TRUMP MEETS WITH GOOGLE’S PICHAI TO TALK ABOUT “POLITICAL FAIRNESS”

Trump Meets With GoogleĆ¢€™s Pichai to Talk About "Political Fairness"
TRUMP MEETS WITH GOOGLE’S PICHAI TO TALK ABOUT “POLITICAL FAIRNESS”

Is Trump finally tackling online censorship? Meeting was unscheduled

BY KIT DANIELS
SEE: https://www.infowars.com/trump-meets-with-googles-pichai-to-talk-about-political-fairness/republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
President Trump just met with Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai to discuss the company’s dealings with China as well as “political fairness,” which suggests the president brought up online censorship.
Interestingly, the meeting was not on the president’s schedule; according to a report, Pichai had initially planned to meet with General Joseph Dunford on Wednesday, who recently blasted Google’s work in China by stating it “indirectly benefits the Chinese military.”
“Typically if a company does business in China, they are automatically going to be required to have a cell of the Communist Party in that company,” he recently stated. “And that is going to lead to that intellectual property from that company finding its way to the Chinese military.”
“It is a distinction without a difference between the Chinese Communist Party, the government and the Chinese military.”
These statements by Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, must have caught the president’s attention.
It’s not yet clear if Dunford was at the meeting or if Pichai had met with him separately.
The meeting apparently didn’t revolve entirely around China; the president also indicated that he talked to Pichai about “political fairness” in the US.
Google has been routinely accused of political bias, most recently by the Washington Free Beacon which reported evidence suggesting that the search giant was steering users away from the news that the Mueller probe would not lead to any new indictments:
Using Google search on multiple browsers and on private-browsing mode, the Free Beacon found Google search had an aversion to the search term “indictment.”
Using either “Trump” or “Mueller” as the subject, the following word “indictment” was not suggested even after spelling out most of it. For example, putting “Trump indi” into Google’s search bar does not lead to “Trump indictment” but rather to “Trump India,” “Trump India Pakistan,” Trump India tariffs,” and “Trump Indiana.”
This problem did not occur with Google’s search engine competitors, Yahoo and Bing. Those search engines suggested news about the indictments when you typed in the related words.

JUST HOW MANY MUSLIMS WON POLITICAL OFFICE IN 2018?

JUST HOW MANY MUSLIMS WON POLITICAL OFFICE
IN 2018?
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:

The Numbers May Surprise You !!!!

Many of you are familiar with a couple of congressional seats that were picked up by Muslim women and the first Muslim state attorney general put into office in Minnesota.  What you may not realize is just how many political offices were filled by electing Muslims in 2018.  Even more concerning is the high percentage of Muslims voting and their openness to promote the fact that they want to “change” our culture and society.
First, the information comes from JETPAC, which stands for  Justice  Education  Technology Political  Advocacy  Center.  According to their Mission Statement: JETPAC seeks to build a strong American Muslim political infrastructure and increase our community’s influence and engagement. We will  take our place at the table across all levels of government. Our philosophy of change is rooted in a community-based approach, grassroots mobilization, civics training, and technology application. We have developed our own training curriculum, as well as proprietary social media technology and automation tools, to give our Fellows the skills and resources they need to win elections.

One wonders if some of those tools involve voter fraud, especially after what we witnessed in Minnesota.
Let’s break down the Muslim wins from federal to the local level, and then we’ll sort them by states.

