TOP SOUTHERN BAPTIST LEADER, RUSSELL MOORE, BEGS NANCY PELOSI TO RELEASE MORE PRISONERS AMID CORONAVIRUS "PLANDEMIC"

WHEN THE "SLOWLY BECOMING CATHOLIC" SOUTHERN BAPTISTS KNEEL & BEG FOR HANDOUTS & RELEASE OF PRISONERS FROM THE VERY CATHOLIC, POPE SYCOPHANT NANCY PELOSI
TOP SOUTHERN BAPTIST LEADER,
RUSSELL MOORE, BEGS NANCY PELOSI

Nothing says anti-Christ statism like turning the Church into a government-funded
institution. While church leaders around the country are caving to the state’s demands
that they shut their doors and Democrat governors are blaming the spread of coronavirus on Christians, some Evangelical leaders are tramping around begging Caesar to give money to these churches.
This is exactly what top Southern Baptist leader and president of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, Russell Moore is doing.
Moore, who has a difficult time grasping the concept of the Separation of Church and State from numerous fronts, sent a letter to Nancy Pelosi begging her for money to keep the doors of churches from shuttering permanently. In this letter, he asks for restrictions on charitable businesses to be removed and more money to be handed out to them through the Payment Protection Program in Phase 4 of the COVID-19 Relief Package.
The inability to access those loans will hinder the good work of many nonprofits, and could permanently close other charitable organizations. This could be solved through a nonprofit charity grant program that would be accessed by faith-based charities to support employee retention, hiring, and programming. The funds could be administered through a nonprofit PPP program, and a nonprofit grant program administered by the U.S. Treasury.
It’s bad enough that the most influential leader in the largest Protestant denomination in the country is begging Nancy Pelosi — of all people — for more money. But that’s not all he’s doing. He is also begging her to release more prisoners from federal prison.
He writes: Incarcerated men and women are especially vulnerable in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis because of contained physical space. This is especially true for aging and immunocompromised incarcerated populations. Congress should expand compassionate release during the pandemic, so that higher-risk individuals would be protected from medical harm. The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and federal courts use this tool to reduce sentences for federal prisoners on a case-by-case basis for “extraordinary and compelling reasons.”
Congress should temporarily reduce the 30 day waiting period for federal prisoners to file a motion for compassionate release directly with a federal court in order to speed up the process and provide quicker physical and medical relief to those incarcerated.
We learned last night on Tucker Carlson that Nancy Pelosi — who joined Russell Moore and other Southern Baptist leaders last year at the NAE Conference to oppose the border wall — has taken Russell Moore’s concerns to heart and has included massive provisions that would release enormous amounts of prisoners into the streets of America.
Southern Baptists are paying for this. And church leaders who keep sending money to this rogue entity rather than speak out boldly and publicly against him are part of the problem.

SOUTHERN BAPTISTS ABANDONING SOCIAL JUSTICE HERESY FOR HERESY OF DOMINIONISM

SOUTHERN BAPTISTS ABANDONING
SOCIAL JUSTICE HERESY FOR
HERESY OF DOMINIONISM
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational and research

