Texas dad Jeffrey Younger has been fighting in the courts to stop his ex-wife from gender "transitioning" their 7-year-old son, James. On October 24, 2019, Dallas Judge Kim Cooks ruled to allow Younger a say in James' medical treatment. However, she also instituted a gag order preventing him from speaking out. He spoke to LifeSite's Madeleine Jacob right before the judge issued her ruling.

WATCH: INFOWARS’ PRE-GAG ORDER INTERVIEWS WITH FATHER OF BOY SAVED FROM CHEMICAL CASTRATION
Get the father’s side of the story as he has now been forbidden to talk about the case
In a court ruling delivered on Thursday, Judge Kim Cooks decided to allow James Younger to have a say in medical decisions being made for his 7-year-old son James, whose mother wanted to place the child on hormone blockers.
Additionally, Cooks placed a gag order on Younger, but Infowars was able to talk with the father three times before he was silenced.

Jeff Younger Speaks To Infowars About Son James’ Court Forced Sexual Transition

DALLAS, Texas, October 24, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – The judge presiding over the case of Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition,” ruled today that the parents will have joint conservatorship over James, which includes making joint medical decisions for the child.
Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district also put a gag order on both parents so that they cannot speak to the press about the case and decided that the father is not required to pay attorney fees. The judge’s decision means that the Save James website will have to be shut down.
Mr. Younger and his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, were in court last week fighting over custody and decision-making abilities for James and his twin, Jude. Dr. Georgulas wants to continue to “transition” James “into” a girl called “Luna.” Mr. Younger wanted to take a “wait and see” approach rather than start the child on puberty blockers.
Eleven out of 12 jurors decided Monday that Mr. Younger should not be granted Sole Managing Conservatorship over his twin boys. Dr. Georgulas admitted in court she is not actually the twins’ biological mother and used in-vitro fertilization via an egg donor to gestate them.On Monday, a jury ruled 11-1 that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship – and that Mr. Younger should not be that person.
Judge Cooks’ ruling was originally scheduled for Wednesday afternoon but was delayed. When a seasoned civil court journalist from the Dallas Morning News asked the court clerk for the ruling schedule and provided her with the specific case number, she confirmed the day but refused to share the time of the ruling.
Since kindergarten, Dr. Georgulas has enrolled James in school as a girl under the name “Luna.” She began telling him he’s a girl when he was just three, and testified in court that she began to believe that when he liked a McDonald’s toy meant for girls. James’ pediatrician records also indicate Dr. Georgulas has met with GENECIS, a medical “transition” clinic in Dallas and is considering “hormone suppression” when James is closer to eight or nine years old.
Watch this exclusive video with Jeffrey Younger given right before the judge issued the gag order: (SEE AT TOP OF THIS POST)
Prior to this case, Dr. Georgulas had exclusive rights to make decisions regarding psychological and psychiatric care for James and Jude. She needed to inform Mr. Younger of her decisions, but he couldn’t weigh in on or change the decisions. GENECIS wouldn’t begin James on puberty blockers without Mr. Younger’s consent.
Dr. Georgulas and Mr. Younger’s messy custody dispute entailed, in part, the latter filing a counter-petition to the court requesting sole managing conservatorship in order to obtain the ability to make decisions on psychological and psychiatric care. This would have given him the ability to prevent James’ from starting puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones.
Mr. Odeneal told supporters that an appeal “takes about a year” and it would be very difficult to overturn a jury ruling.
There were only three news agencies present throughout the trial: LifeSiteNews, The Texan, and Channel One (a Russian News Agency). After the jury ruling, the public outcry has been immense. Blogger Matt Walsh started the hashtag #protectjamesyounger on twitter. It has been used in tweets over 41,000 times. Additionally, other conservative news agencies are beginning to pick up the story.
A petition created by LifeSiteNews in support of Jeffrey Younger’s efforts to protect his son from being transitioned into a girl has been signed by over 65,000 people.