Those judiciary wins are extremely significant considering how judges don’t seem to be concerned about the Constitution anymore and look to foreign law and “precedent” in many of their rulings.
However, numbers from a report by Hamas-CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) in coordination with JETPAC indicates that a high percentage of Muslims voted in 2018. The report claims:
• 95% of Muslim voters participated in this year’s midterm election.
  • 78% of Muslim voters primarily voted for the Democratic Party candidates and 17% for Republican Party candidates.
    • 46% of Muslim voters consider themselves liberal on social issues, while 35% consider themselves conservative.
    • 43% of Muslim voters consider themselves fiscally conservative, while 40% consider themselves liberal.
    • 26% of Muslim voters who primarily voted for Democratic candidates perceived themselves as being conservative on social issues. Moreover, 36% perceived themselves as being fiscally conservative.
    • 68% of Muslim voters thought Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment in the U.S. increased while 17% thought it decreased in the past year.
    • 78% of Muslim voters who primarily voted for Democratic Party candidates thought Islamophobia increased in the past year. Conversely, only 33% of Muslim voters who primarily voted for Republican      Party candidates thought Islamophobia increased in the past year.
    • 53% of Muslim voters became more interested in politics since the 2016 presidential election, while 34% maintained the same level of interest in politics and 13% became less interested in politics.
  • 55% of Muslim voters have become more actively involved in politics and/or civically engaged since the 2016 presidential election, while 45% have not.
Out of those Muslim voters who have become more actively involved in politics and/or civically engaged since 2016 presidential election:
  • • 20% have primarily donated money to a political or social campaign.
    • 25% have primarily donated their time by volunteering with a local charity or civic-minded or religious organization.
    • 18% have primarily donated their expertise by using their skills and/or network to advance social/political engagement.
  • 37% have primarily been involved in another way.

If you DON’T think they have an agenda to conform America to Islam, you really do need to pull your head out of the sand.

TRUMP'S SATURDAY RAMPAGE~UNLOADS ON REPUBLICANS AFTER HEALTHCARE BILL FAIL

Saturday Rampage: Trump Unloads on Republicans After Healthcare Bill Fail

Calls for 51 majority vote change to Senate rules, threatens Congress’ healthcare options

BY ADAN SALAZAR

SEE: https://www.infowars.com/saturday-rampage-trump-unloads-on-republicans-after-healthcare-bill-fail/

President Donald Trump on Saturday let everyone, especially purported members of his own party, know he’s not happy with the recent failed healthcare repeal vote.

In a lengthy tweet screed, the president lashed out against “foolish” Republican leadership for failing to pass a “skinny” repeal bill, and urged the passage of a simple 51 majority vote rule.

Transcript of the tweets below:
“Republican Senate must get rid of 60 vote NOW! It is killing the R Party, allows 8 Dems to control country. 200 Bills sit in Senate. A JOKE!”
“The very outdated filibuster rule must go. Budget reconciliation is killing R’s in Senate. Mitch M, go to 51 Votes NOW and WIN. IT’S TIME!”
“Republicans in the Senate will NEVER win if they don’t go to a 51 vote majority NOW. They look like fools and are just wasting time……”
“….8 Dems totally control the U.S. Senate. Many great Republican bills will never pass, like Kate’s Law and complete Healthcare. Get smart!”
“If the Senate Democrats ever got the chance, they would switch to a 51 majority vote in first minute. They are laughing at R’s. MAKE CHANGE!”
“After seven years of “talking” Repeal & Replace, the people of our great country are still being forced to live with imploding ObamaCare!”
The president also threatened congress members’ healthcare options if a successful repeal could not be agreed upon, and later questioned whether Republicans were “total quitters” for refusing to pursue the effort.
“If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, BAILOUTS for Insurance Companies and BAILOUTS for Members of Congress will end very soon!”
“Unless the Republican Senators are total quitters, Repeal & Replace is not dead! Demand another vote before voting on any other bill!”

Friday’s vote was voted down 49-51, with many blaming Arizona Sen. John McCain for casting the deciding vote which doomed the repeal.

ATHEIST ACTIVIST GROUP SUES TRUMP OVER ORDER ALLOWING ELECTIONEERING FROM PULPIT

ATHEIST ACTIVIST GROUP SUES TRUMP OVER ORDER ALLOWING ELECTIONEERING FROM PULPIT
BY HEATHER CLARK
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
MADISON, Wisc. — A prominent professing
atheist organization has filed suit against President Donald Trump over
his religious freedom executive order, which directs the IRS not to
enforce the federal Johnson Amendment, a law passed in 1954 that
prohibits electioneering (favoring or disfavoring any political
candidate) from the pulpit.
The Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) asserts that Trump’s order is unfair because it only applies to religious nonprofits and not secular organizations.
“Trump is communicating to churches that his administration will not enforce the Johnson Amendment,” FFRF Co-President Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement. “The IRS needs clear direction that it must enforce the law equally.”
As previously reported, Trump signed the order on Thursday—the National Day of Prayer—in the White House rose garden in front of a diverse interfaith audience including evangelicals, Catholics, Jews, Orthodox, Muslims and Sikhs.

