A Texas father is in danger of losing parental rights to his six-year-old son because of his refusal to agree with his ex-wife that the boy is transgender. Anne Georgulas, the mother of six-year-old James, is a Dallas-area pediatrician, and claims in a petition seeking to terminate the parental rights of her estranged husband Jeffrey Younger that their son is a “transgender child and, by choice, now goes by the name Luna and is only known by her classmates as a girl.”
The petition seeks to terminate Younger’s parental rights because James reportedly behaves in line with his male gender when he is with Younger. Additionally, Georgulas is asking the court to compel Younger to pay for counseling during which a therapist affirms that James is a girl, and to foot the bill for hormone treatments as part of James’ biological “transition” to the female gender.
On the website SaveJames.com, launched to help stop the “transition” and to assist Younger in protecting his son, James is described as “a normal, happy, healthy little boy — who deserves a chance to be just that.”
The site relates that James has a twin brother, Jude, and that Jeff Younger “is currently in a very tenuous custody battle as he and his ex-wife each fight for full custody. When the boys were 3 years old, Jeff’s ex-wife decided that James should not be a boy. She began dressing him as a girl, calling him by the name ‘Luna’ and enrolled him in ‘social transitioning’ therapy to prepare him for chemical castration. This process can begin at age 8. She has enrolled him in Coppell Schools as a girl. He is currently in 1st grade. The teachers and administrators know that he is a boy, but the other parents and students are unaware.”

According to the site, “Courts have enjoined Jeff from dressing James as a boy at school, from teaching him that he is a boy, and from sharing religious teachings on sexuality and gender. He has been accused of abuse for saying that his son is a boy.”
In his own court filings Younger stated: “Few things are more important to people than the care and rearing of their young. The courts are entertaining government suppression of some of the most fundamental practices and traditions of American families.”
Writing at TheFederalist.com, former transgender individual Walter Heyer, who ultimately rejected his female alter-persona, noted that, contrary to Georgulas’ insistence, the father of James “isn’t seeing signs of gender dysphoria. In the father’s home James appears to be a normal boy and doesn’t identify as a girl. He has a choice of boy’s or girl’s clothes there, and he chooses to dress as a boy. The fact that James changes gender identity depending on which parent is present makes the diagnosis of gender dysphoria both dubious and harmful.”
Heyer, who has worked with Younger in his efforts to defend his child, added that when James is away from his mother, “he consistently rejects the idea that he is ‘Luna girl’ or that he wants to be a girl. Because the court prohibits dad from dressing James as a boy or from teaching him that he is a boy by sharing religious or science-based teachings on sexuality, dad presents James with male and female clothing options and James always chooses, even insists on, his boy clothes.”
Heyer warned that time is of the essence to save James from being forced into a false gender role. “The diagnosis is critical because labeling a child with gender dysphoria can trigger a series of physical and mental consequences for the child and has legal ramifications in the ongoing custody case,” Heyer wrote. “Get it wrong and young James’ life is irrevocably harmed.”

Three false ministers, including one who identifies as homosexual and another as polyamorous, recently told the Huffington Post that they believe that sex before marriage is “not sinful,” and that it is rather “unreasonable,” “outdated and silly” to expect people to stay chaste until marriage. One said that he doesn’t “judge” those who choose to engage in random hookups, even if he doesn’t do so himself.
The outlet interviewed Brandan Robertson, an open homosexual who leads Missiongathering Christian Church in San Diego; Chalice Overy, who is an associate pastor at Pullen Memorial Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina; and a man that was only identified as Michael, who says he is currently dating three women and a man, and serves as a clergyman in San Antonio, Texas.
The article, written by Brittany Wong, was entitled “We Asked Ministers What It’s Like To Date Today. Here’s What They Said.”
“I think the evangelical church world that I come from has taught some really unhealthy ideas about sex and sexuality, and I spend a lot of my time trying to deconstruct ‘purity culture’ in favor of a healthier, more holistic view of sexuality,” opined Robinson, who caused controversy in 2011 for his pro-homosexual views as a student at Moody Bible Institute, but went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in pastoral ministry and theology.

