A classified intelligence report submitted to the White House has concluded that China under reported the amount of coronavirus cases and deaths within its borders, and actively worked to conceal the severity of the outbreak.



Bloomberg News cited three officials familiar with the report, noting that:





The officials asked not to be identified because the report is secret and declined to detail its contents. But the thrust, they said, is that China’s public reporting on cases and deaths is intentionally incomplete. Two of the officials said the report concludes that China’s numbers are fake. The report was received by the White House last week, one of the officials said.





While it has been clear since January that China is lying about the virus, the western media, as well as the World Health Organization has continued to parrot Chinese state media talking points.







January/Early February:



















Johns Hopkins University data suggests that China has publicly reported only about 82,000 cases and 3,300 deaths. Those figures have already been eclipsed in Italy, Spain, France and the US.



China is now rescinding lockdown orders and reopening affected areas, despite underreporting cases of coronavirus, by omitting, for weeks, asymptomatic carriers, and repeatedly revised its methodology for counting.



Already, new clusters of coronavirus outbreaks are being reported in the country.



Earlier this week, Dr. Deborah Birx, the coordinator of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, slammed China over the concealed data, proclaiming that it misled scientists on the seriousness of the outbreak.



“I think the medical community interpreted the Chinese data as that this was serious but smaller than anyone expected,” she declared. “Because I think probably we were missing a significant amount of the data.”



Dr. Birx added that she and other experts felt they were seeing an outbreak comparable to SARS when reviewing the Chinese data. However, SARS only had 8,098 cases globally and 774 deaths, numbers that now seem hopelessly out of proportion compared to the coronavirus outbreak.



In 2003, The New York Times reported that China admitted to under-reporting the total number of SARS cases.



Responding to news of the new US intelligence report, Hu Xijin, editor-in-chief of China’s state-run Global Times, declared that it is an attempt to divert attention from surging deaths in American and Europe.



“To fake the casualty data, which departments will be deployed? Who will implement the plan?,” Hu said, adding “It will involve many different departments in many places to get the total numbers. If one of them is faking once, they have to fake it all the time. The risk of screwing up could be very high.”



U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has continually blasted China’s “intentional disinformation campaign,” and it is clear that the latest US intelligence report on China’s subterfuge dovetails with the British government’s outlook, with scientific advisors having estimated that things could be 40 times worse in China than the communist state admits.



“There is a disgusting disinformation campaign going on and it is unacceptable,” an anonymous government source told The Daily Mail last week. “They [the Chinese government] know they have got this badly wrong and rather than owning it they are spreading lies.” the source added.



Ever since the outbreak began in December, it has been acknowledged that China has been lying about the true numbers.



A scientific study out of the University of Southampton in the UK  found that had China acted sooner to combat their coronavirus, then the further spread could have been almost entirely avoided, and it would not have become a global pandemic.



It has become clear that the first cases of the Chinese virus were reported in mid-late November and early December, with scientists even estimating that the first jump of the virus from animals to humans probably occurred in October in the city of Wuhan.



Instead of acting immediately, the Chinese government waited until January 23rd before issuing quarantine orders to the 11 million people living in Wuhan.



The communist state was also actively working to suppress and punish doctors and scientists who tried to get warnings out, and  lied to the world by claiming there was “no evidence” of human-to-human transmission.

On a 500-acre campus in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Middle East scholar Raymond Ibrahim was finally allowed to give his speech before a packed, mostly civilian audience at the U.S. Army War College’s Heritage and Education Center.  Based on his book, Sword and Scimitar -- Fourteen Centuries of War Between Islam and the West, Ibrahim covered the 7th century origins of Islam, its conflict with Christianity during the hundreds of years that followed, and revisionist attempts to deny Islam’s history of violent warfare and supremacism.



