1 Corinthians 15:14-"And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Colossians 2:8-"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind."

‘I Unite Myself’: ‘Pope’ Calls Muslims ‘Brothers and Sisters’ in Message at St. Patrick’s Cathedral
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
NEW YORK — During a speech at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City on Thursday night, the Roman Catholic pontiff known as Francis offered prayers for his Muslim “brothers and sisters” on the Islamic Feast of Sacrifice following word of a deadly stampede during the annual pilgrimage to Mecca.“I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters,” he began. “First, I send my greetings as they celebrate the Feast of Sacrifice [Eid al-Adha]. I would have my greeting to have been warmer. My sentiments are closeness.”“I am close to them in the face of tragedy, the tragedy they suffered in Mecca,” Francis continued. “In this moment, I give assurances in their prayers. I unite myself with you all in prayer to Almighty God, all merciful.”Approximately 700 people were killed yesterday and nearly 1,000 more injured during a ritual in Saudi Arabia called “stoning the devil,” during which participants throw stones at three pillars in a reenactment of Abraham’s alleged stoning of the devil to avoid temptation—according to Muslim tradition. During the ritual, the large crowds began to surge and some fell and were trampled to death.Stampedes have occurred during the pilgrimage in years past with hundreds being killed, but Thursday’s incident is considered to be the deadliest since 1990.Jorge Bergoglio, who was selected as the leader of the world’s 1.2 billion Roman Catholics in 2013, has expressed a desire for ecumenicism toward Muslims from the beginning of his tenure, issuing greetings during Muslim holy days.“Turning to mutual respect in inter-religious relations, especially between Christians and Muslims, we are called to respect the religion of the other, its teachings, its symbols, its values,” he wrote in a 2013 statement during Ramadan. The pontiff also met with Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the secretary general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), later that year and visited Turkey’s Blue Mosque last November, expressing reverence during a moment of prayer observed by the nation’s grand mufti, who led him on a tour of the Islamic facility.Mike Gendron of Proclaiming the Gospel Ministries of Plano, Texas notes that harmony with Muslims is consistent with Roman Catholic doctrine.“The Catechism of the Catholic Church, paragraph 841, reads, ‘The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims … together with us they adore the one, merciful God,’” he told Christian News Network. “This is a blatant rejection of the teachings of Christ, who declared He is the only way to the Father. Those who do not believe Jesus is God will die in their sins.”________________________________________________________HUMANLY SPEAKING, CHRIST WAS NOT A FAILURE,NOR WAS HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS;EXCEPT FOR THOSE NEVER BORN AGAINLuke 14:27-"And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple."Colossians 1:20-"And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven."Hebrews 12:2-"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."1 Corinthians 1:17-"For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect."Mark 10:21-"Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me."Matthew 16:24-"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."
John 10:17-18-"Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father."
POPE SAYS JESUS FAILED; AN ANTICHRIST BLASPHEMY THAT BRINGS DOWN CHRIST FOR ECUMENICAL INTERFAITH UNIVERSALISMThe Scarlet Beast Pope Francis says Jesus was a Failure on the Cross (Sept 26, 2015)
Jakari Jackson of Infowars.comDisturbed by Pope's BlasphemyFULL TEXT OF REMARKS BY THE POPEAT SAINT PATRICK'S CATHEDRALI would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters: Firstly, my greetings as they celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I would have wished my greeting to be warmer. My sentiments of closeness, my sentiments of closeness in the face of tragedy. The tragedy that they suffered in Mecca. In this moment, I give assurances of my prayers. I unite myself with you all. A prayer to almighty god, all merciful. This beautiful cathedral of St. Patrick's, built over many years through the sacrifices of many men and women is a symbol of the work of generations of American priests and religious and faithful who helped build up the church in the United States. Many priests and religious in this country that have not only in education but in other areas have had a central role assisting parents in handing down to their children the food that nourishes them for life. Many did so at the cost of extraordinary sacrifice and with heroic charity.I think, for example, of saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, who founded the