“It’s not feeling safe and honestly feeling like I’ve been failed by the system,” says the victim, Alicia Clarke, and she is right. Not only has she been failed by law enforcement authorities, but also by the establishment media. The KSDK story below contains no hint of the fact that the attacker was a Muslim migrant. It was left to the victim’s sister to reveal that on Facebook. It is clear from KSDK’s coverage that Muslim migrants are a protected class, and that the establishment media avoids reporting on anything that might reflect poorly upon them. Was a concern to protect their image also part of the authorities’ considerations in dismissing the case? That’s what the KSDK reporters should have been asking. Instead, they completely whitewashed that aspect of the story.
“‘I’ve been failed by the system’ | Teen walks free after neighbor says he broke her nose, left her in bruises,” by Justina Coronel and Robert Townsend, KSDK, February 24, 2020 (thanks to Gateway Pundit):
ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis woman feels like the judicial system failed her, after she said her teenage neighbor attacked her and walked away free.
Alicia Clarke said exactly a week ago she went for a quick run outside her south city home. When she came back, she noticed her shoes had been moved to a different spot and her cell phone was gone.
From there, she used Find My iPhone to search for it. The location said it was on her property grid. She used her work phone to call it.
“I open my back door to call it and I hear it in my neighbor’s backyard behind me,” Clarke said.
Clarke said she hopped the fence to get it and jumped back over to her yard. Another neighbor yelled out to her and said, “Hey, I told him, ‘I know you did this and I’m calling the police!'”
Clarke said that’s when the 6-foot teen jumped the fence and tackled her.
“He knocked me down, pulling my hair, kicking,” she recalled.
Before he ran off, she said he grabbed her personal cell phone again. She used her work phone to call police.
“I am on the phone with St. Louis police dispatch, making my way to my backdoor, when he comes back with a weapon. He is on top of me. There was blood everywhere. I was literally fighting for my life at that point,” she told 5 On Your Side.
Clarke said as he was on her back, he stabbed her in the head and face with a metal rod.
She was able to get the weapon out of his hand and ran inside. He ran away again, taking her second cell phone this time.
Police arrested the teen on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree burglary and third-degree assault.
Clarke thought the fight was over. But when she went to juvenile court a few days later, she learned his case was dismissed.
“The most hurtful thing of all of this, is the dropped charges. That was much more hurtful than the physical assault,” Clarke said.
A juvenile court official said a staff attorney dropped the case before even going to the judge. The courts weren’t able to comment specifically on this incident, since it involves a juvenile. Clarke said she was told her accused attacker was found incompetent to aid in his own defense because he has an IQ of 49….
“It’s not feeling safe and honestly feeling like I’ve been failed by the system,” Clarke said….

Updated 2/26. See addendum #6 below. It’s worth the scroll!!!
This is my sister. On Monday night she was attacked by her 15 year old neighbor. He stabbed her in the head and face with a screw driver. She fought him off and was able to escape to a neighbors house to call the police. The boy was taken into police custody and brought to juvenile detention center. No clear motive was ever established.
Alicia has a broken nose, staples in her head and stitches to the puncture wound under her eye.
Hassan is a 15 year old refugee from Somalia who lives with his family. He is 6’ and approx 175lbs, much larger than my sister. He has broken into Alicia’s car 3 different times and broken into another neighbors house. The police were involved every single time and reported that nothing could be done since he was a minor. Surely this time would be different, though.
This morning we went to the juvenile courts building for the deposition hearing where we would find out if he would be held in custody while he awaits his court date, or if he would be allowed to return home. It had been explained to alicia by the victims advocate that the 3 charges he was facing each independently carry a strong recommendation of remaining detained; all three compiled was almost a sure thing. We arrived feeling very hopeful.
On arrival, we learned from that same patient advocate that Hassan’s IQ is 49. This makes him incompetent to aid in his own defense, therefore all charges were formally dismissed by the prosecutor, Sakina Ahmad. We never entered a courtroom, saw a judge, nothing. Hassan was able to go home with a family member. He likely left the building as a free person before we even learned all the above information.
The prosecutor sympathized with our frustration and explained that because he is a mentally handicapped, juvenile refugee, every safeguard available is to his benefit and to Alicia’s detriment. She went on to tell us, VERBATIM, that even if alicia had been KILLED, the outcome would be the same and that this case would be dismissed. Now, Go ahead and read that last sentence again….