Ibrahim, a Judith Friedman Rosen Writing Fellow with the Middle East Forum, was on the receiving end of such an attempt in June 2019, when the Council on American-Islamic Relations and other Islamists convinced the U.S. Army War College to disinvite Ibrahim from his original appearance, fallaciously accusing the son of Egyptian immigrants of being a “bigot" and “white nationalist.”



However, Ibrahim wasn’t alone. In its press release, CAIR ridiculed the War College as “an academic institution run on taxpayer funds” which was “poised to exacerbate longstanding problems such as racism and human rights violations that exist within the US military.”



Ibrahim explained that CAIR is “well aware how important it is to dominate the historic narrative.” He pointed to his reliance on primary source material and actual quotes from jihadist and Islamists to support his view that there is “a continuity between past and present; Muslim religious leaders and jihadists see Christianity as both antithetical to the Islamic world and inherently ripe for conquest or conversion.”



It took a letter signed by ten congressmen to Army War College commandant Major General John S. Kem, as well as a National Association of Scholars letter to  President Trump which included 5,000 signatories, to convince Army leaders to reinstate Ibrahim’s invitation.



When CAIR learned that Ibrahim was set to return to the Carlisle campus, it responded by once again suggesting that it suffers from an “internal problem with white supremacists and white nationalists within its ranks,” while claiming that Ibrahim’s talk would “instigate hatred against Muslims.”



Undeterred by his Islamist critics, Ibrahim began his presentation by saying that “since 9/11,” it has “become popular” for media and academia to whitewash the Koran’s objectionable passages.  “They say Mohammad may have done bad things, but so did King David and Abraham,” he said. The difference, Ibrahim noted, is that the Torah acknowledges the wayward path of these leaders and advises against following them, unlike the Koran.



For argument’s sake, Ibrahim offered to “put aside what the Koran says,” and “see what Islamists have done.” Beginning with the Islamic conquests of the Middle East and North Africa, Ibrahim argued that Islamists’ consistent goal has been western submission to Islamic supremacy. This region, which is identified today as Muslim-majority, was home to more Christians than Europe in the 7th century. What remained after the Arab Muslim invasion became “the West.”  Ibrahim quoted historian Franco Cardini, who wrote that, “Repeated Muslim aggression against Europe in the 7th and 8th centuries and again in the 14th and 18th centuries was a violent midwife to Europe.”



Ibrahim referred to the late historian of Islam Bernard Lewis, who said, “We forget that for a thousand years since the advent of Islam from the 7th century to the siege of Vienna in 1683 Christian Europe was under constant threat from Islam, the double threat of conquest and conversion violently wrested from Christendom.” Ibrahim noted that modern historians often fail to acknowledge this simple truth.



He argued that Mohammad’s guidance to spread Islam was the motivation behind the Islamic conquests. The only way peace could be achieved was through acceptance of Islam by conversion, enslavement, or paying the jizya -- an enormous annual tribute which the caliphate levied on non-Muslims. 



Short of these options, a non-believer’s only recourse was to fight to the death.  He quoted what Islamist conqueror Khalid bin Walid said to a Byzantine general before the Battle of Yarmuk in 636 CE: “We Arabs are in the habit of drinking blood and we are told the Romans are the sweetest of its kind.  Where you love life, we love death.”



Unlike contemporary historians who identify the various inter-civilizational wars of this age as ethnic and nationalistic, Ibrahim emphasized that the primary sources clearly show that these ongoing battles were manifestations of jihad, inspired by Koranic scripture. He called this tendency “a historic fact that modern day historians censor.”



Ibrahim showed that modern jihadists “belonging to groups such as ISIS are well-versed in Islamic historic military jurisprudence” and the Koran and point to historical precedents to justify their violence and brutality.



At the fall of Constantinople, Sultan Mehmed II motivated his jihadists with the same instructions invoked by modern-day ISIS: “Recall the promise of our Prophet regarding fallen warriors in the Koran; the man who falls in combat will be transported bodily to Paradise [and] will dine with Mohammed in the presence of women.”  