first free catholic school for girls in the United States or in saint John Neumann, the founder of the first system of catholic education in this country. This evening, my brothers and sisters, I have come to join you in prayer that our vocations as priests will continue to build up the great edifice of God's kingdom in this country.I know that, as a the presbyterate in the midst of god's people, you recently have suffered greatly in the not distant past by having to bear the shame of some of your brothers, brothers who have harmed and scandalized the church in the most vulnerable of her members. In the words of the book of revelation, I know well that you have come forth from the great tribulation and I accompany you at this time of pain and difficulty. And I thank god for your faithful service onto his people, doing so in helping you to preserve on the path of fidelity to Jesus Christ. And I would like to offer two brief reflections. The first concern is of the spirit of gratitude. The joy of men and women who love god attracts others to him. Priests and religious are called to find and radiate lasting satisfaction in their vocation. Joy springs from a grateful heart.Truly, we have received much, so many graces, so many blessings. And in this, we rejoice. It will do us good to think back on our lives with the grace of remembrance.Remembrance of when we were first called, remembrance of the road traveled, remembrance of graces received. And, above all, remembrance of our encounter with Jesus Christ so often along the way.Remembrance of the amazement which our encounter with Jesus Christ has awakened in our hearts.Sisters, brothers, priests and religious to seek the grace of remembrance so as to grow in the spirit of gratitude. Perhaps we need to ask ourselves: are we capable of counting our blessings? Or have I forgotten them?A second area is the spirit of hard work. The grateful heart is spontaneously impelled to serve the lord and to find expression in a life of commitment to our work. Once we realize how much god has given us, we learn that a life of sacrifice, of working for him and for others, becomes a privileged way, a privileged way of responding to his great love.Yet, if we are honest, we must recognize how easily this spirit of generous self-sacrifice can be dampened. There are a couple of ways that this can happen. And both are examples of the spiritual worldliness which weakens our commitment to serve as dedicated men and women. And it diminishes the wonder of our first encounter with Christ. We can get caught up in measuring the value of our apostolic works by the standards of efficiency, good management and outward success, which govern the business world. Not that these things are unimportant, of course. But we have been entrusted with a great responsibility, and this is why god's people rightly expect accountability from us but the true worth of our apostolate is measured by the value it has in god's eyes, to see and evaluate things from god's perspective, calls for constant conversion in the first days and years of our vocation and, need I say, it demands great humility. The cross shows us a different way of measuring success. Ours is to plant the seeds. God sees to the fruits of our labors. And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and not produce fruit, we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.Another danger -- another danger emerges when we become jealous of our free time, when we think that surrounding ourselves with worldly comforts help us to serve better. The problem with this way of reasoning is that it can blunt the power of god's daily call to conversion, to encounter with him.Slowly but surely, it diminishes our spirit of sacrifice, our spirit of renunciation and our spirit of hard work. It also alienates people who suffer material poverty and who are forced to make greater sacrifices than those that we make ourselves.Rest is needed, as are moments of leisure and self-enrichment, but we need to learn to rest in a way that deepens our desire to serve with generosity. Closeness to the poor, the refugee, the immigrant, the sick, the exploited, the elderly living alone, prisoners and all god's other poor, will teach us a different way of resting, one which is more Christian and generous.Gratitude and hard work, these are two pillars of the spiritual life which I have wanted to share with you this evening. With you, the priest and religious men and women this afternoon.I thank you for your prayers and your work and for the daily sacrifices that you make in the various areas of your apostolate. Many of these are known only to god, but they bear rich fruit for the life of the church.I would especially like to thank and express my esteem and gratitude to the religious women of the United States. What indeed -- what would the church be without you? Women’s strength, fighters, with that spirit of courage which puts you on the front lines in the proclamation of the gospel. To you, religious women, sisters and mothers of this people, I wish to say thank you.A big thank you and to tell you that I love you very much. I know that many of you are on the front lines in meeting the challenges of adapting to an evolving pastoral landscape, like Saint Peter, I ask you, that regardless of the difficulties and trials that you face, be at peace and respond to them as Christ did. He gave thanks to the father, took up his cross and looked forward.Dear brothers and sisters, in a few moments, we will sing the Magnificat. Let us commend to our lady the work we have been entrusted to do. Let us join her in thanking god for the great things he has done. And for the great things he will continue to do in us and in those whom we have the privilege to serve.