For the last several years, the social justice movement has swept the Southern Baptist
Convention and it’s tentacles reach every possible corner of nearly every single church in
the entire denomination leaving a stain of intersectionality, feminism, and even in some
cases, LGBTQ activism.
The current Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) president, JD Greear has ushered in a new era for the denomination with his liberal rhetoric. From calling on Christians to stand up for LGBTQ rights to calling on Christians to stand up for Islamic rights, he has helped move the denomination from a solid, biblical God-honoring foundation to one that defies the mission of the Church.
Southern Baptist Theological Seminary president, Al Mohler has stood in the way of any meaningful conversation on the fact that social justice has been taking over the denomination and his protege, Russell Moore has been leading this dog and pony show. From open-borders initiatives to asserting that white people are idolaters of racial power, nobody can deny that Moore has ushered the denomination into this new paradigm.
But SBC leaders are quietly abandoning the entire narrative now, pretending that they never supported, or outright denying it altogether. Starting with Al Mohler, he’s held a number of podcasts where he’s recently denounced the worldview of Critical Race Theory — a worldview the denomination officially embraced and adopted in 2019 at the behest of Mohler’s underlings — and calling it “antithetical to the gospel.”
And, after spending years promoting every possible tenet of social justice and intersectionality, SBC president JD Greear denounced it on Twitter recently.
Which can only lead one to wonder, why all of a sudden are these people — he just as recently as January, intended to double down on their support for Critical Race Theory and intersectionality at the convention all of a sudden jointly shift?
If the Southern Baptist Convention is anything, it isn’t coherent. And the denomination’s lack of any meaningful confession of faith and doctrinal standards leaves it open to being tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine (Ephesians 4:14) and never landing on anything to cohesively hold the denomination in place.
In other words, the denomination goes through cultural movements like dirty diapers and paper plates and when they’re done, they move on to the next. In this case, they appear to be abandoning social justice and embracing a new heresy — at least, new to the Southern Baptist Convention.
Enter the New Apostolic Reformation.
The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is a dominionist cult — though they deny any organization — that typically embraces a movement called the Seven Mountain Mandate. The Seven Mountain Mandate is what NAR cultists say are seven cultural “mountains” that Christians must conquer in order to usher in the Kingdom of God. These sevel mountains include the arts and entertainment, business and finance, church and religion, media, education, family and health, and government.
New Apostolic Reformation cult - seven mountain mandate
The idea is that Christians must take “dominion” (hence the name, Dominionism) over these areas of culture and “Christianize” them. Once Christians have achieved full dominion over these, the Kingdom of God can finally be ushered into Earth.
This is where Ronnie Floyd comes in. Floyd, former SBC president and now president of the Southern Baptist Executive Committee, announced earlier this year that he was launching an investigation into the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) which is headed by Russell Moore (mentioned above). Moore, who has single-handedly turned the denomination into a social justice boat ride, has been under fire for his push to shift the denomination to the left. Now that he’s being investigated — and churches have withheld money from the denomination because people are tired of throwing their tithes and offerings at his agenda — other SBC leaders are taking note. Several high-ranking employees at the ERLC have moved on in recent months.
But Ronnie Floyd is a dominionist — though he denied this in an email to me a few years ago. His actions speak much louder than his words and his eschatology on several fronts is deeply flawed and over-realized. So much so that Floyd has embraced rank heresy.
Floyd is a friend of Mike Bickle — one of the most highly influential NAR leaders of today — and Floyd has spoken at his IHOPKC church in the past. After participating in the ecumenical NAR event and fully indulging himself in it (he wasn’t just there to preach the gospel, he is fully immersed in the movement), he has spent years attempting to move the denomination in that direction.
Floyd has an over-emphasized view of the power of prayer. While prayer is certainly biblical, edifying, worshipful, and powerful, Floyd’s version of prayer has entered the realm of mystical. And Floyd, as the leader of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Executive Committee and as a leader of the National Day of Prayer, Floyd is merging his mystical beliefs of prayer with the Seven Mountain Mandate and calling on Southern Baptists to join him.
And other SBC leaders have joined him. JD Greear, David Platt, Kevin Ezzell, and a host of other Southern Baptist leaders have joined him. But, interestingly, Russell Moore was not mentioned.
They’ve massaged the mountains a bit. They put the arts and entertainment mountain together with the media mountain and invented the military mountain. But military falls under the government mountain. Nevertheless, the United States New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) types are obsessed with their own US military and war.
It appears that this NAR heresy is going to be the next heresy that Southern Baptists are going to have to fight. The leadership of this denomination are so egregiously undiscerning and unqualified that they just take whatever cultural movement is tossed in their lap at the moment — whether it’s from the progressive left or the conservative right — and run with it until it dies or something new comes along.