“No one should be censoring sermons or targeting pastors,” he declared during his speech. “America has a rich tradition of social change beginning in our pews and our pulpits. … [And] we must never infringe on the noble tradition of change from the church and progress from the pew.”
“Under my administration, free speech does not end at the steps of a cathedral or synagogue, or any other house of worship,” Trump proclaimed. “We are giving churches their voices back. We are giving them back in the highest form.”
However, FFRF says that Trump lacks the constitutional authority to “selectively veto a legitimate statute” signed into law more than 50 years ago, and asserts that the president is in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment in that his order is not applied equally to both religious and secular groups.

“The intended policy of selective non-enforcement of electioneering restrictions against churches and other religious organizations was designed and intended for the purpose of advancing the interests of churches and religious organizations above the interests of similarly situated nonreligious organizations, by allowing the former to engage in electioneering activities while the latter cannot,” its lawsuit contends.
The group also argues that the order chills FFRF’s First Amendment right to free speech while allowing religious entities to speak freely during election season.
It therefore is asking that the court declare Trump’s executive order unconstitutional, being a violation of the Take Care Clause requiring that presidents “take care that the laws be faithfully executed,” as well as an ultra vires act flouting the separation of powers.
The U.S. Department of Justice is vowing to defend the order, however, which it believes to be in line with the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.
“We will vigorously defend the order and the exercise of religious freedom in America,” spokesman Ian Prior told the Chicago Tribune on Friday.
According to historical documents, Election Day sermons were common in early America, beginning in the days of the Puritans and continuing after the official founding of the nation.
“The ancient advice dictated to Moses, by the priest of Midian, and approved of God, is admirably calculated, civil fathers, for your direction on this occasion. Tis a significant compendium of the qualifications of the persons whom you ought to favor with your suffrages: ‘Thou shalt provide out of all the people, able men, such as fear God, men of truth, and hating covetousness, and place such over them,'” Gad Hitchcock preached in 1774, pointing to Exodus 18:21.
“[A]bove all, suffer me to remind you that you act for God, and under his inspection, by whose providence this trust is committed to you, and that you must one day give an account to Him whose eyes are as a flame of fire, of the motives of your conduct,” he declared.

ATHEIST ACTIVIST GROUP URGES TRUMP TO KEEP GOD OUT OF INAUGURATION

ATHEIST ACTIVIST GROUP URGES TRUMP TO KEEP GOD OUT OF INAUGURATION
BY HEATHER CLARK
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
WASHINGTON — A prominent professing atheist
organization is asking President-elect Donald Trump to keep God out of
this month’s inaugural ceremony by removing the Bible, prayer and the
“so help me God” phrase of the oath from the event.
The Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) recently sent a letter to Trump to urge him to change his plans for the inauguration. It asserted that the Constitution is secular in nature and “contains no directive to swear to a deity or to place a hand on a Bible.”
“The ‘so help me God’ tradition violates the spirit of our secular Constitution in the very act of promising to uphold it. The Constitution prohibits rather than mandates religious oaths,” the group asserted.
“In its altered, religious form, the oath has become a symbol of the disregard many in our nation have shown for our secular constitutional principles. Reciting the presidential oath in its original form would be an important symbolic step toward divorcing American politics from religion,” it said.

FFRF also asked Trump to pull the prayer portion of the event, which, as previously reported, will feature an ecumenical assortment, including Franklin Graham, prosperity preacher Paula White and others. Some spiritual leaders will read from Scripture at the inauguration, such as prominent Catholic Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Jewish Rabbi Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
“If you wished to hold a private religious convocation to personally celebrate your inauguration with religion, of course we would have no objection based on the Establishment Clause,” the letter, signed by Co-Presidents Dan Barker and Annie Laurie Gaylor, outlined. “But we and our membership do most strenuously object to turning a secular event into a religious circus.”
“You were not elected pastor in chief, but president of all the people,” they said, repeating a phrase many Christians often contended during Trump’s campaign. “Prayer hosted by the government should not be part of taking a ceremony about pledging fealty to a secular Constitution.”

