JNS.org – The US Senate passed the Never Again Education Act, which seeks to expand Holocaust education in the United States, by unanimous consent on Wednesday.
The passage followed Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) lifting a hold on the bill on Thursday, a day after it was discharged from the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. It also happens to come in Jewish American Heritage Month.
“It’s very rare for a substantive bill to move like this without going through committee,” a Hill aide toldJewish Insider. “[Lee] and his staff wanted to review the text.”
Ultimately, no changes were made to the bill, the Hill aide told the outlet.
A hold is a procedure where a senator tells his or her floor leader that he or she does not want a specific measure to reach the floor for consideration, and therefore may filibuster any motion to proceed to debate the bill or other measure.
The legislation, which now goes to US President Donald Trump for his expected signature into law, would expand the US Holocaust Memorial Museum’s (USHMM) education programming to teachers nationwide, requiring the museum to develop and disseminate resources to improve awareness and understanding of the Holocaust and its lessons.
The Senate version, which was introduced by Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and had 76 co-sponsors, was slightly different from the House one, which the Senate ultimately passed, in that former had the US Department of Education, not the USHMM, oversee the expansion of Holocaust education in the United States.
“Antisemitism is on the rise in the United States and across the globe. We must act to reverse this dangerous course,” said Rosen in a statement. “The best way to prevent an atrocity like the Holocaust from occurring again is through education. … Through education, we can provide insight into the past, and use it to prevent antisemitism now.”
“Antisemitism is a serious threat in the United States and around the world. We are obligated to fight against such bigotry, and failing to educate the next generation would only make history more likely to repeat itself,” said Cramer in a statement. “The Never Again Education Act legislation gives parents and teachers more resources and training to teach our children about the lessons of the Holocaust.”
The House version was introduced by Reps. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) and Elise Stefanik (R-NY), and passed in January on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which commemorated the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau.
“This critical, bipartisan legislation is a proactive measure to educate and provide states and schools with the resources necessary to incorporate Holocaust education into their classrooms, ensuring that all students understand the evils of Holocaust and its impact,” said Stefanik.
“Children are not born with hate in their hearts, it is up to us to make sure they never learn it,” said Maloney in a statement. “To do that, we must make sure our educators have the tools they need to teach about the Holocaust, an incredibly difficult subject to teach and for students to understand.”
Under the legislation, $2 million would be allocated annually for this year and each of the next four years to the Holocaust Education Assistance Program Fund, administered by the USHMM’s governing body, the US Holocaust Memorial Council. Private donations for the fund would be permitted.
The measure, passed in the Senate during Jewish American Heritage Month, would create an online Holocaust-education repository of resources for educators to teach both middle-school and high school students about the genocide that killed 11 million people, 6 million of whom were Jews.
Currently, 18 states either encourage or require teaching about the Holocaust.
‘Hard work paid off’
Jewish and pro-Israel groups celebrated the bill’s passage in the Senate.
“Senator Rosen has been building consensus on the urgency of quality Holocaust education within her caucus and across the aisle since introducing the Never Again Education Act in the Senate,” said Hadassah’s National President, Rhoda Smolow, and its CEO and Executive Director, Janice Weinman, in a statement. “Today, her hard work paid off.”
In a statement, Christians United for Israel Founder and Chairman John Hagee said “if there exists a silver bullet to defeat the spread of bigotry and hatred, it is education. Through this legislation, teachers around the country will have federal support in their efforts to stamp out antisemitism by teaching about its abhorrent consequences.”
The Republican Jewish Coalition applauded the bipartisan nature of the passed legislation.
“The men and women of the United States Senate deserve credit for setting aside their differences to clear the way for swift and unanimous passage of this much-needed legislation,” said RJC Executive Director Matt Brooks in a statement.

The deportation of a Nazi death camp guard from his residence in Queens, New York, in 2018 by ICE was described as the removal of the "last known Nazi collaborator from the United States."
That’s not quite true.
There’s another Nazi collaborator living on Fifth Avenue. He’s a billionaire and untouchable because his dubious fortune has been used to finance the Democrat Party, radical leftists, assorted anti-Semites, and opponents of ICE: the agency that should step in to remove the aged Hungarian from the United States.
The legal basis for removing Soros is quite clear.