AMID COVID-19, DEEP STATE MOVES IN FOR THE KILL AGAINST CHURCHES

AMID COVID-19, DEEP STATE MOVES IN
FOR THE KILL AGAINST CHURCHES

With churches across much of America being shutdown by government decree as “non-essential,” they are facing enormous and potentially existential threats. On one hand, churches are being terrorized by state and local governments, with pastors and congregations literally being fined or even arrested for simply attending a service. Then, when the churches try to stream online, Deep State-run Big Tech firms are censoring them or even shutting them down. At the same time, many churches across America are lining up to receive government bailout money — cash that comes with dangerous strings attached, including LGBT mandates. This represents a profound threat to religious liberty and the continued independence of the church in America. It could be a perfect storm.
Even on Resurrection Sunday, perhaps the most important date on the Christian calendar, state and local governments came down hard on churches. Before that, at churches in Mississippi, congregants were given $500 fines for attending — even though they remained in their cars for the entire service. Meanwhile, drive-thru restaurants in the area remained open for business. In Kentucky, far-left Governor Andy Beshear ordered police to go take down church attendees' license plate numbers. In Virginia, Pastor Kevin Wilson of Lighthouse Fellowship Church was charged with violating executive decrees by the governor purporting to shut down churches, and may face up to a year in jail. Prominent Florida pastor Rev. Rodney Howard-Browne, arguing that church is essential, was arrested for holding services. Similar abuses have been perpetrated by the murderous dictatorship enslaving Communist China.
The notion that churches are not “essential,” and that government gets to arbitrarily decide that abortion mills and marijuana shops are essential while churches are not, is beyond outrageous. And yet, it has happened across much of the nation, with very little resistance so far. Non-profit legal firm Liberty Counsel is working on these sorts of cases and has found some success. But across the nation, radical governors, and mayors have exploited coronavirus hysteria to act like dictators, imagining that they get to tell churches when, how — and even if — they are allowed to meet. Historically, churches have always been essential, especially during tough times when people need help. But today, many pastors have meekly accepted the dictatorial usurpation of power by government with barely a whimper.
Countless pastors have been satisfied with simply moving their services online. But once again, the Deep State is finding ways to shut them down, too. Consider the case of Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho. Last week, Google, owned by the same company that owns Youtube, removed the church's app from its “Google Play” store because the pastor allegedly did not show enough sensitivity. “We don’t allow apps that lack reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, conflict, death, or other tragic event,” the notice received by the church explained. “Your app has been suspended and removed due to this policy issue.” Facebook, too, regularly censors and discriminates against Christians. Even those that do not get directly attacked are likely to self-censor to avoid getting banned.
Perhaps even more alarming is the showering of government money on churches — naturally, with strings attached. The New American reached out to the “Office of Diversity Inclusion and Civil Rights” at the Small Business Administration to find out whether churches taking bailout money would be forced to hire homosexuals as part of the “non-discrimination” requirements. At first, the person on the phone said yes. However, after that initial response, the phone operator said the SBA was expecting a formal answer from the legal department no later than today or tomorrow. The New American will post an update if and when there is more information. In the meantime, numerous establishment-minded Christian bigwigs are helping churches sign up for government money.
Revered Thomas Littleton, a Southern Baptist from Alabama, warned about the trap the churches are walking right into. “This never before and unthinkable move will spell the end of church as we know it in America as churches now become debtors and grant recipients of the government through the Small Business Administration,” he warned on his popular blog Thirty Pieces of Silver, calling on churches to trust in the Lord rather than government. While religious liberty and the freedom of churches in America have historically been protected from government interference by the Constitution, that “constitutional refuge is about to evaporate and everything turned on it’s head as the church and ministries become funded by the federal government stimulus.”