“I believe for some people, waiting for marriage before having sex can be a very healthy path. I also believe that for most people, sex before marriage is a healthy expression of the gift of sexuality and is not ‘sinful’ or morally wrong,” he said.
Overy made similar remarks.
“I honestly think it’s unreasonable to expect people to wait until they are married to have sex if we expect people to make thoughtful decisions about who they marry,” she said, although noting that she personally prefers a man who “wants to get to know me, not just my body.”
“But if we are willing to do the spiritual and emotional work of intimacy, should we deny ourselves the joy of physical intimacy? I don’t think so,” Overy added.
Michael, who is divorced, outlined that his church is aware of his multiple relationships, and says that he has been engaged in polyamory since his youth.
“One of the worst things the Church has done is take God and the Divine out of the bedroom and shame people for their desires and practices,” he claimed. “I have always believed that contractual arrangements (including marriage) are not the boundary on sex—our own personal ethics are.”
“Most of the single clergy I know have sex, even when the rules of their denomination prohibit it,” Michael continued. “It simply is an outdated and silly expectation, in my opinion. Like anything else, sex can be manipulative, unhealthy or used as a power differential. Sex, or even dating without sex with a congregant is never okay because of the power differential. Within relationships of equals or with agreed-upon boundaries, though, it is healthy and beautiful.”
The three also stated that they have no issues with dating someone who is not a Christian, and would actually prefer so. Robertson said that he emphasizes the “normal-ness” of his life on dating apps, noting that he enjoys “craft beer, going clubbing [and] traveling.” Michael outlined that he mostly dates atheists and agnostics, stating that he desires those who “at the very minimum, question the historic faith.”
As previously reported, the Bible teaches against—apart from prohibitions on homosexuality, such as in Romans 1:26-27—premarital sex in numerous Scriptures, and strongly warns that those who engage in unrepentant fornication will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Ephesians 5:3-6 admonishes, “But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints, neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient, but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words, for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.”
1 Thessalonians 4:1-8 likewise instructs, “Furthermore then, we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more. For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication, that every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor—not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God.”

David Andrew Weinberg of the Anti-Defamation League presents the Saudi textbook material as if it were some aberration, a manifestation of Saudi “extremism.” In reality, however, it’s standard Islam.
“This academic year, once again Saudi Arabia’s high school monotheism textbooks teach that infidels such as Jews and Christians are ‘the enemies of Islam and its people’ and that proper observance of Islam requires ‘abhorring the infidels’ and ‘enmity’ toward them.”

Anal sex: “The Prophet said: If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says (according) to the version of Musa), or has intercourse with his wife (according to the agreed version) when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus, he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad – according to the version of Musaddad.” (Sunan Abu Dawud 3904)

Border Patrol agents arrested a staggering 1,900 illegal immigrants in South Texas over the weekend.
The extremely high number of arrests took place in the Rio Grande Valley, the busiest US sector for illegal crossings.

 Among the illegals arrested throughout the valley, most of whom were from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, at least one was confirmed to be an MS-13 gang member. 

A Customs and Border Protection agent who spoke to local news blamed the spike on human smugglers.
“The smugglers don’t care for the individuals they’re crossing, all they care about is the money. They see these as a commodity, not as people,” CBP Agent Marcelino Medina told ValleyCentral.com.
 RGV Sector Chief Manuel Padilla, Jr. confirmed that on Saturday alone agents foiled 27 human smuggling attempts, in addition to busting shipments of 2,500 pounds of marijuana.

The journey took a deadly turn for some immigrants, whose bodies and skeletal remains have been located on the banks of the Rio Grande River.
“Just this weekend, Border Patrol Agents discovered two skeletal remains and then recovered one body in the Rio Grande,” Medina told Valley Central. “Plus, this (Monday) morning, Border Patrol Agents found the body of a deceased person in a canal in Mission. The cost of them coming to the United States should never be their life.”
For the ones who successfully made the journey, it’s possible they’ll be released into the US and never heard from again.
In a 2014 Infowars exclusive, a Rio Grande Valley city attorney told our cameras Border Patrol agents were dropping illegals off at the McAllen bus terminal after processing, and providing them vouchers and bus tickets allowing them to travel further into the US.
In exchange for the vouchers, illegals are given a date to appear at immigration court, but the court dates are set months, sometimes several years in advance and 90% of illegals never show up to court.
News of the arrests in Texas comes a week after members of the migrant caravan engaged in violent clashes with Border Patrol agents in San Diego.

