A German water park that has been the scene of two sex attacks by migrants have announced plans to segregate men and women.

The plan will involve banning men and teenage boys from using the water slides at certain times when only women, girls and very young boys will be allowed access.

It comes days after police arrested two asylum seekers from Afghanistan for a sex attack on two girls on the slides at the Arriba water park in Norderstedt in the Schleswig-Holstein region.

The girls aged 14 and 18 had been using the water slides but their attackers, both from Afghanistan aged 14 and 34, had been waiting for them at the bottom and had then sexually assaulted them.

The accused are being kept in custody as prosecutors said that the degree of the sexual assault was so severe that it justified rape charges.

Before that, the fun park was at the centre of similar problems last summer when four teenagers aged 15 and the fifth aged 17 had also been molested on the slides by a group of asylum seekers.

Seven boys had blocked the slide with their rubber rings and then started groping the girls on the breasts and had been putting their hands between their legs.

At the time, Arriba boss Ruud Swaen, 55, said he regretted what had happened and added: ‘We will be doing everything to make sure something like this doesn’t happen in the future.’

But those measures did not stop the attack in February on the two teenagers, although the water park is still not going as far as banning asylum seekers.

Instead they have pledged to have the segregation of women and men on the slides at certain times, as well as further security cameras on top of the 48 already being used.

They have also hired plainclothes security officials, dressed in swimwear to look like other visitors, who will be on patrol swimming in the pools and using the slides.

Germany has spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on the distribution of posters in numerous languages aimed at asylum seekers, informing them of correct behaviour towards women….

Vice President Joe Biden’s hotel tab for his recent one-night stay in Mexico City cost taxpayers more than $500,000.

Biden, who attended an annual economic summit with Mexican leaders, stayed at the luxury Intercontinental Presidente Hotel. Biden led a delegation attending the summit that included Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, and Interior Secretary Sally Jewell.

The trip called for 260 hotel rooms and meeting spaces, according to a State Department contract. The total hotel tab was $538,528.65.

The government said the trip costs were justified due to security concerns and last-minute planning.

“In addition to supporting a large delegation within a short time frame, last minute and frequent changes of itineraries for supporting personnel often result in significant changes in how Posts work with the vendors,” the State Department said. “With the exception of a few trips, contracts are not permitted to be signed until the Department of State (Post) has written confirmation from all supporting agencies, which enables collection of funds from said agencies in the event of cancellation.”

“These unique Senior High-Level USG [U.S. government] VIP travel requirements result in only a single or a very limited number of responsible sources with no other supplies or services capable of satisfying agency requirement,” they added.

Biden spent only one night in Mexico City, according to the White House schedule. He departed Washington on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and was in Mexico on Thursday to attend meetings for the summit. By Friday, he was in Utah for a “round table on cancer.”

News reports on what was accomplished at the economic summit are scarce, except for reporting on Biden feeling the need to “almost” apologize to Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto for some of Donald Trump’s remarks on immigration. No press pool for the Vice President was filed during the trip.

The Intercontinental Presidente Hotel where Biden stayed is described as a “luxury hotel tower with sweeping city views.”

“Forty-two stories high, this cosmopolitan Mexico City hotel puts the city at your feet,” reads the description of the hotel’s website. “Located in the thriving Polanco district, you’re immersed in a Mexican experience that’s uniquely local yet international.”

The hotel has “world class” rain showers and blackout blinds. Executive rooms and suites are “comfortable and luxurious” and have televisions in the bathroom.

The Intercontinental Presidente also offers numerous spa treatments, including steam bathing, massages, beauty treatments, body scrubs, body wraps, foot reflexology, manicures and pedicures, and waxing.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) budget for fiscal 2017 will fund 300 fewer Border Patrol agents in 2017 than it did for this fiscal year, reported KRGV.com on March 1. KRGV.com is the website of KRGV, the local ABC affiliate television station for the Rio Grand Valley in far south Texas.

The cut in funding for agents comes at a time when illegal cross-border traffic is high and, if anything, more Border Patrol agents are needed to secure our border. 

“One, we have people turning themselves in at unprecedented rates. Then we have the people that are always coming in illegally,” KRGV quoted National Border Patrol Council Local 3307 Vice President Chris Cabrera. “Then we have the drug flow that’s coming north and the money that’s going south and guns that are going south. And to cut jobs at a time like this is a recipe for disaster.”

Cabrera, as the spokesperson for the organization that represents nearly 17,000 U.S. Border Patrol agents, has been vocal in making the problems associated with securing our borders known to the public.

