FREEDOM CENTER PLANS TITLE VI (SIX) SUIT AGAINST CLAREMONT COLLEGES FOR FUNDING JEW HATRED

FREEDOM CENTER PLANS TITLE VI (SIX) SUIT AGAINST CLAREMONT COLLEGES
FOR FUNDING JEW HATRED
The Colleges violated President Trump’s executive order barring federal funding for anti-Semitic hate.

In a letter sent to the heads of Pitzer College and Pomona College in Southern California, the David Horowitz Freedom Center, acting with the Dhillon Law Group, put the Claremont Consortium of Colleges on notice that their promotion and funding of anti-Semitic speakers and events is a violation of federal law and will no longer be tolerated.
Over the past several years, Pitzer, Pomona, and the other Claremont Colleges have repeatedly funded anti-Semitic rhetoric and displays on campus—largely organized by the Hamas-funded campus hate group Students for Justice in Palestine—which contribute to a hostile environment for Jewish students.
The letter cites Executive Order 13899 which was signed by President Trump on December 11, 2019. The Order directs executive agencies to enforce Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 against all prohibited forms of discrimination rooted in anti-Semitism just as vigorously as against all other forms of discrimination prohibited by Title VI. Title VI prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
This is not the first occasion on which the Freedom Center has challenged the Claremont Colleges over their funding and promotion of Jew hatred. Last fall, the Freedom Center named Pitzer as one of the “Top Ten Colleges that Promote Jew Hatred and Incite Terrorism.” Over a thousand printed newspapers containing the report on the prevalence of anti-Semitism at Pitzer were distributed by the Freedom Center on Pitzer’s campus.
Instant reaction to the newspapers proved that they had hit their mark. The president of Pitzer College, Melvin Oliver, released a public statement labeling the Freedom Center’s newspapers exposing Jew hatred on his campus as “attack speech or hate speech so extreme that it requires our response” and claiming that the report’s allegations were “demonstrably false and intentionally incendiary”—without citing a single example of these alleged falsehoods.
Freedom Center founder David Horowitz responded by thanking President Oliver for his “Orwellian smear against our Freedom Center” and stating that in fact “Hate speech is calling a legitimate, fact-based critique of your support for a Jew-hating terrorist support group like Students for Justice in Palestine hate speech.”

Horowitz concluded his response to Oliver with this thought: “Some of the students participating in this campaign of Jew-hatred are simply ignorant. You don't have that excuse. You are a disgrace – an all too typical disgrace among your academic colleagues which is why Jew-hatred is rife on our campuses today." The war of words was covered in the local and national press.
With the delivery of the Freedom Center’s legal missive to Pitzer and the Claremont Colleges last week, these institutions have been put on notice that their funding and support for Jew hatred will no longer be tolerated.

Why We Don't Sing Bethel Music

Is it wrong to sing songs from Bethel if they are theologically correct? In this episode of #RedeemingTruth, Pastors Costi Hinn, Dale Thackrah, and Kyle Swanson provide insight into the dangers of supporting ministries like Bethel, that have a false understanding of who Christ is. MARXIST POPE FRANCIS SAYS TAX CUTS ARE SINFUL; CALLS FOR GLOBAL REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH

COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST PAPAL HYPOCRISY
MARXIST POPE FRANCIS SAYS
TAX CUTS ARE SINFUL; CALLS FOR GLOBAL REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research
purposes:
Let’s just cut to the chase. The pope and the Catholic Church are sinful. The Vatican
is an idolatrous city that attempts to usurp the throne of Christ and the pope believes
he speaks on behalf of Christ on Earth.
Recently, the pope called for global wealth redistribution stating that tax cuts for the wealthy are sinful. In a February 5 address, the pope says,
If there is extreme poverty in the midst of wealth – also extreme wealth – it is because we have allowed the gap to widen to become the largest in history. These are almost official data: the 50 richest people in the world have an equity equivalent to 2.2 billion dollars. Those fifty people alone could finance the medical care and education of every poor child in the world, whether through taxes, philanthropic initiatives or both. Those fifty people could save millions of lives every year.
The globalization of indifference have called “inaction”. Saint John Paul II called it: structures of sin . Such structures find an atmosphere conducive to their expansion every time the common good is reduced or limited to certain sectors or, in the case that brings us together, when the economy and finance become an end in themselves. It is the idolatry of money, greed and speculation.
What’s interesting is that the pope fails to mention in this address the “extreme wealth” that the Vatican holds on to. In fact, the Vatican could eliminate world hunger and finance the medical care and education of every poor child in the world. While the pope complains that the 50 richest people in the world have about 2.2 billion that could finance these things, the Vatican alone is estimated to be worth between 10 and 15 billion. I hear they sent a handful of masks to China though.

