EXCERPTS FROM WIKIPEDIA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_Santorum
Santorum was born in Winchester, Virginia, and grew up in Berkeley County, West Virginia, and Butler County, Pennsylvania. In West Virginia, his family lived in an apartment provided by the Veterans Administration. Santorum attended elementary school at Butler Catholic School and then went on to the Butler Senior High School. He was nicknamed "Rooster", supposedly for both a cowlick strand of hair and an assertive nature, particularly on important political issues. After his parents transferred to the Naval Station Great Lakes in northern Illinois, Santorum attended the Roman Catholic Carmel High School in Mundelein, Illinois, for one year, graduating in 1976.
Although he was raised in a nominally Catholic household, Santorum's faith began to deepen when he met his future wife, Karen. By his account, conversations with her father, Dr. Kenneth Garver, a staunch Catholic and pro-life advocate, solidified his understanding and opposition to abortion. He and his wife have since become increasingly religious. Santorum now considers himself a devout Catholic and acknowledges his Catholic faith as the source of his politics and worldview. He attends Mass almost daily and organized a Catholic study group for lawmakers while in Congress.
Santorum proudly calls himself a "culture warrior" and "true Christian conservative." In so positioning himself, he has garnered popularity among evangelicals, but his support among Catholics is not as robust. Santorum's emphasis on his "Christian roots" to voters was especially favored by evangelicals in the Midwest and Southern states during the 2012 primaries, although he lost the Republican Catholic vote in most states to Mitt Romney. Exit polls found only 42% of those Catholics and less than a third of Protestant evangelicals knew Santorum was a Catholic. After Santorum won Protestant-majority states Alabama and Mississippi, but lost in heavily-Catholic Puerto Rico, the Huffington Post said he "seemed exasperated by the trend" and said his base support came from "people who take their faith seriously", not necessarily fellow Catholics.
Santorum has written for Catholic publications and frequently comments on political issues from a religious standpoint.
He said: "All of us have heard people say, 'I privately am against abortion, homosexual marriage, stem cell research, cloning. But who am I to decide that it's not right for somebody else?' It sounds good, but it is the corruption of freedom of conscience." Santorum has been criticized for not separating his politics from his personal faith, and has been accused of advancing a "Christian theocracy" through his work. He told a group of college students in 2008 that the United States had been founded on "Judeo-Christian" ethics, and now "it is a shambles, it is gone from the world of Christianity as I see it."
Santorum stated, "if the President says he's a Christian, he's a Christian" but has stated that Obama's agenda is based on a "phony theology", not the Bible.
Santorum considered himself pro-choice on abortion but changed to a pro-life position by 1990 when he ran for Congress.
In his 2005 book, It Takes a Family, Santorum advocated for a society oriented toward "family values" and centered on monogamous, heterosexual relationships, marriage, and child-raising. He opposes same-sex marriage, saying the American public and their elected officials should decide on these "incredibly important moral issues", rather than the Supreme Court, which consists of "nine unelected, unaccountable judges."
In 2003, during an interview, Santorum expressed opposition to same-sex marriage, said that he favors having laws against polygamysodomy, and other actions "antithetical to a healthy, stable, traditional family", and compared homosexuality to bestiality.
In June 2011, Santorum said he would continue to "fight very strongly against libertarian influence within the Republican Party and the conservative movement." In an interview with NPR in the summer of 2005, Santorum discussed what he called the "libertarianish right," saying "they have this idea that people should be left alone, be able to do whatever they want to do. Government should keep our taxes down and keep our regulation low and that we shouldn't get involved in the bedroom, we shouldn't get involved in cultural issues, you know, people should do whatever they want. Well, that is not how traditional conservatives view the world, and I think most conservatives understand that individuals can't go it alone...."