Speaking to Breitbart Texas last June, Cabrera said that during the previous few weeks, the numbers of unaccompanied minors and incomplete family units coming across the border had been rapidly increasing. “This is starting to resemble the summer border surge of 2014,” Cabrera told Breitbart. “We are not nearly at the numbers we were last year, but it looks like we are in the opening stages. We had two groups equal a little over 70 in one hour today. These were women and children,” Cabrera continued. “We’ve also seen a lot of children traveling alone.”

During that interview, Cabrera also observed a phenomenon that we had reported on during the 2014 surge. Instead of hiding from Border Patrol agents to sneak into the country, as illegal aliens have traditionally done, many of the children and women who have crossed the border illegally have been seeking out Border Patrol agents and turning themselves in. “This is really the mark that indicates a coming crisis,” said Cabrera. “When the women and children start seeking out agents, we know there is word spreading in their home countries that they can come and be set free.”

Just as the number of Border Patrol agents defending our borders is scheduled to drop, the influx of illegal aliens crossing them is likely to rise. And there is a new phenomenon contributing to this rise, along with lax border enforcement and the granting of amnesty to illegal aliens in the past. 

A Reuters report on March 1 revealed that potential migrants in Latin American have been watching the political scene in the United States and are fearful of what will happen if Donald Trump or another tough-on-illegal-immigration Republican is elected president.

The report noted that more migrants are trying to cross the border illegally now because they are fearful of tighter policing and new policies to halt illegal immigration if Trump or another Republican wins the November 8 election. “If Trump wins, we’re all screwed and all Latinos are screwed,” Reuters quoted Isaias Franco, identified as an illegal from El Salvador who was deported from the United States late last year and is now trying to get back. Franco spoke to reporters at a migrant shelter in Ciudad Juarez, just across the border from El Paso, Texas.

The report noted that Franco, like other potential illegal aliens, is aware of the U.S. presidential race and Trump’s commitment, matched by fellow Republican candidate Ted Cruz, to deport all the illegal immigrants in the United States. Their numbers are estimated at more than 11 million. “You watch the news.... There’s a lot of fear among Latinos,” Franco said, adding that a Republican victory would mean the end of proposed reforms to give many immigrants greater protection from deportation.

The report also quoted Blanca Rivera, who manages the Ciudad Juarez migrant shelter, who has noticed a recent surge in the numbers of migrants, which she attributes to Trump’s strong anti-illegal immigrant rhetoric. “They think they need to take advantage while they can,” said Rivera.

State Department Won’t Commit to Finishing Review of Clinton’s Top-Secret Emails Before General Election

State Department spokesman John Kirby would not commit Tuesday to the agency finishing, in time for the general election in November, its review of Hillary Clinton’s 22 top-secret emails and whether they were classified at the time they were sent or received on her private server.

Associated Press reporter Matt Lee pointed out this might be information voters would be interested in about Clinton, the potential Democratic nominee for president, before November.

“Can you commit to getting the results of this review into the top secret, into the classified … before there is a general election in this country?” Lee asked.

Kirby bristled at the idea of elections driving when the review would be completed.

“I’m not going to commit to a specific timeline,” Kirby said. “The secretary [John Kerry] wants this review to be done thoroughly and accurately and efficiently, and he’s not going to allow himself, or the process, or the department to be driven by the political calendar on this.”

Lee responded a judge had set deadlines of his own for review of Clinton’s emails, not all of which had been met by the State Department.

“The fact of the matter is that today in fact is one of those deadlines in the electoral and political process, and the judge in the FOIA case set deadlines, some of which you made, some of which you didn’t,” Lee said.

“Look, it’s one thing to meet a deadline for the distribution of these documents, which as you pointed out, sometimes we made it. Sometimes we didn’t, and the judge was–the judge–” Kirby said.

“Was not happy,” Lee finished.

“Mandated a subsequent deadline process here for us,” Kirby said. “But in the case of investigations and reviews, it is not always the case that reviews and investigations are given deadlines to be complete. Specifically, because you want investigators to have the leeway to look at things as deeply and as thoroughly as they need to.”

MATT LEE: So, he does have a point. Maybe it shouldn’t be driven by political deadlines so that the results of the review that the State Department is responsible for come out after the election, but maybe it should be driven by wanting to get it out before the election. In fact, as soon as possible. Can you commit, is the department in a position to commit, to getting the results of this review, into the top secret, into the classified, the one he keeps talking about, before there is a general election in this country?

JOHN KIRBY: I’m not going to commit to a specific timeline. The secretary wants this review to be done thoroughly, and accurately and efficiently and he’s not going to allow himself, or the process or the department to be driven by the political calendar on this. The argument that we should be ever mindful of that, and while I don’t agree with the logic, I understand where you are coming from.

