NORTH KOREA MARCHES AHEAD WITH
ADVANCED NUCLEAR WEAPONS PROGRAM~
WILL TRUMP ADMINISTRATION BLINK FIRST?

Evidently, the punishing sanctions imposed on North Korea, as well as President Trump’s personal relationship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, are not slowing down North Korea’s continuing march to becoming a full-scale nuclear-armed state. Not only has North Korea continued to test-launch ballistic missiles, albeit with a short-range reach. According to a report of a new upcoming Japanese white paper, North Korea has managed to miniaturize nuclear warheads that are small enough to fit on ballistic missiles. Japan’s defense officials have described North Korea’s apparent success as a “serious and imminent threat.” The United States and South Korea have sounded similar alarms. Indeed, a confidential U.S. intelligence report back in 2017, which was leaked and reviewed by The Washington Post, said that the intelligence community "assesses North Korea has produced nuclear weapons for ballistic missile delivery, to include delivery by ICBM-class missiles."
Tensions have been rising since President Trump’s last meeting with Kim in June. “We haven’t gotten back to the table as quickly as we would have hoped, but we’ve been pretty clear all along, we know there’ll be bumps along the way,” Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Tuesday. He expressed displeasure with the North Korean regime’s launching of short-range missiles, which threaten U.S. allies in the region and violates UN Security Council resolutions. “I wish that they would not,” he said. Referring to UN sanctions targeting key North Korean imports and exports, Secretary Pompeo added, “These are a global sanctions regime, and we hope Chairman Kim will come to the table and get a better outcome. It’ll be better for the North Korean people, it’ll be better for the world.”
Kim does not appear to be listening too attentively. He was not happy with the scaled-down joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises that have just ended. While these exercises consisted mostly of computer simulations, North Korea claims that President Trump has breached his alleged promise to suspend the exercises altogether.
"This is an open denial and an outright challenge to the historic DPRK-U.S. joint statement in which commitments were made to establish new DPRK-U.S. relations and build lasting and durable peace-keeping mechanism on the Korean Peninsula," the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said last week, using the acronym for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It added that the joint military exercises "are not favorable for building mutual trust and can entail countermeasures by the DPRK" and "may render tense the situation on the Korean Peninsula again. The right answer for removing all the potential and direct threats posed to the security of our state is the constant development of powerful physical means and their deployment for an actual war. The U.S. should keep in mind that our repeated warnings are not hot air."
Kim Jong-un is also growing impatient with the sanctions that are crippling his country’s economy. He is testing the resolve of the Trump administration to keep its maximum pressure policy of tough economic sanctions in place until North Korea moves well along the path of achieving complete, irreversible and verifiable denuclearization. Now that the joint military exercises are over, Kim may decide to pursue the two-track policy of resuming dialogue with the United States at the working level while also proceeding with North Korea’s nuclear arms and missile programs below what he believes is the threshold that would force President Trump’s hand. U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun’s visit this week to South Korea after the joint military exercises were completed has led to speculation that a resumption of working-level talks may be in the offing. “We are prepared to engage as soon as we hear from our counterparts in North Korea,” Mr. Biegun said after meeting with South Korean officials.  “I am fully committed to this important mission. We will get this done.” But at what cost will we “get this done”?
If talks with North Korea do resume, the Trump administration must not blink first. Unfortunately, Mr. Biegun last June already signaled some readiness to do so. He talked about moving towards the end goal of denuclearization in a "simultaneous and parallel" manner.
Mr. Biegun’s hint at a quid pro quo approach is troubling. Mr. Biegun, who took himself out of the running for an ambassadorship to Russia in order to stay focused on his North Korea assignment, used diplomatic buzzwords that mean essentially exchanging some sanctions relief for relatively insignificant gestures by the North Korean regime followed by further mutual confidence-building steps. Such gestures could include a more permanent freeze on testing nuclear bombs and ballistic missiles and/or dismantling North Korea’s nuclear facilities in Yongbyon. The Trump administration has rejected such gestures before and with good reason. We have been down this road in the past with no success. Once any UN sanctions are lifted, they will be virtually impossible to reimpose, given the likelihood of vetoes this time by China and Russia. On the other hand, North Korea would be able to continue carrying out and accelerating many parts of its nuclear arms and missile development program, largely undetected. North Korea will almost certainly not agree as part of an interim deal to submit a list of all its nuclear-related facilities and capabilities for fear of handing the U.S. a potential military target list. Even if North Korea decided to submit some sort of list, it will likely be far from complete.
Earlier this month President Trump praised a "beautiful letter" he said he received from Kim Jong-un and wrote that he looked forward to “seeing Kim Jong Un in the not too distant future.” Not so fast this time. While the president may dismiss the short-range missile launches as unimportant, even if Secretary Pompeo expresses concern, he cannot dismiss the report of North Korea’s apparent success in miniaturizing nuclear warheads that are small enough to fit on ballistic missiles. Coupled with North Korea's development and successful launching of intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of hitting the U.S. homeland, Kim Jong-un's “beautiful” letters and offers of any inconsequential concessions are not worth the paper they are written on.