The organization likewise asked Trump not to take his oath on the Bible, but instead on the Constitution.
It is not yet known whether or not Trump plans to respond. As previously reported, FFRF made a similar request in 2012 for Barack Obama’s second inauguration ceremony, but it was disregarded.
In his first inaugural address in 1789, the nation’s first president, George Washington, declared, “[I]t would be peculiarly improper to omit in this first official act, my fervent supplications to that Almighty Being who rules over the universe, who presides in the Councils of Nations, and whose providential aids can supply every human defect, that His benediction may consecrate to the liberties and happiness of the people of the United States, a government instituted by themselves for these essential purposes: and may enable every instrument employed in its administration to execute with success, the functions allotted to His charge.”
“[W]e ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained,” he proclaimed.

PRESIDENT TRUMP, HERITAGE FOUNDATION IS THE CONTROLLED OPPOSITION

PRESIDENT TRUMP, HERITAGE FOUNDATION IS THE CONTROLLED OPPOSITION
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

Don’t fear the enemy who attacks you, but the fake friend who hugs you.
The government is best which governs the least, because its people discipline themselves. —Thomas Jefferson
In my last article, I documented Heritage Foundation’s drafting and promotion of job destroying NAFTA, but Heritage is also responsible for many other ills that American citizens face today, including healthcare and education.
Who Funds Heritage
Heritage is not required to disclose its donors, but according to a Media Transparency report in 2006, donors have included the John M. Olin Foundation, the Castle Rock Foundation, the Richard and Helen DeVos Foundation (founders of Amway and father-in-law to newly appointed Education Secretary, Betsy DeVos), Bradley Foundation (board members include Federal Reserve and CFR members), the Koch Brothers and Claude Lambe Foundation, and Richard Mellon Scaife, who gave over $30 million to Heritage.
Scaife supported abortion, and paid for a full-page ad in the WSJ in 2011, “From the Desk of Richard M. Scaife – An Open Letter to Fellow Conservatives: Why Conservatives Should Oppose Efforts to Defund Planned Parenthood.” His mother was a good friend of Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, and had her in for tea every Sunday afternoon.
The list of President Trump’s Supreme Court justices was culled with the aid of the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society. Only two justices on the list are truly pro-life. There are now 38 signees on the Coalition Letter on the Pledge for a Pro-Life Nomination for Justice Scalia's Seat on the Supreme Court.
Over the past 25 years, Heritage has also been funded by private foundations such as Pew Charitable Trust which also funded many GOALS 2000 initiatives. Bill Clinton signed the Goals 2000 law on March 31, 1994, creating new education bureaucracies and facilitating federal control of local education institutions. William Greider’s bestseller, Who Will Tell the People: The Betrayal of American Democracy reveals other benefactors: “Heritage received grants from Amoco, General Motors, Chase Manhattan Bank (David Rockefeller) and right-wing foundations like Olin and Bradley.”
Heritage and National Healthcare
As John Adams said, “Facts are stubborn things.” Heritage has promoted much that is anathema to our Constitution. Let’s look at the facts.
Assuring Affordable Health Care for All Americans is the Heritage Foundation plan, written by Republicans and endorsed by the so-called conservative right. You will notice that Stuart M. Butler wrote this Heritage monograph. Butler is a Brit who is a senior fellow at the liberal Brookings Institute, the same Institute that is promoting the privatization of education. Please pay particular attention to Item #2 on page 6 of this document wherein it states, "Mandate all households to obtain adequate insurance."
James Taranto, who writes the Wall Street Journal’s “Best of the Web” column, put forth a lengthy and informative discussion on the conservative origins of the individual mandate, whose inclusion in Obamacare is today its most controversial feature on the Right.
Taranto writes that he was there when the Heritage Foundation was promoting the mandate:
Heritage did put forward the idea of an individual mandate, though it predated Hillary Care by several years. We know this because we were there: In 1988-90, we were employed at Heritage as a public relations associate (a junior writer and editor), and we wrote at least one press release for a publication touting Heritage’s plan for comprehensive legislation to provide universal “quality, affordable health care.”
As a junior publicist, we weren’t being paid for our personal opinions. But we are now, so you will be the first to know that when we worked at Heritage, we hated the Heritage plan, especially the individual mandate. “Universal health care” was neither already established nor inevitable, and we thought the foundation had made a serious philosophical and strategic error in accepting rather than disputing the left-liberal notion that the provision of “quality, affordable health care” to everyone was a proper role of government. As to the mandate, we remember reading about it and thinking: “I thought we were supposed to be for freedom.”
The plan was introduced in a 1989 book, “A National Health System for America” by Stuart Butler and Heritage Senior Researcher, Edmund Haislmaier. We seem to have mislaid our copy, and we couldn’t find it online, but we did track down a 1990 Backgrounder and a 1991 lecture by Butler that outlined the plan. One of its two major planks, the equalization of tax treatment for individually purchased and employer-provided health insurance, seemed sensible and unobjectionable, at least in principle.
But the other was the mandate, described as a “Health Care Social Contract” and fleshed out in the lecture. [Link]
Now, Stuart Butler claims we shouldn't blame Heritage for the Obamacare mandate. He links to the Amicus brief filed in the 11th circuit court of appeals, dated May 11, 2011. If you read the Amicus brief, notice Edwin Meese's name as well as Randy Barnett, of Georgetown University who has long been promoting a Constitutional Convention with Michael Patrick Leahy of Tennessee.
I find it interesting that the Affordable Health Care Act was signed into law by Barack Hussein Obama on March 23, 2010, but Heritage Foundation didn't file their Amicus brief until over a year later. Ahem!
Heritage's Mandate for Leadership
In 1980, Heritage published their Mandate for Leadership to guide the incoming Reagan Administration and its transition team. Working the high-level inside track on these personnel hiring’s was Reagan's "Kitchen Cabinet," of which Council for National Policy member, Joe Coors, was probably the best-known member.
A Reagan loyalist since the 1968 GOP convention, Coors began spending a lot of time in Washington, D.C. and at the White House. The attempt at governance by the Kitchen Cabinet became so elaborate that they actually established an office in the Executive Office Building across from the White House.
Embarrassed by the image of a covey of millionaires seeming to run parallel and sometimes conflicting personnel recruitment operations, senior White House staff produced legal opinions saying that it was illegal for a private group to occupy government property, in this case a White House office.
Although Coors produced a legal opinion arguing there was no violation of law, Coors and friends were evicted. Heritage could hardly claim diminished relations with the Reagan Administration, however, as an estimated two-thirds of its Mandate recommendations were adopted in the first year of the Administration.
Further, Heritage was using a letter of endorsement from White House Chief of Staff, Ed Meese, CNP charter member, in a December 1981 fundraising effort. In his letter of endorsement, Meese promised Heritage's president, Edwin Feulner, that "this Administration will cooperate fully with your efforts." The newly elected Ronald Reagan passed out copies of the Mandate at his first Cabinet meeting, and it quickly became his administration’s blueprint. By the end of Reagan’s first year in office, 60 percent of the Mandate’s 2,000 ideas were being implemented. After leaving the Reagan Administration, Meese joined the staff of the Heritage Foundation and is still there today.
Meese and his cronies were also involved in the theft of the Inslaw/Promis software that enabled the Justice Department to track criminal prosecutions. [Link] Meese had his intelligence buddies put a trap door in the software so the Bushes could monitor everyone. The Justice Department started sharing the illegally obtained PROMIS software with other agencies, including agencies where PROMIS was modified for intelligence purposes and sold to foreign intelligence operations in Israel, Jordan, and other places. Michael Risconsciuto of the Wackenhut security firm (former FBI and CIA) had testified that he was contracted to install a "trap door" in the software to allow the CIA to tap into PROMIS software worldwide. It appears that the original petty crimes of the Justice Department led to the exposure of a sensitive national security operation. [Link]