________________________________________________________________Is Pope Francis the False Prophet of Rev. Chapter 13
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:By Greg J. DixonMost of the time when we here of the Great Tribulation period we hear of the Man of Sin or the Anti-Christ, but just as the Lord Jesus Christ had a forerunner in John the Baptist, this Anti-Christ, who will be the ruler over a one world government and controller of a world economic system will also have a forerunner, so to speak. Beginning in verse eleven of Revelation Chapter thirteen we read of a second of Revelation beast, the first having come up out of the sea, which was the Anti-Christ, but this one came up out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. I believe the two horns represent the Eastern and Western divisions of the Catholic Church. One has it’s headquarters in Rome and the other in Istanbul. The lamb represents it’s outward nature as being Christ like, but it’s speech, “as a dragon” betrays it as being the “Synagogue of Satan” and inwardly corrupt as the scripture says, Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: (Rm 3:13).What other church on this earth could have ever withstood the payment of untold millions in the past few years because of the behavior of pedophile priests, without collapsing under the weight of public opinion. Then John says that he ministers under the “authority” of the “first beast”, the Anti-Christ. Then he says that “he causeth” all of the people on earth to “worship” the Anti-Christ, which implies that it will be by force for those who do not worship willingly. It also says that he will be able to do great miracles, even calling fire down from heaven. He will influence the world leaders to make an image of the Anti-Christ and will even give life to the image and that it will actually be able to speak. All will be required to worship the image and if they do not they will be killed. All of this will involve a world-wide economic system where people will have to receive a mark in their right hand or their forehead to transact business of any kind. There will be a total cashless society. The mark will be the number of a man, 666, or his name, which will be the same. This false prophet will be involved in implicating this entire project. All who do not worship the beast will be killed.Down through the centuries the political rulers have always depended on the religious leaders to help them to keep the people happy in their obedience to the political program. Of course the religious leaders are always well compensated for this service. In light of this three pronged program, religious, political, and economical, let’s take a closer look at Pope Francis the present Pope of the Roman Catholic Church.Pope Francis Seduces the World with his ‘Humility’, yet his past Reveals his True Identity“In the course of the last year, Pope Francis has been portrayed in chorus by the Western media as a left leaning champion of ‘Liberation Theology’ committed to the alleviation of global poverty … [BUT], What the Western media fails to mention is that Jorge Mario Bergoglio (Pope Francis) was one of the main supporters -within the Catholic hierarchy- of Argentina’s military dictatorship which came to power in a CIA supported coup in 1976 … Jorge Mario Bergoglio not only supported the dictatorship, he also played a direct and complicit role in the ‘Dirty War’ (la guerra sucia) in liaison with the military Junta headed by General Jorge Videla, leading to the arrest, imprisonment, torture and disappearance of progressive Catholic priests and laymen who were opposed to Argentina’s military rule.”It is estimated that between 30,000 to 60,000 people were brutally murdered during this ‘dirty war’, and the Roman Catholic Church, ESPECIALLY Pope Francis supported this.Oh but Pope Francis has changed! No, he has just taken on a different guise! You see, the Jesuits (which is what the pope is) will take on any character they need to, to accomplish their main objective, which is CONTROL. Satan is their master and they will not allow anyone to stand in their way. Have you read the ‘extreme Jesuit Oath’? Do a search and read it!Pope Francis is working to combine all religions into one“And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” Revelation 