The Holtzman Amendment states that "Any alien… under the direction of, or in association with... (II) any government in any area occupied by the military forces of the Nazi government of Germany, (III) any government established with the assistance or cooperation of the Nazi government of Germany, or (IV) any government which was an ally of the Nazi government of Germany, ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person because of race, religion, national origin, or political opinion is inadmissible." It provides grounds for deportation even retroactively.
On 60 Minutes, Soros had admitted working with a Hungarian Nazi collaborator to confiscate Jewish property. While he and his flacks have since tried to spin that admission, the interview is quite clear.
“My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson, went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews," Steve Kroft asked the radical billionaire.
“Yes, that’s right. Yes," Soros admitted, nodding his head.
In his biography, Soros' father described his son working with a Hungarian Nazi official to inventory the property of a Jewish person. Soros has made that same claim elsewhere. The official, variously named as Baumbach or Baumflass by Soros and his father, both probably fake names, worked for the Hungarian government. This would have been under the Quisling regime of Döme Sztójay.
Horthy, the leader of Hungary for most of WW2, had been an ally of Nazi Germany, but once he saw which way the war was headed, tried to reach a deal with the allies. In response, Hitler occupied Hungary, removed Horthy, and had him replaced with Sztójay. While Hungarian Jews had been persecuted under Horthy, the Holocaust really began in Hungary under Sztójay. An official of a government under Sztójay would qualify under II, III and IV of the Holtzman Amendment.
Soros told Adam Smith's Money World, a PBS series, "I actually went with him and we took possession of these large estates."
When Soros originally made these admissions in the nineties, there was little interest in him outside the financial world. As he began using his massive fortune to buy elections, and fund lefty groups hostile to America, Europe, and Israel, there was renewed interest in his wartime activities. His political allies in the media have vociferously condemned any mention of his collaboration and have worked to rewrite history, claiming that these admissions by Soros were poorly worded or taken out of context.
Innumerable fact checks have claimed that Soros was only a frightened little boy hiding out for his life.
These fact checks ignore the simple fact that Soros was not “hiding” by going off to participate in the confiscation of the estate of a Jewish industrialist. Hiding out meant staying out of sight. Soros never actually stayed out of sight while with the Nazi collaborator, he hiked and chatted with friends.
Why did George Soros actually go to the Kornfeld estate?
Tivadar Soros, the billionaire's father, revealed that, "The following week the kind-hearted Baufluss, in an effort to cheer the unhappy lad up, took him off with him to the provinces. At the time he was working in Transdanubia, west of Budapest, on the model estate of a Jewish aristocrat, Baron Moric Kornfeld. There they were wined and dined by what was left of the staff. George also met several other ministry officials, who immediately took a liking to the young man, the alleged godson of Mr Baufluss. He even helped with the inventory. Surrounded by good company, he quickly regained his spirits.”
Soros did not go to the Kornfeld estate to hide out, but because a Nazi collaborator paid by the Soros family thought that it would cheer him up. He was not a frightened child. And he was not hiding out. Instead, he voluntarily went to the worst possible place that an actual Jew hiding out could possibly be, hanging out with officials dispatched to identify and persecute Jews, because he was having fun.
This matches Soros’ description elsewhere of the period as the “most exciting time of my life”.
Or as he stated elsewhere, "1944 was the happiest year of my life. This is a strange, almost offensive thing to say because 1944 was the year of the Holocaust, but it is true."
The fact checks claiming that George Soros was a teenager who only did what he had to are false. The account by his father and the circumstances of his collaboration show that he did it for fun.
The claims that Soros collaborated because he was hiding out were disproven by his father’s words.
Soros was a teenager at the time. But the Holtzman Amendment does not set an age limit. And, as an adult, Soros has remained unrepentant, expressing a lack of guilt in the 60 Minutes interview.
There might be a debate about whether a teenager should be punished for his actions during the war. But no one is putting Soros on trial. Courts have held that deportation is not a punishment. As an unrepentant adult, he is eligible to be deported from the United States for his voluntary collaboration in the persecution of Jews because his past renders him inadmissible to remain on American soil.
Since the relevant crime was committed on Hungarian soil, Hungary’s government can request his extradition to face justice. Soros still holds Hungarian citizenship and that is his motherland.
Or he can be deported back to England, where he emigrated to the United States from.
