John MacArthur has an article showing that many pastors have misplaced priorities and think that church is for the unregenerate unchurched. Pastors also have been told, such as by Andy Stanley, that they are no longer shepherds or ministers to believers but "vision casting" leaders instead. That is just not biblical.