SOUTHERN BAPTISTS INTEND TO DOUBLE DOWN ON SUPPORT FOR CRITICAL RACE THEORY, INTERSECTIONALITY AT SBC 2020 CONFERENCE

SOUTHERN BAPTISTS INTEND TO
DOUBLE DOWN ON SUPPORT FOR
CRITICAL RACE THEORY, INTERSECTIONALITY
AT SBC 2020 CONFERENCE
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research
purposes:
At last year’s Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) conference, many were upset at the
passing of Resolution 9 which solidified the denomination’s support for a neo-Marxist
worldview including Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality. The SBC has long
departed the path of conservative, biblical ideology and has embraced — thanks to
Russell Moore and the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) — a philosophy
of social activism primarily rooted in secular thought.
The culture of today is one that is hell-bent on the destruction of Western civilization, national sovereignty, and individualism. Evangelicals, and Southern Baptists, in particular, have embraced this worldview yet cloaked it in Christian language so as to give it the appearance of a biblical idea — though it is not. One example of this is the SBC’s Resolution 9 on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality.
This resolution asserts that these ideologies are useful in analyzing data “gaining insights” in social and racial dynamics. While the resolution does acknowledge that these ideologies have their roots in a secular worldview, conservatives are growing increasingly concerned with their validation marking them as “incompatible” with Christianity.
Tom Ascol of Founders Ministries has been leading the charge to have this resolution rescinded at the next meeting in Orlando in June. However, those Southern Baptists who adopted the resolution plan to double down on support for it.
Q&A article came out in the Baptist Press — the SBC’s propaganda outlet — yesterday which was written by members the 2019 Resolutions Committee which downplayed the concerns that conservatives have over the Resolution. In the article, they answer the question, “Why the mention of analytical tools?” in reference to the Resolution legitimizing the use of neo-Marxist philosophy as useful. They write,
We used analytical tools to distinguish between the worldview of CRT/I’s creators and the concepts that are used from these theories by some Christians. We share the concerns about the foundation, worldview and various applications of CRT/I. However, not every observation from these theories is wrong, sinful or unhelpful.
In limited ways, insights from these theories may show us “what is” when it comes to the social dynamics people experience and help us see more robustly the nature of — as one SBC leader has described it — “racial injustice and systemic wrongs” throughout our cultural landscape. We don’t believe that a willingness to listen and learn undermines the Gospel. We are firmly committed to relying only on biblical theology for understanding “how things ought to be” and to trust only in the sufficiency of the Gospel to bring about God’s redemptive plan in our world.
But the problem is that these “theories” themselves cannot be separated from the worldview of the creators of these philosophies because they are grounded squarely in a denial of the Christian worldview. These theories — in and of themselves — deny such biblical concepts as individual responsibility and instead place the guilt of sin on systems, groups of people, and classes rather than on the one who committed the sin.
Critical Race Theory cannot, in any way, be considered biblical and must be rejected by Southern Baptists if they wish to remain true to the Scriptures and further, those who embrace such worldviews ought to be placed under church discipline and purged from the ranks of Christianity. There are no two ways about it. If the SBC does not rescind this resolution, they may as well announce their apostasy publicly like any other liberal denomination. And those who brought this resolution to the table for consideration ought to be fired from their seminaries and disqualified as pastors in SBC churches.

SOUTHERN BAPTIST APOSTASY:
EVANGELIST EXPOSES "EVANGELICAL DEEP STATE" IN INTERVIEW WITH ALEX NEWMAN
OF THE NEW AMERICAN
Southern Baptist evangelist Thomas Littleton of Alabama joins The New American magazine's Alex Newman to discuss the "Evangelical Deep State." Among other topics, they talk about how false doctrines and dangerous heresies--especially on homosexuality and transgenderism (LGBT), as well as Social Justice, Critical Race Theory, and Cultural Marxism--are infiltrating even conservative evangelical churches in America. Part of it is funding from Deep State globalists hostile to the church and the Bible, and part of it is a lack of discernment among pastors and Christian leaders. Alex and Tom discuss the Southern Baptist Convention, the Presbyterian Church, and others. Tom names Albert Mohler as one of the key figures facilitating this.

DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR

Drag Queen Story Hour is an epidemic of sexual perverts and crossdressers who
are grooming children around the nation in public libraries. However, now the epidemic
is expanding and elementary schools are now sending first-graders to be indoctrinated
into the LGBTQ lifestyle as part of its curriculum.
An email was sent to the families of Primary School 118, also known as Maurice Sendak Community School in Brooklyn, NY announcing the school’s intention to send their children to these in-school sexually aberrant indoctrination camps.
The school, which is taxpayer-funded, is led by principal Elizabeth Garraway and was recruited, according to her bio on the school’s website, because she is a “strong advocate for the value of diversity.”
The email reads,
Dear Families,
In an effort to continue to strengthen and enhance inclusiveness and diversity in our school, the first grade will be taking part in “Drag Queen Story Hour!” This program is run by the Brooklyn Public Library and has been a hit at the library and other local public schools. We had Drag Queen Story Hour the past few years at PS118 and the 1st graders LOVED IT! You can even read about it in the NY Times if you click on the link below. Drag Queen Story Hour is run by a drag queen who will visit our school on Monday, February 24th. She will read to the students, all while teaching into ideas of inclusiveness, gender fluidity and gender roles, family structures, acceptance, empathy, and individuality.
Your child will receive a field trip form in their red folder for payment of this experience. Payment is $6. I am also attaching a flyer about Drag Queen Story Hour to this email for you to read and garner more information.
We are so excited to bring this to our classrooms. I know the children will learn a lot and enjoy it as much as they did last year. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Below is a screenshot of the email that was sent to families of the school. The event will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020.
This is not the first time this school has done this. In 2019, the school also hosted a Drag Queen Story Hour featuring these sexual deviants. One first grade teacher at the school, Alexis Hernandez, commented,
What an amazing way to teach individuality, empathy, and acceptance! Drag Queen Story Hour gave my first graders a fun and interactive platform to talk and think about social and emotional issues like acceptance, being yourself, and loving who you are. Through books, songs, arts and crafts, and movement activities, they explored these issues and had an amazing time doing it! During our debrief after DQSH, they were preaching the incredible lessons they had learned, like “It’s ok to be different,” and “There’s no such thing as ‘boy’ things or ‘girl’ things.” I was proud to be able to have DQSH at my school and will definitely be planning another story hour for next year!
One can only imagine what kind of trauma this teacher experienced as a child to be so willing to pass on her mental instability to other vulnerable children. The entire movement is a sickness that needs to be treated. Below are screen grabs of the previous perverted event held at Maurice Sendak.

VIRGINIA BILL MAKING IT ILLEGAL FOR HOMOSEXUALS TO SEEK HELP FROM CHRISTIANS ON THE VERGE OF BECOMING LAW

VIRGINIA BILL MAKING IT ILLEGAL FOR HOMOSEXUALS TO SEEK HELP FROM CHRISTIANS ON THE VERGE OF
BECOMING LAW
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research
purposes:
Christians believe that homosexuality is sinful and, according to the Constitution of
the United States, religious beliefs are supposed to be protected. Nonetheless,
several states have already passed laws making it illegal for people struggling with
unwanted same-sex attraction to seek help from Christian resources —
including Christian counselors.
Dubbing the practice “conversion therapy,” LGBTQ activists have branded Christian counseling as “harmful” and “barbaric.” On the contrary, Christians believe the Scriptures actually speak to sinful lusts and issue a call to turn from them and turn to Christ.
However, a growing sect of progressive Evangelicals are also turning against the practice — including Al Mohler and Russell Moore of the Southern Baptist Convention. Incidentally, they have deemed the idea that the Holy Spirit can change the hearts and minds of sinful people upon regeneration a lost cause and unworthy of attention.
In the wake of this affront against the work of the Holy Spirit, the practice is now being outlawed at an alarming pace and the State of Virginia appears to be next on the list of those who are banning the conversion therapy. Yesterday, the Virginia House overwhelmingly passed HB 386 which bans the practice for minors in the state and the Senate passed a similar bill on January 21.
Freedom of religion in this country is now a thing of the past. While radical leftists are fighting against the practice of Christian counseling for minors, these same people are up-in-arms screaming for the right to indoctrinate children into LGBTQ ideology in public schools while protecting the “rights” of drag queens to have access to preschool children in public libraries. Somehow, conversion therapy is “dangerous” and “barbaric” but perverted men dressed as women is safe and edifying.

MUSLIMS CELEBRATE! HARVARD DECLARES KORAN "BEST BOOK ON JUSTICE"

MUSLIMS CELEBRATE! HARVARD DECLARES KORAN "BEST BOOK ON JUSTICE"
A look at Islam’s inferiority complex
BY RAYMOND IBRAHIM

Raymond Ibrahim, author most recently of Sword and Scimitar, is a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
Muslims around the world are thrilled at the recent news: “Harvard University ranks the Koran as the best book on justice,” is the January 20, 2020 headline of a report published by Youm7, a popular Egyptian news site visited by millions of Arabic readers.  It writes (in translation):
The official website of the World Muslim Communities Council  said on social media that, after lengthy, scientific studies that closely examined the rules of justice contained in the Noble Koran, the American university of Harvard has ranked the Noble Koran as the best book on justice….  In its final evaluation, Harvard University’s Classification Committee cited verses from the Noble Koran which confirm that the Noble Koran is a book replete with the rules of human justice … and that Islam has no room for injustice but rather includes tolerance and respect for the other.
Several other leading news websites and newspapers—including Al Ahram, Egypt’s most widely circulated and state owned newspaper founded in 1875—carried the story, followed by all sorts of triumphant celebrations on social media.
But is it true?  Did Harvard make such a pronouncement?  No. The real story is that, back in 2012, a group of law students painted a number of historical quotes dealing with justice on the walls of a Harvard building.