“Conservative” Santorum expresses support for transgender perversion, believes a man is a woman if he says so

Bruce Jenner got support from a surprising quarter on Saturday: Rick Santorum.
Rick-Santorum3-460x307“If he says he’s a woman, then he’s a woman,” Santorum, the former GOP senator from Pennsylvania, said about Jenner in South Carolina, according to BuzzFeed.
Jenner, the former Olympic gold medalist and reality television star, announced last week that he identified as and was transitioning to a woman.
Santorum, who is considering a second straight bid for the Republican nomination, has long had a reputation as a staunch social conservative.
“My responsibility as a human being is to love and accept everybody. Not to criticize people for who they are. I can criticize, and I do, for what people do, for their behavior. But as far as for who they are, you have to respect everybody,” Santorum said.
Santorum did add that “these are tough issues” for both businesses and society, including the question of whether Jenner could use a women’s bathroom.
Santorum has been one of the GOP’s most strident opponents of gay marriage over the years, at one point comparing the issue to the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
Last month, Santorum said he wouldn’t attend a gay wedding – something other potential GOP candidates have said they would.

Rick Santorum Bombarded with Truth, Supporter Snaps (at 2:52)
Uploaded on Feb 16, 2012
On Feb 15th, I attended the Rick Santorum rally held in Fargo ND. I aimed several crucial, untouched questions at the senator but received zero response. I then aimed my attention at confronting the globalist on several issues where his policies are truly un-american including Iran, the NDAA, and central banking.

A few minutes into my questioning I was physically attacked by a Santorum supporter and pushed 30 yards to the exit while being screamed at hysterically. I lingered around for a while and caught Rick once again to assure him that his New Order of government, which exiles sovereignty, will not succeed. After Rick exited left I spoke to his daughter for two minutes and caught her completely misrepresenting Ron Paul's stance on marijuana. This is when she made an issue of me filming our conversation and had me stopped by police and Santorum campaign members. This will be released soon in a separate video.

Listen people, Slick Rick is status quo and means nothing but less sovereignty and more world politics. His campaign rhetoric, although often still publicly dangerous and scary, has been toned down and played to his political advantage. Wooing the crowd wasn't a problem for Rick, but hiding his true policies against freedom and individualism will be a much bigger task.

"GOFUNDME" SHUTS DOWN FUNDRAISER FOR CHRISTIAN BAKERS, CLAIMS MONEY WAS FOR "ILLEGAL PURPOSE"

"GOFUNDME" SHUTS DOWN FUNDRAISER
FOR CHRISTIAN BAKERS, CLAIMS MONEY
WAS FOR "ILLEGAL PURPOSE"
by Heather Clark

GRESHAM, Ore. — The popular fundraising site GoFundMe shut down a fundraiser Friday night for a Christian couple that was ordered to pay $135,000 in “emotional damages” to two lesbians, stating that the fundraising effort was for “illegal purposes” because the bakery had been found guilty of “discrimination” for declining to make a cake for their ceremony due to their religious convictions.
According to reports, a competitor of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, run by Aaron and Melissa Klein, contacted GoFundMe in seeking to stop the fundraiser, which had raised over $100,000 within a day before being shut down hours later.
“This business has been found guilty of discrimination and is being allowed to fund raise to pay their penalty,” Lisa Watson of Cupcake Jones, a homosexual advocate, wrote on her Facebook page. “The GoFundMe terms of service address hate speech, bigotry, criminal activity and sexism among other things in their campaign … The amount of money they have raised in a matter of a few hours by thousands of anonymous cowards is disgusting.”
Within an hour of her complaint, the fundraiser was removed, and Jones posted a screenshot Friday night of the “campaign not found” message where the crowdfunding effort had been to rejoice that the page had been taken down. According to her Facebook page, she made the photo her profile picture, but later replaced it with an award that her business received for their homosexual advocacy.
GoFundMe released an explanation for removing the page, stating that the fundraising site doesn’t allow crowdfunding campaigns for those who have been found guilty of violating laws.
“After careful review by our team, we have found the ‘Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa’ campaign to be in violation of our terms and conditions,” it wrote. “[T]he subjects of the ‘Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa’ campaign have been formally charged by local authorities and found to be in violation of Oregon state law concerning discriminatory acts. Accordingly, the campaign has been disabled.”
“The GoFundMe account that was set up to help our family was shut down by the administrators of GoFundMe because they claimed it was raising money for an illegal purpose,” Melissa Klein said that she had been told by the outlet. “We have told GoFundMe that the money is simply going to be used to help our family, and there is no legitimate breach of their terms and conditions.”
Others state that a number of campaigns may be found on the site that seek to raise funds surrounding those fighting criminal convictions.
“So if your throat is already under the government boot, you’re [disqualified],” wrote Jay Richards for The Stream. “This is a form of cronyism—of collusion between a private business and the state to destroy that business’s competitors. … Note that Lisa Jones is motivated by disgust, not only at her competitor, but at those who stepped forward to help her competitor in a time of need.”

