Culture News reports that IRS gave homosexualists private information of Christians:
Quote from National Organization for Marriage:

“There is little question that one or more employees at the IRS stole our confidential tax return and leaked it to our political enemies, in violation of federal law.”
-- Brian Brown, President, National Organization for Marriage

Franklin Graham of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association fires off complaint letter to Obama about the IRS retaliatory audits they were subjected to for supporting biblically oriented political candidates.

AARP's gay sympathetic propaganda video,
"70 Years of the Gay Rights Movement", is described as:
"Through four personal stories and archival footage, Voices of an Era chronicles more than 70 years of defining moments in the gay rights movement. A 90-year-old WWII veteran describes receiving a dishonorable discharge. An activist remembers the Stonewall Riots, while another recounts the horror of being diagnosed with HIV in the early 1980s. And a soldier, who is openly serving today, fights for her same-sex spouse to receive military benefits.":

Lighthouse Trails Research has excerpted part of a new report from Berit Kjos titled
"How to Protect Your Child From the New Age & Spiritual Deception"
which they are offering for sale. Excerpt as LT reported:

"Unbeknownst to most parents, America’s public schools are teaching their children to use mindfulness meditation (Eastern-style meditation or TM). In a New York Times article titled “In the Classroom, a New Focus on Quieting the Mind,” elementary children in an Oakland, California school are promised peace and loving-kindness if they will learn to meditate. An eleven-year-old explains, “I was losing at baseball, and I was about to throw a bat . . . The mindfulness really helped.”1 While that may sound like a great thing to a lot of teachers, the article acknowledges where this comes from:
As summer looms, students at dozens of schools across the country are trying hard to be in the present moment. This is what is known as mindfulness training, in which stress-reducing techniques drawn from Buddhist meditation are wedged between reading and spelling tests.2 (Emphasis added.)
A whole new generation of children is being drawn into New Age/New Spirituality, and it is happening right under their parents’ noses. While some of us grieve the real-world consequences of this cultural revolution, a rising chorus of voices are now demanding acceptance of today’s paradigm shift. Their positive spin inspires visions of an evolved humanity that is bursting out of the old shackles of Christian morality, traditional guidelines, and parental restraints. This new civilization reminds me of Isaiah’s ancient warning: “And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly [insolently] against the ancient [the elder], and the base against the honourable” (Isaiah 3:5).
The promise from the New Age is world peace, but it’s not God’s kind of peace; thus, it is not a true and lasting peace! As enticing counterfeits develop, they will surely widen divisions among those who call themselves by the name of Christ. While the world calls for unity at any cost (a whatever it takes approach), His people can’t conform to its ways, visions, hopes, or dreams. “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword” (Matthew 10:34).
On the other hand, our Lord has promised peace, strength, and eternal hope to all who know, trust, and follow Him:
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)
But those who heed counterfeit promises and seek spiritual favors from occult sources become blind to His grace. Deceptions will multiply, and sadly, children are deception’s biggest targets. In this precarious situation in which we find ourselves, we should remember the Bible’s warnings:
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (Colossians 2:8)

(From Berit's new book, How to Protect Your Child From the New Age & Spiritual Deception - May 25, 2013)

This is a summary of this book:
"TEMPTING VOICES BECKON to children everywhere. Schools, movies, music, and books all sound the call: "Come, dream, trust Self, you are divine, create your own reality, build a new world. Anything goes, for sin and guilt exist only in the minds of the antiquated 'religious.'"
"Unlearning the old ways" is key to this global transformation. Today's assault on biblical Christianity is fast undermining God's moral and spiritual boundaries. It invites chaos rather than unity - coercion instead of freedom - war and violence instead of peace - and ultimately overtakes today's children with the plan to turn them into "progressive" transformation leaders of tomorrow.
How can we equip our children so they do not become spiritually deceived and fall into this world-wide agenda? And how can we teach them to have the courage to say no to seductive enticements? There is an answer! We can teach our children to know Truth, so they will discern the counterfeit. And we can teach them how to spot the New Age/New Spirituality and to understand the serious implications that occur when it is embraced."

In connection with the recent research and refutation of Jodi Detrick, representing the position of the Assemblies of God on contemplative proponent Ruth Haley Barton, who has been invited to an upcoming conference, Lighthouse Trails Research has made a printable PDF of that same refutation. This is their statement:

"Yesterday, we sent you a special report regarding the issue of Ruth Haley Barton being a featured speaker at the General Council conference of the Assemblies of God this summer. We are greatful that we heard from several of our readers who expressed their own concerns about what is taking place within the church today.
We realize that we send out a tremendous amount of information week after week, month after month, and year after year. We know it must often feel overwhelming and insurmountable. But we have a deep concern that our report yesterday will slip into the background and soon be forgotten. We want to do our part to help this not happen because we believe that report is one of the most important we have ever written.
As we stated yesterday, this issue is not just about one denomination (Assemblies of God). On the contrary, as we have documented for eleven years now, just about every evangelical/Protestant denomination has been affected by contemplative/emerging spirituality: Nazarene, Mennonite, Southern Baptist, Wesleyan, Calvary Chapel, Reformed, Calvinist, Free Evangelical, and so forth.
If you know a pastor, church leader, or teacher, (or some one in ministry) who is attracted to Spiritual Formation (i.e., contemplative spirituality), please print a copy of our report and give it to him or her. In order to make that a little easier, we have created a printable PDF document of the report.
What's so important about this report is that it irrefutably shows that contemplative prayer is, in fact, the equivalent to Eastern mysticism and is of an occult nature.

P.S. We are soon going to make a booklet out of the report, which will be revised for the evangelical/Protestant church at large."
