TLAIB AND OMAR WEREN’T BANNED FOR DISAGREEING WITH ISRAEL~THEIR JIHAD ADVOCACY IS FAR WORSE THAN THAT

It is unlikely to come as a surprise to anyone except the most blinkered Leftist ideologue that Ilhan Omar’s response to being banned from entering Israel, along with her fellow antisemitic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, was outstandingly disingenuous. But she knows, when she retails her outrageous falsehoods, that the establishment media will never call her on them or reveal the true depths of her alliance with jihadis and agitation against Israel.“The irony of the ‘only democracy’ in the Middle East making such a decision,” said Omar, “is that it is both an insult to democratic values and a chilling response to a visit by government officials from an allied nation.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tried to restore some realism and honesty to the discussion, saying: “As a free and vibrant democracy,” he said, “Israel is open to critics and criticism, with one exception: Israeli law prohibits the entry into Israel of those who call for, and work to impose, boycotts on Israel, as do other democracies that prevent the entry of people believed to be damaging to the country.”There’s the rub. Omar and Tlaib are not just Congresswomen with opinions that are critical of Israel. They are not just spokesmen; they are activists. They are active apologists for the jihad terror networks Hamas and Hizballah. The Washington Examiner reported in May that “Rep. Ilhan Omar appeared to take the side of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad Sunday night after terrorists fired hundreds of rockets at civilian targets in Israel this weekend.” Omar tweeted: “How many more protesters must be shot, rockets must be fired, and little kids must be killed until the endless cycle of violence ends? The status quo of occupation and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is unsustainable. Only real justice can bring about security and lasting peace.” About Hamas’ genocidal incitement and celebration of the murders of Israeli civilians she was silent. Nor has she ever uttered a murmur of protest against the fact that Hamas is dedicated to the complete destruction of Israel, which, if it ever happened, would result in the deaths of millions of Israelis.Tlaib, meanwhile, according to the Investigative Project on Terrorism, “was photographed with an avowed Hizballah supporter in January – just after being sworn in to the U.S. House of Representatives.” When this came to light, “she claimed she didn't know the guy or what he stood for. But just two months later, Tlaib did it again. In a March photograph just discovered by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, Tlaib poses with Nader Jalajel, a Palestinian activist who last year mourned the death of a terrorist who led a shooting attack that murdered a rabbi.”Hizballah is a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and is also dedicated to the complete destruction of Israel. Both Tlaib and Omar have also spoken at fundraisers for the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman (Omar Ahmad), as well as its chief spokesman (Ibrahim Hooper), have made Islamic supremacist statements about how Islamic law should be imposed in the U.S. (Ahmad denies this, but the original reporter stands by her story.) CAIR chapters frequently distribute pamphlets telling Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement. CAIR has opposed virtually every anti-terror measure that has been proposed or implemented and has been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates. CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in 2017 called for the overthrow of the U.S. government. CAIR’s national outreach manager is an open supporter of Hamas. In a sane society, fundraising for such a group would be political suicide. But in a sane society, neither Omar nor Tlaib would ever have been elected to Congress in the first place. Their lies would have dashed their political hopes. Tlaib’s would have been done in by her risible claim that her “Palestinian ancestors” worked “to create a safe haven for Jews” after the Holocaust. In reality, as I show in detail in my forthcoming book The Palestinian Delusion: The Catastrophic History of the Middle East Peace Process, the Muslim Arabs in Palestine actually carried out numerous pogroms against the region’s Jewish residents and new arrivals. No Palestinian Arabs, none, worked to create a safe haven for Jews there or anywhere else. But the most egregious falsehood that both Tlaib and Omar energetically propagate is the fiction that Israel is an occupying power, and that the Palestinian Arabs are suffering under this Israeli occupation. In reality, there never was a state of Palestine for Israel to occupy, in whole or part. Following the right of self-defense itself that all nations have honored throughout history (until the case of Israel), the Jewish state took control of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) from Jordan and Gaza from