DALLAS, Texas, October 24, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — LifeSite reporter Madeleine Jacob and close to 50 other people, including The Texan News, were refused entrance into the Dallas courtroom where the trial concerning 7-year-old James Younger came to a close today. Three bailiffs were ordered to stand guard in front of the locked door as Judge Kim Cooks announced her final ruling granting joint custody of James.

In the #ProtectJamesYounger case, Judge Cooks CLOSED the court room and three bailiffs prevented anyone without a hard card press pass from entering the court room.
At the #ProtectJamesYounger case and close to 50 people were denied entry to the court room. Some came from across the state and without warning Judge Cooks closed the court room.
Despite not needing to show a press pass to enter the court at any time during the past two weeks, Jacob found herself standing outside in the hallway this afternoon because she didn't have a hard copy of her credentials. A local CBS-affiliate was invited in with their camera.
Jacob, who has been in the courtroom every time the trial has been in session, presented not only her license but also a digital press pass in an effort to get in. She was told she needed a hard copy press pass to enter. Industry practice is generally that a digital press pass is enough to gain admission to an event.
“I think it’s unfair that the media outlets who have been covering it from the beginning were thrown out while the local mainstream media outlets were invited in,” Kim Roberts, a reporter for The Texan, told LifeSite.
Judge Kim Cooks just closed the #ProtectJamesYounger courtroom. LifeSiteNews, @TheTexanNews, and many other reporters were preventing from entering the closed court because we didn’t have ‘hard cards press passes. Digital passes didn’t count. No family either.
On Monday, the jury ruled 11-1 against Jame’s father, Jeffrey Younger, in his fight against his ex-wife, Dr. Anna Georgulas, who wants to raise James as “Luna” and force Jeffrey to affirm that identity.
The case has garnered national headlines in the last 48 hours, with Texas Senator Ted Cruz calling it “horrific and tragic” while Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott announced he is launching an investigation.
The jury’s decision was that Mr. Younger should not be given sole managing conservatorship over James and his twin brother Jude. Rather, the current joint managing conservatorship should be replaced by a sole managing conservatorship. However, Judge Cooks ruled today that there will be a joint managing conservatorship over James.

October 24, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky is the latest national lawmaker to speak against forcing 7-year-old James Younger to undergo a gender “transition” demanded by his mother but opposed by his father.
Jeffrey Younger and his son JamesSaveJames.com
On Monday, a Dallas jury ruled 11-1 against father Jeffrey Younger in his fight against his ex-wife, Dr. Anna Georgulas, who wants to raise James as “Luna” and force his father to affirm that identity, and has discussed subjecting him to "hormone suppression" between ages eight and nine – all against the boy’s will, his father says. Judge Kim Cooks is slated to issue a final ruling later today.
The case has sparked intense national outrage even as the mainstream press largely ignores it, with experts warning that not only is affirming a child’s gender confusion psychologically unhealthy in the long run, but exposure to sex-change hormones carries serious physical risks including infertility, impairment of adult sex function, and reduced life expectancy.
Numerous public figures have weighed in on the case, the latest being Sen. Paul with a tweet Thursday, declaring that what Georgulas wanted constitutes child abuse:
We don’t let kids drink alcohol til 21. People want to move smoking age to 21. But we will allow a 7 year old to have his life and body altered like this? This is child abuse and the state should side with the father who is trying to protect the child.” https://t.co/fNXF50qQEY
Other lawmakers to comment include Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Dan Crenshaw, both of Texas:
A 7-year-old child doesn't have the maturity to make profound decisions like this. The state of Texas should protect this child's right to choose—as an informed, mature person—and not be used as a pawn in a left-wing political agenda. #ProtectJamesYounger
This is heartbreaking and sets a horrible precedent.
A 7-year-old can’t possibly make this decision or understand it. Parents should know better. I hope this father receives the public support he needs. #ProtectJamesYoungerhttps://t.co/4hszPgqGWe
Regarding what lawmakers could do, the Washington Examinernotes that Texas does not currently prohibit legal guardians from giving puberty blockers or hormones to minors; Conservative Review senior editor Daniel Horowitz suggeststhe state convene a special legislative session to ban the practice, and that Congress limit federal courts’ ability to interfere with states that do the same.
Gov. Abbott announced Wednesday evening that state officials are investigating the situation:
FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. #JamesYounger
As of the time of this writing, a Change.org petition calling on Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott and state lawmakers to intervene has received more than 223,000 signatures. LifeSiteNews has also launched its own petition, which has collected more than 59,000 signatures so far.