Known as the “Words of Justice,” they consist of 33 quotes from a variety of thinkers and civilizations—including African, Chinese, European, and Hindu—from 600 BC to the present.  Among some of the more recognizable names and documents quoted are Cicero, Augustine, Aquinas, the Magna Carta, Benjamin Franklin, Immanuel Kant, Gandhi, and Martin Luther King Jr.

Among these 33 quotes is one that is Islamic, derived from Koran:

O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just (4:135).

That’s it—the entire story.  There were no “lengthy, scientific studies,” nor “classification committees,” that led Harvard to announce that the Koran is the “best book on justice.”  Rather, one Islamic quote was deemed worthy of inclusion with 32 other non-Islamic quotations.
What to make of this shameful episode?  Why would Muslims fabricate such a story?  More to the point, why would they even care what infidel Harvard thinks in the first place?
For those in the know, the answer is simple: Muslims are ever and always looking for outside validation. Why?  Because a growing number of them have a nagging suspicion that their religion is not just.
Indeed, they need look no further than to the very same Koran chapter/sura (4, al-Nisa’, “the Women”) whence the much celebrated “justice” verse (4:135) was excerpted to encounter any number of decidedly unjust verses, including permission to sexually enslave—buy and sell—women (4:3), permission for husbands to beat their wives—since men are “superior” to women (4:34)—and so on.
Accordingly, what can be more reassuring than Western intellectual praise for Islam?
Consider this Arabic op-ed on Islam’s “inferiority complex” that I translated back in 2011.  Although its author, Khaled Montaser, an Egyptian intellectual, focuses on all the hoopla that erupts whenever a Westerner converts to Islam—whether in reality or not—the essence of his arguments perfectly apply to and shed light on this recent Harvard fiasco:
We Muslims have an inferiority complex and are terribly sensitive to the world, feeling that our Islamic religion needs constant, practically daily, confirmation by way of Europeans and Americans converting to Islam. What rapturous joy takes us when a European or American announces their [conversion to] Islam—proof that we are in a constant state of fear, alarm, and chronic anticipation for Western validation or American confirmation that our religion is “okay.”.…  And we pound our drums and blow our horns [in triumph] and drag the convert to our backwardness, so that he may stand with us at the back of the world’s line of laziness, [in the Muslim world] wherein no new scientific inventions have appeared in the last 500 years. Sometimes those who convert relocate to our countries—only to get on a small boat and escape on the high seas back to their own countries.
He goes on to discuss how the Arab world—in the guise of “our media and Internet sites … our writers and intellectuals”—exulted when it mistakenly thought that the German writer Henryk Broder had accepted Islam, based on sarcastic remarks he had made: “but we are a people incapable of comprehending sarcasm, since it requires a bit of thinking and intellectualizing. And we read with great speed and a hopeful eye, not an eye for truth or reality.”  Montaser continues:
How come the Buddhists don’t hold the festivities we do for those who convert to their religion? And some of these converts are much more famous than Broder. Did you know that Richard Gere, Steven Seagal, Harrison Ford—among Hollywood’s most famous actors—converted to Buddhism? What did the Buddhist countries of Asia do regarding these celebrities? What did the Buddhists in China and Japan do?  Did they dance and sing praise and march out in the streets, or did they accept these people’s entrance into Buddhism as a mere matter of free conviction?...  It is sufficient for the Buddhists that these celebrities purchase their nations’ electronic goods—without any beggary or enticements.
A closing thought: Muslim excitement over one small—and often fraudulent—compliment finds a parallel in the Western establishment’s behavior: government, media, and academia are all in the habit of highlighting and fixating over one small (and often fraudulent) compliment to Islam—such as the “Andalusian Paradise” (a myth)—while suppressing Islam’s numerous shortcomings.
And it’s a reminder that, instead of flattering Islam, openly and honestly criticizing it—objectively, without rancor or hyperbole—is potentially one of the Western world’s most powerful, though largely untapped, strategies that could go a long way in neutralizing Islam, and without force.