INVASION: 76,300 MUSLIM MIGRANTS INVADE EUROPE FROM TURKEY

INVASION: 76,300 MUSLIM MIGRANTS
INVADE EUROPE FROM TURKEY

Abandoning the pretense that the so-called "refugee crisis" is anything more than military colonialism, Turkey's Islamist tyrant responded to military setbacks during his invasion of Syria by discarding his aid agreement with the EU, while the media under his control urged Muslim migrants to head to Europe.
And they have.
Tens of thousands of refugees from Syria and other countries were massing on the Turkish borders with Greece and Bulgaria last night, hurling stones at guards and trying to cut through razor wire.
An estimated 30,000 migrants gathered at checkpoints after Turkey’s president claimed to have ‘opened the doors’ to allow as many as 4 million asylum seekers to leave the country.
One of the first stand-offs came on Friday night at Pazarkule, north-eastern Greece, where hundreds of migrants – including Syrians, Iranians, Iraqis, Pakistanis and Moroccans – demanded to be let in.
Most of these are not Syrians. The only thing they have in common is religion and its tradition of conquest and colonialism. They're not fleeing a civil war. They're mostly military-age young men invading Europe. And anywhere they can get to from Europe.
Greece and Bulgaria are obviously outmatched. And these countries were the traditional targets of the Ottoman Empire.
The current number of migrant invaders is estimated as being much higher than 30,000.
More than 76,300 illegal migrants exited Turkey towards Europe as of Sunday morning, Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu claimed.
“The number of migrants leaving our country via Edirne is 76,358 as of 09.55 a.m. [0655 GMT],” Soylu posted on Twitter.
If there's a role for NATO, it's not in Syria. It's protecting Europe from this Islamist invasion.
Turkey’s decision comes amid frustration that the EU and Nato countries, including Britain, have failed to provide enough support in the country’s opposition to President Bashar al-Assad in the Syrian civil war. On Thursday, 33 Turkish soldiers were killed by Syrian forces, dramatically raising tensions in a war in which Turkey and Russia are backing opposing sides.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan insisted he would not back down, adding that his country could not handle another wave of refugees from northern Syria. ‘We opened the doors,’ he said. ‘We will not close those doors. Why? Because the EU should keep its promises.’
Syria doesn't have much of a functioning military. Turkey is really fighting Russia and Iran. And its proxies. It's Jihadist vs. Jihadist and they're welcome to fight each other Alien vs. Predator style. But Turkey wants European and American help.
And it's using this invasion as overt blackmail.
There needs to be a naval blockade to stop the invasion. And this is an area where military assistance would be a good idea. These migrant invasions are WW3 in slow motion. And they can be stopped with little danger at Europe's borders. If they get inside, then we end up moving closer to days when a European version of ISIS is in control of Europe's arsenal and resources.

ALEX NEWMAN: PUBLIC SCHOOLS CREATED TO COLLECTIVIZE SOCIETY

ALEX NEWMAN: PUBLIC SCHOOLS CREATED
TO COLLECTIVIZE SOCIETY
The Deep State's secret weapon is the government school system, and history proves that, host Alex Newman argues in this episode of Behind the Deep State. With almost 9 in 10 American children trapped in “failing government schools,” as President Trump put it, failing to deal with this crisis will mean the end of America and freedom. In this episode, Newman goes back into the history of the public-education system, showing it was created by communists to destroy Christianity and individual liberty. More episodes on solutions coming soon!

SOUTHERN BAPTIST MARK DEVER SAYS VOTING PRO-CHOICE IS ‘MORALLY LEGITIMATE OPTION’~ATTACKING WHITE CHRISTIANS, DEFENDING PRO-ABORTION DEMOCRATS

SOUTHERN BAPTIST MARK DEVER SAYS VOTING PRO-CHOICE IS
‘MORALLY LEGITIMATE OPTION’
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research

