POSSIBLE MURDER?-JUSTICE SCALIA ALREADY EMBALMED, OBAMA GETS A THIRD SUPREME COURT NOMINEE~DID OBAMA HAVE SCALIA KILLED?

WITHOUT SEEING SCALIA'S BODY, THIS JUDGE DETERMINES NO NEED FOR AUTOPSY

Guevara Said She Misspoke About Scalia

Dying of a Heart Attack

"Guevara’s ruling about Scalia’s death was controversial because she announced the cause of death without seeing his body. Although this is allowed by Texas law, many questioned her decision. According to WFAA 8, Guevara said she was shopping in the nearby town of Alpine when the Presidio County Sheriff called her and said a Supreme Court Justice had passed away at Cibolo Creek Ranch and he needed someone there immediately because both justices of the peace were out of town. For the next 20 minutes, they called back and forth because cell reception was spotty in that area. She pronounced him dead over the phone at 1:52 pm and planned to drive to the ranch. However, she turned back when a U.S. Marshal told her it wasn’t necessary and they only needed to know if Scalia needed an autopsy. She told WFAA that she asked the sheriff if there were any signs of foul play and he said no."

JUSTICE SCALIA ALREADY EMBALMED, OBAMA GETS A THIRD SUPREME COURT NOMINEE

Gee… this doesn’t look suspicious at all…
Justice Scalia, we are told, died in his sleep Saturday night. He was found with a pillow over his head. By Saturday afternoon, he was being pronounced dead of a heart attack. The judge who pronounced him dead, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, did so over the phone without ever seeing the body, via Local ABC affiliate WFAA8:
She planned to drive to the ranch — about 30 minutes south of Marfa — but returned when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.”
O…kay…

The family, reportedly, did not want an autopsy and the judge decided against it after speaking with the authorities on the scene over the phone. Meanwhile WFAA8’s Jason Whitely reported that same day Scalia’s body was discretely driven from Presidio County over three hours to El Paso where he was already embalmed overnight.
Was that even a full 24 hours from the time he died that they were already embalming him?
Many others have called for an autopsy due to the judge’s influential position coupled with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation, via WND:
William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the media’s “rush” to proclaim Scalia’s death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either “natural causes” or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.
“Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory,” said Gheen. “The horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scalia’s death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obama’s immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left.”
Coming up on the court’s docket just happened to be all manner of Obama legacy items including Obamacare and immigration. Obama was already discussing his Constitutional duty to replace Scalia at his press conference on the justice’s death. Apparently there’s a window coming up when the Republican-controlled Senate’s term runs out on Jan. 3rd, 2017 and Obama isn’t out until Jan. 20th… meaning for 17 days he can appoint a justice and the Senate can’t block his nomination.
And in other news, Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and — in the crazy land America has now become —  a full one third of the highest court in our land is about to be comprised of Obama nominees.
This is the kind of event that lets you know the corruption behind devious inventions like Obamacare go far beyond the puppet the real owners running things have propped up in the White House.

Scalia Death, With “Pillow Over his Head,” Sparks Suspicion

by ALEX NEWMAN
SEE: http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/22555-scalia-death-with-pillow-over-his-head-sparks-suspicionrepublished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