It also monitors all of us, and today there's an even greater software program out there...but that's another story.
Edwin J. Feulner, formerly the president of Heritage Foundation, had a yearly income including deferred compensation of $1,098,612. Former Attorney General, Edwin Meese, takes home half a million a year from Heritage. This is where your $25 monthly donations go…to enrich the lives of these top dogs. Feulner is also a charter member of the Council for National Policy (CNP).
The Rockefeller/Heritage Connection
Education researcher Chey Simonton states in her article on the Rockefeller/Heritage Connection,
"The top men of the Heritage Foundation, first Weyrich, then Ed Feulner, and now Jim DeMint, with the trust and cooperation of masses of sincerely committed conservatives, have been in a position to further elitist Rockefeller goals. (These are the Rockefeller Republicans Phyllis Schlafly called the Kingmakers, in her book, “A Choice Not an Echo.”) Along with radical World Government advocate, Walter Hoffman of the World Federalist Association, they participated on the 16 member U.S. Commission on Improving the Effectiveness of the United Nations. Working with the US Information Agency, Feulner also participated in facilitating the infamous 1985 US-Soviet Education Technology and Cultural Exchange Agreement. Soviet pedagogy, based on behavioral conditioning for a compliant collective labor force, is a dream come true for the dozens of multinational corporations funding all the think tanks promoting American education reform. The humanist Carnegie Foundation, a century-long collaborator with Rockefeller philanthropy, facilitated the Soviet side of this Exchange Agreement."
Remember, in 1934, the Carnegie Corporation called for a shift from free enterprise to collectivism. They wanted the Soviet planned economy. [Link]
Thus, Heritage's communist connections, were established rapidly after the historic meeting between Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev at the Geneva Summit.
Feulner was appointed by Reagan as chairman of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. The commission was responsible for expediting a signed Soviet-American Educational Exchange Agreement. The National American Legion was one of hundreds of conservative groups refusing to do anything about the US/Soviet Education Agreements.
In 1995, education researcher, Charlotte Iserbyt, identified conservative “Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing,” who not only gave the Soviets access to American education, but whose act of treason “virtually merged the two educational systems.” Leading the pack for an educational exchange initiative was none other than:
“Edwin Feulner, former President of Heritage Foundation, who strongly supported the U.S.-Soviet education agreements, and who had an office in Moscow, supported Soviet-style magnet schools (i.e., tax supported choice/charter schools), and had state affiliate organizations across the nation writing charter school legislation that reads like it has been written by the U.S. Department of Education, the Carnegie Corporation and the National Education Association."
“Paul Weyrich’s constitutional-convention promoting American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) gave an award to Oregon’s Department of Education for its education reform, especially the work force training component and its certificate of initial mastery (CIM) necessary to get a job. Same old Common Core folks! See the June, 2011, WSJ article, "Industry Puts Heat on Schools to Teach Skills Employees Need."
We must remember, the 1955 UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) book, MENTAL HEALTH IN EDUCATION, is the earliest reference to the need for "choice" in education. The Charter Schools concept, strongly marketed around the country by Heritage affiliates, with the help of many CNP members in every state, attempts to link patriotic free enterprise themes to a blatantly unconstitutional system of corporate fascism to business/government partnerships in the education of our children.