The point of Mark Dever in this video clip is very clear; whites should reconsider being “single-issue voters” on the abortion issue because it separates whites and blacks.
Dever, who is a prominent figure in “woke” evangelicalism from the headquarters of his Washington D.C. church, has heavily promoted Democrats like Thabiti Anyabwile (aka Ron Burns), a black nationalist who endorsed first Bernie Sanders and then Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Democratic primaries. To Mark Dever, “social justice” doesn’t apply to the unborn.
In a recent clip, Dever claims that white people are unsophisticated in voting against abortion because, in his pessimism, Dever doesn’t think anything can be done about abortion anyway.
In the clip (below), Dever says, “I think of the things that most separates white Christians and black Christians in America is one-issue voting…I can vote for a candidate who I disagree with on some very important issues – that I don’t think they’re going to get anything done on – but I agree with them on these other issues that are going to help a lot of people.”
He continues, “I think a lot of our African American brothers and sisters realized like a long time ago, well there are going to be a bunch of different issues that are going to affect us. I think white Christians think this is the only moral way to approach voting. I think they’re never thought of anything else…
Dever went on, “Even if you don’t adopt that thought yourself, can allow space for that in your church as a morally legitimate option for voting?”
Hell no, we can’t.
The year 2019 was the most successful year for anti-abortion legislation since the passage of Roe v Wade. Only a Beltway Democrat like Mark Dever could look at last year’s legislation around the country and still presume “nothing can be done” about abortion. All the while, Dever and everyone around him in woke evangelicalism are trying to get as many Christians to vote Democrat as possible.
Mark Dever is a wicked, wicked man. Like Albert Mohler and Ligon Duncan, these men pretended to be conservatives in an epic long-game, before showing their true colors when it matters most.
No “space” in our church should tolerate anyone voting for a candidate who believes it’s acceptable to kill the unborn. That’s not social and it’s not justice. It’s anti-social and it’s injustice.
He is one of those “false brothers who snuck in to spy out” the church, seeking only to undermine it.
Might Christ destroy Mark Dever with the brightness of His coming, along with all those who seek to legitimize the murder of the unborn.

AN OBAMA HOLDOVER IN AN OBSCURE GOVERNMENT ARM HELPED CAUSE THE COUNTRY'S CORONAVIRUS CRISIS

AN OBAMA HOLDOVER IN AN OBSCURE GOVERNMENT ARM HELPED CAUSE THE COUNTRY'S CORONAVIRUS CRISIS
Who really decided to bring infected people
to the United States?