Suspicions and unanswered questions surrounding the surprise weekend death of pro-Constitution U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia are swirling around the Internet and beyond. Many of the concerns center on the fact that the man who found Scalia's body, businessman and Democrat donor John Poindexter, said the late justice was discovered with “a pillow over his head.” Also sparking alarm among some commentators and suspicious citizens are reports and official statements indicating that no autopsy will be conducted, despite contradictory claims surrounding the cause of death. Even the establishment press, apparently unfamiliar with the definition of the term “conspiracy theory,” has started reporting on the concerns and questions, albeit generally with a dismissive tone. Cries for an autopsy and congressional probe are growing louder, too, even as the White House, Democrats, and leftists waste no time in plotting to name a successor and tip the balance of power. The atmosphere is getting very tense.
Justice Scalia, the longest-serving member of the high court, died at an exclusive West Texas ranch on Saturday, February 13, at age 79. Media accounts citing local officials have reported that he died of natural causes. Contradicting that, however, other reports, also citing local officials, said Scalia died of a heart attack, also known as “myocardial infarction.” The judge who pronounced Scalia dead did so over the phone without having seen the body, and without ordering an autopsy, news agencies reported. So it was not immediately clear how the cause of death was determined. A justice of the peace in the Texas county where Scalia died, though, was quoted as telling the Washington Post that she would have ordered an autopsy in article about“chaos, confusion and conflicting reports” after the death. “If it had been me … I would want to know,” the official said on Sunday, echoing the thoughts and concerns of millions of Americans. Scalia's family reportedly declined to request an autopsy as well, though, and apparently the plan was to have the body quickly embalmed.
Speaking to the San Antonio Express-News, Houston businessman Poindexter, who owns the massive luxury ranch where Scalia died, lit a firestorm of controversy with a comment he made. “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head,” Poindexter was quoted as saying in comments that rapidly spread across the Internet, the blogosphere, and beyond. “His bed clothes were unwrinkled.” The ranch owner noted that he sat near Scalia and had a chance to observe the justice before he went to his room at around 9 p.m. the night before. Scalia’s behavior “was entirely natural and normal,” Poindexter, who received an award from Obama, was quoted as saying in media reports. Scalia apparently went to bed early and had specifically declined a security detail for the occasion, according to media reports. In other words, there were no known witnesses to the death — a fact that numerous commentators said was enough, in and of itself, to demand a thorough autopsy.
When Scalia failed to get up the next day, Poindexter said he entered the room and found the justice dead. “He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” the ranch owner was quoted as saying. “His hands were sort of almost folded on top of the sheets. The sheets weren’t rumpled up at all.” Everything in the room “was in perfect order,” Poindexter continued, adding that Scalia was in his pajamas, “peacefully, in bed.” Friends cited in multiple media reports, meanwhile, confirmed that Scalia was “his usual, happy self during the time leading up to his death,” as the Chicago Tribune put it. Why or how the justice would have gotten a pillow over his head was not immediately clear, and it this point, the public may never find out. But it is certainly unusual.
It was only the second time in over six decades that a sitting Supreme Court justice has passed away. Members in recent decades have chosen to retire rather than hold office until death, according to media reports. Scalia had not indicated any plans to retire and was said to be in relatively good health, despite some chronic health conditions reportedly cited by his doctor. With his passing, though, the balance of the court has decisively swung further away from the Constitution. Indeed, considering the widespread misunderstanding among Americans that the high court has the authority to write the “law of the land,” more than a few top political figures have suggested that Americans' God-given rights now hang in the balance.
The gleeful and ghoulish reactions by extreme leftists and Obama supporters also sparked alarm among suspicious citizens and commentators. Radical statist group MoveOn.org, funded by billionaire statist George Soros, celebrated the “HUGE [sic] opportunity” to have the Obama administration and the federal government do things that “were impossible just days ago.” Those “things,” the group said, include trashing the First Amendment right to free speech when people associate together in groups, overturning state laws to ensure election integrity, keeping Obama's anti-constitutional “climate” decrees in place after they were recently blocked by the court, and waging war on the few restrictions that exist against the killing of pre-born children. Other leftist groups and anti-Constitution extremists expressed similar statements. Some especially hateful voices even openly celebrated Scalia's death on social media.
While an autopsy has apparently been ruled out, critics of the handling of the news contend that one must be done — assuming it is still possible. Numerous organizations, talk-radio giants, commentators, writers, and citizens have started calling for one.