Egypt, after defeating the aggressive war of the neighboring Arab Muslim states. No Palestinian Arabs uttered a word of protest against the “occupations” from 1948 to 1967 by Jordan and Egypt of what they claim is their territory. Their rhetoric about Israel “occupation” now is designed to discredit Israel in the court of international opinion, and ultimately destroy it.It is also worth noting that all the political parties in the “Palestinian territories” are pro-terror and dedicated to the destruction of Israel. This is what Omar and Tlaib support. Those who are comparing their ban with the banning of Pamela Geller and me from Britain are ignoring the fact that we never have called for or justified any violence or terrorism. The same cannot be said of Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib._____________________________________________________________Tlaib’s Grandmother Attacks President Trump: “May God ruin him,”SEE: https://defiantamerica.com/tlaibs-grandmother-attacks-president-trump-may-god-ruin-him/
EXCERPT: Trump tweeted on Friday evening. “As soon as she was granted permission, she grandstanded & loudly proclaimed she would not visit Israel.”The president further speculated on the motivation behind Tlaib’s planned trip, asking, “Could this possibly have been a setup? Israel acted appropriately!” Permission wasquickly granted , whereupon Tlaib obnoxiously turned the approval down, acomplete setup . The only real winner here is Tlaib’s grandmother. She doesn’t have to see her now!”Ninety-year-old Muftia Tlaib, sitting in her garden in the village of Beit Ur Al-Fauqa, was not impressed. “Trump tells me I should be happy Rashida is not coming,” she said. “May God ruin him.” “She was going to slaughter a sheep when Rashida arrived and prepare her favorite food, stuffed vine leaves.
TLAIB CHOOSES BDS PROMOTION OVER HER GRANDMOTHER
“Apparently her hatred of Israel is greater than her love for her grandmother."
BY JOSEPH KLEINrepublished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Palestinian-American Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) rejected Israel’s offer to grant her own request for “admittance to Israel in order to visit my relatives, and specifically my grandmother who is in her 90s.” It’s been years since Rep. Tlaib last visited her grandmother. Tlaib, pleading for compassion, claimed this “could be my last opportunity to see her.” In return, Tlaib promised she would “respect any restrictions and will not promote boycotts against Israel during my visit.” This promise was significant because the Israeli government’s humanitarian gesture followed its original decision not to allow Tlaib and her “squad” comrade Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) entry due to their vociferous advocacy of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement (BDS). BDS goes beyond spreading anti-Semitic hate speech to delegitimize the Jewish State of Israel, which is bad enough. The BDS movement and its supporters are conducting economic warfare against Israeli Jews through a pressure campaign geared at intimidating anyone considering doing business with Israeli Jews. This pressure campaign facilitates discrimination based on religion and national origin, a violation of international human rights law. Thus, under Israeli law, supporters of BDS such as Tlaib and Omar can be prevented from entering the country. Nevertheless, the Israeli government was prepared to admit Rashida Tlaib for humanitarian reasons on the strength of her word to respect Israeli law. Tlaib’s quick turnabout on visiting her grandmother shows how her plea for permission to visit her grandmother was nothing more than a propaganda ploy.Tlaib probably thought that Israel would not grant her request to visit her grandmother because of its distrust of her intentions. If Tlaib had turned out to be right, she and her fellow Israel-hating friends could then have used the denial of permission to portray Israel as an inhumane and oppressive state that deserves BDS-style isolation. Indeed, following the Israeli government’s original announcement that Tlaib and Omar would not be allowed to enter the country, Tlaib used her grandmother as a prop in a photo accompanying this tweet: “This woman right here is my sity. She deserves to live in peace & with human dignity. I am who I am because of her. The decision by Israel to bar her granddaughter, a U.S. Congresswoman, is a sign of weakness b/c the truth of what is happening to Palestinians is frightening.”Too bad for Tlaib that Israel did not take her bait. Israel was willing to accept Tlaib’s word that she would not promote boycotts against Israel during her visit with her grandmother. Israel’s Interior Minister Aryeh Deri, the government official who had approved Tlaib’s request, expressed hope that “she would keep her commitment and that the visit would truly be solely for humanitarian purposes.” But Tlaib had no intention of honoring her commitment. In response to the granting of her request to visit her grandmother, Tlaib tweeted, “Silencing me & treating me like a criminal is not what she wants for me. It would kill a piece of me. I have decided that visiting my grandmother under these oppressive conditions stands against everything I believe in--fighting against racism, oppression & injustice.”After denouncing President Trump, Tlaib’s grandmother plaintively told journalists on Saturday, “My heart tells me that she will come.” But President Trump was not responsible for granddaughter Rashida Tlaib’s change of heart. It was Tlaib herself who threw her grandmother under the bus rather than take a break in her advocacy of the BDS movement for just a few days. As Interior Minister Deri tweeted, "I approved her request as a gesture of goodwill on a humanitarian basis, but it was just a provocative request, aimed at bashing the State of Israel. Apparently her hatred of Israel is greater than her love for her grandmother."Tlaib claimed last April that “I’m more Palestinian in the halls of Congress than I am anywhere in the country, in the world.” Yet she has accused Israel’s supporters in Congress of having dual loyalties. On August 16th, Tlaib tweeted, “When I won, it gave the Palestinian people hope that someone will finally speak the truth about the inhumane conditions.” So instead of prioritizing the interests of the American people in her district who elected her, Tlaib was more interested in advocating for “the Palestinian people.”While still a representative-elect, Rashida Tlaib said she planned to organize her own trip to the troubled region "to humanize Palestinians” and to show “the side that I know is real, which is what’s happening to my grandmother and what’s happening to my family there." Israel granted Tlaib the opportunity to visit her grandmother in her ancestral home in the West Bank, where Tlaib would have been free to observe and chronicle first hand any so-called “inhumane conditions” her grandmother and relatives were supposedly forced to endure at Israel’s hands. Nevertheless, in her same August 16th tweet after rejecting Israel's offer to let her visit her grandmother as she had requested, granddaughter Rashida Tlaib said that she could not allow Israel to “use my love for my sity to bow down to their oppressive & racist policies." Tlaib decided that adhering to her word not to promote boycotts against Israel for a few days during her visit with her grandmother would be too “humiliating.”Tlaib’s anti-Semitic comrade-in-arms Ilhan Omar tried to portray Israel’s original decision to bar the duo from conducting their planned trip to the West Bank and east Jerusalem as “an insult to democratic values and a chilling response to a visit by government officials from an allied nation.” Quite the contrary. As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained, Tlaib and Omar's itinerary "revealed that they planned a visit whose sole objective is to strengthen the boycott against us and deny Israel's legitimacy." It was no accident that these anti-Semites’ preliminary itinerary was entitled “U.S. Congressional Delegation to Palestine,” erasing Israel’s identity as if it did not exist. That’s all the more troubling since the trip would have started with a working lunch with the “U.S. embassy Country Team” in Israel. Israel is the country the United States officially recognizes and through which Omar and Tlaib would have been passing. The itinerary title they used instead mentioned only “Palestine,” which the U.S. does not recognize as a state. It is no coincidence that the map of the region hanging in Tlaib’s office as she prepared to assume her congressional duties had replaced “the sovereign state of Israel with a post-it note that says ‘Palestine’ on it,” according to the Conservative Review, which featured a tweet of the altered map.The criticisms, coming even from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), of Israel’s decision to deny Omar and Tlaib permission to embark on their own BDS-supporting itinerary are meritless. Congresswomen Omar and Tlaib were invited to join, in their official government capacities, 41 of their Democrat colleagues on a trip to Israel and Ramallah in the West Bank this month led by Steny Hoyer, the Democrat House majority leader. Israel gave no indication of standing in their way. As part of the Democrat delegation, Omar and Tlaib would have had the opportunity to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah and present their views directly to the Palestinian leader. They could have held a joint news conference afterwards. The Republican 31-member delegation that was conducting a concurrent trip to Israel and Ramallah, by the way, did not have the same opportunity to meet with Abbas, who snubbed them.House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who led the Republican delegation, was right when he said about Omar and Tlaib, “they should’ve come with their colleagues. They should’ve come together where they can have a meeting with Israel, with the Palestinian Authority, with those who were running against [Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu] at the