George Soros came to the United States in 1956. At some point, he became a citizen of this country. It is unknown whether he was ever asked about what he did during the war. Such questions often weren’t asked at the time and this allowed many Nazi war criminals to penetrate the United States.
But we do know that Soros had trouble obtaining a visa to originally enter the United States.
Soros obtained his visa under the skilled worker quotas of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. While the bill makes no specific mention of Nazi war crimes, it declares visa applicants affiliated with totalitarian movements ineligible. Arguably, Soros illegitimately procured his visa. And, having done so, he can be denaturalized, and then treated as a deportable alien under the Holtzman Amendment.
Aliens can be deported from the United States, not based on current deportability rules, but those under which they were admitted. In Soros’ case, those would be the 1952 rules of the INA.
If denaturalizing Soros for improperly receiving a visa under INA’s totalitarian alien exclusion seems too challenging, we also know that he was initially turned down for a visa because he was too young to be considered a specialist. He was allowed in only because of an affidavit filed on his behalf by a currency analyst which misrepresented the state of the industry in order to overcome that barrier. A visa based on misrepresentation is invalid. The invalid visa provides grounds for denaturalizing Soros. And his collaboration provides a basis for treating him as a deportable alien and expelling him from America.
Last year, Soros’ Open Society Foundation began taking on denaturalization. Perhaps its founder is worried. He ought to be. His campaign for open borders and his war against immigration laws has backfired and put into place an administration that is determined to end open borders.
And it would only be fitting for the open borders billionaire to end up on the wrong side of the border.
George Soros never paid for a lifetime of misdeeds. And it would also be fitting to start with what may be his oldest crime. The Holtzman Amendment leaves no room for Nazi collaborators in America.
Not even when their billions have funded politicians, judges, organizations, and the Democrat Party.

BERLIN (Fox News) – A 93-year-old former SS private, who as a teenager stood guard in a watchtower in a Nazi Germany concentration camp, began trial Thursday in Hamburg state court where he’s accused of being an accessory to 5,230 murders in the finals months of World War II.
Bruno Dey was in his late teens when he worked at the Stutthof concentration camp more than seven decades ago outside of Danzig, which is now the city of Gdansk in Poland.
Prosecutors argue that while Dey was not directly involved in a killing in Stutthof, he was a “small wheel in the machinery of murder” committed during his time as a guard from August 1944 to April 1945 given he actively stopped inmates from escaping the camp, which was one of the last to be liberated.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government has declared that Iran's call to obliterate the State of Israel is not an expression of antisemitism.
On October 1, Merkel’s Foreign Ministry labeled the call to destroy Israel by commander-in-chief of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Gen. Hossein Salami as “anti-Israel rhetoric.”
When the Post asked the Merkel administration if it agreed with the Foreign Ministry statement, a government spokesman told The Jerusalem Post: “We have nothing to add to the reply of the foreign office.”The Post had specifically asked if Salami’s statements were antisemitic.In late September, Salami delivered his call to exterminate the Jewish state before an audience of IRGC leaders that was publicized by the state-funded IRNA agency, as well as other Iranian regime-controlled outlets.Salami said that “This sinister regime must be wiped off the map and this is no longer… a dream [but] it is an achievable goal.”He added that his country has “managed to obtain the capacity to destroy the impostor Zionist regime” 40 years after the 1979 Islamic revolution.
Germany’s Foreign Ministry issued the following statement in German and English: “We condemn the recent threats by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps against Israel in the strongest possible terms. Such anti-Israel rhetoric is completely unacceptable. Israel’s right to exist is not negotiable. We urge Iran to commit to maintaining peaceful relations with all states in the region and to take practical steps to de-escalate tensions.”

British Jews have spoken of their fear after a pro-Palestine group supported by Jeremy Corbyn forced Jewish-owned shops to close by staging aggressive rallies outside them.
The Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC), of which Mr Corbyn is patron, targeted shops selling Israeli products in Brighton, London and Manchester, forcing two businesses to fold.
Earlier this month, it organised a rally in London which saw ‘open anti-Semitism from attendees’, according to the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism. A statement from the Labour leader was read out to the crowd.
It comes as Labour became the only party after the BNP to be formally investigated for racism by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).
A new film, Hounded, has been released today by anti-racism campaigners to draw attention to the harassment of Jews who sell goods from Israel, highlighting a ‘campaign of intimidation’ that has been going on for years.