GOOGLE JOINS THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY~TAKE ACTION AGAINST BIG TECH CENSORSHIP & ELECTION MEDDLING

GOOGLE JOINS THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
BY KATE RAINES
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
Google’s burgeoning ties to Big Pharma have been exposed with the disclosure of its new pharmaceutical division, which just happens to be led by the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s global vaccine business. As cautioned by Progressive Radio Network journalists Gary Null, PhD and Richard Gale, Google today is not only a weapon for promoting the pharmaceutical agenda but now also a drug company itself.”1

Google is Much More Than a Search Engine

Backing up a few years to 2015, Google’s co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin decided the multi-armed behemoth that Google had become would benefit from a drastic reorganization. Consequently, they split their “core internet business” off from their other minimally (or un-) related projects such as X Lab and the Calico life extension project. Along with Google itself, those secondary companies were grouped under the umbrella of a new corporation called “Alphabet.”2
The upshot was that Alphabet now owns Google, although the key players have not changed. Page and Brin now serve as CEO and President, respectively, of Alphabet, while former Google product chief Sundar Pichai is now CEO of Google.
Tracing a line from Google’s reorganization of itself to its structure today, the initial division kept all of the Internet entities under Google’s wing, under one “side” of the Alphabet umbrella. These included Google Maps, YouTube, Chrome, and Android. Google remained as the largest and most financially robust of Alphabet’s ventures.3
Other semi-independent companies under the Alphabet name included a diverse collection of corporations focused on such wide-ranging fields as biomedical or scientific advances, investment ventures, “smart home” applications, drone technologies and urban infrastructure.3

The Many Faces of Alphabet/Google

As the dust settled at Alphabet/Google, a number of the newly independent or semi-independent companies emerged, wielding some clout of their own. While Google’s revenues in 2017 continued to reap the lion’s share, reaching $110.9 billion, revenues from other ventures reported $1.2 billion. With operating losses reported at $3.4 billion, Google’s “side lines” were not yet profitable but climbing, up from 2016 losses of $4.6 billion.4
Those other ventures include X Lab (research and new ideas), G and CapitalG (investment funds), Sidewalk Labs (focused on urban innovation), Nest (smarthome devices), Chronicle (cybersecurity), Waymo (autonomous vehicles), Access (Internet provider innovations), Jigsaw (technological and geopolitics), Deep Mind (artificial intelligence), Verily (healthcare and managing disease) and Calico (biotech and lifespan extension).
The X Lab, or “Moonshot Factory,” is a research and development lab aimed at, in their own words, creating “radical new technologies to solve some of the world’s hardest problems.”5 Some of their projects include self-driving cars, delivery drones, renewable energy storage technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and learning robots, among many others. X acts as an incubation lab for cutting edge ideas that, once developed, may either be discontinued or “graduated” to become an independent entity.