Next, Ibrahim recounted the American experience with the Islamic Barbary pirates in 1785 and 1786 that attacked U.S. merchant ships and enslaved American sailors. In an effort to ransom the slaves, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams entered negotiations with Abdul Rahman, Tripoli’s ambassador to Britain. The American diplomats futilely explained that they “had done them no injury” and “consider all mankind our friends.”  



Abdul answered that “it was founded on the laws of their Prophet, written in the Koran that all nations not acknowledging their authority were sinners, that it is their religious right and duty to make slaves of non-believers, and all Muslims slain in battle were sure to go to paradise.” America’s conflict with Islam did not begin on 9/11. Rather, it dates back to the time of America’s Founders.



To underscore this message, Ibrahim cited Theodore Roosevelt’s 1916 book,  Fear God and Take Your Part, where the former president pointed out, “If the peoples of Europe in the 7th and 8th centuries, and on up to and including the 17th century, had not possessed a military equality with, and gradually a growing superiority over the Mohammedans who invaded Europe, Europe would at this moment be Mohammedan and the Christian religion would be exterminated."



The great English statesman Winston Churchill also criticized Islam for institutionalizing slavery. “The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman is the absolute property -- either as a child, a wife, or a concubine -- must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.”



Ibrahim rhetorically asked, if the violent history of Islam is so well-documented, “so ironclad” then “why don’t we know about it?” Older historians who studied Islam unprejudiced by political correctness reached conclusions which no longer comport to what the public is told. Conversely, modern historians get away with academic malpractice by reducing previous Islamic studies scholarship to outdated myths.



This is all part and parcel to what Ibrahim referred to as “propaganda as a form of jihad,” misinformation of which academics and groups such as CAIR are the most vociferous defenders.



Meanwhile, CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in the nation’s largest terrorism finance trial and an accused Hamas supporter, engaged in “propaganda jihad ”by working to suppress Ibrahim’s historical review, a practice consistent with Islamist suppression of different religious beliefs.



In the end, Ibrahim gave Army service members and the community a coherent and fact-driven presentation of Islamic history that everyone in America should hear, one that  dispels the many false, politically correct notions about the nature of Islam.  It lays bare the inconvenient truth that Islamic ideology is what motivates Muslim jihadists to perpetrate acts of terrorism against non-believers, both domestically and abroad.

The world has been sent reeling by the Coronavirus pandemic that has yet to run its course.



However, even though this deadly pandemic is still ongoing, it is not too soon to take stock of a number of critical issues.  In point of fact, it is probably best to begin this process before the pandemic ends and the public permits this global crisis to fade from their minds as it fades from the news reports.



To begin with, as I noted in my previous article, Because of the Coronavirus, Borders Suddenly Matter.  For all of the bogus slanderous claims hurled by the radical Left in the media and politics, securing borders against those infected with a dangerous virus is not a matter of racism and xenophobia - but survival.



Unlike most politicians, President Trump has the chutzpah to call things as he sees them.  This, by itself, is enough to traumatize the Left.  Trump has come to refer to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) by the term “China Virus,” sending many “journalists” into paroxysms of rage and disgust, claiming that referring to this virus that, in point of fact, originated in China, demonstrates that Trump is a racist.



Time for a reality check.



Various illnesses have traditionally been named for the locations where the diseases originated.  The devastating Spanish Flu of 1918 was so-named because, it originated in Spain.



In 1972, at the beginning of my career with the former INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service), I became infected with a very serious illness that was referred to as the London Flu.  I was an Immigration Inspector at JFK International Airport at the time and consequently was exposed to a variety of pathogens brought to the United States by foreign visitors.  I wound up in the hospital and nearly died, my fever maxed at more than 105 degrees.  Some of my colleagues were similarly sickened by this particularly virulent illness.



