by McMaster, who has claimed
that Islamic terrorist organizations are “really un-Islamic” and are
“really irreligious organizations” who cloak themselves in the “false
legitimacy of Islam.”
In numerous public comments on terrorism, McMaster has seemed to
minimize the central religious motivations of radical Islamic terrorist
groups who are waging a religious war against Western civilization.
McMaster’s comments represent views of Islamic terrorism that are
diametrically opposed to those espoused by President Donald Trump, who
has repeatedly utilized the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism.”
Aboul-Enein is listed
as a senior adviser and analyst at the Joint Intelligence Task Force
for Combating Terrorism at the Defense Intelligence Agency, a position
that he also held under the Obama administration. He is an officer
in the Navy Medical Service Corps and Middle East Foreign Officer, and
an adjunct military professor and chair of Islamic studies at the
National Defense University.
Besides endorsing Militant Islamist Ideology, McMaster also wrote a forward for another Aboul-Enein book, this one titled, Iraq in Turmoil: Historical Perspectives of Dr. Ali al-Wardi, From the Ottoman Empire to King Feisal. Hamas an ‘Islamist Political Group’
Throughout the McMaster-endorsed Militant Islamist Ideology
book, Aboul-Enein struggles to properly categorize Hamas; but at no
point does he call Gaza’s murderous Islamist rulers a terrorist
organization.
Hamas is a terrorist group responsible for scores of deadly suicide
bombings, shootings and rocket attacks targeting Israeli
civilians. Hamas’s official charter calls
for the obliteration of the Jewish state, and proclaims that there is
“no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad.” Hamas
leaders routinely demand the destruction of Israel and the murder of
Jews.
Yet Aboul-Enein struggles to properly classify Hamas. At one point,
Aboul-Enein differentiates between “militant Islamists” and Hamas,
grouping the latter among “Islamist political groups.”
In the book’s introduction, he writes:
Militant Islamists alienate not only the United States
but even Islamist political groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and
Hamas. It is time for a more nuanced definition of the threat.
At another point, the author calls Hamas an “Islamist” group. He
writes (page 131): “For instance, Zawahiri condemns Islamist groups like
the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas for participating in the electoral
process.”
Despite its clear terrorist activities, Aboul-Enein suggests (page 2)
that Hamas does not “fit into a neat category.” He asks an open
question about whether Hamas “is an Islamist or Militant Islamist
group,” but he does not provide an answer.
He writes (page 3):
There are also Islamists who do not fit into a neat
category, such as the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas. On one hand,
Hamas provides social services, won 44 percent of the electorate in
2006, and is the government of the Palestinian territories. On the other
hand, it has failed to compromise effectively with other Palestinian
rejectionist and secular groups to form a governing coalition, and it
has failed to provide social services for a wider Palestinian populace.
In addition, it has conducted suicide operations directed against
Israeli civilians – though it has not widened its campaign beyond
targeting Israel. Further, al-Qaida senior leaders have viciously
attacked Hamas for participating in electoral politics. The question for
Americans is whether Hamas is an Islamist or Militant Islamist group.
Aboul-Enein fails to note that the U.S. government already answered that so-called question, designating Hamas as a foreign terrorist group.
In another section of the book, Aboul-Enein defines (page 193) Hamas
as straddling “the Islamist and Militant Islamist divide, using its
proficiency in suicide-bomber operations to strike at Israeli targets,
yet it is currently in government.” He also writes (page 215) that Hamas
“is a Palestinian Sunni Islamist militant organization and political
party.” Al-Qaida, Palestinian ‘Resistance’
In the book, Aboul-Enein refers to the deadly terrorism of al-Qaida
in Iraq as “resistance.” Besides its worldwide mayhem, Al-Qaida has been
responsible for countless terrorist attacks across Iraq that have
targeted civilians, U.S. troops and Iraqi government institutions.
Aboul-Enein relates a struggle between the goals of al-Qaida in Iraq
(AQI) and those of the Islamic Army of Iraq (IAI) in terms of
“resistance” locally versus a global fight against the West.
Aboul-Enein writes (page 101):
In post-Saddam Iraq, among the Sunni insurgency there are
other stressors that undermine al-Qaida in Iraq (AQI), such as the
tensions between the Islamic Army of Iraq (IAI) and al-Qaida in Iraq.
The IAI struggles with AQI over the concept of this fight being for
Iraq’s Sunnis and not a wider pan-Islamist struggle; the IAI has
narrower objectives than AQI. It is a tension between Jihad as muqawama (resistance) and Jihad for a wider pan-Islamist objective.
He refers to support for “resistance” against the U.S. presence in
Iraq. He does so when documenting the rise of Muslim Brotherhood
political parties and public criticism of an al-Qaida hotel bombing in
2005 in Amman, Jordan.
He writes (page 46):
This has split the Muslim Brotherhood, as there is deep hostility toward the U.S. presence in Iraq, support for muqawama (resistance) and for the Muslim Brotherhood concept of wasatiyah (moderation), and recognition of the need for grassroots representation of the Ahl-al-Sunnah (formal term for Sunni Muslims).
Aboul-Enein also categorizes deadly terrorist raids on Jewish
settlements in the 1930s as “resistance,” even though those operations
targeted and killed civilians.
He states: (page 138)
No study of Militant Islamist ideologues and the
cleavages between Militant Islamist and Islamist groups can be complete
without delving into the life, actions, theories, and legacy of Abdullah
Azzam. Militant Islamist operatives take the nom de guerre
“Abu Azzam” in his honor. A witness to increased Jewish immigration into
Palestine in World War II, Azzam was reared on the stories of
resistance by the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigade, which led guerrilla
raids against the British and then Jewish settlers.
The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades is currently the namesake of
Hamas’s so-called military wing. Aboul-Enein was referring to deadly
attacks carried out by the original Brigade, founded around 1930 by Izz
ad-Din al-Qassam, a Syrian Muslim cleric who popularized the concept of
jihad against Jews during the British civil administration of Palestine. “Islamist” vs. “Militant Islamist”
The core of Aboul-Enein’s endeavor, and one that may help to
elucidate McMaster’s views, is to differentiate between what he terms
“Islamist” and “Militant Islamist,” and to show that “militant
Islamists” present a distorted, dishonest view of Islam. The thesis
might clarify McMaster’s aversion to using the phrase “radical Islamic
terrorism.”
In seeking to differentiate between “Islam,” “Islamist,” and
“Militant Islamist,” Aboul-Enein comes up with the following basic
definitions:
Islam is “the religious faith of Muslims, involving (as defined in
Merriam-Webster’s) belief in Allah as the sole deity and in Muhammad as
his prophet.”