Verily’s Pharmaceutical Ties

Verily Life Sciences is one of those Alphabet ideas now launched into independent status. Initially begun as a series of projects exploring the use of technologies including miniaturization and machine learning to create “wearable” devices such as smart lenses, Verily now partners with a number of pharmaceutical companies that develop vaccines on projects ranging from smart lenses with Alcon (a subsidiary of Novartis) and surgical robotics with Johnson & Johnson to early identification and intervention in chronic diseases with Merck Sharp & Dohme and diabetes management with Sanofi.6
Verily is partnered with Gilead on profiling the immune system to clarify the biological mechanisms of autoimmune disease and with Verve Therapeutics on nanoparticle formulations. Verily is also partnered with GlaxoSmithKline, the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer,7 in the development of bioelectronic medicine.6
With the creation of Galvani Bioelectronics in collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline, Verily now has its own pharmaceutical company that is working to “enable the research, development and commercialization of bioelectronic medicines,” which aim to treat disease using miniaturized implanted devices.8 Another of Verily’s projects is the development of the “sterile insect technique” to manipulate mosquito populations by releasing sterile male mosquitoes that will reduce the populations of insects carrying such diseases as dengue, Zika, chikungunya and yellow fever.9
The company has also entered the clinical study arena, first with its own study called Baseline, which seeks to connect potential study participants with clinical research groups.10
Partnering with Verily initiatives is appealing to pharmaceutical companies, including vaccine manufacturers and developers like Novartis, Sanofi, Otsuka and Pfizer, because of the young biotech company’s focus on modernizing and increasing the efficiency of data collection using tools such as electronic medical study process, as well as getting new drugs and vaccines to market faster. Although the partnered studies are not yet in progress, studies are being explored in cardiovascular disease, oncology, mental health, dermatology and diabetes.
Because anyone can join Baseline and potentially be connected with clinical trials relevant to their own life, keeping patient information private will be a challenge, but the projected market value of the program is expected to reach $69 billion by 2026. 11
As reporter Mark Terry put it for BioSpace, “Perhaps disconcertingly, a company that handles 92.4% of internet searches globally and already has significant amounts of information about your life, now wants to know medical and health information as well.” 12

Alphabet’s Other Medical Venture: Calico Labs

In addition to Verily, Alphabet has another older medical research company called Calico, founded in 2013 and headed by Arthur Levinson, the former CEO of Genentech, another pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines.13 According to Calico’s mission statement, the company wants “to harness advanced technologies to increase our understanding of the biology that controls lifespan” and will “require an unprecedented level of interdisciplinary effort.14
Dr. Aarif Khakoo, Head of Drug Development at Calico (and formerly a Vice President at Amgen, a pharmaceutical company that develops vaccines) said, “With the aging of the world population, there is a pressing need to gain a deeper understanding of the molecular underpinnings of human aging and to translate these insights into new therapies for aging and age-related diseases… I’m looking forward to working with the team and our external collaborators to move the lead therapeutic candidates into clinical studies in the future.”14
It has been obvious for some time now that Google’s algorithms have been adjusted to make it more difficult to find information, including information about vaccines, that doesn’t align with the messages about health and medical care that are approved by government and the pharmaceutical industry. In some cases, no matter how specific a search question is, or how it is worded and re-worded, the search results stubbornly return the same tired but mainstream medical authority-approved results.
Teasing out the infiltration of the pharmaceutical industry into Google, it seems that Alphabet is not just delivering an approved narrative, but Google’s message too.