American colleges have become ‘breeding grounds for civil war,’ warns author and political commentator Heather Mac Donald.

Mac Donald, regarded by many as a leading conservative intellectual and researcher, asserts that students are being trained to “hate” and obsess upon identity politics by predatory cultural Marxists in faculty and administration.

“Come the 80s, students were given a license for ignorance,” Mac Donald told Fox News host Mark Levin. “They were taught the only thing they needed to know about a book were the race and gender of the author to know whether it was thoroughly dismissable, without being read, and they could go on to instead wallow in their own delusional oppression.”

“It has only gotten worse since then, and what we are doing is breeding the grounds for, I fear, civil war,” she warned. “Because students are being taught to hate — to hate the greatest works of Western civilization, and frankly, to hate each other.”
“From the moment a student steps on college campus today as a freshman — or as a ‘freshperson’ I should probably say — the bureaucracy is determined to drum into that student’s head, identity politics, which says he’s either a victim or an oppressor,” she continued.
Mac Donald contends that this extreme manipulation of young minds is creating hordes of damaged collectivists who carry a “chip on their shoulders,” preventing them from “seizing the magnificent opportunities” and vast knowledge made available to them by modern society and technology.
“They carry this chip, this delusional victimology, into the world at large, and they are going around blaming American institutions of endemic racism and sexism when that no longer is true,” Mac Donald said.
Mac Donald’s comments echo sentiments she expressed in a recent article in the American Mind.
“The core sickness of the academy is not relativism but hatred,” Mac Donald wrote. “Students are taught to hate the greatest works of Western civilization, and to hate each other, based on the tribal trivialities of gonads and melanin.”
Mac Donald, a Fellow of the Manhattan Institute, made waves in 2016 with her bombshell PragerU presentation “Are the Police Racist?” analyzing police shootings and challenging the Black Lives Matter narrative.

Apple CEO Tim Cook received a “Courage Against Hate” award from the Anti-Defamation League yesterday for censoring online speech, including Infowars’ Alex Jones, whom Cook referred to as a “violent conspiracy theorist”.

“At Apple, we believe technology needs to have a clear point of view,” said Cook during his acceptance speech. “This is no time to get tied up in knots. We only have one message for those who seek to push hate, division, or violence: You have no place on our platforms. You have no home here. From the earliest days of iTunes to Apple Music today we have always prohibited music with a history of white supremacy. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. And as we showed this year, we won’t give a platform to violent conspiracy theorists. Why? Because it’s the right things to do.”

As the Verge noted, Cook’s “violent conspiracy theorists” line “refers to Alex Jones’ Infowars,” which is a defamatory statement because neither Alex Jones or Infowars have ever advocated violence of any kind.

 ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt subsequently linked “hate speech” with criticism of immigration before praising Cook as “courageous” for banning Alex Jones.
“Apple was the first company to remove Alex Jones’s hateful anti-government conspiratorial rants from their platform, and other tech companies, as we know, followed their lead,” he said.
Cook also suggested it was “a sin” not to ban certain individuals from social media platforms.
However, as the past few months have vehemently proven, the banning of prominent conservatives by Big Tech giants has nothing to do with preventing “hate speech” and everything to do with silencing political opposition.
Journalist Laura Loomer was banned for criticizing the brutal practice of female genital mutilation, while conservative pundit and combat veteran Jesse Kelly was banned for no identifiable reason whatsoever.
Reaction to the award from free speech advocates was not so glowing.
“Republican politicians are too stupid to address the issue of censorship,” tweeted journalist Tim Pool. “Activists accuse everyone of being a white supremacist, even people who aren’t white. They have already banned people for criticizing politicians under the guise of “hate speech”.