He defines Islamist as “a group or individual advocating Islam as a
political as well as a religious system. Chief Islamist objectives
include implementing sharia (Islamic) law as the basis of all
statutory issues and living as did the earliest adherents to Islam. Many
Islamists also assert that implementation of sharia law requires the
elimination of all non-Islamic influences in social, political,
economic, and military spheres of life.”
Militant Islamists, Aboul-Enein claims, consist of a “group or
individual advocating Islamist ideological goals, principally by violent
means. Militant Islamists call for the strictest possible
interpretation of both the Qur’an (Muslim book of divine revelation) and
the hadith (the Prophet Muhammad’s actions and deeds). This
narrow interpretation opposes the beliefs of Muslims and non-Muslims
alike; Militant Islamists stand against Western democracies, Middle
Eastern institutions of government, and Islamist political parties that
participate nonviolently in elections.”
Defining Jihad
Aboul-Enein frames jihad as a largely peaceful “means to struggle or
exert effort,” a term that has been hijacked by “militant Islamists” to
wage extremist warfare.
Aboul-Enein posits, for example, that jihad “can be as simple as
struggling to get up in the early morning to say your dawn prayers or
struggling to learn and improve yourself spiritually or intellectually.
It also can mean struggling in the path of God, which does not
necessarily mean engaging in warfare but might be making time to teach
Islam to children or providing financial support for an Islamic
project.”
Jihad, in other words, is a struggle to fulfill one’s obligations to Allah, according to the author.
Islamists, he states, define jihad as a “means to expend every effort
fighting against the disbelievers.” However, Aboul-Enein attempts to
cloak this violent struggle in the shroud of morality.
He writes (page 34): “Islamists delineate who can fight and when;
unlike Militant Islamists, they generally set rules and limits for
engaging in fighting in the name of God. … It makes Jihad obligatory
upon all Muslims only if the enemy has entered Muslim lands and if the
imam calls for Jihad.”
Some Islamists, he relates, “prescribe a protocol of warfare in which
a noble Muslim warrior should be free of arrogance and conceit,” and
espouse “etiquette” such as “warnings not to kill noncombatant women and
children.”
Aboul-Enein describes the seemingly legitimate, moderate jihad as
different from the jihadist views advocated by “militant Islamists,” who
“use women, children, and the mentally infirm as suicide bombers, who
reduce Jihad to fighting or supporting the fighting through financial
means, and who make Jihad incumbent upon all Muslims, with no
distinction between communal and individual responsibility.”
Islam experts, meanwhile, have pointed out that mainstream Islamic
scripture advocates a violent jihad to spread Islam worldwide.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, wrote at Foreign Policy
magazine that “anyone seeking support for armed jihad in the name of
Allah will find ample support in the passages in the Quran and Hadith
that relate to Mohammed’s Medina period.”
Ali pointed to Q4:95 which states, “Allah hath granted a grade higher
to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to
those who sit (at home).” Q8:60 instructs Muslims “to strike terror into
(the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others
besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.” Q9:29
explicitly tells Muslims: “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the
Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and
His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they
are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing
submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
Writes Ali:
Mainstream Islamic jurisprudence continues to maintain
that the so-called “sword verses” (9:5 and 9:29) have “abrogated,
canceled, and replaced” those verses in the Quran that call for
“tolerance, compassion, and peace.”
There lies the duality within Islam. It’s possible to claim,
following Mohammed’s example in Mecca, that Islam is a religion of
peace. But it’s also possible to claim, as the Islamic State does, that a
revelation was sent to Mohammed commanding Muslims to wage jihad until
every human being on the planet accepts Islam or a state of
subservience, on the basis of his legacy in Medina.
The key question is not whether Islam is a religion of peace, but
rather, whether Muslims follow the Mohammed of Medina, regardless of
whether they are Sunni or Shiite.
Writing for the Hoover Institute, Shmuel Bar, who served as a senior
research fellow at the Institute for Policy and Strategy at the
Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in Israel, asserted
that “few orthodox Islamic scholars would deny” that beliefs “commonly
viewed as typical of radical Islamic ideology” are “deeply rooted in
Orthodox Islam.” McMaster’s Troubling Views
McMaster, meanwhile, has espoused controversial views on the topics discussed in Aboul-Enein’s book.
On Monday, Breitbart News unearthed a 2014 speech on
the Middle East in which McMaster claimed that Islamic terrorist
organizations are “really un-Islamic” and are “really irreligious
organizations” who cloak themselves in the “false legitimacy of Islam.”
McMaster, who serves in a critical national security position, seems
to be minimizing the central religious motivations of radical Islamic
terrorist groups who are waging a religious war against Western
civilization.
He has made such remarks in the past. Delivering the keynote address
at last April’s Norwich University ROTC Centennial Symposium, McMaster
criticized “modern day barbarians like Daeshand Al-Qaeda who cynically
use a perverted interpretation of religion to perpetuate ignorance,
incite hatred, and commit the most heinous crimes against innocents.”
In February, CNN cited a
source inside a National Security Council meeting quoting McMaster as
saying that use of the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism” is unhelpful
in working with allies to fight terrorism.
In May, McMaster spoke on ABC’s This Week about
whether Trump would use the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism” in a
speech that the president was about to give in Saudi Arabia.
“The president will call it whatever he wants to call it,” McMaster
said. “But I think it’s important that, whatever we call it, we
recognize that [extremists] are not religious people. And, in fact,
these enemies of all civilizations, what they want to do is to cloak
their criminal behavior under this false idea of some kind of religious
war.”
In the speech,
Trump eventually urged Muslim-majority countries to take the lead in
“combating radicalization,” and referred to “Islamist extremism and the
Islamist terror groups it inspires.”
Shia and Sunni Islamic terrorist groups such as al-Qaida, Hamas,
Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and the Islamic State each openly espouse
Islamic motivations, repeatedly cite the Quran, and claim they are
fighting a religious war. Some of the Sunni groups are violent offshoots
of the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to create a global Islamic
caliphate.