WORLD VISION'S APOSTASY: EVANGELICAL CHARITY CONTINUES TERROR FUNDING SCANDAL

WORLD VISION'S APOSTASY: EVANGELICAL CHARITY CONTINUES TERROR FUNDING SCANDAL
BY KARYS RHEA
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:
World Vision, a multi-billion dollar international charity founded on evangelical Christian principles, has made quite a few deals with the devil. A new terror-funding scandal seems to implicate the organization every few years.
Last month, documents obtained from the U.S. Treasury via the Freedom of Information Act revealed how World Vision used funds from the United Nations to bankroll the Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA), a designated terror finance charity based in Sudan that has raised millions for al-Qaeda in the past. This news comes after revelations that World Vision provided U.S. taxpayer dollars to the al-Qaeda-linked group. Moreover, World Vision allegedly sought to strong-arm Treasury into allowing the ISRA project to continue, soliciting congressmen to intervene and threatening litigation.
World Vision has a history of ignoring finance risks. In 2016, Mohammed El Halabi, head of World Vision’s Gaza operations, confessed to redirecting $50 million to the terrorist group Hamas. In 2012, World Vision diverted $1.68 million of Australian government aid to a fake Palestinian charity established by the PFLP terror group.
World Vision maintains a strong New York presence, where supporters have largely turned a blind eye to the group’s sinister activities. World Vision’s partners include three of New York’s biggest evangelical churches: RedeemerHillsong, and Times Square Church, along with local civil society and non-governmental groups, including Operation ExodusCrossroads Tabernacle ChurchReal Life ChurchSouth Bronx UnitedManhattan Bible Church, and Hope for New York.
Institutions reached for comment about World Vision’s record appeared indifferent or defensive.
“I’m not very aware of their international work but that sounds out of character with the people and the ethos that I see coming out of the organization,” said Matt Mahony, CPO of Operation Exodus.
Local World Vision partners presented with information about these cases responded with silence or defensiveness.
“I’ve never heard anything like that about World Vision,” said Pastor Willie Lopez of Manhattan Bible Church. “All I know is that they are a tremendous help to the community.”
One affiliate isolated the El Halabi scandal, claiming his church would stand by World Vision because charges weren’t proven in court. Another church administrator said accusations were driven by an anti-evangelical agenda.
Pro-Israel evangelicals should also be troubled by World Vision staffers’ anti-Israel stances and borderline anti-Semitic comments — like those of former World Vision International Operations Director Tom Getman, who calledHezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah a “friend.”
A variety of different sources from different backgrounds have raised issue with World Vision’s anti-Israel bent. In a 2016 article, Luke Moon, an ordained Southern Baptist minister, wrote that World Vision had “done more to undermine Christian support for Israel than any other organization.”
World Vision’s defense raises more questions, with many of its claims proving difficult to verify. Financial reports are opaque. There’s little indication where donations are spent, and annual reports seem irreconcilable with details made in statements. NGO Monitor called it a “multibillion-dollar NGO industry that remains largely unregulated and unexamined.”
New York evangelicals’ resistance to the truth about World Vision is perplexing. The Jewish and Zionist communities, on the other hand, know where World Vision stands.
Asked about the ISRA allegations, Ephraim Inbar, director of the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security, commented: “We have the moral duty to demask organizations, such as World Vision, which are undermining Christian values, by spreading hatred and violence.”
Avi Posnick of StandWithUs Northeast was appalled, noting, “World Vision donors and partners, including those in New York, should demand full transparency and accountability before continuing to support and work with this organization.”
This does not mean World Vision’s partners aren’t also doing some good work. Punishing kids in the Bronx isn’t the answer. World Vision Greater New York is a branch of World Vision USA, which maintains a degree of separation from World Vision International. But it is difficult to tell where one group ends and the other begins.
Established as separate entities, World Vision USA provides the lion’s share funds to World Vision International. Yet only World Vision International appears as a registered charity in New York. The global and the local have merged, making it difficult to guarantee where donated funds are headed.
World Vision does tremendous work on a local level and is a boon to the New York community. But there are other evangelical groups with clean reputations willing to partner with these communities.
Empowering rogue regimes — like Sudan or Hamas in Gaza — creates the problems World Vision seeks to solve, and World Vision’s local partners should demand clarity. The shroud of moral darkness surrounding World Vision’s actions is a departure from the spirit of service that is the basis for its very existence.

BETHEL CHURCH SUGGESTS "LGBTQ+" PEOPLE
"WHO FEEL FULFILLED & HAPPY AS YOU ARE"
DON'T NEED TO CHANGE OR REPENT
BY HEATHER CLARK
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research purposes:

REDDING, Calif. — Bethel Church, led by Bill Johnson, is raising new concerns after it posted to its Facebook page on Thursday that its program for those who struggle with homosexuality has never had the message of “all must change,” suggesting that those who “feel fulfilled and happy as [they] are” aren’t required by God to repent. Bethel has raised many concerns over the years for its unorthodox teachings and practices, such as “grave soaking” and the purported sightings of falling gold dust and feathers during services.
“God loves all people, LGBTQ+ and straight. The message of CHANGED has never been ‘All Must Change,'” it wrote. “We share these stories specifically for Christians who are unfulfilled in identifying as LGBTQ+. For those of you who feel fulfilled and happy as you are, we love you!”
“God doesn’t force people to change, and people — including Christians — shouldn’t force others to change, either. We stand against any and all forms of shame, manipulation, force, humiliation, or physical harm in so-called ‘ministry’ or therapy,” Bethel continued. “CHANGED is a safe space for Christians seeking an alternative to LGBTQ+ as they follow their faith according to their personal convictions.”
The post generated mixed reaction from commenters, with some defending the status as not really saying what it implies, and others chastising Bethel for unbiblical teaching.
“[The post] doesn’t say that being LGBTQ isn’t a sin; it says we still love you! God gives us all free will and He does not force us to change or to conform. And neither should we,” one commenter wrote. “We need to love even though we may not agree with them. It is the Spirit working in them that will change them. We don’t love when we demand they change; let God do the work!”
“Yes! It is not for me to judge. It is for me to love,” another remarked. “I cannot believe this gender agenda has taken our eyes off Christ. Did you learn to love, or did you learn to condemn? The love of Christ makes us want to become what He says we are, not what the world teaches.”
“The message of CHANGED might not be ‘all must change,’ but the message of the gospel is in fact that we all must be changed. ‘For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God’ (Romans 3:23). When we come to Christ, we can’t stay where we are, for ‘we all … are being changed into the same image’ (2 Corinthians 3:18),” a third noted.
“We can never be fulfilled living in sin. Only God fulfills us, ‘For he satisfies the longing soul’ (Psalm 107:9),” they continued. “Ultimately, ‘Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind’ says it all.  So, yes. Be changed. Because we were never meant to live fallen in sin.”
“Repentance means doing a full 180° turn, and if that doesn’t mean change, I don’t know what does,” another stated. “Being born again, our hearts change, our desires should change, and our actions should follow suit. You cannot thrive or survive in the faith if you remain entirely in the shadows of your old life.”
“Thank you Bethel Church, Redding for affirming me. I love to steal and take things that aren’t mine without a lawful transaction. I covet a lot. But, I’m at peace with it, I’m completely happy. Theft gives me such a thrill and joy, and coveting really motivates me,” a one sarcastically commented. “So thank you for affirming that I just need to follow my faith according to my own personal convictions. I know God says otherwise, but He loves me anyways, and I don’t need to change that for Him.”
Bethel Church has generated much controversy over the years, as a number of remarks from leadership have been called into question.
“It’s difficult to expect the same fruit of the early Church when we value a book they didn’t have more than the Holy Spirit they did have. It’s not Father, Son and Holy Bible,” Bill Johnson said in a sermon clip posted online in 2009.
In a 2011 sermon entitled “Your Identity as Sons of God,” Kris Vallotton, the co-founder of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, had those in attendance repeat statements after him such as “I am amazing,” “I rock,” “Nations are attracted to me because I’m so good looking and I have the mind of Christ,” “He actually likes me and I like me too” and “If you got to know me, you would like me.”
Various photos online also show members of Bethel visiting cemeteries to try to soak up the anointing of the deceased, including the graces of John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth and others. While Johnson has stated that he does not endorse the practice, and Vallotton once said that he had never heard of the idea, some note that photos online show Johnson’s wife Beni laying on the tombstone of C.S. Lewis and hugging the tombstone of Charles Finney. See here and here.
Videos show Bethel claiming to have had a “glory cloud” appear at their services, also known as gold dust. One video posted outside of a Benny Hinn meeting shows a woman allegedly with Bethel behaving strangely as she laughs over and over and makes claims such as “we’re all loved no matter what theology believe.”
According to reports of an online exchange inquiring about Bethel’s practices, in 2012 one questioning person asked, “Hi Bill, I was wondering why you have things at Bethel that cannot be found in the Bible like fire tunnels, angel feathers, gold dust, soaking prayer, glory clouds, healing rooms, etc. Can you please explain? I have some very good friends at Bethel and I am concerned for their spiritual well being. The videos on YouTube with the fire tunnels are very, very, alarming.”
“We also have altar calls, video cameras, paid counselors, children’s church, youth groups, Sunday school. None of which are in the Bible,” Johnson replied. “Is praying for people, prayer, or healing in the Bible? That is what we do. The feathers, gold dust, etc. are not things we do. They happen. … Why do they happen? Ask the One who does them. Rather than assume they are not biblical because you’ve not experienced them, search the Scriptures. Clouds, glory, and even feathers are in the Bible.”