Munchhausen by Proxy is a familiar and ugly behavior in which parents, often mothers, seek attention by attributing illnesses to their children. They successfully convince children, bystanders, sometimes even medical professionals, that their children are sick.
And they do this, often, by poisoning their children or otherwise interfering with their health.
The James Younger case seems to be showing some of the familiar symptoms of Munchhausen by Proxy.
A video has now come into public light where you can see the father asking James questions about whether or not he’s a girl or a boy. The child answers that he is a girl because his mother told him so.
“You’re a boy, right?” asks Younger.
“No, I’m a girl,” replies James.
“Who told you you’re a girl?” asks Younger.
“Mommy,” said James.
The father continued to ask questions of his young son about his preferences, including how “mommy puts you in a dress and puts nail polish on you?” The son answers in the affirmative, noting that his mother buys him dresses, hairbands, and hairclips, and that he likes nail polish.
“And what does mommy tell you?” asks the father.
“She tells me I’m a girl,” replies James.
It's bad enough that lefties insist that 8-year-olds are capable of deciding to take medications that will scar their bodies and prevent them from functioning as adult men or women, but even they aren't claiming that 3-year-olds can do this. Yet.
And this is a fairly clear sign that the 'gender syndrome' here is manufactured.
If the Left hadn't embraced transgenderism lately, this would be treated as Munchhausen by Proxy.
Younger believed that his ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, was “only giving [James] love and affection if he acted like a girl,” and “was putting my son into time-outs and she would lock him in his room and say that monsters only eat boys.”
The transition therapist, for instance, observed that James is oddly inconsistent when it comes to wanting to be “Luna.” At one point, James was presented with two pieces of paper, one with the word “James” and one with the word “Luna,” and asked to pick the name he preferred. When in the presence of his mother, he chose “Luna.” When in the presence of his father, he chose “James.”
This isn't really about politics. It's about the reality that child abuse will be defended if it serves the ideological cause of the Left.

A captured internal Muslim Brotherhood document states: “The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”
Now if you were dedicated to that goal of “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within,” how would you act any differently from how these people are acting?
“US ‘Border Church’ and ‘Border Mosque’ team up for prayer service,” by Alejandra Molina, RNS, October 25, 2019 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
For more than a decade, the Rev. John Fanestil, a United Methodist minister, has held a Sunday service at Friendship Park, a historic meeting place on the US-Mexico border overlooking the Pacific Ocean between San Diego and Tijuana.
While Communion is celebrated each week, Fanestil began the non-sectarian Christian ministry to help preserve the park as a public space where family members separated by their immigration status can interact, even if their interaction takes place through border fencing.
But in recent months, Border Church, or La Iglesia Fronteriza, has blossomed into a multifaith movement that includes a group of Muslims, who call themselves the Border Mosque, that has been joining Fanestil in prayer since April.
On Sunday. the two groups will co-host “Pray Beyond Borders”, a binational day of prayer that will include Indigenous, Muslim, Christian and Jewish leaders, as well as civil rights activist Linda Sarsour.
The event comes a year after new US Government restrictions took effect at the site, limiting the number of people allowed in the park to 10, down from 25, with federal immigration officials rotating people in and out every 30 minutes, Fanestil said.
Dustin Craun, executive director of the San Diego branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said the interfaith work at Friendship Park “is primarily about the families and keeping that space open”….
Craun has also been inspired by the border.
He has worked in El Paso, Texas, and Juarez, across the border, volunteering for a time at Annunciation House, a Catholic non-profit in El Paso that helps refugees. About five years ago, he co-founded MPower Change, a Muslim-led social and racial justice organisation, where he worked with Sarsour and other activists. Among MPower’s achievements is successfully advocating for the Louisville International Airport in Kentucky to be renamed after Muhammad Ali, a Louisville native.
Craun moved to San Diego earlier this year, he said, with the idea of beginning “some type of binational prayer”. When he learned of Border Church, he contacted Fanestil and Border Mosque was born soon afterward. Craun has produced a short film about the work Border Church has done to protect the part of Friendship Park where families meet. The film also documents how Border Church inspired the Muslim community “to stand for justice in the borderlands,” he said….
Sonia Garcia, founder of the Latina Muslim Foundation, said that the Border Mosque is a way for Muslims, who have faced immigration difficulties since 9/11, to expand their activism. Muslim voices, she said, need to “be heard in all borders,” and to stand for deported people and separated families no matter their national origin….

