The Reopen North Carolina (#ReopenNC) rally on April 21st was actively sabotaged by law enforcement. Protesters were forced to march briskly, instead of assembling; while extra measures were taken to protect the governor from being made to feel uncomfortable. Hundreds Gather to Protest NC Governor Roy Cooper’s Draconian Shutdown Amid #ReOpenNC Campaign

Roy Cooper has been under fire for closing down the North Carolina economy and costing thousands of people their jobs, livelihoods, mental and emotional health, and possibly ultimately their lives without any actual science or evidence to suggest it was necessary to do so amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Cooper has been criticized for seemingly disallowing protests as the State Capitol Police dispersed and even arrested protestors for holding a constitutionally-protected gathering outside the State Capitol last week citing protesting a “non-essential” activity. Subsequently, Cooper responded to an intent to sue letter calling on him to clarify his executive order and guarantee that protestors would not be unlawfully arrested. Thankfully, he did so. However, his shutdown orders are still upsetting citizens of the state and people are growing restless waiting on the governor to re-open the state.

Today, hundreds have gathered once again outside the state capitol to express their frustration with the decisions and are calling on Cooper to begin the process of removing the largely unconstitutional measures and let people go back to work.

Travis Fain, a state government reporter for WRAL in Raleigh now says he estimates that the number of protesters is closer to 500 rather than 200. He has been following closely and covering on Twitter:

On Wednesday morning, Earth Day no less, when any responsible president would have been hectoring people about global warming, President Trump had other concerns on his mind. “I have instructed the United States Navy,” he tweeted, “to shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea.”

Predictable scorn ensued from the Left. Writer Nick Jack Pappas was just one of the many who focused on Trump’s choice of words, tweeting, “Trump is giving the order to shoot down boats. I didn’t realize Iran had flying boats now.” They ignored the fact that one can shoot a man down without his being able to fly, but anything will do for a dig at the President. Iranian freedom activist and journalist Heshmat Alavi was more focused, tweeting: “The mullahs’ regime ruling #Iran harasses UN [sic] Navy ships for propaganda purposes. Thank you, President Trump, for reminding this regime that the Obama years are gone. And BTW, this regime does not represent the Iranian people.”

Alavi was right. The Iranian mullahs, apparently having forgotten that Barack Obama is no longer President, were at it again just last week. According to Business Insider, “nearly a dozen Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy vessels sailed out Wednesday to harass a collection of US Navy and Coast Guard vessels conducting operations in international waters.”

The U.S. Navy stated that eleven Iranian boats of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps Navy (IRGCN) “conducted dangerous and harassing approaches,” and added that “the IRGCN’s dangerous and provocative actions increased the risk of miscalculation and collision.” The Iranians, said the Navy statement, were violating the “rules of the road.”

This was not, however, a simple traffic dispute. Leftists will no doubt ascribe it to an increase of tensions over President Trump’s targeting earlier this year of Iranian Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani. However, all those who are blaming Trump for ramping up tensions with Iran are ignoring the fact that Iran has been working toward a war with the U.S. for decades, as The Complete Infidel’s Guide to Iran demonstrates in detail.

On November 2, 2015, a commanding majority of the Majlis, 192 of its 290 members, agreed to a statement saying that “Death to America,” which continues to be chanted at every Friday prayer in Iranian mosques as well as at anti-American protests, was not just a slogan: it had “turned into the symbol of the Islamic Republic and all struggling nations.”

A communal desire to destroy the United States and commit mass murder of its citizens is the Islamic Republic of Iran’s very identity.

Norwegian psychiatrist Fred Heggen claims that Joe Biden is suffering from “dementia” and that his condition has worsened “at galloping speed.”

In an opinion piece published by Nettavisen entitled ‘Why Democrats are rallying behind a possibly demented candidate?’, Heggen, who is also a medical director at the Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital’s psychiatric clinic in Oslo, says the presidential candidate is suffering from obvious cognitive failure.

“Of course I may still judge him wrongly, but in my eyes he appears as a person who is already very affected by dementia. And the presidential election is still far ahead. What if his condition worsens further over the next two-three months?” Heggen asked.

The psychiatrist asserts that Biden’s behavior at campaign events and debates over the past few months, characterized by “forgetfulness, mischief, confusions, gaffes, and aggression,” is indicative of someone who is beginning to struggle to perform basic mental functions.

“This is not scare propaganda on my part. Everyone who has had experience with people with dementia knows that a deterioration can come quickly and have a particularly dramatic course,” Heggen wrote.

The psychiatrist suggested that Biden’s campaign staff were aware of his limitations and that this is why he is only rarely presented for short speeches and is heavily screened from the public and the media.

Heggen opined that it was “madness” someone like Biden should be allowed to have “his finger on the nuclear button.”

Biden has made numerous gaffes in recent months, including when he told a crowd in South Carolina, he was “running for the United States Senate” and that if they don’t like him they can “vote for the other Biden.”

The former vice-president also infamously botched the Declaration of Independence when he said, “All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.”

As PC plods in the UK and keystone cops in the US continue to bumble around trying to operate Chinese made drones, numerous tech companies are developing more sophisticated tools that will allow big brother law enforcement to more effectively police social distancing rules.

Californian software developer Landing AI has created video surveillance software that watches people and sounds the alarm if they get too close to one another.

“Landing AI has developed an AI-enabled social distancing detection tool that can detect if people are keeping a safe distance from each other by analyzing real-time video streams from the camera,” the company proudly boasts in a statement.

Landing AI explain that the system works by using an artificial ‘neural network’ to detect each person and puts them (oh the irony) in a box. Then, if two boxes get too close to each other they change from green to red. At that point it will be up to the police to send in compliance robots, kill squads, or whatever they have decided we deserve.

A similar technology is already being introduced by Amazon in its warehouses, with the company threatening workers with the sack, if they violate social distancing “guidelines”.

Police in Westport, Connecticut are also going to be testing a “pandemic drone” that monitors citizens’ temperatures from almost 200 feet away and detects sneezing and coughing as well as heart and breathing rates.

Developed by Draganfly Inc., the software loaded onto the drone cameras also identifies individuals, whose safe distance areas turn red if they get too close to each other.

With the justification of the Chinese coronavirus now firmly embedded in society, there is a rush on to profit from stripping away privacy and personal freedoms.

If this is our future, we truly have arrived at the prison planet.