MICHIGAN, CALIFORNIA, GEORGIA, FLORIDA, NEW JERSEY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: ISLAM GLORIFIED, CHRISTIANITY VILIFIED, U.S. BASHED
BY ROBERT SPENCER

There is nothing wrong with students learning about Islam in school, if what they’re taught is accurate. But it isn’t. Because of the overpowering influence of the multiculturalist ethos and fears of charges of “Islamophobia” and “racism,” public school materials on Islam and other religions are for the most part heavily biased, with scarcely a critical word about Islam, Muhammad depicted as a cross between Gandhi and Sheriff Andy Taylor, no mention of jihad or dhimmitude, and harsh criticism of Christianity.
“TMLC Uncovers Tax-Payer Funded Islamic Propaganda Forced On Teachers,” Thomas More Law Center, August 22, 2019 (thanks to R.):
ANN ARBOR, MI – The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has uncovered evidence of a well-orchestrated Islamic propaganda campaign aimed at teachers in school systems throughout Michigan and several other states.
Concerned about a two-day mandatory teacher-training seminar on Islam conducted by a Muslim consultant hired by Michigan’s Novi Community Schools District, TMLC filed a Freedom of Information Act request for documents related to the workshop.
Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Law Center, commented on the results of their investigation, “We found that the teachers were subjected to two days of Islamic propaganda, where Islam was glorified, Christianity disparaged, and America bashed—all funded by Novi taxpayers.”
Moreover, during the past five years the school district has presented no teacher-training seminars focusing on Christianity, Judaism or any other religion – only Islam.
The hired Muslim consultant was Huda Essa, a resident of the Dearborn area and of Arab descent. She appeared before the Novi teachers in a hijab, the Muslim headscarf, billing herself as an expert in “cultural competency” and “culturally responsive teaching.”
Most disappointing was the fact that of the more than 400 teachers attending the workshop, not one teacher challenged Essa’s denigration of Christianity or attacks on America.
TMLC inspected dozens of internal school documents, including audio recordings of Essa’s presentation.
The information on Islam she provided to Novi teachers was riddled with falsehoods and errors of omission that were clearly meant to deceive.
Essa provided no truthful information on Sharia law and jihad, two of the most important aspects of Islam. All references to terrorism were dismissed as having nothing to do with Islam. White Christian males, she suggested, are more dangerous than Islamic radicals.
Essa is the face behind Culture Links LLC, a Michigan-based consultancy. She describes herself on the Culture Links website as an advocate of social justice who encourages children to “take pride in their many identities.”
But, as TMLC discovered from the Novi documents, the one identity Essa does not celebrate is that of patriotic Americans who believe in our nation’s exceptionalism.
And her message extends far beyond Novi.
Essa’s client list reveals she has been spreading her “trash America first” philosophy to colleges, universities, schools and professional educator associations throughout Michigan, California, Georgia, Texas, Florida and beyond. In Michigan alone her website lists nine school districts as clients – Oakland County Schools, Ann Arbor Schools, L’Anse Creuse Public Schools, Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, Roseville Community Schools, Farmington Public Schools, Dearborn Public Schools, Birmingham Public Schools and Melvindale Public Schools.
Under the banner of promoting diversity, inclusion and a multicultural approach to education, Essa sets about comparing Islam to Christianity, calling them “mostly similar.” The one big difference, she claims, is that Islam is the world’s “only purely monotheistic religion.”
Islam’s holy book, the Koran, came straight from Allah to the prophet Muhammad and, unlike the Jewish and Christian scriptures, has never been altered or changed, she told the Novi teachers. Significantly, the Koran commands Muslims to “Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.” (Koran 9:5)
Her message was clear: The Koran is superior to the Bible. But she did not address the fact that it calls for the extermination of Christian and Jews.
While quick to indict America as guilty of “cultural genocide,” Essa was silent on the 1400 years of actual genocides, also known as jihads, in which Muslims wiped out Jewish tribes on the Arabian Peninsula, and slaughtered millions of Christians throughout the Middle East, North Africa and the European Continent. Referring to Islam, Winston Churchill wrote, “No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”
Novi’s Islamic teacher-training is just the latest example of professional Islamic indoctrinators infiltrating U.S. public schools even as Christianity has been forced out of the classroom.
“This type of infiltration amounts to an Islamic Trojan horse within our public-school systems,” Thompson said. “No other religion gets this kind of special treatment in our schools.”
Only action by patriotic American parents will put a stop to the indoctrination of teachers and students. They must attend school board meetings and call their board’s attention to the existence of unconstitutional Islamic propaganda whenever they find evidence of it in their children’s schools. And when their board is unresponsive, they must be willing to take legal action to stop it whenever the law permits.
