A Rhode Island teacher is under investigation after tweeting out a message offering payment to COVID-19 patients to deliberately cough on President Trump and infect him with the deadly virus.
The female teacher identified herself in a later tweet as a sixth-grade teacher at Villa Nova Middle School which is located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
“Somebody with Covid-19, I will pay you to cough on #Trump,” read the original tweet. The account used by the teacher has now been deleted, but was created under the name “Proud Teacher.”
The teacher has not been identified by the school district, but other media sources have reported that her name is Amy Bednarz, and that she works as an English Language Learner teacher at Villa Nova Middle School.
School Committee Chairman Paul Bourget called the threatening tweet “a serious matter” and promised a full investigation to get “concrete evidence and a concrete determination.”
“If this thing pans out, if it’s true she did it, then we’ll take appropriate action,” Bourget promised.
School District Superintendent Patrick McGee also spoke to media about the incident. He reported that the teacher was placed on administrative leave and will not be allowed to have contact with students or faculty until the matter is resolved.
“Once we conclude the investigation, we’ll make a determination as to whether or not there’ll be any consequences with respect to that staff member,” he said. He labeled the tweet “pretty vile and disgusting,” adding, “That’s not what the Woonsocket Education Department espouses. It’s not in line with our core values. And it’s not in line with our ideals here in Woonsocket.”
“It is unprofessional and sends the wrong message during a time when our whole education community is setting a national example,” concurred Rhode Island Education Commissioner Angelica Infante-Green in a tweet. “This is not acceptable and certainly not representative of the overwhelming majority of RI teachers.”
EXCERPTS: "A Rhode Island public school teacher with a history of harassing school choice supporters has posted an offer on social media to pay for someone with COVID-19 to cough on President Donald Trump.
Amy Bednarz is a 6th grade teacher at Villa Nova Middle School in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
When Bednarz is not teaching English as a Second Language to middle schoolers, or offering to hire people to kill the president with biological warfare, she can often be found threatening Keri Rodriguez, the president of the National Parents Union.
Bednarz’ hostility towards Rodriguez has been so severe that she wrote a blog detailing her experiences with the teacher — which included threats against her children and repeatedly calling her on the telephone."
EXCERPTS: "It seems rather inappropriate for a teacher to use social media in order to offer money to a potential bioterrorist to kill the President. But when it’s mainstream for people to literally believe that Donald Trump is the modern-day equivalent to Hitler, can we really act surprised when people see nothing wrong with openly encouraging people to give him a deadly disease?
Amy Bednarz, an ELL teacher at Villa Nova Middle School in Woonsocket made the headlines for all the wrong reasons.
When Bednarz is not teaching English as a Second Language to middle schoolers, or offering to hire people to kill the president with biological warfare."
Her history shows that she should have been fired by now and shouldn’t have worked with children, our system failed and she is still working.
But this time she should have a visit from the Secret Service.

Two Republican senators announced a new phase of the probe into possible corruption by Hunter Biden a mere hour after President Trump was acquitted of the two articles of impeachment.
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (Iowa) and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (Wis.) on Wednesday sent a letter to U.S. Secret Service Director James Murray in which they requested the travel records of Hunter Biden, the son of presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden.
In the letter, Grassley and Johnson said they are seeking “records of Hunter Biden’s travel while he was under U.S. Secret Service protection as they continue to investigate potential conflicts of interest to boost his business ventures in Ukraine and China.”
President Trump was impeached in December of last year for allegedly using military aid to Ukraine as leverage to pressure the country into investigating the Bidens’ business activities there.
While serving as vice president, Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine if they did not fire the prosecutor who was investigating the natural gas company Burisma, where Hunter was working as a board member earning over $50,000 a month—despite his lack of relevant experience.
Biden boasted of the incident at a Council on Foreign Relations event:
I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a b***h, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.
Grassley and Johnson asked Murray to inform them of whether Hunter Biden used taxpayer-funded travel to conduct private business and to provide them with “a list of all dates and locations of travel, international and domestic, for Hunter Biden while he received a protective detail. In your response, please note whether his travel was on Air Force One or Two, or other government aircraft, as applicable and whether additional family members were present for each trip.”