 Video footage out of France shows police officers removing their helmets in solidarity with ‘yellow vest’ protesters who have been demonstrating against gas tax hikes as part of the biggest unrest Paris has seen in 50 years.
Full scale riots described as “urban warfare” and “the worst riots in a generation” took place on Saturday, leading to 133 people being injured and over 400 arrests.
Speculation is now raging that globalist French President Emmanuel Macron will be forced to impose a form of martial law to deal with the chaos.
Video footage out of two different areas shows cops taking off their helmets to cheers from the protesters.

In both cases, protesters responded by breaking out into a rendition of La Marseillaise, the national anthem of France.

While anger at Macron’s gas tax hikes to fight global warming was the factor that kick-started the demonstrations, the protests are part of a wider revolt against the elite and have taken on somewhat of a nationalist tone.
Prominent leaders of the protest movement have outlined their support for failed asylum seekers to be returned to their home countries, for legal immigrants to undergo rigorous integration programs, and for France to introduce popular referendums as part of the country’s constitution.
As As political commentator Kark Sharro explains, what is unfolding is an “organic, leaderless protest movement with no clear ideology” that combines elements from both the political left and right. Protesters are unified in that they have completely lost faith with establishment parties.

A respected Lebanese anthropologist has studied the protests and concluded that the burning of cars represents 'anger'. These protesters appear to be unhappy about something, and it's more than just typical French grumpiness.

“The protests have now morphed into wider discontent at the high cost of living in France and dissatisfaction with Macron, whose popularity continues to fall,” reports CNBC.
Demonstrators scrawled scrawled “Macron resign” and “The yellow vests will triumph” on the famous Arc de Triomphe monument, while Macron was also pelted with an egg during a public appearance.

 The mainstream media and liberal elite lauded French President Emmanuel Macron as the savior of France when he won the election in 2017, but a year later, the country is now embroiled in a violent revolt over his globalist policies.
Leftist pundits like CNN’s Max Boot and MSNBC’s Joy Reid had praised Macron’s election victory, claiming it was the beginning of the end for European populism.
“To defeat populism, America needs its own Macron–a charismatic leader who can make centrism cool,” Boot tweeted in 2017.
 Reid and The Washington Post columnist Anne Applebaum called Macron a “pragmatic” leader who knew how to defeat populism.
 Other globalists like Tony Blair and The Council on Foreign Relations president Richard Haass claimed that Macron slayed populism once and for all and would “advance the interests of the people.”
 Even the World Economic Forum believed that Macron’s win signaled the end of populism.
 However, France descended into chaos a year later as the French people violently revolted against Macron and his globalist and “green” policies.

Additionally, Macron’s approval rating has tanked to 21% amid his condemnation of protests and dismissal of the citizens’ anger.
“I have a deep understanding of the expectations and frustrations, the resentment of citizens … Our duty is to bring a response,” Macron said in a speech at the presidential palace last week.
“I don’t confuse thugs with fellow citizens who want to send out a message. I feel understanding for these fellow citizens but I will not indulge those who want destruction and disorder,” he added.
Evidently, the left underestimated populism’s staying power, and overestimated Macron’s competence as a world leader. But despite the fact President Trump has double the approval of Macron, the media will likely continue to provide cover and prop up the embattled French president.

 An irate grandfather confronted a teacher after learning his 2-year-old grandson was encouraged to wear a dress in class.

In cellphone footage which went viral over the weekend, the grandfather is heard berating the teacher and rejecting the transgender agenda.
“First of all I came down here because we don’t do that – the transgender and all that – you know, we don’t do that,” the man tells the teacher. “And I don’t appreciate you encouraging him to put on no dress, for the second day, too. I don’t appreciate that.”
The man, the school and the teacher have yet to be identified.

Although the teacher and preschool have yet to be identified, video footage of a grandfather confronting them over putting his grandson in a dress has been circulating in social media over the last few days. Irate leftists have posted the video, originally shared by the grandfather, to demonstrate his homophobia and bigotry. Others have applauded the grandfather for saying, “Enough is enough.”