The doctors and nurses who treated me all referred to my illness as the London Flu.  I doubt that they disliked Brits or Londoners.



Clearly the mainstream media and the radical Left despise the President and on a nearly daily basis demonstrate an irrational response to virtually everything he does and says.



But could it be that their extreme abhorrence of the term “China Virus” has a more deep-seated origin?  Perhaps it goes back to how they were educated in American colleges.



When misleading terms are used, such as the term “immigrant” instead of “alien” most write this off as being Politically Correct.  In reality this is nothing short of Orwellian Newspeak and it must always be described as such.



Today. as we will see, many of Ameria’s premier universities are under the influence of the Chinese government and other governments that are hostile to the United States.



Chinese Aggression Against the U.S.A. manifests itself in many ways, especially through widespread espionage.



The Communist, totalitarian Chinese regime is extremely sensitive to the way that they are perceived around the world.  They have infiltrated many universities around the United States for a number of significant purposes that include having their scientists, engineers, computer programmers and other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals trained in the United States, and maintaining strict control over those students when they are in the United States.



Many Chinese students are coerced in spying on the United States when they secure “Optional Practical Training” by working for American companies.



It has been recently alleged by the U.S. Department of Education that China and other countries have been allegedly pouring billions of dollars into American Universities that went unreported by those universities, in violation of U.S. laws.



On February 12, 2020 the Department of Education (DOE) issued a press release:  U.S. Department of Education Launches Investigation into Foreign Gifts Reporting at Ivy League Universities that included this subtitle:





Since July, the Department has uncovered more than $6 billion in unreported foreign gifts from countries including Qatar, China, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.





The DOE press release also included these excerpts:





The Department is also concerned Harvard University may lack appropriate institutional controls over foreign money and has failed to report fully all foreign gifts and contracts as required by law. This comes after Dr. Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department, was indicted for lying about his involvement with the Chinese government’s Thousand Talents Plan and admitting that Harvard lacks adequate institutional controls for effective oversight and tracking of very large donations.

The Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations described foreign spending on U.S. schools as “a black hole” because colleges and universities “routinely” fail to comply with the law, and reported foreign money can come with strings attached that might compromise academic freedom.

  • These colleges and universities actively solicit foreign governments, corporations, and nationals for funds although some donors are known to be hostile to the United States and may be seeking to project “soft power,” steal sensitive and proprietary research and development data and other intellectual property, and spread propaganda benefitting foreign governments.

At the beginning of the onslaught of the Coronavirus, President Trump quickly decided to bar the entry of nonimmigrant aliens from China to prevent the spread of the virus into the United States, invoking 8 U.S. Code § 1182(f), a section of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) that he previously used to prevent the entry of aliens from countries associated with international terrorism and where our officials were unable to effectively vet those who sought entry into the United States.



As the disease spread through Europe, especially Italy, the President expanded the list of countries whose nonimmigrant citizens would be barred from entering the United States to try to slow the spread of the disease.



The Democrats, led by Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and the other “usual suspects,” attacked the President for being a racist and xenophobe.  They should have used a different term, “Leader!”



Now many other countries around the world have taken similar measures.  Dr. Anthony Fauci lauded Trump’s important decision stating that this single act, of closing our nation’s borders, has been one of the most effective measures take by Trump to help save lives in America.



For decades China has run roughshod over America. 



Out of extreme corporate greed, the production of our essential pharmaceuticals has been shipped to China and other countries that do not have our best interests at heart, leaving America vulnerable.  China has now threatened to stop the flow of vital antibiotics to the United States and has actually accused the U.S. Army of planting the Coronavirus in China!



President Trump is the first president, in decades, to stand up to this Communist dictatorship that openly boasts it plans to dominate the world.  Trump’s actions have undoubtedly done much more than just ruffle some feathers in Beijing. 



President Trump has gone on the offensive in his strategies to protect America and Americans.