TMLC has several active cases involving public schools bending over backwards to promote Islam while trashing Christianity.
In New Jersey, seventh-grade students at Chatham Middle School were taught “Islam is the true faith,” required to learn the Shahada, or Muslim creed, and forced to watch videos that sought to convert them.
TMLC is representing another student at La Plata High School in Maryland, where pupils in world-history classes were taught that “Most Muslims’ faith is stronger than the average Christian” and “Islam at heart is a peaceful religion.”
Jihad, meanwhile, was introduced to La Plata students as a “personal” spiritual struggle, having nothing to do with using violence to spread the faith. And, like in New Jersey, the Maryland students were forced to learn the Five Pillars of Islam and memorize the Shahada.
A SERIES OF DECEPTIONS
Essa spent a great deal of time in her Novi presentation talking about Muslim women, whom she described as victims of Islamophobia on the part of bigoted Americans.
She said her own mother’s decision to wear the hijab was met with “rage” from random Americans. Other hijab-wearing Muslim women have been spat upon, had hot liquids poured on them, been beaten and even killed because they wear the hijab, Essa said, without giving details of when or where these atrocities supposedly occurred.
Essa presented no statistics on hate crimes to back up her claims. FBI crime stats show that anti-Muslim attacks are relatively rare in America and actually fell by 17 percent in 2017. Anti-Jewish hate crimes that year out-numbered anti-Muslim offenses by nearly four to one.
Globally, Christians are the most persecuted of all religious groups, according to the watchdog Open Doors. Of the top-ten most dangerous countries to be a Christian, all but two of them are Muslim-majority nations, according to Open Doors’ 2019 World Watch List.
But Essa’s attempts to con Novi teachers into accepting her anti-American, pro-Islamic worldview didn’t stop with the idea that Muslims are the most persecuted and victimized people.
She said any poor treatment of women in Islamic countries should be attributed to “cultural” differences, not the religion of Islam.
She failed to mention that Muhammad, Islam’s prophet, is reported to have said that the majority of hell would be populated by women (hadith by Sahih Bukhari Vol. 1:28, 301, Vol. 2:161, Vol. 7:124-126). Also absent from her presentation was the Koranic instruction for husbands to beat a disobedient wife (Sura 4:34).
Exercising the art of deception, Essa said Muslims love Jesus and refer to him as “messiah.”
But the word “messiah” has a different meaning for Muslims than for Christians. When Christians speak of Jesus their Messiah, they are referring to God’s “anointed One,” who has the power to forgive sin and grant salvation.
Muslims confer no such divine authority to their Jesus. Under Islam Jesus was only a man, a lower prophet under Muhammad, not the Son of God, and he did not die on a cross or rise from the dead as documented in the gospels.
Essa hammered Novi teachers with the Islamic teaching that the Jewish and Christian scriptures are not to be trusted. Although once pure, they were gradually “corrupted” by unscrupulous men. Only the Koran contains the final, “pure” words of God, she said.
Essa also schooled teachers in the proper use of the phrase “Allahu Akbar!” or “Allah is greatest!” While this is widely known as battle-cry of Muslim terrorists, Essa said it’s really just a refrain that Muslims use to convey feelings of happiness, sadness, anger, or thankfulness while praising Allah.
Essa said the word “Islam” is an offshoot of the Arabic term “Salaam,” which means peace. This is a common ploy used by Muslim apologists to deceive uninformed Westerners.
“Islam” is more accurately translated as “submission” and good Muslims know they must submit to Allah and his Sharia (Islamic law), above all other systems of law.
Essa noted Islam is the world’s fastest-growing religion without mentioning that Muslims are forbidden from leaving the faith. Considered apostates, those leaving the faith are subject to severe punishment, up to and including death. And forced conversions have been a well-documented fact of history.
The Middle East and North Africa, once overwhelmingly Christian, were Islamized by a series of jihads starting with Muhammad, his successor caliphs and later by the Ottoman Turks.
She completely ignored the jihadi terrorist attacks conducted on U.S. soil: The 9/11 attack that murdered nearly 3,000 people, the Fort Hood massacre of 12 U.S. soldiers, the Pulse Nightclub attack that killed 49 Americans in Orlando, the San Bernardino attack that killed 14 at a Christmas party, the Chattanooga shooting that killed five at a Navy recruitment and reserve center, the Boston Marathon bombing that killed three and left hundreds wounded, and the Chelsea, New York, pipe-bombing that injured 30 innocent Americans. Not to mention the countless terror attacks that have been foiled by the FBI.
Here are some other facts uncovered by TMLC’s Freedom of Information Act requests:
  • Novi school district has no guidelines for the selection of presenters for teacher-training events.
  • The school district did not fully vet Huda Essa before selecting her as a presenter and providing her with data about the school district and its students.
  • Essa was given access to data from student and teacher surveys.
  • The school district said it had no records that would indicate it ever conducted a factual analysis of Essa’s presentation.
  • The school district signed a contract on August 2, 2017, agreeing to pay Essa $5,000 for her two-day seminar on August 28 and 29, 2017.