Besides his drive to define terrorist groups as “irreligious,” Breitbart News further unearthed
a speech following Israel’s defensive 2014 war against the Hamas
terrorist group in which McMaster sidestepped a question about whether
the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted itself in an ethical manner,
instead providing what McMaster admitted was a “non-answer.”…

McCain, who defended Huma Abedin from legitimate questions about her
Muslim Brotherhood ties by defaming those who were raising the questions
as hatemongering “Islamophobes,” is now claiming that critics of NSA
H.R. McMaster are all racists and neo-Nazis. Someone should inform Senator McCain, but no one will, that there are
plenty of critics of McMaster who abhor racism and Nazism, but are
concerned about McMaster because of his denial and willful ignorance
regarding the motivating ideology of the jihad threat, his hostility
toward Israel, and his favorable stance toward the Islamic Republic of
Iran. But routinely such concerns are buried under charges of
“Islamophobia,” and McCain is just another functionary repeating the
current acceptable political line. There isn’t any debate anymore, just
demonization of opponents. Meanwhile, President Trump should note that the defenders of McMaster
include not only McCain but also Hamas-linked CAIR, and realize that
this is indication enough in itself that he should be fired.
“John McCain takes on H.R. McMaster critics,” by Jeremy Diamond, CNN, August 14, 2017:
(CNN)Sen. John McCain on Monday slammed recent attacks on
White House national security adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster and called
on President Donald Trump to speak out against the right-wing campaign
targeting the top adviser.
“The recent attacks upon (McMaster) from the so-called ‘alt-right’
are disgraceful. Since this fringe movement cannot attract the support
of decent Americans, it resorts to impugning the character of a good man
and outstanding soldier who has served honorably in uniform and
sacrificed more for our country than any of his detractors ever have,”
McCain said in a statement Monday afternoon. “Such smear tactics should
not be tolerated and deserve an emphatic response.”
“I hope the President will once again stand up for his national
security adviser and denounce these repugnant attacks, which arise from
the same purveyors of hatred and ignorance who precipitated the recent
violence in Charlottesville,” McCain added.
McCain’s statement came as far-right leaders pushed new lines of
attack against McMaster, which ranged from claims that he’s not a strong
enough supporter of Israel to unfounded allegations that McMaster has a
drinking problem — the latter promulgated by the far-right blogger Mike
Cernovich.
The smear campaign is the latest effort by McMaster’s adversaries to
undermine the national security adviser’s credibility as he has feuded
internally with White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, particularly
over the war in Afghanistan. Bannon has privately denied any involvement
in the anti-McMaster efforts, according to officials.
“The President directly expressed his support for Gen. McMaster from
Bedminster last week,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee
Sanders said when asked if Trump had any additional comment to offer.
Trump last week expressed confidence in his national security adviser
while taking questions at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey,
saying he “absolutely” had confidence in him.
“He’s our friend. He’s my friend. And he’s a very talented man. I like him and I respect him,” Trump said then….
If
you really want to know about someone’s character, look at the company
they keep, and that will usually tell you everything you need to know.
In the case of H.R. McMaster, that is proving to be true.
Traitor
and globalist shill, John McCain, who has stabbed the American people
in the back time and time again, has now come out to vehemently defend
his Deep State buddy, McMaster, from what he described as “alt-right”
news outlets.
John McCain is a traitor to the American people and
to everything American stands for: he’s an establishment elitist, a
career politician who’s part of an “elite” club that you and I will
never be welcome in, and he truly sees himself as “better” than the rest
of us.
The Council on American Islamic Relations is backing
President Donald Trump’s national security adviser, Lieutenant General
Herbert Raymond “H.R.” McMaster, claiming over social media that
“Islamophobes” and “white supremacists” were behind attacks to remove
him from the White House. In a tweet sent this week, CAIR wrote, “Islamophobia Watch:
Islamophobes, white supremacists launch campaign to oust H.R. McMaster
after he fired…” and linked to a Newsweek article titled, “Why Is the Alt-Right Attacking H.R. McMaster?”
CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial and Hamas financing case that resulted in the FBI discontinuing its
working relationship with the organization. In 2009, a federal judge
concluded that the government had found “ample evidence” to link CAIR with Hamas.
Additionally, Breitbart News has previously reported that several of
CAIR’s board members, employees, and former employees “have been jailed or repatriated for various financial and terror-related offenses.”
Breitbart has also noted that CAIR presented
itself as a “civil rights voice for American Muslims” and “was
founded by members of the Palestine Committee (PALCOM), an organization
‘established to support Hamas.’” In addition to that, “Nihad Awad,
currently CAIR’s executive director, was previously an official
at PALCOM.” Awad has a long history of pro-HAMAS statements, according to critics. CAIR has posted its defense online.
In their article, which was tweeted out by CAIR, Newsweekreported
that “The alt-right’s beef with McMaster stems from his firing of Ezra
Cohen-Watnick, the NSC’s senior director for intelligence programs; Rich
Higgins, the NSC’s director for strategic planning; and Derek Harvey,
the NSC’s senior director for the Middle East.”
Higgins was fired on July 21 after he wrote a memo in May complaining
that globalists and Islamists were obstructing Trump’s plans. Part of
the memo, acquired by the Atlantic, argued that a “Maoist insurgency” had led “Islamists [to] ally with cultural Marxists” in order to undermine America.
The Atlantic noted that Higgins had also “pushed for declassification of documents having to do with radical Islam and Iran.”
Meanwhile, the Conservative Review presented the argument against McMaster,
going so far as calling him a “land mine” in what they perceive as
President Trump’s “self-immolation” and danger of becoming “a lame-duck
president.” It stated:
Trump often complains about all the obstacles inhibiting
his success — from the media and Democrats to establishment Republicans
and “deep state” administrative officials shooting at him relentlessly.
But that is no excuse to self-immolate and step on a grenade, or
worse, bring the shooters into his own home base to mow down the
president’s most loyal supporters. McMaster is that land mine. It’s time
to get rid of that obstacle or risk becoming a lame-duck president.
On Monday, the Center for Security Policy called for the firing
of McMaster for “disloyal and subversive behavior,” and the Zionist
Organization of America (ZOA) announced it was reviewing McMaster’s
positions, actions, and statements on Israel.
Last week, Jerusalem Post columnist Caroline Glick expressed concern about McMaster’s approach towards Israel…
H.R. McMaster Fired Pentagon Official Over Memo On Globalists, Deep State, And Islamists

H.R. McMaster Fired Pentagon Official Over Memo On Globalists, Deep State, And Islamists Rich
Higgins, a former Pentagon official who served in the NSC’s
strategic-planning office as a director for strategic planning was fired
on July 21, The Atlantic first reported. The memo, written in late May, described threats to the administration by globalists, bankers, the “deep state,” and Islamists. “Globalists
and Islamists recognize that for their visions to succeed, America,
both as an ideal and as a national and political identity, must be
destroyed,” it said. Higgins was called into the White House
counsel’s office two weeks ago and asked about the memo. Later that
week, he was told by McMaster’s deputy that he was losing his job. The memo compared what the Trump administration was facing to a Maoist insurgency. “In
Maoist insurgencies, the formation of a counter-state is essential to
seizing state power,” the memo said. “Functioning as a hostile complete
state acting within an existing state, it has an alternate
infrastructure. Political warfare operates as one of the activities of
the ‘counter-state.’” http://www.breitbart.com/national-sec...