At the same time, note that Heritage founder, Paul Weyrich, once served as advisor to former Russian President, Boris Yeltsin of Chechnyan genocide fame. He wrote about it in an article in the Heritage affiliate, Townhall Magazine. In 1987, Weyrich also wrote an article in The Washington Post, A Conservative's Lament, which virtually recommended a new Constitution and parliamentary form of government for the U.S.
Both Feulner and Weyrich were also involved with other powerful players and shadowy figures, some from the right and some from the left. They have been included in groups formed to reinvent the UN, supposedly to face the 21st century. It is becoming more and more evident that Weyrich and Feulner were in fact organizing a tight group that represented the merger of right and left, which we have seen over the past 65 years, and which was quite obvious in our recent election.

DR. LARRY KAWA: HILLARY CLINTON SHOULD BE CHARGED UNDER ESPIONAGE ACT 18 U.S. CODE 793 & 1924

DR. LARRY KAWA: HILLARY CLINTON
SHOULD BE CHARGED UNDER ESPIONAGE ACT, 18 U.S. CODE 793 & 1924
Published on Nov 1, 2016
Hillary Clinton cannot be President because she is committed a felony. She should be charged and stand trial. Her candidacy is now tainted. The Chicago Tribune called for her to step aside. There is substance behind the reasons she cannot serve as President.

Here is the smoking gun. FBI Director Comey wrote to Congress informing them that the FBI was again investigating Clinton because Clinton’s emails had been discovered on a laptop shared by Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin.

Here is why Hillary Clinton is guilty of a crime:

Espionage Act 18 US Code 793 and 1924. Clinton intentionally and knowingly exposed classified information to someone who does not have a security clearance. Just possessing classified information beyond your employment is a felony and we know from her personal server that this information was shared with Cheryl Mills and other attorneys. Additionally, Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner possessing her emails is also a crime as they were shared with them by Clinton.

Secrecy Agreements are signed by anyone who receives a security clearance.

OF109 – separation statement – Clinton did not sign this.
DS1904 – Department of State Form – Clinton did not sign this.
SF310 – Separation Statement – when signed Clinton admitted that if she continued to possess classified information she was guilty of a crime.

Jen Psaki previously stated in a press briefing that she had no knowledge if Hillary Clinton had signed the mandatory separation agreements.

This was all accidentally mailed and emailed to Dr. Larry Kawa. There was also a cover-up to stop these documents from being delivered. To see the document that was sent by the State Department to Dr. Kawa view this link:https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0DE...

WHY BANNON IS TARGETED

WHY BANNON IS TARGETED

The ferocity with which the left and their running dog lackey in the main stream media have attacked former Breitbart publisher Stephen K. Bannon is a testimony to his effectiveness and clear-eyed understanding of the challenges detailed in wrenching control of the U.S. government from the special interest, globalists in multinational corporation whose policies have driven us to the brink of bankruptcy and to be the laughingstock of the world community.
In the interest of full disclosure I have written for Breitbart News and have every intention of continuing. Although Breitbart News is sharp edged and articulate it is neither anti-semitic nor racist and neither is Steve Bannon.
The claim that Bannon is anti-semitic comes from his ex wife in an acrimonious divorce proceeding and has been vehemently denied by Bannon. There is no other evidence that Bannon harbors ill feeling towards Jews or Israel. The Clinton Oppo file distributed by the Clintonistas to the MSM supplies the fodder for the constant barrage of incoming visited upon the former Brietbart publisher.
Bannon is targeted because the left knows he is dangerous. Bannon has a keen understanding of alternative media and the Internet. Bannon understands the greater cultural divides and developments in the electorate which made the Trump victory possible. Bannon also knows that the Trump administration must not be co-opted by the party establishment types or the neocons who’s war policies Trump disagrees with. Internally Bannon is the keeper of the Trump flame and must be a protector of the Trump agenda.
To be a great president Trump must deliver on his core promises of sealing our boarders, recharging economy, renegotiating the detrimental globalist trade deals upgrading veterans healthcare to be the finest in the world, creating a job boom in our inner cities while conducting a foreign policy that keeps us out of war while entering a new period of detente and hardheaded negotiations with Putin and the Russians that will enable us to work in coordination to crush our mutual enemy ISIS.
Concerns about crimes committed in their country by illegal immigrants and concerns about the ultimate social welfare costs for those who come here illegally and stay does not make one a racist.
The charge of racist has become a staple of the 500 million front organizations funded by George Soros and is used to attack anyone who questions the policy of record of the Clintons. In fact the 1994 Crime Bill which incarcerated an entire generation of young black men for the non-violent crime of possession of small amounts of drugs. In fact the mandatory penalties for possession of rock cocaine was far more harsh than the mandatory penalty for powered cocaine.
This was pushed by Hillary who famously who famously called inner city blacks super predators “who must be brought to heel”. This is the same Bill Clinton who argued in the federal courts for the Arkansas state police’s right to racially profile drivers.
I have worked for reformed of New York’s draconian and racists Rockefeller drug laws since XXXX. I spoke at a rally addressed by the Reverend Al Sharpton AKA Russell Simmons, Andrew Cuomo and a host of labor leaders. I have written in favor of affirmative action, which was a Nixon administration program to address passed inequalities for black people. I have long taken the libertarian view in support of gay marriage and I have written and said that marijuana should be legalized and regulated for recreational purposes and that the federal government should remove marijuana from the Schedule A-list that includes heroine and cocaine. As a first step to federal legalization as some republicans are now proposing.
Neither Steve Bannon nor Alex Jones nor Roger Stone is a racist or a bigot but that did not stop many in the mainstream media from continuing this narrative.