Among prominent figures sounding the alarm is radio host Alex Jones, one of the top radio personalities in America with a media empire that has an audience dwarfing many establishment outlets. On Sunday, Jones released a video on Facebook in which he suggested Scalia may have been murdered. In a follow-up video about whether the New World Order-promoters murdered the justice, Jones noted that many prominent Americans in the know have been suggesting for some time that the ongoing “war for the country” was becoming more serious — so serious that people standing in the way of totalitarianism, such as Scalia, could end up murdered. Jones' news portal Infowars.com, meanwhile, featured information on an (unscientific) poll conducted by Conservative Outfitters that found eight in ten of the more than 40,000 people who voted suspecting “foul play.”
Another top media personality asking questions was Michael Savage, among the top five most influential and most widely listened to talk-radio hosts in America. “Was [Scalia] murdered?” Savage asked during his program. “We need a Warren Commission-like federal investigation.... This is serious business.” He also called for an immediate autopsy, according to media reports. In a follow-up post on his website, Savage also wondered how the left would react if anti-U.S. Constitution zealot Ruth Bader Ginsburg died under similar circumstances with a pillow on her face in the final year of a Republican administration at a property owned by a mega-donor for the GOP. And in an interview with Savage on Tuesday, leading GOP presidential contender Donald Trump, when asked whether the candidate would support a Warren Commission-style probe, noted that "they found a pillow on his face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow.” Trump did not say whether he would support a commission.
“There was no medical examiner present. There was no one who declared the death who was there. It was done by telephone from a U.S. Marshal appointed by Obama himself,” Savage said, outlining some of the many reasons why suspicion, whether warranted or not, is spreading like wildfire across America. “The question is, is it a conspiracy theory to ask questions that are so obviously in need of answer, or is it just common sense. And where is the common sense both in the press and the Republican Party. The answer is nowhere.” Of course, questions, by definition, cannot be a “conspiracy theory, despite the establishment media's misuse of the term.
The pro-life group Operation Rescue, in an e-mail to supporters, highlighted the “disturbing conflicting reports that have surfaced concerning Justice Scalia's sudden and unexpected death,” and the fact that no autopsy was planned to investigate it. “Operation Rescue calls for a full inquiry into Scalia's death and respectfully requests that an autopsy be performed in order to put to rest unanswered questions regarding his passing,” said the organization, one of many that has asked questions and called for answers to put any and all doubts to rest.
Writing in American Thinker, James Lewis noted that the leftist hatred for Scalia was intense, and that it should force the FBI to re-examine the death threats he likely received over the years. “The American public must also know on whose authority an obviously necessary post-mortem examination was avoided,” he wrote. “The best way to restore public trust is to appoint a bi-partisan Congressional committee to oversee a medical pathology team.” While Justice Scalia's sudden passing “may have been” due to natural causes, “for the first time since the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King, Jr. many Americans are sincerely wondering what might have happened.” And those are not just Americans on the “the paranoid fringe,” Lewis added. Indeed, the circumstances make it “crucial to have a Joint Committee of Congress to put any reasonable doubts to rest.”
Some establishment-minded analysts have dismissed suspicions of foul play, noting that Scalia was already 79 and, according to his doctor, suffered from a variety of health issues. An article by the Dallas Observer notes that “conspiracy theories” about the death are proliferating, for example, and lambastes the growing number of high-profile commentators for expressing their suspicions and asking questions. But then, the same article outlines three theoretically feasible ways in which the justice could have been murdered while leaving little evidence of the crime for investigators.
At the top of the list is smothering, something that could be seen as consistent with the pillow over Scalia's head. “Even a close examination can miss this cause of death,” the Observer reported. It then cites a book on forensic pathology written by Dinesh Rao. “Homicidal smothering is extremely difficult to detect,” reads the book. “The autopsy may reveal asphyxia, but there may not be any corroborative medical evidence to prove foul play.” Other methods include various poisons that give the appearance of a natural death or heart attack. Of course, the federal government has had such technology for generations — ice darts with poison that melt and leave no trace — as revealed in congressional hearings. The article cites the murder of Nevada State Controller Kathy Augustine with succinylcholine — extremely difficult to detect even in autopsies — as an example of how it could be done. Finally, gassing with carbon monoxide, the evidence of which could be concealed with a pillow on the face, was also listed.
If nothing else, the fact that suspicions have spread so quickly and widely among Americans says a great deal about the polarization of America in recent years. Today, it was one of the top news items in America, according to automated news aggregating services. The obvious lack of trust also highlights the growing sentiment by huge swaths of the American public, as shown consistently across polling and surveys, that the nation's rulers are out of control and willing to do just about anything to get their way. Washington, D.C, and the Obama administration are responsible for that, regardless of how loudly they decry it.
As virtually all of the suspicious commentators have said, it is entirely plausible — even likely — that Scalia died of natural causes or a heart attack. The simplest way to silence the questions, suspicions, and speculation, though, would be for a thorough and independent autopsy to be conducted. In fact, there are few, if any, legitimate reasons why an autopsy should not be done — unless somebody has something to hide.