The counter logic to that would be that we are politicizing what needs to remain a completely apolitical process here. What the American people have a right to know is how these things were handled, and how the State Department has met our obligations in terms of properly preparing these documents for release. There are other agencies involved.

LEE: Exactly, no one is questioning that. No one is saying that you should or the FBI or DOJ or whoever else is doing all these reviews or investigations that they need to set a deadline, but the point–the fact of the matter is that today in fact is one of those deadlines in the electoral and political process, and the judge in the FOIA case set deadlines, some of which you made, some of which you didn’t. You made the last one, which was yesterday, and they’re all out. So deadlines whether they’re random, they exist. And they exist in the political calendar as well.

REPORTER: And if you were worried about being accused of politicizing this issue, you run a greater risk of doing that should you release the report after the election than you would if you did it before. That is an opinion. That’s not a question.

New Hillary Clinton Email Undermines Key Argument About Classified Material

One of the emails from Hillary Clinton’s private server released by the State Department Monday shows the former secretary of state checking with staffers about whether one of her emails contained classified information.

The message, first reported by ABC News, indicates that Clinton understood that emails not marked classified could still contain information that was classified. In order to brush off controversy surrounding her use of personal email, Clinton has repeatedly insisted that she never sent nor received information marked classified on her unsecured system.

“If it’s not classified or otherwise inappropriate, can you send to the NY Times reporters who interviewed me today?” Clinton wrote in the April 2012 email to aides Jake Sullivan and Phillippe Reines, forwarding a message about the State Department’s Center for Strategic Counterterrorism Communications.

Sullivan ultimately assessed that the email was not classified or “inappropriate.” It also was not updated with classified markings in the State Department’s latest release. Still, it suggests that Clinton knew that classified material could appear in emails not marked classified.

Critics have argued that Clinton’s use of unsecured email to conduct government business compromised national security.

The emails released by the agency Monday constituted the last of Clinton’s emails that it has been vetting and releasing to the public over the last 10 months. The State Department has released most of the approximately 30,000 work-related emails that Clinton turned over to the government after it was revealed a year ago that she exclusively used a private email account during her tenure.  The emails sent to the State Department last year did not include about 30,000 messages from Clinton’s account that she and aides deemed personal and deleted.

The agency was forced to withhold 22 messages from release in January because they contain top secret information. The State Department has said that it is looking into whether those messages contained information that was classified at the time they originated on Clinton’s server.

While none of the messages in the final release were upgraded to a top secret classification, the State Department withheld two emails from release, including one that was a correspondence with President Obama.

The tally of Clinton emails upgraded to classified now stands at more than 2,000, though the State Department has maintained that the messages were not marked classified when they were sent from or received on Clinton’s email.

Hillary Clinton paid Planned Parenthood thousands of dollars using campaign funds.

The Democratic front runner’s federal financial disclosures reveal that America’s top abortionist received four separate payments from the Clinton campaign. The payments were filed as reimbursements for “staff time” for volunteering and get out the vote efforts, as Clinton attempted to beat back the insurgent campaign of socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) in Iowa.

Clinton and Planned Parenthood did not return requests for comment about the specific nature of the payments.

Planned Parenthood performs more than 300,000 abortions annually and generates 40 percent of its annual revenues through the government. The billion-dollar organization receives about $500 million from taxpayers each year through Medicaid funds and other grants. It received a large funding bonus from foreign policy agencies overseen by Clinton during her tenure as secretary of state, collecting more than$100 million for overseas services to the USAID.

Planned Parenthood has been especially active during this campaign season. In January it made the unprecedented decision to endorse Clinton in the Democratic primary. The campaign began paying the group’s political arm shortly after the donation.It paid nearly $1,000 to the Planned Parenthood Action Fund on Jan. 10 followed by payments of more than $500 on January 16, $1,000 on Jan. 22 and nearly $2,300 on Jan. 23. All told the campaign paid Planned Parenthood more than $4,800 in January.

Even before the official endorsement, Clinton received financial support from the organization, collecting more than $20,000 from executives and employees of the national organization and its regional affiliates—20 times more money than the rest of the presidential field combined.

Clinton supports abortion up to the point of birth and holds a perfect 100 percent rating from NARAL, a leading pro-abortion special interest group. She has come under fire from Republican presidential candidates for holding “extreme” views at odds with voters. Numerous polls have found that more than 60 percent of Americans support legislation that would ban abortion after 20 weeks, while 80 percent oppose third trimester abortions.