JERRY FALWELL JR. LOOKING TO BE REPAID FOR HIS TRUMP CAMPAIGNING WITH A POSITION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

JERRY FALWELL JR. LOOKING TO BE REPAID FOR HIS TRUMP CAMPAIGNING
SEE: http://pulpitandpen.org/2016/11/17/jerry-falwell-jr-looking-to-be-repaid-for-his-donald-trump-campaigning/republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

Jerry Falwell, president of the flagship Southern Baptist university, Liberty University, and one of Donald Trump’s loudest evangelical supporters, is now seeking repayment for all of his efforts in helping Trump land the job of the nation’s leader. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Falwell has expressed interest in serving a prominent role in the Education Department under Trump. In an interview last Tuesday, Falwell said,
I let them know one of my passions is reforming higher education and education in general, I told them I’d be willing — I have a lot of responsibilities here — but I’d be willing to serve in some capacity that sort of brings education back to some form of sanity.
Jerry Falwell spent the better part of the last year preceding the election campaigning on Donald Trump’s behalf. In opposition to many other evangelical leaders, like Russell Moore who spent his time campaigning against Trump, Falwell endorsed Trump, stating he was “a successful executive and entrepreneur, a wonderful father and a man who I believe can lead our country to greatness again.” Falwell even went as far as to declare Donald Trump a born-again Christian.
It is truly an honor to receive Jerry’s endorsement. Not only is he a high-quality person, with a wonderful family, whom I have great respect for — I also consider him a very good friend and his support means so much to me,
Trump said in a statement to the Washington Post.
Falwell, now, is holding Donald Trump to the line, when he along with several other evangelical leaders agreed to Work for Trump if he became president in a closed meeting back in June. Charisma News reports James Dobson as saying,
There are about 25 of us that include Jerry Falwell, Jr., Robert Jeffress, Jack Graham, Ben Carson, James Robison, Michele Bachmann, and many others whom you would probably know. We’ve all agreed to serve. How will that play out if Trump becomes president? I don’t know. It is a good start, I would think.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch also reports that Falwell wants to repeal the Johnson Amendment that prohibits tax-exempt organizations like churches from endorsing political candidates, and he supports a “voucher” system that enables poor and underprivileged children to attend private schools at reduced rates or no cost at all.
In a lashing-out against those who disagree with him, he says,
The vast majority voted for Trump because they wanted change. They’ve been betrayed by career politicians, by establishment Republicans so many times — they just don’t trust them anymore — and they just wanted something different and didn’t want to go with Clinton. I knew on the other side you had the Pharisees, you know, the real judgmental Christians who were never going to support him, but I really felt like they were outnumbered.
Of course, the “Pharisees” and “judgmental Christians” Falwell is referring to is Russell Moore and his followers who viciously campaigned against Donald Trump on the basis of character flaws and his closed-border policies, incorrectly stating “that Ted Cruz is leading in the ‘Jerry Falwell’ wing, Marco Rubio is leading the ‘Billy Graham’ wing and Trump is leading the ‘Jimmy Swaggart’ wing…” Turns out, Trump was leading the “Falwell wing” after all. In response to Moore’s unceasing vitriol against him, Trump tweeted that “Russell Moore is truly a terrible representative of Evangelicals and all of the good they stand for. A nasty guy with no heart!”
So Jerry Falwell Jr.’s guy is in, and now it’s payday.