READ MEMO ON GLOBALISM & ISLAMIC INFILTRATION THAT LED MCMASTER TO FIRE ITS AUTHOR FROM NSC
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
NSC staffer Rich Higgins wrote the memo below. When he read it,
National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster fired him. McMaster should be
questioned about this. Did he think he memo was false? Is he part of
those trying to subvert Trump’s pro-American agenda? Certainly his many
statements denying the Islamic character of Islamic terrorism would
suggest so. McMaster must be fired if Trump is going to have any chance
of pursuing his agenda.
POTUS & POLITICAL WARFARE May 2017 BACKGROUND. The Trump administration is suffering
under withering information campaigns designed to first undermine, then
de legitimize and ultimately remove the President. Possibly confusing
these attacks with an elevated interplay of otherwise normal D.C.
partisan infighting and adversarial media relations, the White House
response to these campaigns reflects a political advocacy mindset that
it is intensely reactive, severely under-inclusive and dangerously
inadequate to the threat. If action is not taken to re-scope and respond
to these hostile campaigns very soon, the administration risks
implosion and subsequent early departure from the White House.
This is not politics as usual but rather political warfare at an
unprecedented level that is openly engaged in the direct targeting of a
seated president through manipulation of the news cycle. It must be
recognized on its own terms so that immediate action can be taken. At
its core, these campaigns run on multiple lines of effort, serve as the
non-violent line of effort of a wider movement, and execute political
warfare agendas that reflect cultural Marxist outcomes. The campaigns
operate through narratives.
Because the hard left is aligned with lslamist organizations at local
(ANTI FA working with Muslim Brotherhood doing business as MSA and
CAIR), national (ACLU and BLM working with CAIR and MPAC) and
international levels (OIC working with OSCE and the UN), recognition
must given to the fact that they seamlessly interoperate at the
narrative level as well. In candidate Trump, the opposition saw a threat
to the “politically correct” enforcement narratives they’ve
meticulously laid in over the past few decades.
In President Trump, they see a latent threat to continue that effort
to ruinous effect and their retaliatory response reflects this fear. INTRODUCTION.
Responding to relentless personal assaults on his character, candidate Trump identified the players and the strategy:
• “The establishment and their media enablers will
control over this nation through means that are very well known. Anyone
who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, a xenophobe,
and morally deformed.” – President Trump, Oct 2016
Culturally conditioned to limit responses to such attacks as yet
another round in the on-going drone from diversity and multicultural
malcontents, these broadsides are discounted as political correctness
run amuck. However, political correctness is a weapon against reason and
critical thinking. This weapon functions as the enforcement mechanism
of diversity narratives that seek to implement cultural Marxism.
Candidate Trump’s rhetoric in the campaign not only cut through the
Marxist narrative, he did so in ways that were viscerally comprehensible
to a voting bloc that then made candidate Trump the president; making
that bloc self-aware in the process. President Trump is either the
candidate he ran as, or he is nothing.
Recognizing in candidate Trump an existential threat to cultural
Marxist memes that dominate the prevailing cultural narrative, those
that benefit recognize the threat he poses and seek his destruction. For
this cabal, Trump must be destroyed. Far from politics as usual, this
is a political warfare effort that seeks the destruction of a sitting
president. Since Trump took office, the situation has intensified to
crisis level proportions. For those engaged in the effort, especially
those from within the “deep state” or permanent government apparatus,
this raises clear Title 18 (legal) concerns. DISCUSSION. The Opposition. While opposition to President Trump
manifests itself through political warfare memes centered on cultural
Marxist narratives, this hardly means that opposition is limited to
Marxists as conventionally understood. Having become the dominant
cultural meme, some benefit from it while others are captured by it;
including “deep state” actors, globalists, bankers, lslamists, and
establishment Republicans. Through the campaign, candidate Trump tapped
into a deep vein of concern among many citizens that America is at risk
and is slipping away. Globalists and lslamists recognize that for their
visions to succeed, America, both as an ideal and as a national and
political identity, must be destroyed.
Atomization of society must also occur at the individual level; with
attacks directed against all levels of group and personal identity.
Hence the sexism, racism and xenophobia memes. As a Judea-Christian
culture, forced inclusion of post-modern notions of tolerance is
designed to induce nihilistic contradictions that reduce all thought,
all faith, all loyalties to meaninglessness. Group rights based on sex
or ethnicity are a direct assault on the very idea of individual human
rights and natural law around which the Constitution was framed.
“Transgender acceptance” memes attack at the most basic level by denying
a person the right to declare the biological fact of one’s sex. When a
population has 2 + 2 = 5 imposed on it, there are many that benefit:
• Mainstream Media – The principle mechanism for implementing narratives.
• The Academy – Academia has served as a principle
counter-state node for some time and remains a key conduit for creating
future adherents to cultural Marxist narratives and their derivative
worldview.
• The Deep State – The successful outcome of
cultural Marxism is a bureaucratic state beholden to no one, certainly
not the American people. With no rule of law considerations outside
those that further deep state power, the deep state truly becomes, as
Hegel advocated, god bestriding the earth.
• Global Corporatists & Bankers – Exploitation of populations, unfettered by national protections and notions of personal morality and piety.
• Democratic Leadership – The democratic leadership
has been a counter-state enabler that executes, sustains, and protects
cultural Marxist programs of action and facilitates the relentless
expansion of the deep state.
• Republican Leadership – More afraid of being
accused of being called a racist, sexist, homophobe or lslamophobe than
of failing to enforce their oaths to “support and defend the
Constitution,” the Republican Establishment accepts and enforces
cultural Marxist memes within its own sphere of operations. In doing so,
knowingly or not, it becomes an agent of that. These “conservatives”
become increasingly indistinguishable from their democratic counterparts
save that they misrepresent themselves to their constituents. Lacking
the discernment to recognize their situation, they will work with
globalists, corporatists, and the international financial interests and
will likewise service the deep state. These establishment Republicans
are the hard left’s designated defeat mechanism in the destruction of
the old regime as well as the American ideal. [1] Because candidate
Trump publicly exposed them for their duplicitous activities, they are
at risk as long as Trump can turn on them and are, therefore, bitter
foes. Candidate Trump’s success remains an ongoing existential threat to
establishment Republicans.