The true church will never fail, Reverend Littleton explained, citing promises from God contained in the Bible. However, many individual churches and ministries have gone and will continue to go “apostate,” he warned. “As loan / grant / bailout recipients, churches will be under Small Business Administration obligations for the 10-year life span of the loan, or forever if the loan is converted to a grant and not repaid,” said Littleton, who has long warned about an “Evangelical Deep State” that is leading many American churches astray. “Also churches who take the funding now will likely not hesitate to do so again in the case of another economic crisis. These bad decisions have long term consequences.”
Among other issues, Littleton noted that as pastors put their signatures on those SBA forms, they agree to comply with all of the federal government's “non-discrimination and inclusion” mandates. This in an era where the Supreme Court has purported to redefine marriage, and where lawmakers are chomping at the bit to criminalize even religious organizations that refuse to bow before the LGBT juggernaut. “Church leaders will not bite the hand that feeds them,” Littleton said, adding that churches taking government money will never be the same. “Going forward, any pastor who takes Covid-19 Stimulus funding will be far less likely to speak up to this or any future administration.” Littleton blasted people like Russell Moore with the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for encouraging and helping churches to take the government funding.
A coalition of Republican U.S. senators is already calling on the Trump administration to take action ensuring that churches do not have to choose between adhering to their religious beliefs and taking bailouts. “As we repeatedly brought to your attention, without these assurances, many of our nation’s most impactful faith-based entities would have been unable to participate in the [Paycheck Protection Program] due to undue restrictions on their sincerely held religious beliefs, thereby forcing them to choose between abandoning their faith mission or closing their doors to both employees and the communities they serve,” they wrote in a letter to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and SBA boss Jovita Carranza urging the administration not to “discriminate” against faith-based entities.
Of course, the Trump administration, which has made protection of religious liberty a priority, is already expressing concerns about the actions of state and local officials against churches. In a statement issued this week by U.S. Attorney General William Barr, the Department of Justice chief said churches could not be singled out for onerous regulations. “Even in times of emergency, when reasonable and temporary restrictions are placed on rights [sic], the First Amendment and federal statutory law prohibit discrimination against religious institutions and religious believers,” Barr explained. “Thus, government may not impose special restrictions on religious activity that do not also apply to similar nonreligious activity.”
As an example, Barr cited movie theaters, restaurants, concert halls, and “other comparable places,” saying that if they were allowed to remain open and unrestricted, then governments could not order churches to close, limit the congregation size, or otherwise impede their gatherings. “Religious institutions must not be singled out for special burdens,” Barr said, pointing to a “Statement of Interest” the DOJ filed in the Mississippi church case.
On the economic front, there appears to be an enormous consolidation underway that was orchestrated by the Deep State. Mom-and-Pop small businesses are being destroyed by the forced shutdown. Everyday Americans, especially blue-collar Trump supporters, are losing their jobs by the millions. Meanwhile, megabanks connected to the Federal Reserve are drowning in newly created currency, while major corporations such as Walmart and Amazon are expanding as authorities allow them to continue operating as normal.
A similar phenomenon appears to be taking place in the ministry world. Smaller, independent churches are struggling, and many will shut down in the face of this engineered shutdown crisis. Those that survive may either surrender their independence for government money, or merge with larger churches more amenable to carrying water for the establishment. Leaders of churches and religious ministries need to prayerfully consider the consequences of taking “free” taxpayer dollars. The price may be much steeper than they can even imagine.