DID OBAMA HAVE SCALIA KILLED?
Published on Feb 16, 2016
Alex Jones and Investigative Journalists cover the apparent assassination of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia over the weekend. Scalia was found dead at a remote ranch in Texas with a pillow over his head. We look into the highly irregular and premature conclusion that Scalia died of “natural causes” that have prompted calls for an autopsy and toxicological reports and a report that Obama learned about the death hours before it was publicly announced.

Was Scalia Murdered?

Forget “Conspiracy Theory.” This Is Real.

BY JON RAPPOPORT
SEE: http://www.activistpost.com/2016/02/was-scalia-murdered-forget-conspiracy-theory-this-is-real.html?republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

Let’s jump right in with quotes from the Washington Post, 2/15, “Conspiracy theories swirl around the death of Antonin Scalia”. The Post published extraordinary statements from the Facebook page of “William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police”:
“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.”
“You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?”
“How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack…”
“Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.”
If this isn’t enough, the Post goes on:
“Scalia’s physician, Brian Monahan, is a U.S. Navy rear admiral and the attending physician for the U.S. Congress and Supreme Court. He declined to comment on Scalia’s [prior] health when reached by telephone Monday at his home in Maryland.
“‘Patient confidentiality forbids me to make any comment on the subject,’ he said.”
“When asked whether he planned to make public the statement he’s preparing for [Texas Judge] Guevara, Monahan repeated the same statement and hung up on a reporter.”
As long as no law-enforcement investigation of Scalia’s death is launched, the doctor is justified. Confidentiality applies, unless Scalia’s family lifts it. But if such an investigation is opened, all bets are off. Confidentiality no longer applies.
There are reports that, after Scalia’s body was transported from the celebrity ranch in Texas, closely guarded and shielded by a bevy of marshals, it was rapidly embalmed. If so, that would apparently make toxicological tests far more difficult or impossible.
As for a murder motive, try: upsetting the voting balance of the US Supreme Court. Try: a push to appoint a new Justice now, thus ensuring the appointee’s political persuasion, regardless of the outcome of the 2016 Presidential election. Try: attempting to shift the Court’s voting balance in upcoming cases on abortion, immigration, and Obamacare.
Dismiss the comfortable notion that “this couldn’t happen.” JFK couldn’t have been murdered, but he was. High political figures don’t carry special immunity.
Dismiss assurances from incompetents in Texas that Scalia died of natural causes, and dismiss the press repeating these assurances—which add up to: nothing.
Dismiss calls for “propriety in a time of grief.”
Dismiss whatever opinions, pro and con, circulate now about Scalia, his points of view, his decisions, his character, his life. They’re irrelevant to the facts of his death. Those facts are as clear as mud.
Dismiss the typical accusations of “conspiracy theory.” It’s no theory when key facts are unknown and incompetents supplied the current “information.”
In addition to what I’ve cited above, count as relevant the fact that Scalia’s federal protection had been removed while he was at the Texas ranch. We’re told Scalia didn’t want that protection. Maybe yes, maybe no. We’re also told Scalia’s family didn’t want an autopsy. Again, maybe yes, maybe no. The family has been silent. Or if not, their statements aren’t being reported.
Consider, as potentially relevant, the report that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head.
Consider, as relevant, that Judge Guevara, deciding without seeing the body that Scalia died from natural causes, ruled against doing an autopsy—and a counter-opinion, offered unofficially by another Texas judge, Bishop, that she would have wanted an autopsy.
Concerning Judge Guevara, this may or may not be relevant—heavy.com reports, “Judge Cinderela Guevara: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know”:
“This isn’t the first time Guevara has been the source of controversy. In 2013, Melaney Parker Rayburn was found dead after being hit by a train in Marfa, Texas… Liz Parker, Melaney’s mom, questioned how Guevara handled the investigation of her daughter’s death, The Daily Kos reported. Melaney was hit by a Union Pacific Railroad train and, Liz [her mother] wrote, a Union Pacific representative told her that it appeared that her body had been placed on the tracks while she was unconscious. Liz asked the Justice of the Peace and the Sheriff to open the case as a homicide investigation, but they would not. Guevara, who was a Justice of the Peace at the time, did not order a rape kit or an autopsy, Liz wrote, because a doctor at the scene said the cause of death was obvious.
“Liz later wrote a letter to the editor, published on Big Bend Now, in which she said that Guevara had asked for God to give her an answer about whether Melaney’s death was suicide. Liz wrote that Guevara told her: ‘Yes, this was a tragedy, but the true tragedy was that she died without accepting Jesus Christ as her savior.’”
Bottom line so far: Any reasonable law-enforcement agency would immediately open an investigation into Scalia’s death. Failing to do so would rate as aiding and abetting a concealment of the truth, whatever that turns out to be.