(The Christian Institute)— Kellogg’s has launched limited edition variety pack cereal as part of an anti-bullying campaign, and pledges to donate $50,000 to a US LGBT lobby group.
Its “All Together” cereal effort combines six varieties of cereal in one box, and features the mascots of each on the packaging.
The company said the cereal is “a symbol of acceptance no matter how you look, where you’re from or who you love.”
“We all belong together. So for the first time in history, our famous mascots and cereals are offered exclusively together in the same box for All Together cereal. It’s a symbol of acceptance no matter how you look, where you’re from or who you love. We believe that all people deserve an environment where they can be their best selves,” a webpage for the initiative reads.
As previously reported, the Bible teaches that all men are in the exact same predicament: All are born with the Adamic sin nature and are therefore “by nature the children of wrath” (Ephesians 2:3), having various inherent inclinations that are contrary to the law and will of God and being utterly incapable of changing by themselves (Job 14:4).
It is why Jesus came: to “save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21) and that they might be “saved from wrath through Him” (Romans 5:9) — taking out of the way for those who are saved both the penalty for, and the power of, sin.
Jesus outlined in John 3:5-7 that men must be regenerated by the second birth, and be transformed from being in Adam to being in Christ, or they cannot see the kingdom of Heaven. This work of the Holy Spirit is known in Christianity as the doctrine of regeneration.
“But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life,” Romans 6:22-23 explains. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
HOUSE DEMOCRATS APPROVE BILL TO PROTECT ANIMALS, BUT WON'T PROTECT BABIES
WHO SURVIVE ABORTION
The House just unanimously passed a bill making it a federal crime to abuse an animal. And while that’s all fine, well and good, this same House under Democratic leadership still refuses to take up a bill that would mandate medical care for human babies born alive following a botched abortion. Because apparently, kicking a dog is worthy of jail time, but leaving a living, breathing infant to die alone in a closet is no big deal.