I have a lot of respect for our nation’s first responders, I really do. Our police and firefighters often put their lives on the lines to protect the citizens. But in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, many of our nation’s police have taken a ‘martial law’ approach to their job and have become, in many cases, servants of tyrants.
We hear of case-after-case where churches hold gatherings — some of them ‘drive-in’ gatherings to worship and listen to the pastor preach only to find themselves being harassed by the police, fined, and ordered to disperse and go home. In most states, church has not been deemed “essential” enough to warrant Constitutional protection.
That being said, some people seem to be exempt from these stay at home orders. At Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Kentucky, firefighters and police held a drive-in gathering to honor healthcare workers amid the crisis. Yet, for some reason, this is okay.
Let’s get this straight — it’s okay to gather for a non-essential drive-in gathering so long as it isn’t in a church parking lot? Noted.

Again, this isn’t to knock the police or firefighters — I’m actually glad they did this. But the hypocrisy here is worth pointing out and it’s clear — abundantly clear — that churches are being singled out and abused during this crisis.

JUDGE DENIES EMERGENCY INJUNCTION TO VIRGINIA MAN CHALLENGING GOVERNOR'S ORDER LIMITING CHURCH GATHERINGS TO 10 PEOPLE~MISSISSIPPI POLICE TICKET CHRISTIANS $500 EACH FOR MEETING IN THEIR CARS

JUDGE DENIES EMERGENCY INJUNCTION
TO VIRGINIA MAN CHALLENGING GOVERNOR'S ORDER LIMITING CHURCH GATHERINGS
TO 10 PEOPLE

(The Roanoke Times) — A Russell County judge ruled against a southwest Virginia man’s request to allow more than 10 people to gather in church for Easter.
Judge Michael Moore on Thursday denied retired teacher Larry Hughes’ appeal for a temporary injunction in a lawsuit filed earlier this week that claims executive orders from Gov. Ralph Northam limiting the number of people that can gather in one place infringes on his religious freedom. …
Northam’s executive orders 53 and 55 ban public and private gatherings of more than 10 people, specifically mentioning religious events both inside and outside. Hughes’ lawsuit claims that it’s unfair to effectively shut down religious gatherings but allow other businesses that have been deemed essential to stay open.
T. Shea Cook, Hughes’ lawyer, called Northam’s action a “dangerous precedent” in a phone interview Thursday after the hearing.

Mayor in Miss. Outlaws In-Person Church Services, Christians Ticketed $500 Each for Meeting in Cars

GREENVILLE, Miss. — Police in Mississippi ticketed more than 20 Christians on Wednesday evening who were sitting in their vehicles listening to a sermon from their pastor. The crackdown occurred as the mayor and city council of Greenville have issued an executive order banning in-person church services, including drive-in gatherings where attendees simply stay in their cars.
According to reports, members of Temple Baptist Church tuned in to a radio frequency to listen to their pastor, Arthur Scott, as he preached inside of the church.
A video recorded by member Chris Owens shows a police officer approaching his window and asking for identification, advising that he was giving him “an opportunity to move.” Citing the City order, he explains that the drive-in arrangement is “considered a gathering even though you’re in your vehicle.”
The officer issues Owens a citation, who soon drives away.
View the video below.
Scott told radio show host and reporter Todd Starnes that everyone in attendance was fined $500 and that he was personally warned that he could be arrested.
“The police officer said I might go to jail,” he stated. “If it means going to jail, and if it takes that for me to keep preaching, I’ll be glad to go to jail.”
The City of Greenville announced via a press release on Tuesday that Mayor Errick Simmons and City Council had issued two new executive orders, one of which pertains to church services.
It cited a statement from the Mississippi Department of Health (DOH) as its motivation.
“Because of recent COVID-19 cases specifically linked to church gatherings, it is vital that Mississippians not attend in-person church services at any church or other type of facility. Services, weddings, and funerals are leading to greater COVID-19 transmission,” the DOH said.
However, the City went even further in its executive order, including drive-in services in its prohibition and recommending that residents do church online or over the phone.
“The City of Greenville put in place an executive order that orders all church buildings closed for in person and drive-in church services, until the State of Mississippi’s Shelter In Place Executive Order No. 1466 is lifted by Governor Tate Reeves,” the press release states.
“Churches are strongly encouraged to hold services via Facebook Live, Zoom, Free Conference Call, and any and all other social media, streaming, and telephonic platforms.”
An apparent email from the City also lists churches as “nonessential businesses,” along with dance halls, taverns, movie theaters and tattoo parlors.
Scott says that he has been holding the drive-in services for three weeks and intends to fight the restriction.
“I just can’t believe it,” he remarked to Starnes. “I tried to talk to the mayor. I’ve been here 45 years and I’ve never been to the city council. I’ve never complained. I’ve never stirred up a stink. But I told him I’m going to fight them on this.”