INCIDENT WITH THE KLEIN’S RETURNING CUSTOMERS
As previously reported, in January 2013, Aaron Klein was approached by a mother and her daughter as the two were interested in a cake for the daughter’s upcoming wedding—to her lesbian partner.
“My first question was what’s the wedding date,” Klein told television station KTW in Portland. “My next question was [the] bride and groom’s name. … The girl giggled a little bit and said, ‘It’s two brides.’”
He then informed the women that the bakery does not make cakes for homosexual events.
“I apologized for wasting their time and said that, unfortunately, we do not do same-sex marriages,” Klein explained.
The women left Sweet Cakes upset about the incident, and later, one of them filed a complaint with the state. The Oregon attorney general’s office soon launched an investigation against the Klein’s as the state’s non-discrimination laws prevent public accommodations from being denied to any individual on the basis of “race, color, religion, sex [or] sexual orientation.”
But Klein states that he regularly serves homosexuals. He believes that there is a difference between serving homosexuals in general and having to personally facilitate same-sex ceremonies, which is an act of participation.
“I have customers come in almost on a weekly basis that are homosexual,” he said. “They can buy my stuff. I sell stuff. I talk with them. That’s fine. … This was not the first time we’ve served these girls.”
“We were being asked to participate in something that we could not participate in,” Klein’s wife, Melissa, noted.
Some Christians believe that being a part of a same-sex event violates the biblical command in 1 Timothy 5:22 not to be “partakers in other men’s sins,” as well as the command in Ephesians 5:7, “Be not ye therefore partakers with them.”
EMOTIONAL DAMAGES SOUGHT BY THE WOMEN
In February, a judge with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries ruled that the Christian bakers are guilty of discrimination for declining to make the cake, thus moving the matter into the sentencing phase. On Friday, Alan McCullough, an administrative judge with the bureau, recommended a fine of $135,000, with one of the women receiving $75,000 and the other $60,000. Prosecutors had sought damages of $75,000 each. McCullough clarified that “[t]he amounts are damages related to the harm suffered by the complainants, not fines or civil penalties which are punitive in nature.”
According to the Daily Signal, the two women, who have been identified as Rachel Cryer and Laurel Bowman, submitted individual lists of just under 100 aspects of suffering in order to receive the damages. They included “mental rape,” “distrust of men,” “distrust of former friends,” “discomfort,” “high blood pressure,” “impaired digestion,” “loss of appetite,” “migraine headaches,” “loss of pride,” “resumption of smoking habit,” “shock” “stunned,” “surprise,” “uncertainty,” “weight gain” and “worry.”
But the Kleins told the court that they too had suffered because of the attacks that they received over their desire to live out their Christian faith in the workplace. They stated that they endured “mafia tactics” as their car was vandalized and broken into on two occasions, their vendors were harassed by homosexual advocates resulting in some businesses breaking ties with them, and they received threatening emails wishing rape, death and Hell upon the family. As a result, they had to close their business and move it into their private home.
After Samaritan’s Purse, led by Franklin Graham, learned that the fundraiser for the Klein’s had been removed by GoFundMe, they set up their own fundraising page for the couple.
“They have taken a stand for the word of God, and they should not have to stand alone,” Graham said. “I believe that Christians across our nation will rally around Aaron and Melissa and their five children.”
“Please pray for Aaron and Melissa, and pray for our nation,” he continued. “When our judges are punishing Christians for practicing what they believe, that’s persecution, plain and simple.”
GoFundMe says that the Kleins will still receive the funds that were raised before the page was disabled.

The vaccine debate makes its way through your television set. Disney, who owns Marvel, and coincidentally was ground zero for the measles outbreak, has been weaving vaccine propaganda into their stories. This is termed ‘behavior placement’ in which subtle messages are woven into shows. It should be noted that watching television instantly switches a viewer’s brainwaves into the alpha state (relaxation, suggestibility etc.).