The woman refused to speak to the grandfather because he wasn’t on the caregiver-child disclosure form, but he insisted on telling her personally his opinion that she was out of line.
Although the man was not yelling, the woman could be heard saying, “Please do not speak to me in that tone.”
The man seemed calm enough.
The grandfather, who most in social media assume is African American because of the cadence of his voice (and the video on YouTube video includes the subtitle of “Straight Black Pride”), has been compared to this black preacher who rebuked a crossdresser in his congregation. Many have noticed that the black community is not as progressive on issues relating to homosexuality and transgenderism as some assume.

The video above was posted by The Grand Report, an urban and hip-hop news site.
What many have not noticed, however, is the cross behind the care provider. Typically, these are seen in preschools associated with religious institutions.
The woman eventually responded to the irritated grandfather, “He’s only two.”

Three executives connected to a defense contractor were charged for allegedly defrauding the United States military and for breaking U.S. sanctions on Iran. One of them was a significant contributor to the Democratic party, former State Secretary Hillary Clinton, and former President Bill Clinton.
The contractor, the Dubai-based Anham corporation, lied to the military in order to get an $8 billion 10-year contract in 2012 to supply food for U.S. troops in Afghanistan. It also had materials and equipment shipped through Iran—in violation of U.S. sanctions—to cut costs, the prosecutors said.
One of the defendants, former Anham chief executive Abdul Huda Farouki, is a prominent Democratic donor. He and his wife Samia gave the party and its candidates over $320,000 since the 1990s, including over $13,000 to the various campaigns of the Clintons, according to OpenSecrets.org. Farouki was also a member of the Clinton Global Initiative project.
The other defendants are Farouki’s brother Mazen, who headed a logistics company closely tied to Anham, and Salah Maarouf, who ran a company that procured goods and services for Anham.
Fake Construction
The massive supply contract required the contractor to have large warehouses to store food in Afghanistan. Anham claimed that the process of constructing such warehouses would be done well before the contract was to be awarded. But that was a lie, according to the indictment (pdf). The construction had barely started months after the company submitted its bid. To get the contract, the company arranged equipment and machinery “to create the false appearance of an active construction site,” the indictment alleges.
Sanctions
As the company finally progressed with the construction, it shipped major components of the warehouses through Iran in violation of sanctions placed on Iran by the Obama administration.
When the violation was reported in 2013 by The Wall Street Journal, Farouki lied to the Defense Department, saying Anham’s senior leadership didn’t know about the plan to ship through Iran. The defendants, in fact, “routinely discussed in internal communications the transshipment of warehouse components through Iran, for the purpose of saving time and decreasing the need to expend costs for the project prior to the awarding of the … contract,” the indictment reads.
Trucks Through Iran
In 2012, Anham also received at least $423 million in a Defense Department contract for trucking services in Afghanistan.
Similarly to the warehouse components, the company shipped trucks through Iran, “rather than ship trucks to Afghanistan using legal but relatively expensive routes,” the Justice Department stated in a Nov. 29 release….

A news item from German broadcaster Sat 1 tells about the traumatic experience 8-year-old Yara had at a migrant majority school. She became an outcast, was bullied and even stabbed.
Little Yara was the last person in her classroom who spoke German at home. Her school can be characterised as a migrant majority school with Turks and Arab migrants as students.
“They needed to employ an interpreter to translate from German to Turkish or Arabic in order for the Turkish, Arabic people to even understand what was going on. I felt a bit lost and that’s when I realised how it must feel for my daughter,” the girl’s father, Mike F., tells Sat 1.
The bullying of Yara increased and it even ended with her being stabbed by an ‘Arab child’.
“She was just pushed down by an Arab child that she didn’t even know. This child slit her abdomen with a sharp object,” her father says.
“Naturally, she went to the teacher and showed her what happened. She was in pain and bleeding. The teacher totally downplayed the incident and actually made my daughter stay at school the rest of the day,” Yara’s father continues.
“Injuries from dangerous objects at an elementary school, and not informing the parents? Mike F. tries to approach the teacher about the incident, but is rebuffed… —I made the mistake of saying that it was Arab children; that was too much.”