TOP LEADERS: PARENTS MUST GET CHILDREN OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOL

Citing indoctrination and sexualization of children in government schools, along with other concerns, a number of top conservative and Christian voices across America have urged parents to remove their kids from public schools in recent days.
Among the leaders who have joined the growing nationwide chorus were talk-radio king Rush Limbaugh, evangelist Franklin Graham, Christian leader David Lane, and Catholic talk-show host Mother Miriam. And this may be just the start.
Speaking on his radio show, which estimates suggest is heard by over 15 million Americans, Limbaugh blamed government education for the sorry state of affairs in America. And for the first time ever, he brazenly urged parents to pull their children out and homeschool them.
“I think it’s becoming very apparent to Millennial parents, parents of Millennial kids,” Limbaugh said. “Their kids are struggling in the wretched, horrible circumstances of the public school system.”
“One of the answers to this mess (sobbing) 'What’s happening to our children?' is homeschooling,” he added. “It’s not just conservatives and Christian-oriented people who are choosing to pull children out of public schools.”
Speaking on Fox's Todd Starnes Radio Show, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse chief Franklin Graham also urged parents to get their children out. In a conversation about New Jersey's new law mandating LGBT lessons to school children, Graham said the time had come.
Starnes asked Graham what advice he would give Christian moms and dads: “I mean do they pull their kids out of public school or do they homeschool, private school?” the Fox host asked. “What should they do?”
“Oh, absolutely,” Graham replied without hesitation, breaking new ground. “I’d pull them out of public school and put them in private school.”
Next, Mother Miriam said she did not know “of anything more urgent” than getting children out of public schools and into homeschool programs with God at the center of them.
“It has to do with you being a proper mom and dad to your children,” she explained on her show. “You, no matter what the situation is, are responsible for the growth of your children in faith.”
“The public schools,” she continued. “Such evil has penetrated those schools.” Quoting another expert, she said the system was “designed to turn the hearts and minds of the children away from God.”
Finally, writing in Charisma News, David Lane with the American Renewal Project noted that a crucial part of the ongoing spiritual battle would be to develop a plan “— God’s plan — to free Christian children from public education.”
The growing calls for a national exodus from the public school system got a major boost when James Dobson — among the nation's most influential evangelical leaders — featured Lt. Col. E. Ray Moore (Ret.) of Exodus Mandate on his radio show in 2017, for two full days.
It is past time for conservative and Christian leaders to warn Americans about the existential threat government indoctrination and dumbing down poses not just to their children — but also to their nation and their freedom. Better late than never, though!

EXCERPT:
"There is nothing wrong with students learning about Islam in school, if what they’re taught is accurate. But it isn’t. Because of the overpowering influence of the multiculturalist ethos and fears of charges of “Islamophobia” and “racism,” public school materials on Islam and other religions are for the most part heavily biased, with scarcely a critical word about Islam, Muhammad depicted as a cross between Gandhi and Sheriff Andy Taylor, no mention of jihad or dhimmitude, and harsh criticism of Christianity."