It focuses on the case of a British Jewish businessman who fled the country with his family after he was hounded for five years by the Scottish PSC and the Republican Network for Unity, neither of which are officially endorsed by Mr Corbyn.
Nissan Ayalon, 33, relocated three times to escape the activists but each time they found him, attacking his shop with paint bombs because he sold Israeli cosmetics.
The revelations about the PSC will increase the pressure on the Labour leader – who was officially saluted by Hamas last week – as he struggles to contain his party’s anti-Semitism crisis…..

Appearing as a guest on the Yahoo News podcast “Skullduggery” in early May, Rashida Tlaib offered her own fantastical version of Israeli, and “Palestinian” history:
“There’s always kind of a calming feeling, I tell folks, when I think of the Holocaust, and the tragedy of the Holocaust, and the fact that it was my ancestors — Palestinians — who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways, have been wiped out, and some people’s [sic] passports,” Tlaib said on the podcast’s most recent episode, published Friday [May 11]. “And, just all of it was in the name of trying to create a safe haven for Jews, post-the Holocaust, post-the tragedy and the horrific persecution of Jews across the world at that time. And, I love the fact that it was my ancestors that provided that, right,[sic] in many ways, but they did it in a way that took their human dignity away and it was forced on them.”
What kind of person, what kind of moral idiot, says that when she “thinks of the Holocaust” there “is always kind of a calming feeling”? We could stop right there, for that ought to be enough to permanently earn her universal scorn. But let’s continue.
What she claims, in her confused and tortured English, is this:
Israel came into being to provide a “safe haven for Jews” after the Holocaust; it was the local population, the “Palestinians,” who “provided that safe haven” but in so doing, they lost “their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways.” You see, they were made to suffer for the crimes against the Jews committed by others, while being themselves guiltless.
Tlaib implies that Israel came into being as a reaction to the Holocaust. It did not. The Jewish state, as an idea and an ideal, long preceded the Holocaust. Eretz Israel was in the minds of exiled Jews for nearly two millennia. Modern Zionism, which called for Jews to rebuild a Jewish state in their ancestral homeland, began not — as Tlaib seems to think — post-World War II, as a belated attempt to create a “safe haven” after the Holocaust, but with Theodor Herzl, who made public at the First Zionist Congress in 1897 the goal of resurrecting a Jewish state.
Even under Ottoman rule, Jews had begun to return to Eretz Israel, buying land from local Arab owners and from absentee landlords in Amman, Beirut, and Istanbul, often at exorbitant prices. Jews continued to resettle in the Land of Israel during the period of the British mandate. They did not despoil any local Arabs; these Jews paid handsomely for every last dunam they acquired. It was only after the 1948–49 war, in which the armies of five Arab countries attempted to snuff out the young life of the nascent Jewish state, that some land, from which the Arab owners had fled, was expropriated.
Rashida Tlaib appears not to know this history. And she describes the “Palestinians” (who came into existence, as a “people”– invented for propaganda purposes — only after the Six-Day War) as having had to sacrifice so much, in order that the Jews might have a “safe haven.” In fact, the local Arabs (Tlaib’s “Palestinians”) fought the Jews and opposed their return to Zion any way they could. Arabs were attacking Jewish settlers as early as 1920, at Tel Hai, where they killed Jewish farmers and burned their settlement to the ground; the same year, Arabs attacked Jews during the Nebi Musa riots in Jerusalem. Throughout the 1920s and 1930s local Arabs continued to attack Jews in farms, towns and cities.
The “Arab Revolt” in 1936-39 was, however, mainly directed at the British, who were seen as being too favorable toward the Jews (which was definitely not the case). The leader of the Palestinian Muslims, Haj Amin al-Husseini, went into exile during that revolt. Al-Husseini continued to promote violence against the Jews of ‘Palestine’, from his foreign eyries, first in Lebanon, then in Iraq. After a short stay in Fascist Italy, he ended up in Nazi Germany. From there Al-Husseini broadcast pro-Nazi propaganda to Arab and Muslim audiences; he found Bosnian Muslim volunteers for the Waffen-SS; he met with Hitler to express his enthusiasm for how the Fuehrer was dealing with European Jews; he may even have visited Auschwitz. He made propaganda broadcasts for the Nazis. He collaborated with the Germans in sabotage campaigns in Iraq, Transjordan, and ‘Palestine’. Husseini intervened on 13 May 1943, before the meeting with Himmler when he was informed of the Holocaust, with the German Foreign Office to block possible transfers of Jews from Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania to ‘Palestine’, after reports reached him that 4,000 Jewish children accompanied by 500 adults had managed to reach ‘Palestine’. He asked the Foreign Minister “to do his utmost” to block all such proposals, and this request was complied with. In June 1943 the Mufti recommended to the Hungarian minister that it would be better to send Jews in Hungary to concentration camps in Poland rather than let them find asylum in ‘Palestine’.