Two months after the outbreak of the coronavirus, #TrumpVirus began trending on Twitter. Why? Because it’s the only chance that the Democrats have of winning back the White House in 2020.
Saddled with broken primaries whose nominee, after a possible brokered convention, will either be a Socialist who admires Communists, a senile lecher who admires young girls, or a billionaire who admires power, the coronavirus is a much more effective candidate than Sanders, Biden, or Bloomberg.
#TrumpVirus follows in the footsteps of #TrumpHurricane which attempted to blame a natural disaster and local corruption in Puerto Rico on President Trump. And that just dusted off the smears and slanders of Hurricane Katrina and substituted Puerto Ricans for black people and Trump for Bush.
Not to mention the CDC for FEMA.
The truth about disaster relief and pandemic management is that it hasn’t changed much between administrations. The Bush administration dealt with SARS in much the same way that the Obama administration addressed swine flu. And the Trump administration is doing most of the same things.
That’s because the actual decisions are being made by bureaucrats based on existing protocols.
The best example of this was the decision to fly back infected American passengers from the Diamond Princess. This fateful decision helped spread the virus inside the United States.
President Trump had been told that nobody with the coronavirus would be flown to America.
The State Department decided to do it anyway without telling him and only made the announcement shortly after the planes landed in the United States.
According to the Washington Post, as unfriendly an outlet to the administration as there is, "Trump has since had several calls with top White House officials to say he should have been told, that it should have been his decision and that he did not agree with the decision that was made."
Who in the State Department actually made the decision? That’s a very good question.
According to a State Department briefing, the missions were carried out by the Directorate of Operational Medicine within the Bureau of Medical Services. You might think that sounds like it would be part of HHS or NIH, but the Bureau of Medical Services is actually an arm of the State Department.
The Directorate of Operational Medicine is a part of the Bureau assigned to deal with crisis response with a $250 million portfolio and a lot of employees that almost no one outside D.C. ever heard of. At least unless you remember an event at which Barack Obama honored Dr. William Walters, the head of the Directorate, for evacuating Ebola patients to the United States.
"Now, remember, the decision to move Kent back to the United States was controversial.  Some worried about bringing the disease to our shores.  But what folks like William knew was that we had to make the decisions based not on fear, but on science," Obama said.
By “some”, Obama meant, among others, Trump, who had been a strong critic of the move.
Despite Obama’s end-zone dance, the State Department had badly botched the Ebola evacuations.
Under Bush, the CDC had prepped an evacuation aircraft for flying out contagious Americans. The Obama administration shelved the gear because of the cost, and then failed to make use of it. The evacuation process led to the same infighting between the State Department and the CDC as now.
Dr. William Walters is still on duty. In 2017, Walters was boasting of prepping more Ebola evacuations even over President Trump’s opposition to the practice. And he was once again at the wheel now.
“The question was simply this: Are these evacuees?” Walters explained the decision to evacuate coronavirus patients to the United States. “And do we follow our protocol? And the answer to that was yes on both accounts.”
Consulting President Trump was not part of the protocol even on a major national security issue.
In a Congressional briefing, Walters boasted that, “the Department executed the largest non-military evacuation of U.S. citizens in its history. The safe and efficient evacuation of 1,174 people from Wuhan, China and people onboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan is a testament to the agility, proficiency, and dedication of our workforce to accomplishing our core mission – advancing the interests of the American people.”
And the triumph of the administrative state and its bureaucratic protocols over the President.
At a State Department briefing, Walters stated that, “The chief of mission, right, through the U.S. embassy, is ultimately the head of all executive branch activities.”
That is the problem. Right there.
Walters got his job in 2011. He’s a relic of the Obama era. That doesn’t mean that his politics are those of his former boss. But this is not about him. It’s about the reality that the White House doesn’t make many of the most vital decisions and doesn’t even know that they’re being made until it’s too late.
And what that means, beyond the politics of the moment, is that the people don’t decide.
You can vote one way or another and the real decisions that matter will still be made by the head of a directorate that is a subsection of a bureau that you never heard of, but that has a budget in the hundreds of millions, a small army as its disposal, and will follow whatever the protocol is.
This is how the country is really run. And that’s the problem.
The underlying problem with our government is that it’s too big to control. Voting in an election or even sitting in the Oval Office doesn’t mean you’re in charge. The problem goes beyond the current obsession with the Deep State. The real issue has always been the Deep Industry or the administrative state.
If the coronavirus becomes a critical problem in this country, the blame will go back to an obscure arm of the State Department, but it will never be placed there. Whatever happens a year from now, no one outside a small professional class will have ever heard of the Directorate of Operational Medicine.
The media will spend all its time bashing President Trump, Pence, assorted cabinet members, and perhaps the CDC, without ever drilling down to the facts, even though it has them at hand. The media’s rule of thumb is that natural disasters and disease outbreaks are always successfully managed by Democrats and mismanaged by Republicans. Katrina and Maria were disasters, but Sandy was a success story. The coronavirus is a catastrophe, but the Ebola virus was brilliantly handed by smart people who are handling the coronavirus response. But it’s different because the guy in the White House is.
The truth is that all of these were mismanaged by the same agencies, many of the same people, and by a government infrastructure that excels at drawing up big budget proposals, but is inept at solving problems when they actually emerge, and just follow whatever protocols will cover its collective asses.
All the rest is a matter of the uncontrollable, the innate qualities of the storm or the disease, and the story that the media chooses to tell about the disaster in the service of its political agenda.
Even during the dying days of impeachment, the media was forced to realize that there was more interest in the coronavirus than there was in its attacks on Trump. The unfortunate decision to evacuate infected people to this country, against President Trump’s explicit wishes, provided the media with the opportunity to combine its attacks on Trump with the coverage of the coronavirus for ratings gold.
And if the stock market goes on falling, and the economy declines, it can even pull off a narrative coup.
Just as after Katrina and Maria, watch for the outpouring of lies, the claims that New Orleans had reverted to cannibalism and that everyone in Puerto Rico was dead, will be matched and exceeded.
There will be a cure for the coronavirus. But there’s no cure for the spread of viral fake news.
There is however a cure for the decisions that led to a coronavirus problem in the United States.
It’s called the Constitution.
America was meant to have a small government under the control of the people, not the bureaucrats. The real disease is bigger than the coronavirus. It’s a fatal illness called big government. Unlike the coronavirus, it has a total mortality rate. No society that has succumbed to it has ever survived.