17:6Pope Francis is a man on a mission to fulfill bible prophecy, and he is getting more done than any other Pope in the last 100 years. Pope Francis is here to make some serious and drastic changes not only in the Catholic Vatican system, in professing Christianity as well. He is creating the One World Religion. The bible, in Revelation 17 and 18, talks about a harlot church that rules the spiritual world. She is wealthy beyond description, and all the kings and mighty men of the earth want to be in a spiritual bed with her. The bible says that she is a city that “sitteth on seven hills”, and is “drunk with the blood of the saints”. This can only be one system, one place, one church – the Roman Catholic Church whose Vatican headquarters sits on the famed Seven Hills in Rome.Pope Francis’s call for unity goes beyond the Christian community. During his recent visit to the Middle East, Francis invited Israeli Jewish and Muslim leaders to join him in prayer for peace for their region at the Vatican. Israel’s Chief of State Shimon Peres and Palestinian President Abu Mazen was joined by a delegation of rabbis, Islamic imams, and Israeli Druze community leaders, according to news reports. Not only did Pope Francis hold ecumenical services in the Vatican where he prayed to the moon god of Islam, Allah, he also held high level meetings with megachurch pastor Joel Osteen and US Senator Mike Lee who was there to represent the Mormon Church. The actors have taken the stage, with more still arriving, in the unfolding of what will be soon – the Great Tribulation.Joel Osteen was enthralled with the fact that Pope Francis is so inclusive:““I like the fact that this pope is trying to make the church larger, not smaller. He’s not pushing people out but making the church more inclusive. That resonated with me,” Osteen told the Houston Chronicle. The Christian Post reports that according to Westmont College, Francis had invited more than a dozen “North American Protestant leaders” to discuss the question: “Can we find common ground in order to advance the life and ministry of Jesus so more people can experience the joy of Christian faith?”The ecumenical meeting was a part of Pope Francis’ on-going efforts to bring unity among Christians, previously stating in public remarks, “Divisions among us, but also divisions among the communities: evangelical Christians, orthodox Christians, Catholic Christians, but why divided? We must try to bring about unity.”However, Pope Francis’s call for unity goes beyond the Christian community. During his recent visit to the Middle East, Francis invited Israeli Jewish and Muslim leaders to join him in prayer for peace for their region. (Editor’s note: This information is from general news sources)Pope Francis Bows to Bartholomew Hastens the Coming World ChurchThis past Sunday, Nov. 23, a gigantic birth pang toward the end of the age took place in the forming of the World Church of the Anti-Christ, as Pope Francis received a blessing from Patriarch Bartholomew of the Eastern Orthodox Church. He also prayed in one of Istanbul’s most important mosques alongside the Grand Mufti of Istanbul, Rahmi Yaran. This is the most important event of this kind since the Pope met with the leader of the Orthodox Church in 1964 in Istanbul for the first time since the schism between the Western and Eastern divisions of the Catholic Church in 1054 A.D.ISTANBUL (AP) — Pope Francis and the spiritual leader of the world’s Orthodox Christians demanded an end to the persecution of religious minorities in Syria and Iraq on Sunday and called for dialogue with Muslims, capping Francis’ three-day visit to Turkey with a strong show of Christian unity.Francis and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I issued a joint declaration urging leaders in the region to intensify help to victims of the Islamic State group, and especially to allow Christians who have had a presence in the region for 2,000 years to remain on their native lands.“The terrible situation of Christians and all those who are suffering in the Middle East calls not only for our constant prayer but also for an appropriate response on the part of the international community,” they wrote. The statement was issued at the end of Francis’ first trip to Turkey during which he prayed in one of Istanbul’s most important mosques alongside the Grand Mufti of Istanbul, Rahmi Yaran. He was also set to meet with a few of the 1.6 million refugees who have crossed into Turkey to flee the ISIS assault in neighboring Syria and Iraq.Francis, who represents the 1.2 billion-strong Catholic Church, and Bartholomew, the spiritual leader of the world’s 300 million Orthodox Christians, called for “constructive dialogue” with Islam “based on mutual respect and friendship.” Francis kicked off his final day in Turkey with a liturgy alongside Bartholomew in the Orthodox Church of St. George, where incense mingled with hypnotic chants on an important feast day for the Orthodox Church. The Catholic and Orthodox churches split in 1054 over differences on the primacy of the papacy, and there was a time when patriarchs had to kiss popes’ feet. At the end of a joint prayer service Saturday evening, Francis bowed to Bartholomew and asked for his blessing “for me and the Church of Rome,” a remarkable display of papal deference to an Orthodox patriarch that underscored Francis’ hope to end the schism.Pope Francis prays alongside Grand Mufti in Istanbul’s Blue Mosque