A year later, on 25 July 1944 he wrote to the Hungarian foreign minister to register his objection to the release of certificates for 900 Jewish children and 100 adults for transfer from Hungary, fearing they might end up in Palestine. He did everything he could to prevent European Jews from reaching Palestine. He knew from Himmler himself what fate awaited them if they remained; that Final Solution was exactly what he wanted. This was the man who, even in exile, remained the undisputed leader of the Palestinian Arabs from the 1920s until after the first Arab-Israeli war.
Rashida Tlaib apparently knows none of this. Her history begins after World War II, with entirely innocent “Palestinians” being made to pay the price for the Holocaust. But those innocent “Palestinians” had been attacking and murdering Jews, whose only crime was to have bought land in ‘Palestine’, since the 1920s. Their leader Al-Husseini eagerly collaborated with the Nazis and made every effort to persuade governments in Europe to prevent Jews from escaping to ‘Palestine’. And it was the desire to placate the “Palestinians,” in order to avoid a repeat of the violence of the “Arab Revolt,” that caused the British government to severely limit the numbers of Jews who could enter Mandatory Palestine.
By the White Paper of 1939, only 15,000 Jews would be allowed into ‘Palestine’ each year, for five years; at the end of that period, any further Jewish immigration would be subject to veto by the Arabs, which meant it would end. The Arab pressure on the British thus led to a policy that prevented hundreds of thousands of desperate Jews from finding refuge just before, and during, World War II, in Mandatory Palestine. Instead, they were forced to remain in Europe, where they were murdered. The “Palestinians” had ensured that the gates to ‘Palestine’, for Jews, would remain shut.
Rashida Tlaib might want to look into the long history of how the local Arabs — her “Palestinians” — did everything they could to make sure that Jews would not find a “safe haven” in ‘Palestine’. They attacked Jews wherever they were — Jewish farmers and Jews living in towns, Jews living in Jerusalem and in the three other “holy cities” of Judaism, Hebron, Safed, and Tiberias, and Jews living in the brand-new city of Tel Aviv. These attacks by local Arabs started during World War I, continued during the mandate period, and are still ongoing, as we all know, right up to the present day. That’s some “safe haven” the “Palestinians” provided the Jews. Will Rashida Tlaib dare to admit that her potted history is dead wrong? Will she recognize the role of her “ancestors,” not in helping Jews to find refuge, but in making sure that they did not?
Tlaib apparently does not know that the 1948-49 Arab-Israeli war began when five Arab armies — those of Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq — invaded the newly-declared state of Israel. The Secretary-General of the Arab League, Azzam Pasha, promised a “momentous massacre” of a kind that had not been seen since the days of the Mongols. Some “Palestinians” fled in the months prior to the Arab attack, so as to get out of the way of those armies; they had been assured that the Jews would be quickly crushed, and that they could then safely return to their homes. Those who chose to remain were neither dispossessed of their land, nor killed by the Israelis. Contrary to Rashida Tlaib’s preposterous assertion, they lost neither their lives, nor their livelihoods, nor their dignity.
Israel did indeed become a “safe haven” for Jews, but that was solely through the efforts of the Jews themselves, and despite the determination of the “Palestinians” to destroy the Jews already in ‘Palestine’, and to ensure that as few as possible would arrive, fleeing the Nazis, from Europe. The fable Rashida Tlaib tells, of “Palestinians:” being made to answer for the crimes of the Nazis, ignores decades of Arab attacks on Jewish settlers, of successful Arab efforts to persuade the British to severely limit Jewish immigration to ‘Palestine’, and to insist that European countries not allow any Jews to escape to the one place where they might have found refuge.