• lslamists – Islamists ally with cultural Marxist
because, as far back as the 1980s, they properly assessed that the hard
left has a strong chance of reducing Western civilization to its
benefit. Having co-opted post-modern narratives as critical points, Isla
mists deploy these narrative to strategically blind and then control US
decision makers. This is by design and purposeful. “By their own
hands!” has been the declared strategy of the Muslim Brotherhood since
1991. This strategy seeks to divide American society against itself with
the forced imposition of Islamist objectives on one half of American
society by the other half. Once a society has been effectively atomized,
the population will have lost its faith in the old order, detest those
who reduced it, and divide along the lines of narrative adherence. This
is the intended outcome of hostile information cum political warfare
campaigns and today we see their effects on American society.
Complicating the current
situation, many close to the president have pushed him off his message
when he was candidate Trump thus alienating him from his base thereby
isolating him in the process. When President Trump is not candidate
Trump, he becomes dangerously exposed. While the base that elected
candidate Trump identified with his vision, they are only Trump’s
insofar as he holds to the vision that made him president.
Political Warfare Attacks – A Primer. As used here, “political warfare” does not concern activities associated with the American political process but rather exclusively
refers to political warfare as understood by the Maoist Insurgency
model. [2] Political warfare is one of the five components of a Maoist
insurgency. Maoist methodologies employ synchronized violent and
non-violent actions that focus on mobilization of individuals and groups
to action. This approach envisions the direct use of non-violent
operational arts and tactics as elements of combat power. In Maoist
insurgencies, the formation of a counter-state is essential to seizing
state power. Functioning as a hostile competing state acting within an
existing state, it has an alternate infrastructure. Political warfare
operates as one of the activities of the “counter-state” and is
primarily focused on the resourcing and mobilization of the counter
state or the exhaustion and demobilization of the targeted political
movement. Political warfare methods can be implemented at strategic,
operational, or tactical levels of operation.
Political warfare is warfare. Strategic information campaigns
designed to delegitimize through disinformation arise out of non-violent
lines of effort in political warfare regimes. They principally operate
through narratives. Because the left is aligned with lslamist
organizations at local, national and international levels, recognition
should be given to the fact that they seamlessly interoperate through
coordinated synchronized interactive narratives. Cultural Marxism – A Primer. While the attacks on
President Trump arise out of political warfare considerations based on
non-kinetic lines of effort (as discussed below), they operate in a
battle-space prepared, informed and conditioned by cultural Marxist
drivers. In practical terms, the political warfare assault on President
Trump cannot be separated from the cultural Marxist narratives that
drive them. From an operational preparation of the environment
perspective, President Trump is operating in a battle-space that
reflects the left’s vision.
As used in this discussion, cultural Marxism relates to programs and
activities that arise out of Gramsci Marxism, Fabian Socialism and most
directly from the Frankfurt School. The Frankfurt strategy deconstructs
societies through attacks on culture by imposing a dialectic that forces
unresolvable contradictions under the rubric of critical theory. The
result is induced nihilism, a belief in everything that is actually the
belief in nothing.
That post-modern (diversity/multiculturalism) narratives seeks to
implement cultural Marxist objectives can be demonstrated by reference
to founding Frankfurt School theorist Herbert Marcuse’s repurposing of
the term tolerance. In a 1965 paper,
Marcuse defined tolerance as intolerance; said it can be implemented
through undemocratic means to stop chauvinism (xenophobia), racism,
discrimination; and should be extended to the left while denied to the
right:
• “The realization of the objective of tolerance would
call for intolerance toward prevailing policies, attitudes, opinions,
and the extension of tolerance to policies, attitudes, and opinions
which are outlawed or suppressed.”
• “Surely, no government can be expected to foster its own
subversion, but in a democracy such a right is vested in the people
(i.e. in the majority of the people). This means that the ways should
not be blocked on which a subversive majority could develop, and if they
are blocked by organized repression and indoctrination, their reopening
may require apparently undemocratic means. They would include the
withdrawal of toleration of speech and assembly from groups and
movements which promote aggressive policies, armament, chauvinism,
discrimination on the grounds of race and religion, or which oppose the
extension of public services, social security, medical care, etc.” (8-9)
• “Liberating tolerance, then, would mean intolerance against
movements from the Right and toleration of movements from the Left. As
to the scope of this tolerance and intolerance: … it would extend to the
stage of action as well as of discussion and propaganda, of deed as
well as of word.” (12)
It is through such post-modern constructs that interoperable
narratives are established among various left-wing groups as well as
between them and Isla mist groups at all levels. For example, from the
2001 Conference of Foreign Ministers at Bamako, Mali, the Organization
of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) declared its commitment to fight racism and
xenophobia and then declared lslamophobia a “contemporary form of
racism”:
• In this context, the World Conference urges all states …
take all necessary measures to combat hatred, discrimination,
intolerance and acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by
racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance
particularly against Islam
• Racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance
which display an increasing trend, in their most subtle and contemporary
forms, constitute a violation of human rights. 3. Contemporary forms of
racism are based on discrimination and disparagement on a cultural,
rather than biological basis. In this content, the increasing trend of
lslamophobia, as a distinct form of xenophobia in non-Muslim societies
is very alarming.
That the OIC made these claims as part of its planned inputs to the United Nation’s “Third World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance”
further demonstrates the coordinated and interoperable nature of these
narratives at international levels in international forums.
As cultural Marxist narratives intensify, they are to be further
operationalized in the form of hate speech narratives. Hate speech
narratives are non-random, coordinated, and fully interoperable
escalations of cultural Marxist memes. Key international players include
the European Union, the UN, and the OSCE, the OIC and the International
Muslim Brotherhood. Hate speech memes are structured, coordinated, and
implemented through these same international forums. They involve close
coordination with media and social media and include the Countering
Violent Extremism (CVE) narratives. David Shipler’s book Freedom of Speech provides a road map for how hate speech narratives are to be structured, deployed and enforced. Battlespace. These attack narratives are pervasive,
full spectrum and institutionalized at all levels. They operate in
social media, television, the 24-hour news cycle in all media, and are
entrenched at the upper levels of the bureaucracies and within the
foreign policy establishment. They inform the entertainment industry
from late night monologues, to situation comedies, to television series
memes, to movie themes. The effort required to direct this capacity at
President Trump is little more than a programming decision to do so. The
cultural Marxist narrative is fully deployed, pervasive, full spectrum
and ongoing. Regarding the president, attacks have become a relentless
24/7 effort.