same time. As long as you come with an open mind, open eyes and open ears, I think you have a responsibility to come here to have an understanding."Of course, Omar and Tlaib have anything but open minds. They chose not to join the large Democrat congressional delegation. Instead, they insisted on doing things their own way with an itinerary that pretended there was no State of Israel, only “Palestine.” And now there is the abandoned Congresswoman Tlaib’s elderly grandmother, who told NBC News on Saturday that "I can’t do anything. I’m really very sad. I hope, inshallah, that she will come back. I’m waiting for her." Rashida Tlaib made the inhumane decision to put the BDS movement before visiting her grandmother. In granddaughter Tlaib’s own words, the visit Israel approved could be "my last opportunity to see her.” As a result of granddaughter Rashida Tlaib's perverse priorities, her grandmother will be likely waiting in vain for her.______________________________________________________________

DETROIT – Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MI-13) released the following statement regarding travel to Israel and Palestine:
"In my attempt to visit Palestine, I’ve experienced the same racist treatment that many Palestinian-Americans endure when encountering the Israeli government. In preparation for my visit, my grandmother was deciding which fig tree we would pick from together, while Palestinians and Israelis who are against the illegal military occupation were looking forward to Members of Congress finally listening to and seeing them for the first time. The Israeli government used my love and desire to see my grandmother to silence me and made my ability to do so contingent upon my signing a letter – reflecting just how undemocratic and afraid they are of the truth my trip would reveal about what is happening in the State of Israel and to Palestinians living under occupation with United States support.“I have therefore decided to not travel to Palestine and Israel at this time. Visiting my grandmother under these oppressive conditions meant to humiliate me would break my grandmother's heart. Silencing me with treatment to make me feel less-than is not what she wants for me – it would kill a piece of me that always stands up against racism and injustice.“When I won the election to become a United States Congresswoman, many Palestinians, especially my grandmother, felt a sense of hope, a hope that they would finally have a voice. I cannot allow the Israeli government to take that away from them or to use my deep desire to see my grandmother, potentially for the last time, as a political bargaining chip. My family and I have cried together throughout this ordeal; they’ve promised to keep my grandmother alive until I can one day reunite with her. It is with their strength and heart that I reiterate I am a duly elected United States Congresswoman and I will not allow the Israeli government to humiliate me and my family or take away our right to speak out. I will not allow the Israeli government to take away our hope.“Racism and the politics of hate is thriving in Israel and the American people should fear what this will mean for the relationship between our two nations. If you truly believe in democracy, then the close alignment of Netanyahu with Trump's hate agenda must prompt a re-evaluation of our unwavering support for the State of Israel. The denial of entry of a congressional delegation is not only about Congresswoman Omar and I, but also about the deep-rooted racism within Israel that is taking us further away from peace. The Israeli and Palestinian people need us to be more courageous and to be honest brokers of peace. Being silent and not condemning the human rights violations of the Israeli government is a disservice to all who live there, including my incredibly strong and loving grandmother.“This type of oppression is painful for all humanity, but it is especially painful for me personally every time I hear my loving family members cry out for the freedom to live and the right to feel human."_____________________________________________________VIDEO UPDATES:

EXCERPT:“Dignity from Detroit to Palestine.” But not for Israel. Tlaib must have been laughing up her sleeve at the credulity and helpfulness of these Useful Idiots. The BDS movement is frankly neo-Nazi in its goals, as the Nazis staged nationwide boycotts of Jewish-owned businesses early in the life of the Third Reich. So Rashida Tlaib has every reason to distance herself from this movement, but she knows that she will pay no political price for endorsing it — indeed, in her district, this will make her even more popular. The Detroit News reported that around 60 people attended the event in Detroit’s Pallister Park organized by Jewish Vote for Peace, a new group that describes itself as the sister organization to Jewish Voice for Peace and as its political and advocacy arm. Jewish Voice for Peace supports the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.Organizers called the event “Shabbat in the Park with Rashida.”