Rashida Tlaib’s string of self-pitying counter-factuals about the supposed role of the “Palestinians” in providing a “safe haven” for Jews, and about how they, so blameless, have been made to suffer for it, both astonishes and disgusts. She should be urged to study, for a start, the life and works of Haj Amin al-Husseini. But I doubt if she would have the decency to do it. One thing about Rashida Tlaib is certain. History is not her strong suit.

MEDICAL WASTE GIANT STERICYCLE BURNING BODIES OF ABORTED BABIES IN "MODERN-DAY AUSCHWITZ" PLANT, INVESTIGATION REVEALS
AUGUSTA, Ga. —An investigation out of Georgia has confirmed that the medical waste giant Stericycle is burning the bodies of aborted babies at its North Carolina incineration plant. The mounting evidence of the ongoing operation, which has been characterized as a “modern-day Auschwitz,” further documents the corporate collaboration in the systematic annihilation of unwanted children.
The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) recently investigated a report of concern that A Preferred Women’s Health Center of Augusta could be improperly disposing of aborted babies as Stericycle is the only company picking up at the facility and it claims that does not dispose of aborted “fetuses.”
The facility is part of a chain encompassing four different locations, which are also in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Atlanta, Georgia.
According to Steven Smith, a local Christian who seeks to reach mothers outside of the facility, Stericycle visits the abortion facility every six weeks for pickup.
Stericycle, which shows up on a regular basis at abortion facilities nationwide, had once transported aborted babies for convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell and his “House of Horrors.” Gosnell, who is now serving a life sentence for “snipping” the necks of three babies who were born alive, was convicted after he stopped paying his Stericycle bills and the babies were piling up in the freezer—evidence that otherwise would have been handed off to Stericycle for destruction, according to a grand jury report.

However, in a 2017 letter to the pro-life group Created Equal, Stericycle CEO Charles Alutto claimed that the company does not accept aborted babies due to its long-held waste acceptance policy, which prohibits medical waste generators from including “complete human remains, including heads, full torsos and fetuses” in the boxes or containers for pickup.
He added that several years prior, the company also began requiring abortion facilities to submit a “supplemental assurance” that they have another licensed provider to dispose of the “fetuses.”
“We have previously informed you and continue to maintain that Stericycle does not accept fetal remains,” Alutto wrote, pointing to the company’s waste acceptance policy.
“Beyond our policy, for women’s healthcare facilities that may provide certain procedures, we require supplemental assurances in writing that they have licensed providers for fetal remains,” he stated. “When customers are not willing to provide this certification, we do not provide services.”
Therefore, if Stericycle is not picking up the aborted babies as it adamantly claims, what is the abortion facility doing with them?
According to information posted on the EPD website, a representative with the agency drove to A Preferred Women’s Health Center to find out if the abortion facility is following state law regarding fetus disposal. It was confirmed by facility manager Paula Clark and administrator Calla Hales that Stericycle is its sole medical waste transporter.
“[Clark] stated that Stericycle does pick up all of their biomedical waste at one time about once a month,” the investigator wrote.
“Ms. Hales proceeded to give me the Stericycle customer weight report and the clinic’s waste disposal policy. Afterward, she showed me the new sharps storage, filled sharps storage, and the tissue storage. All of which are labeled ‘biohazard.’ She also provided me the customer support number for Stericycle,” she documented.
Freezer where aborted babies are stored until pickup
The investigator took a photograph of the exterior of the freezer where the aborted babies are stored until Stericycle arrives.
The disposal policy for the facility, which was uploaded with the investigation results, also reads, “Lab-regulated medical waste is packed for transport and placed in a freezer used exclusively for medical waste. The regulated waste remains frozen until the time of regularly scheduled pick up and transport as directed by Stericycle.”
The Stericycle weight report shows total “waste” pickup weighing 30.9, 38, 43 and 46 pounds on various pickup dates in 2018, with the latest pickup being on Jan. 24 and weighing at 27.4 pounds.
The investigator then contacted Stericycle for additional information. The office of Selin Hoboy, the vice president for regulatory affairs at Stericycle’s corporate office, submitted documentation to the EPD that showed that A Preferred Women’s Health Center’s “waste” is transported to North Carolina for incineration.
“It was confirmed that all of the biomedical waste that is picked up from the clinic is taken to a site that is an incinerator and that the facility has an air permit through the state of North Carolina,” the investigator wrote.