While there is certainly a Marxist agenda and even lslamist
motivations that must be seriously addressed in their own right, these
motivations alone seem inadequate to explain the scope and magnitude of
the effort directed against the president. The economic drivers behind
the Marxist and Islamist ideologues are enormously influential and seek
to leverage these ideological movements for their own self interests.
While beyond the actual scope of this document, the benefactors of these
political movements include; Urban Real Estate who depend greatly on
immigrant tenants, International Banking who seeks to maintain US debtor
status so as to control the application of American power, and elements
of the business sector that depend upon immigrant labor or government
infrastructure. The overall objective of these economic forces is the
forced urbanization of the populace, thereby necessitating a larger,
more powerful government. In summary, this is a form of population
control by certain business cartels in league with cultural
Marxists/corporatists/lslamists who will leverage Islamic terrorism
threats to justify the creation of a police state. Adversary Campaign Plan. Political Warfare has been
described as “propaganda in battledress.” [3] The effort directed at
President Trump is executed along one overt, as well as two covert,
lines of effort:
• The overt line of effort is PUBLICITY.
Publicity is the straightforward projection of a case that builds a
picture in the audience’s mind designed to garner support. It is facts
without context and information the adversary wants the audience to
possess that creates an impression and sets conditions. It seeks to
establish good will and receptiveness to additional inputs.
• There are two covert lines of effort: PROPOGANDA [sic] and INFILTRATION/SUBVERSION.
o Propaganda is the deliberate
direction, even manipulation, of information to secure a definite
outcome. It is an attempt to direct the thinking of the recipient,
without his conscious collaboration, into predetermined channels that
are established in the Publicity line of effort. It is the unwitting
conditioning of the recipient by devious methods with an ulterior motive
that seeks to move them incrementally over time into greater belief and
acceptance of message transmitted in the Publicity line of effort.
o Infiltration and subversion operate internal to
the targeted organization in order to inform, target, coordinate, and
amplify the effects of the publicity and propaganda. Both operate to
gather intelligence, obstruct legitimate courses of action, provide
inside information, and leak sensitive information that undermines the
leadership and suppresses the morale of friendly elements.
o Infiltration
of political and social groups within a target state is done for the
purpose of extending counter-state influence and control. The endgame is
concealed and may involve illicit activities.
o Subversion
undermines or detaches the loyalties of significant political and
social groups within the target state and transfers political and/or
ideological loyalties to the counter-state. As the counter-state forms, a
counter-elite of influential individual and key leaders within the
target state will later facilitate the legitimacy and permanency of the
new regime.
Political warfare employs both publicity and propaganda. It
recognizes no intrinsic virtue in the news but rather envisions it as a
mechanism to exploit and build up support. From a political warfare
perspective, control of the news cycle is the most potent means of
attracting and building up a favorable audience. As it relates to the
news cycle, publicity and propaganda can be merged to form a
“pseudo-publicity” that is presented as news in furtherance of
sustaining pseudo-realities maintained by cultural Marxist memes.
Pseudo-publicity treatment of President Trump dominates the news cycle.
The current campaign against President Trump operates in the following
manner:
The Meta Narrative. Meta narratives seeks [sic] to
delegitimize President Trump, his administration, and the vision of
America he projected as a candidate. With cultural Marxist memes serving
as the backdrop, President Trump is to be relentlessly characterized as
unfit through the use of supporting narratives acting to move unwitting
populations to belief in the meta narrative. Hence:
• “President Trump is illegitimate”
• “President Trump is corrupt”
• “President Trump is dishonest”
Note that the twitter accounts and mainstream media personalities
pushing this narrative have seen their audience numbers rise greatly in
the past 6 months. This is a direct result of the supporting and
backdrop narratives channeling individuals to this meta-narrative. Supporting Narratives. Meta-narratives are supported
by an ongoing series supporting-narratives that can be swapped out as
circumstances warrant. It is important to recognize that these stories
do not have to be true, valid or accurate to serve their purpose. Over
time, deserved or not, the cumulative effect of these supporting
narratives will result in a Trump fatigue. From a political warfare
perspective, President Trump’s inability to meet this challenge will
cast him as a weak failed leader. The current list of supporting
narratives include:
Backdrop Narratives. The backdrop to the meta and
supporting narratives are cultural Marxist memes designed to sustain a
general sense of loathing of President Trump and the America that
elected him. Hence:
• “[meta] President Trump is illegitimate, [supporting] he was elected because of Russian hacking, [backdrop] and besides, he a racist, sexist xenophobe.”
Adversaries utilize these interlocking narratives as a defensive
political and information warfare screen that silences critics and
smears supporters of President Trump. When people in the media question
the behavior, actions and decisions of the Trump Administration’s
opponents, they are immediately said to be “working for the Russians” or
“supporting Russian propaganda.” Individual Americans who support the
President are deemed “deplorable” and “racist.” End State. Attacks on President Trump are not just about destroying him, but also about destroying the vision of America that lead [sic] to his election.
Those individuals and groups seeking the destruction of President Trump
actually seek to suffocate the vision of America that made him
president. Hence, the end state is not just a delegitimized,
destabilized, immobilized and possibly destroyed presidency; but also a
demoralized movement composed of a large enough bloc to elect a
president that subsequently become self-aware of its own
disenfranchisement. CONCLUSION.
The recent turn of events give rise to the observation that the
defense of President Trump is the defense of America. In the same way
President Lincoln was surrounded by political opposition both inside and
outside of his wire, in both overt and covert forms, so too is
President Trump. Had Lincoln failed, so too would have the Republic. The
administration has been maneuvered into a constant back-pedal by
relentless political warfare attacks structured to force him to assume a
reactive posture that assures inadequate responses. The president can
either drive or be driven by events; it’s time for him to drive them.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Fox News host Sean Hannity has laid down a
challenge that he will sue the Obama administration if it turns out he
was under NSA surveillance and his name was “unmasked” either within the
administration or to members of the press.
“I am going
to sanction the biggest lawsuit that I possibly can with the biggest
attorneys in the country so we can do something to stop the shredding of
the Constitution,” Hannity said
in a radio broadcast on Aug. 4, noting that he has on “pretty good
authority” that he was under Obama administration NSA electronic
surveillance and that the Obama administration “unmasked” his name.