“I’ve chosen to err on the side of life,” Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio said in a February debate. “On abortion the Democrats are extremists. Why doesn’t the media ask Hillary Clinton why she believes that all abortion should be legal even on the due date of an unborn child? Why don’t they ask Hillary Clinton why she believes that partial-birth abortion which is a gruesome procedure that’s been outlawed in this country? She thinks that’s a fundamental right. They are the extremists when it comes to the issue of abortion and I can’t wait to expose them in a general election.”

Clinton enjoys close personal relationships with Planned Parenthood executives. She was the recipient of the 2009 Margaret Sanger Award, the group’s highest honor. Prominent officials within the group worked for her failed presidential bid in 2008. Her current campaign hired Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards’ daughter, Lily Adams, to help with its ground game in Iowa and also employs a Planned Parenthood organizer to direct her Asian voter outreach.

Like Clinton, Planned Parenthood is the subject of a federal investigation after undercover videos emerged showing top officials negotiating the sale of aborted baby body parts and line itemizing payments to boost profit—a potential violation of federal law. After days of failing to respond to the videos Clinton called them “disturbing” in July. Ultimately, she came to defend the organization, calling the exposure of baby body sales a “full-on assault on women’s health.”

Planned Parenthood denies that it profited from those sales, saying that it only recouped costs of transporting and storing the body parts. Nevertheless the group announced in October that it would no longer take any money for the transfer of organs, limbs, and other parts recovered from aborted babies. Several states, congressional committees, and federal agencies are investigating those practices.

The late Mike McNulty, producer of the Emmy Award winning, Academy Award nominated documentary Waco: Rules of Engagement, and its follow-up films, Waco, A New Revelation, and The FLIR Project, also believed Hillary Clinton gave the order.

“Hillary Clinton’s role in the assault on the Davidian campus and its subsequent cover-up has never been fully disclosed. McNulty says that his information indicates that Mrs. Clinton was not only involved, but in command, directing the FBI’s actions from the White House, and leading the subsequent cover-up,” writes Jeff Knox.

More than anybody else in the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton is responsible for the invasion of Libya and the murder of Moammar Gaddafi. She went on national television and celebrated the murder. “We came, we saw, he died,” she chortled.

This is the woman the Hollywood elite and liberals want to see sitting in the White House—an unabashed homicidal maniac with a ruthless desire for murder and destruction.

Musicians Elton John and Katy Perry performed during a campaign fundraiser for Hillary Clinton, Wednesday night (March 2) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Perry, dressed in a sparkly red, white and blue suit, had previously performed at a Clinton fundraiser in Iowa. The two embraced as Wednesday's fundraiser came to an end. The fundraiser sold tickets for $125 to $2,700 Clinton, 68, took big steps towards securing her party's nomination on Tuesday, the 2016 campaign's biggest day of state-by-state nominating contests. Clinton's wins give her 527 delegates to the Democratic nominating convention, to Sanders' 325, according to a New York Times delegate count early on Wednesday. A Democratic candidate needs 2,383 delegates to win.

Best-selling conservative author and senior editor for the Conservative Review Michelle Malkin slammed Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s support for Common Core standards, drawing loud boos from attendees at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Friday directed at the governor.

“My job is not to tell people what they want to hear but what they need to hear,” a fired-up Malkin declared. “We just had Governor John Kasich — a nice guy by all means — who last night during the debate pretended he was on the side of local control.

“Ohio grassroots activists and moms know better. This is a man who smeared homeschoolers and teachers!” she roared as many in the crowd jeered at the governor, “For their opposition to Common Core.”

“I am telling you the truth,” she said. “I am asking you to do your homework. I’m asking you to follow the money. I know it’s not what you want to hear. But do you want to hear the same Republicans promise you as they have been since 1981 that they’re going to abolish the Federal Department of Education? It’s an empty talking point. And those talking points need to be punctured like helium balloons.”

Jeb Bush’s campaign collapsed in part thanks to his “cashing in on Common Core,” Malkin added. She went on to say:

People talk about the Establishment without naming names. I do that. You want to talk about the names of the front groups in D.C. that are cashing in and selling out American parents and taxpayers on things like Common Core? It’s the National Governors’ Association for Common Core. They were in the backrooms hiring Clinton-era education ideologues. Radicals who do not believe in the constitutional principle of local control of education and the sovereignty of our families.

Malkin attacked Kasich immediately after he delivered his CPAC address on the main stage.

Last January, Kasich called opposition to Common Core “hysteria.”

“When you study the issue, you separate the hysteria from the reality,” he said at the time. “We have carried it out. We have higher standards. We want our kids to perform better and do better. The standards are determined by our local school boards. There is total local control. I think there has been a hysteria about this that is not well founded.”