The Sudden Death Of Justice Scalia

And What It Means For America

BY DAISY LUTHER
SEE: http://www.activistpost.com/2016/02/the-sudden-death-of-justice-scalia-and-what-it-means-for-america.htmlrepublished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

The announcement of the sudden mysterious death of Justice Scalia of the US Supreme Court monopolized the media this weekend. This is only the 2nd time in the past 60 years that an active justice has died. With only 8 members on the Court now, the Constitutional dialogue may grind to a halt for quite some time.

How the death of Justice Scalia affects us

No matter where you stand on the political scale (even if you stand off it entirely), there are some pretty major ramifications when an acting Supreme Court Justice passes away. Not all of these things are guaranteed to happen, but all are within the realm of possibility and important to note to those who were dancing on the grave of Scalia before his body was even cold.
Mac Slavo of SHTFplan wrote a fine article about the derailment of the court that you’ve got to read. These are a few of the important cases pending that will be disrupted due to the death of Justice Scalia:
  • labor unions
  • contraceptives
  • religious liberty
  • Obamacare
  • redistricting, affecting red state/blue state fights for dominance
  • immigration
Equally worrisome to the Court grinding to a halt completely is the possibility that Obama will manage to get a replacement in there that will act to support his unconstitutional executive actions on topics such as freedom of speech, gun control, and privacy.
While I consider myself neither a Republican nor a Democrat (I refuse to endorse the rigged, partisan system) it’s obvious that the balance of power in our country hangs by a thread, and the sudden death of a Supreme Court Justice who is currently on the bench could effectively lock up the government until a replacement is sworn in. And that replacement will set the tone for the country for a very long time. Right now, the remaining Justices are evenly split based on who nominated them: 4 were nominated by Republican presidents and 4 by Democrat presidents. The Justice who is chosen to replace Scalia could change everything.
President Obama has about 340 days remaining in office, and it’s very likely that the Republican-majority Congress will do everything possible to fight his nominations in the hopes that a Republican president is elected. The longest vacancy in the past 100 years was during Richard Nixon’s presidency and lasted 391 days.

And there are a lot of questions about Justice Scalia’s death

Let me preface this by pointing out some facts:
Now, obviously none of these facts preclude the possibility that he was murdered, but they do show that it isn’t an outrageous to believe he died of a heart attack. If you apply the theory of Occam’s Razor (“when you have two competing theories that make exactly the same predictions, the simpler one is the better”), natural causes are indeed the most likely scenario.
But then, you have to add up this ever-growing pile of exceptionally weird inconsistencies.
Pronounced dead over the phone? No autopsy? Already embalmed? WHAT? Things that make you go, hmmmm….right?

Let me say it again…get prepared

At the risk of preaching to the choir, beating a dead horse, and about a dozen other cliches about repeating myself, please let me encourage you to take stock of your preparations and fill in the gaps. This is the kind of thing that could tip over a huge chain of events that will affect us all.
If you’ve been thinking of getting your prepper homestead started, now is the time to focus with single-minded determination on becoming more self-reliant. If you wait until the government is cracking down or the situation is desperate, you may be in for some unpleasant surprises.
I keep ringing this warning bell not just to hear myself talk, but because I really, truly believe that freedom comes with self reliance. Each thing you are able to provide for yourself buys you just a little bit more freedom than the neighbors who are waiting for the government to save them. We’re entering the edge of a perfect storm right now, with the volatile economy, enemies abroad and, now, a government that may be unable to fully function. We are in a situation unlike any we’ve seen before, and no one can predict how things will go down. Hopefully, nothing terrible will happen, but if it does, do you want to look back and think about how you ignored the urging to ramp up your preparations? We could easily end up in a situation like that of Venezuela, where the economy has collapsed and the country is out of food.

What do you think happened in the death of Supreme Court Justice Scalia?

This is could be a turning point for our country, and not one that turns us in the direction of freedom.
Do you have any theories about this sudden (and convenient for President Obama) death? Do you feel that he died of natural causes or something more suspicious?  How long do you expect it to take for a successor to be named and confirmed? How do you foresee this affecting the average person?
