“living document” view of the law — judicial decrees divorced from
text. But now, after first railing against the “unfairness” of the
Electoral College, they are trying to overthrow the legitimate election
by appealing to Hamilton’s Federalist paper, calling themselves
“Hamilton Electors”. David Knight shows how this revisionist