Our nation has been rendered vulnerable to one of America’s most dangerous adversaries by corporations that seek cheap labor and no regulations and have moved production of vital supplies to China and other countries.  To be able to do this, the corporations have pumped huge amounts of cash into the campaign coffers of politicians who need the money to win their elections.  Not unlike prostitutes they will apparently do whatever it takes to satisfy their donors.



As I noted, in part, in a speech I gave in Washington several years ago:





The practitioners of the two oldest professions will assume any position, no matter how dangerous, ridiculous, uncomfortable or contrary to commonsense - for the right price!

DETROIT, MICHIGAN: POLICE CORONAVIRUS CRACKDOWN ON CHRISTIANS OUTSIDE ABORTION FACILITY ENDS WITH TWIN BABIES BEING SAVED 




Detroit Police’s Corona Crackdown on Christians Outside Abortion Facility Ends With Twin Babies Being Saved

DETROIT — In a video posted to social media, approximately eight uniformed police officers showed up to enforce Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-at-home order against peaceful Christians who were outside of an open abortion facility during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic to reach mothers with biblical truth. The men state that one woman later spared the lives of her twins and walked out of the building during their outreach.



Andrew Belanger, Miles O’Brien and Justin Phillips, who are associated with ONElife for Life, were outside of Scotsdale Women’s Center and Family Planning on Monday when several police cars pulled up to confront them.








“Today, several police officers showed up at the Women’s Health Center in Scotsdale with intentions to intimidate our missionary Andrew. Thankfully, God knew this would happen, and He called our missionaries Justin and Miles to join Andrew today. The officers ordered them all to leave and threatened them with jail time. … In the midst of all of this, God saved twins!”



In the footage, one of the officers warns, “We’re here for a violation of the stay-at-home order by the governor, okay? This isn’t essential to be out right now. … Right now, it’s a $500 fine. If you keep this up after that, we’ll take you to jail.”



One of the men subsequently contends that the order allows residents to go outside and asks why they cannot do so. The officer, who advises that his supervisor is on the way, asks if the men are doing anything “essential” and threatens, “If my boss orders me to lock everybody up, that’s what we’ll do.”



The men tell the officers that is unjust to allow abortion facilities to continue killing unborn children while a few people standing outside to save those babies’ lives are being threatened with arrest.



“Without the law of God, without the fear of God, you won’t know justice,” Phillips states.



“No justice is being carried out for these babies,” Belanger laments to viewers. “They’re more concerned with us coming out holding signs, being voices. But we love these officers; we’re praying for them.”



“We want to obey God. God has commanded us in his word not to murder. And every business is being shut down, deemed non-essential, just about,” he says. “But then you have the abortion mill staying open. And there might be 15 babies inside right now who are scheduled for death.”



The officers outline that they are going to issue the men a ticket, advising that they are just following orders. They argue that “protests” are prohibited because they are not essential, but the abortion facility is considered a medical service — and that conversely is necessary.



“Let me tell you something. This is a medical office. That’s essential,” one officer remarks.



“If I were to say that babies were dying in a place and it was my job to go rescue them, I would say that’s pretty essential,” O’Brien refutes.



But the officers decline to budge, stating that the governor’s order cannot be overruled.



“Murdering babies in this country is essential. It’s an essential business that must continue no matter what. That’s the nation we live in,” Phillips mourns moments later as he speaks to the camera. “We as the Church [have] got to wake up.”



The men then begin to pray for the police officers, some of whom begin to slowly walk away. One who remains in place bows his head.



By the end of the video, the men explain that they spoke to a woman named Jasmine, who is expecting twins and who changed her mind about aborting her children. She received literature from them and exchanged phone numbers, and also showed the Christians her ultrasound.



“God opened her eyes and God softened her heart, and she came out,” Belanger joys. “Amidst all of this [with the police] earlier and God continues to bring encouragement: twins. And I know I’m going to be thinking about this a lot lately.”