The incinerator referred to in the report is a plant located in Graham, North Carolina, which is referred to in documents as Haw River.
Campaign to Stop Stericycle (CSS), which has been investigating and compiling evidence since 2011 of Stericycle’s “collection, transportation and incineration of aborted children and the instruments used to kill them,” has repeatedly decried the company’s incineration of aborted babies in North Carolina and its other locations nationwide. It compares the matter to the fires of Auschwitz during the days of the Holocaust and the allied collaboration in the “mass annihilation of unwanted persons.”
“Babies who are being murdered in numerous states are continually shipped by Stericycle to the incineration chambers to be burned with other medical garbage. This vivid picture is eerily reminiscent of the Holocaust that took place in Nazi Germany when the bodies of gassed Jews were burned in ovens,” said CSS Director Michael Marcavage. “The abortion holocaust is being perpetuated around the world because of companies like Stericycle that provide the vital services to keep these modern-day death camps, called ‘abortion clinics,’ open.”
“Stericycle must stop denying that it is disposing of aborted babies for financial gain—as it is not even following its own waste acceptance policy. It is hard to believe that an international corporation that prides itself in the safe disposal of dangerous hazardous waste, and expects to be trusted in doing so, doesn’t know that its own trucks are hauling away aborted babies for incineration in violation of its own stated policy,” he added. “It is time for the medical waste giant to stop lying to its investors, customers and those who raise concerns, and sever its ties to the abortion industry once and for all.”
Marcavage noted that without the collaboration of companies like Stericycle, the abortion industry could not continue to operate and would collapse. Recalling the lack of outcry during the Jewish Holocaust, he urged Christians not to let history repeat itself by looking away or remaining silent in the face of evil.
“In a day and age where there is so much indifference and apathy among religious professors toward the ongoing abortion holocaust, which has resulted in the deaths of millions upon millions of children, the biblical commands to love thy neighbor and to be a voice for the voiceless remain clear and unavoidable,” he said. “Christians must act now and speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, as the Scriptures instruct, and they can start with a call to Stericycle’s CEO.”

Smith, who has been reaching women outside of the A Preferred Women’s Health Center for the past three years, told Christian News Network that he has sought to urge Stericycle’s drivers not to assist the location with the murder of the unborn.
“We exhort everyone to love their preborn neighbor and to stop servicing [the location], from the UPS driver delivering packages to the private contractor servicing the building,” he outlined.
“Stericycle has been coming regularly every six weeks to pick up the remains of the children that are murdered here. Unlike the other businesses that we exhort, there comes some serious demonic pushback whenever they are addressed,” Smith stated.
However, some have refused to service the location after realizing what they were getting into, he said.
“Several drivers in the past have sequentially refused to pick up because their consciences were pricked only to have the ‘clinicians’ run to the cab of the truck trying to beg him to come in,” Smith recalled.
He added that he has tried to reach out to the corporate office, but his words have fallen on deaf ears.
“We’ve tried on our own over the years to expose their lie of Stericycle not picking up dead children by making phone calls and writing letters directly to the company and various state agencies, but as most people do, they want to turn their heads and ignore our requests and these image bearer’s plight,” Smith lamented.
As previously reported, in 2011, the medical waste giant was fined $42,000 in Texas for dumping fetal remains from Whole Woman’s Health in Austin with household and commercial trash.
“It was explained that medical waste is placed in red biohazard bags, then placed into boxes provided by Stericycle. Each fetus resulting from an abortion is placed into a hard plastic container and then into a red biohazard bag. The bag is then placed into a freezer, where it is stored,” an investigative report from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) outlined.
“When Stericycle arrives to transport the medical waste, the individual fetuses are removed from the freezer and placed into another large red biohazard bag. The red biohazard bag containing the fetuses is placed into the medical waste box along with other medical waste generated at the facility that requires treatment,” it continued. “According to facility representatives and the medical waste manifest reviewed, it appears that Stericycle picks up the waste once per week.”
In 2015, Stericycle was likewise found to have unlawfully dumped the remains of aborted babies from Greensville Women’s Clinic in South Carolina into a landfill after steam-sterilizing the boxes, instead of incinerating them as required by law, as the medical waste boxes were not properly labeled by the abortion facility.