Francis is also using the precedent of his predecessor Benedict who took the same path at the dismay of many eight years ago, for The Catholic Church to be the leader of the Chrislam movement. This movement purports to unite Christianity and Islam in a unity for the purpose of opposing the persecution and killing of Christians and other minorities of all religions. While this may sound good, in reality, it is a an effort on the part of these unbelievers to totally destroy fundamental Christianity, along with the Jews all over the world, including a divided Palestine and the eventual elimination of all Jews from Palestine. It all began with a joint resolution of the UN in 1947 for the partitioning of Palestine and several anti-Jewish resolutions since. We might remind this whole crowd that the Abrahamic Covenant is still alive and well. Gen 12:1 – 3 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.Their goal is also to eliminate fundamental or extremist Islam. In fact, it is our opinion that this entire attack on the West by extremist Islam, is a “false flag” program to cause the world to rise up against fundamental (extremist) Islam, and all fundamental religion of all kinds. The allowing the rise of lSIS and the showing of public beheadings are all part of the scheme to cause such world outrage, that the American people will support the effort when America uses it’s resources to attack ISIS, the present drone program, even against civilians, and the possibility of launching a nuclear attack against Iran, which some Republican Congressmen are calling for now.The purge of fundamental religion has already started in America, as we see the IRS attack against conservative religious organizations, the destroying of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple and Christian School, many other fundamental ministries prior to that, and the nine year imprisonment of Kent Hovind. Please take careful note of the following article.Pope defends Islam, equates Christian and Muslim fundamentalists
World Press: Dec. 6, 2014Editors Note: The coming one world religion, led by the Roman Catholic Church, will hate and now hates so-called Christian fundamentalists, which are simply the believers who are trying to follow God’s word. But Muslim fundamentalists have to be opposed by them as well, because Muslim fundamentalists will not accept unity with other religions.Pope Francis said on Sunday that equating Islam with violence was wrong and called on Muslim leaders to issue a global condemnation of terrorism to help dispel the stereotype.Francis, the leader of 1.2 billion Roman Catholics, told reporters aboard his plane returning from a visit to Turkey that he understood why Muslims were offended by many in the West who automatically equated their religion with terrorism.Francis’ predecessor, Benedict XVI, caused storms of protest throughout the Islamic world in 2006, when he made a speech that suggested to many Muslims that he believed Islam espoused violence.Benedict said he had been misunderstood and apologized. But this year, the image of a violent religion has once more been promoted by Islamic State, who have seized swathes of Syria and Iraq, slaughtering or driving out Shi’ite Muslims, Christians and others who do not share their radical brand of Sunni Islam. The Argentine pope, who has been trying to foster cooperation with moderate Islam in order to work for peace and protect Christians in the Middle East, said it was wrong for anyone to react to terrorism by being “enraged” against Islam.“You just can’t say that, just as you can’t say that all Christians are fundamentalists. We have our share of them (fundamentalists). All religions have these little groups,” he said.“They (Muslims) say: ‘No, we are not this, the Quran is a book of peace, it is a prophetic book of peace’.”He added that ending poverty was crucial, partly because it gave rise to “the recruitment of terrorists”. Francis has in the past said that, while it is lawful for the international community to use force to stop an “unjust aggressor”, lasting solutions must be found that tackle the root causes of violence. Now do you understand why the Bush administration tried to walk a tight rope between saying that the war against terrorism was a war against “extremism” not a war against Islam, that Islam was a “peaceful religion,” etc.” Remember Bengahzi, how they went to great lengths to pin it on that poor fellow who made a grade “D” film on Mohammed rather than on the fact that it was an act of terrorism. Now we go back to that 1998 meeting