This article was first published by Gatestone Institute. Raymond Ibrahim is a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
The Trump administration recently called out and threatened to cut federal funding for the Consortium for Middle East Studies (CMES), a program run by Duke University and the University of North Carolina (pictured above). It was accused by the U.S. Education Department of misusing a federal grant to advance “ideological priorities” and unfairly promote “the positive aspects of Islam,” particularly in comparison to Judaism and Christianity.
The Education Department summarized its position in an August 29 letter that opens with a reminder: institutions of higher education may receive federal funding via Title VI of the Higher Education Act of 1965—though “only for the purposes of establishing, strengthening, and operating comprehensive foreign language and area or international studies centers and programs.” The logic is simple: “cultural studies providing historical information about customs and practices in the Middle East and assisting students to understand and navigate the culture of another country, in concert with rigorous foreign language training, could help develop a pool of experts needed to protect U.S. national security and economic stability.”
After reviewing the Consortium for Middle East Studies’ curricula, the Department letter warned that it had “little or no relevance” to federal funding:
For example, although Iranian art and film may be of subjects of deep intellectual interest … the sheer volume of such offerings highlights a fundamental misalignment between your choices and Title VI's mandates. Although a conference focused on “Love and Desire in Modem [sic] Iran” and one focused on Middle East film criticism may be relevant in academia, we do not see how these activities support the development of foreign language and international expertise for the benefit of U.S. national security and economic stability. Similarly, the link between the statutory goals and the academic papers referenced in your grant proposal, Amihri Hatun: Performance, Gender-Bending and Subversion in the Early Modern Ottoman Intellectual History, or Radical Love: Teachings from Islamic Mystical Tradition, is patently unclear.
The Department letter further accused the program of projecting and “advance[ing] narrow, particularized views of American social issues” onto the Middle East. It cites a CMES teacher training seminar that described itself as focusing on “issues of multicultural education and equity to build a culture and climate of respect,” and “serving LGBTIQ youth in schools, culture and the media, diverse books for the classroom and more.”
Just as the CMES proliferates in topics popular on U.S. campuses—but that have no bearing on the realities of the Middle East—so too is there “a startling lack of focus on geography, geopolitical issues, history, and language of the area, as Congress required in Title VI,” the Department letter continues. As for those two fields that the grant was primarily designed for, “foreign language instruction and area studies advancing the security and economic stability of the United States have taken ‘a back seat’ to other priorities at the Duke-UNC CMES.”
In short, “the Duke-UNC CMES offers very little serious instruction preparing individuals to understand the geopolitical challenges to U.S. national security and economic needs but quite a considerable emphasis on advancing ideological priorities.”
Significantly but not surprising, the letter further accused CMES of “lack[ing] balance as it offers very few, if any, programs focused on the historic discrimination faced by, and current circumstances of, religious minorities in the Middle East, including Christians, Jews, Baha'is, Yadizis, Kurds, Druze, and others.” Instead,
there is a considerable emphasis placed on understanding the positive aspects of Islam, while there is an absolute absence of any similar focus on the positive aspects of Christianity, Judaism, or any other religion or belief system in the Middle East. This lack of balance of perspectives is troubling and strongly suggests that Duke-UNC CMES is not meeting legal requirement that National Resource Centers “provide a full understanding of the areas, regions, or countries’ in which the modern foreign language taught is commonly used.”
The letter concluded by warning CMES to respond by September 22 or risk losing funding. CMES did; it send a 16-page letter of explanation, adding that it “will re-examine its procedures to ensure that its Title VI-funded activities continue to match the purposes and requirements of the Title VI program,” and was granted another year of funding.
Whatever lasting impact the Education Department letter has on CMES, it is a welcome development for several reasons. First, it suggests that the government is paying attention. This is important considering that over a dozen other Middle East Studies departments—including at Columbia, Georgetown, Harvard, Princeton, and Yale universities—are also Title VI recipients. Moreover, all of them can be accused of most if not all of the failures cited in the Education Department letter to Duke and North Carolina (perhaps suggesting that the latter two, in the guise of CMES, were meant to be an example and warning to the rest).
Another benefit of the Department letter is that, although it only concerns Title VI recipients, it made nationalheadlines—it made waves—that may lead to more questions and/or create more public awareness on the greater issue: that most Middle East Studies departments on campuses across America can to varying degrees be accused of focusing on irrelevant topics, sidelining language skills, whitewashing Islam—in short, indoctrinating students in the Left’s views.
As the letter is about funding, it may also prompt questions about its flipside—foreign funding. For example, a 2018 report found that “elite U.S. universities took more than half a billion dollars” from Saudi Arabia in gifts and donations “between 2011 and 2017”; as far back as 2005, Georgetown and Harvard each received $20 million “to support Islamic studies on their respective campuses.”
Why would a nation that treats women like chattel, teaches Muslims to hate all non-Muslims, arrests and tortures Christians “plotting to celebrate Christmas”—a nation that has crack unitsdedicated to apprehending witches and warlocks—become a leading financial supporter of America’s liberal arts? The answer would seem to be obvious: so that recipients can show their gratitude by indoctrinating students in a fictitious Middle East and Islam—both of which are supposed victims of America.
In all spheres of life, education is intimately connected with success—as its opposite, ignorance, is connected with failure. The reason U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East has tended towards disaster is because policymakers depend on advisors and analysts who are products of the aforementioned Middle East and Islamic studies programs. Until such time that Middle East Studies teach their topics with objectivity, balance, and above all, honestly—all criteria indispensable to success—failure will continue to dominate American policy.