On March 20, Infowars.com published
records obtained from Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse that individual
records of hundreds of thousands of U.S. citizens were under National
Security Agency (NSA) electronic surveillance in the years 2004 through
2010, in a database that suggests both Donald J. Trump and Alex Jones
were under illegal, unauthorized government monitoring during those
years.
Fox News reported
on June 23 that Judicial Watch was unable to obtain records on Trump’s
2016 campaign team “unmasking” because all relevant NSA records have
been transferred to President Obama’s yet-unopened presidential library
and will not be available to the public for five years.
Disclosure
of the names of U.S. citizens identified through the course of NSA
electronic surveillance of foreign operatives under FISA-court
authorization is a federal crime, regardless whether the “unmasking”
involves disclosure within the government or to outside sources,
including the press.
On April 3, Fox News reported
that Susan Rice, the former national security adviser under
then-President Barack Obama, requested to unmask the names of Trump
transition officials caught up in surveillance.
“The unmasked
names, of people associated with Donald Trump, were then sent to all
those at the National Security Council, some at the Defense Department,
then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and then-CIA
Director John Brennan – essentially, the officials at the top, including
former Rice deputy Ben Rhodes,” Fox News noted.
“The names were
part of incidental electronic surveillance of candidate and
President-elect Trump and people close to him, including family members,
for up to a year before he took office,” Fox News stressed.
On Aug. 2, Washington Free Beacon reported
that former United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power is believed to
have made “hundreds” of unmasking requests to identify individuals named
in classified intelligence community reports related to Trump and his
transition team.
Rep. Devin Nunes, Rep.-Calif., chair of the House Intelligence Committee, in a letter
dated July 27, addressed to Daniel Coats, Director of National
Intelligence, noted that since the 2016 election, there have been
“numerous leaks alleging inappropriate or unlawful activity” by
individuals associated with President Trump.
Nunes also commented
the House Intelligence Committee also understands “that Obama-era
officials sought the identities of Trump transition officials within
intelligence reports,” commenting that Obama-era officials “may have
used this information for improper purposes, including the possibility
of leaking.”
Last Friday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced
the Department of Justice was opening an investigation, pursuing
criminal charges against people who leaked classified information,
presumably including Obama-era officials who may have “unmasked” Trump
campaign and transition team members from NSA electronic surveillance
records.
Last Thursday, a controversy developed over the disclosure
of an unclassified letter Trump’s national security adviser, Gen. H. R.
McMaster, sent to Susan Rice’s home, giving her unfettered and
continuing access to classified information and waiving her
“need-to-know” requirement she viewed or received since leaving the
Obama White House, despite concerns over Rice’s involvement in the Obama
administration’s developing “unmasking” scandal.
Sean Hannity Exposes Democratic Plan To Overthrow Trump, Army Colonel Confirms Plan, Elite Panic
General McMaster Terrified Of Mike Cernovich & Patriot Media Published on Aug 4, 2017 It is becoming clearer and clearer that general McMaster is nothing but a globalist tool working to undermine Donald Trump.

H.R. McMaster has been insulting Trump in front of foreign leaders.
McMaster expressed his disapproval of Trump’s course to
foreign officials during the lead-up to his trip to Germany. The general
specifically said he’d disagreed with Trump’s decision to hold an Oval
Office meeting in May with top Russian diplomats and with the
president’s general reluctance to speak out against Russian aggression
in Europe, according to the three foreign officials.
Derek Harvey was the key figure when it came to the
Middle East. He was against the Iran Deal and the funding of Palestinian
Authority terror. He called out Islamic Jihad. He tried to force out
the Obama holdovers running our foreign policy. And now he’s gone.
Through the campaign, candidate Trump tapped into a deep
vein of concern among many citizens that America is at risk and slipping
away. Globalists and Islamists recognize that for their visions
to succeed, America, both as an ideal and as a national and political
identity, must be destroyed. … Islamists ally with cultural
Marxists because, as far back as the 1980s, they properly assessed that
the left has a strong chance of reducing Western civilization to its
benefit.
McMaster promoted CAIR diversity outreach coordinator Mustafa Javed
Ali to top role. Ali then blocked Ayaan Hirsi Ali from speaking at NSC.
Pro-Trump supporters removed from the NSC include Tara Dahl, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, Robin Townley, Derek Harvey, and Adam Lovinger.

“I know that the president isn’t a big fan of what McMaster’s doing. I
don’t understand why he’s allowing a guy who is subverting his foreign
policy at every turn to remain in place.” McMaster is an energetic exponent
of the damaging fiction that “the Islamic State is not Islamic.” Trump
campaigned on the proposition that Obama and Clinton were wrong to
pretend that Islamic terrorism was not Islamic, and that this denial
deformed our response to the global jihad threat. So why is this
subversive still in place? McMaster must be fired.
“EXCLUSIVE: ‘Everything The President Wants To Do, McMaster Opposes,’
Former NSC Officials Say,” by Jonah Bennett and Saagar Enjeti, Daily Caller, August 3, 2017:
National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is thwarting
President Donald Trump’s foreign policy prescriptions, two former senior
NSC officials told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“Everything the president wants to do, McMaster opposes,” a former
senior official said in a wide-ranging interview. “Trump wants to get us
out of Afghanistan — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to get us out
of Syria — McMaster wants to go in. Trump wants to deal with the China
issue — McMaster doesn’t. Trump wants to deal with the Islam issue —
McMaster doesn’t. You know, across the board, we want to get rid of the
Iran deal — McMaster doesn’t. It is incredible to watch it happening
right in front of your face. Absolutely stunning.”
One former official characterized McMaster as a “sycophant” of retired Army Gen. David Petraeus.
“I know that the president isn’t a big fan of what McMaster’s doing,”
the former official declared. “I don’t understand why he’s allowing a
guy who is subverting his foreign policy at every turn to remain in
place.” he added.
The official continued that he expects a purge of “campaign Trump”
loyalists to continue with particular intensity within the next two
weeks.

“I just fear there is a real creeping of status quo thinking that is
taking over the place. I was upset while I was there in seeing how
empowered Obama holdovers under McMaster were to essentially perpetuate
Obama-era policies,” another former official told TheDCNF.
Both officials expressed particular concern over the Trump administration’s future policy in Afghanistan.
“The Trumpian view that we were trying to put forward was shut down,” an official declared….