in the Clinton White House as to how they can eliminate all uncooperative churches. Of course this would include ministries like Hovind’s.The Pope’s Program to Solve World PovertyIn the article above, the Pope said, “…ending poverty was crucial, partly because it gave rise to “the recruitment of terrorists”. In the first place, ISIS is marching across the Middle East because of Religion not poverty. Ferguson was demolished because the communist thugs, druggies and hoodlums had a reason to have a party, which included demolishing the stores and business establishments of minorities and stealing everything they could get their filthy hands on. It had little to do with police brutality or poverty. In the Pope’s recent “Apostolic Exhortation” he said, “some people continue to defend trickle-down theories which assume that economic growth, encouraged by a free market, will inevitably succeed in bringing about greater justice and inclusiveness in the world…Ethics – a non-ideological ethics – would make it possible to bring about balance and a more humane social order. A financial reform open to such ethical considerations would require a vigorous change of approach on the part of political leaders.”This is pure “Liberation Theology” jargon, which is the Southern Hemisphere version of communism, in which this Pope is the expert. There are only two ways to gain wealth. Riches either come from God or government. It is either the God route or bow down and lick the hand of some tyrant. As imperfect as Capitalism and the free market is, it is a far cry from the economic system of the Roman Catholic Church which is socialism, which includes taking from the rich to give to the poor, or robbing the producers to give to the non-producers. That is what is behind the present immigration program. It is a Roman Catholic program. Move the poverty stricken Catholic’s from Latin and South America to America so we can feed, clothe, heal, and educate them. It is also their plan to turn America into a Roman Catholic State. For all intents the Democratic Party is now the Roman Catholic party.Cashless Economy Coming FastIncluding on-line transactions, which is now over seven percent, all non-cash purchases by the American public now stands at nearly 50%. I often ask clerks how many pay with plastic in comparison to cash and they say, plastic the most. Many stores will not take more than a twenty. It is amazing, in many subtle ways how we are being discouraged to pay with cash. In fact you are made to feel like a criminal if you try to pay large transactions with cash. I actually had someone ask me recently where I got the cash that I was trying to pay a bill with. Of course I had a smart remark like “our copier really works well, doesn’t it?” Following are a few headlines that I pulled from the net just for this article.Apple Pay Puts RFID Microchip on The Back Of Your HandFor Cashless PaymentsNTEB News Desk Sept. 16, 2014Apple Pay is the latest offering from tech giant Apple in Cupertino, California, and judging from the massive amounts of millions of pre-orders for the new iPhone 6 it will be a smashing success. The interesting new wrinkle that has to do with bible prophecy is the addition of the Apple Watch which will accept and process real-time credit card payments as it sits on the back of your hand.Israel To Approve 3 Step Plan Towards Becoming World’sFirst Cashless SocietyNTEB News Desk | May 27, 2014This would be the world’s first cashless society when fully implementedBiometric Technology Will Make Huge Advances In 2014NTEB News Desk | January 1, 2014Did the Bible Predict the Electronic Age?We believe that the Word of God actually predicted that in the end of the age there would be a time warp. Our Pastor, Dr. Art Wilson, taught this back in the fifties in his prophetic preaching. Look closely at the words of the prophet Zephaniah – Ch. 1:14-18 – The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. 15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, 16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. 17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. 18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.Note those two words in verse fourteen, “hasteth greatly.” With the word “greatly” added to it makes the meaning far different than he idea of it coming “suddenly”. Now we are talking about a degree of time. Only with the advent of the electronic age does this make sense. Now with the strike of a key stroke you can send a letter around the world in a second. Man has literally shrunk time or speeded up time, or hastened time. And we should doubt the Word of God? My friend, you who read this, if you are not saved, it is time to fall on your knees and receive Christ as your Savior. For you who do know Him as Savior but not living for Him, it is for you to cry out for mercy and forgiveness and for you who are waking in obedience it is time for you to ask Him for more time to serve Him more. Please pass this article on to someone who needs to know the Lord