“A letter from H.R. McMaster said Susan Rice will keep her top-secret security clearance,” by Sara A. Carter, Circa, August 3, 2017 (thanks to Joe):
Almost one month after it was disclosed that former
President Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice was unmasking
members of President Trump’s team and other Americans, Trump’s own
national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, sent an official letter giving
her unfettered and continuing access to classified information and
waiving her “need-to-know” requirement on anything she viewed or
received during her tenure, Circa has confirmed.
The undated and unclassified letter from McMaster was sent in the
mail to Rice’s home during the last week of April. Trump was not aware
of the letter or McMaster’s decision, according to two Senior West Wing
officials and an intelligence official, who spoke to Circa on condition
that they not be named.
“I hereby waive the requirement that you must have a ‘need-to-know’
to access any classified information contained in items you ‘originated,
reviewed, signed or received while serving,’ as National Security
Adviser,” the letter said. The letter also states that the “NSC will
continue to work with you to ensure the appropriate security clearance
documentation remains on file to allow you access to classified
information.”…
In June, the House Intelligence Committee subpoenaed Rice as part of
the committee’s larger investigation into the unmasking of Americans
under the Obama administration. Rice maintains that she never accessed
the information inappropriately and has agreed to testify before the committee.
Under the law, and under certain conditions, it is common practice
for some senior government officials to be given the unfettered access
to classified information, and their “need to know” is waived under
“Executive Order 13526 Section 4.4 Access by Historical Researchers and
Certain Former Government Personnel.” But the White House officials told
Circa that under the current congressional investigation, and given
President Trump’s ongoing concern that members of his team were
unmasked, Rice’s clearance should have been limited to congressional
testimony only or revoked until the end of the investigation. Rice and
Brennan have confirmed they sought the unredacted names of Americans in
NSA-sourced intelligence reports, but insisted their requests were
routine parts of their work and that they did nothing improper. Former
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power also has legal
authority to unmask officials.
In a June tweet, Trump called the revelation that Rice and other
Obama senior officials were unmasking members of his team the “big
story… the ‘unmasking and surveillance’ that took place during the Obama
administration.”
“Basically, this letter which was signed in the last week of April
undercuts the president’s assertion that Susan Rice’s unmasking activity
was inappropriate. In essence, anybody who committed a violation as she
did would not be given access to classified information,” said a senior
West Wing official, who was shown the document by Circa and verified
its authenticity. “In fact, they would have their security clearance and
right to ‘need-to-know’ stripped.”…

General McMaster Panics As Journalists Expose Him As Greatest National Security Threat

As
journalist expose National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster's past, the
General panics, knowing his plans into the future are now at risk of
total collapse as he undermines President Trump.
McMaster purges NSC staffer for warning about “globalists and Islamists”
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
Is this Barack Obama’s administration, or Donald Trump’s? Trump
campaigned rebuking Obama and Hillary Clinton for not daring to call
terrorism Islamic. And now Rich Higgins has been fired for warning about
“Islamists”? McMaster must go. Please call the White House at
202-456-1111 and politely and courteously ask that McMaster be fired and
Higgins (and others McMaster has fired) be reinstated.
The Leftist establishment media is working to spin the firing of
Higgins as a showdown between McMaster and Steve Bannon. In reality,
it’s McMaster as Obama’s front man versus Trump.
If the Trump administration is going to have any integrity in its
message and any coherent connection with the premises of the Trump
campaign, McMaster must go, and go quickly, along with all the other
Obama holdovers and Obama sympathizers who think that denying the nature
and magnitude of the jihad threat is the best way to deal with that
threat.
“McMaster Purges NSC Staffer for Warning of Islamist-Leftist Threat,” by Daniel Greenfield, FrontPage, August 2, 2017:
McMaster had purged Derek Harvey, one of the NSC’s best people on the Middle East, for trying to fire Obama holdovers.
“In the late 1980s, Harvey traveled throughout Iraq by
taxicab—500 miles, village to village—interviewing locals, sleeping on
mud floors with a shower curtain for a door. He [was] full of questions,
intensely curious and entirely nonthreatening. After the 1991 Gulf War,
when the CIA was predicting the inevitable fall of Iraqi dictator
Saddam Hussein, Harvey, then a major, insisted that Hussein would
survive because members of the Sunni community knew their fortunes were
tied to his. He was right. Months before the 9/11 terrorist attacks,
Harvey wrote an intelligence paper declaring that al Qaeda and the
Taliban leadership in Afghanistan posed a strategic threat to the United
States.”
And why was Harvey fired?
That dispute was followed by a bigger one. Bannon and
Trump, according to White House officials, pressed McMaster to fire a
list of Obama holdovers at the National Security Council who were
suspected of leaking to the press. The list of names was compiled by
Derek Harvey, a former Defense Intelligence Agency colonel who was
initially hired by Flynn. McMaster balked. He refused to fire anyone on
the list and asserted that he had the authority to fire and hire
National Security Council staff.
Rich Higgins, a top official of the National Security
Council was fired last month after arguing in a memo that President
Trump is under sustained attack from subversive forces both within and
outside the government who are deploying Maoist tactics to defeat
President Trump’s nationalist agenda.
“Globalists and Islamists recognize that for their visions to
succeed, America, both as an ideal and as a national and political
identity, must be destroyed,” the memo warns. It argues that this has
led “Islamists [to] ally with cultural Marxists,” but that in the long
run, “Islamists will co-opt the movement in its entirety.”
“Because the left is aligned with Islamist organizations at local,
national, and international levels, recognition should be given to the
fact that they seamlessly interoperate through coordinated synchronized
interactive narratives … These attack narratives are pervasive, full
spectrum, and institutionalized at all levels. They operate in social
media, television, the 24-hour news cycle in all media and are
entrenched at the upper levels of the bureaucracies.” Higgins, seen as an ally of White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, had only served on the council for a couple months. Higgins had also “pushed for declassification of documents having to
do with radical Islam and Iran,” according to a source close to the
White House. A source close to Higgins said that specifically, Higgins
had been pushing for the declassification of Presidential Study
Directive 11, a classified report produced in 2010 by the Obama
administration which presaged the Arab Spring, outlining unrest
throughout the Middle East. The directive has become a shibboleth of
activists such as Frank Gaffney, who see it as evidence of the Obama
administration’s links to the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist
groups.
Higgins, according to another source with direct knowledge of the
incident, was called into the White House Counsel’s office the week
before last and asked about the memo. On July 21, the Friday of that
week, he was informed by McMaster’s deputy Ricky Waddell that he was
losing his job.
And so McMaster purges another challenge to the Obama order. And you
have to wonder whether he isn’t emerging as a national security threat….