The senators continued:
We write to request information about whether Hunter Biden used government-sponsored travel to help conduct private business, to include his work for Rosemont Seneca and related entities in China and Ukraine. In December of 2013, one month after Rosemont Senenca’s joint venture with Bohai Capital to form BHR, Hunter Biden reportedly flew aboard Air Force Two with then-Vice President Biden to China. While in China, he helped arrange for Jonathan Li, CEO of Bohai Capital, to “shake hands” with Vice President Biden. Afterward, Hunter Biden met with Li for reportedly a “social meeting.” After the China trip, BHR’s business license was approved. Then, in 2015, BHR joined with the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) to acquire Henniges, which was the “biggest Chinese investment into US automotive manufacturing assets to date.”
During last year’s House impeachment proceedings, a State Department employee testified that he had flagged the potential conflict of interest involving Hunter Biden’s business dealings, but was told not to bother the vice president’s office.
Although Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine were central to President Trump’s impeachment trial, Hunter was ultimately not brought in to testify. Democrats opposed calling the younger Biden as a witness. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said he would not be a “relevant” witness.
Ukrainian parliamentarian Andrey Derkach, with whom Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani has met, has claimed to have evidence showing that Joe Biden himself received $900,000 in lobbying fees from Burisma and that the money was funneled through the private equity firm Rosemont Seneca Partners, co-founded by Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry.
The former vice president’s son has also been accused by a Florida-based private investigation firm of being involved in a $156 million counterfeiting scheme. The allegation arose during a child support case involving Hunter Biden and his relation to a child born to Lunden Roberts, a former stripper. A DNA test established with “scientific certainty” that Hunter Biden is the child’s father. The 50-year-old ultimately agreed to pay the child support.
On Wednesday, President Trump was acquitted 52-48 in the Senate of the abuse of power charge against him and 53-47 on the obstruction of Congress charge.
At the National Prayer Breakfast Thursday morning, the president celebrated by holding up newspapers with large “Acquitted” headlines as he stood mere feet away from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who had ripped up a copy of his State of the Union speech right after he finished delivering it on Tuesday night.

A small percentage of teens who are depressed or bullied will respond with violence. After reading a recent report on school violence from the U.S. Secret Service, however, you’d be led to believe that every one of them is a potential mass-murderer.
“Secret Service research findings [indicate that] targeted school violence is preventable,” the U.S. Secret Service’s National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC) Director James Murray writes in a new NTAC report. All schools have to do is treat any student in any sort of distress as a potential danger to everybody else and respond accordingly. That sounds nice, but the plan completely ignores the potential for traumatizing innocent students.
Titled “Protecting America’s Schools: A U.S. Secret Service Analysis of Targeted School Violence,” NTAC’s report claims that administrators and teachers in the country’s publicly funded schools must take steps to preempt the possibility that any student who shows signs of depression or isolation be mobilized toward terrorizing his tormentors in a violent manner.
The Secret Service would have teachers and administrators set a tone of taking the threat of armed violence very seriously and thus increasing the depth and breadth of the monitoring and reporting of “concerning” behavior.
Lest any reader believe that this story on the Secret Service’s report is exaggerated, here are a few relevant quotes from the NTAC reports:
This approach is intended to identify students of concern, assess their risk for engaging in violence or other harmful activities, and implement intervention strategies to manage that risk. The threshold for intervention should be low, so that schools can identify students in distress before their behavior escalates to the level of eliciting concerns about safety.
Because most of these attacks ended very quickly, law enforcement rarely had the opportunity to intervene before serious harm was caused to students or staff. Additionally, many of the schools that experienced these tragedies had implemented physical security measures (e.g., cameras, school resource officers, lockdown procedures). Prevention is key.
The call here is to manage students already under the pall of being “special needs” by placing them under a suspicion of being likely to kill many of those with whom they associate in these government-funded and managed “schools.”
So, just what sorts of behavior and thoughts — yes, thoughts — are those which must be recorded and reported so that they do not lead a student to kill his classmates? The Secret Service claims:
The observable mental health symptoms displayed by attackers prior to their attacks were divided into three main categories: psychological (e.g., depressive symptoms or suicidal ideation), behavioral (e.g., defiance/misconduct or symptoms of ADHD/ADD), and neurological/developmental (e.g., developmental delays or cognitive deficits). The fact that half of the attackers had received one or more mental health services prior to their attack indicates that mental health evaluations and treatments should be considered a component of a multidisciplinary threat assessment, but not a replacement. Mental health professionals should be included in a collaborative threat assessment process that also involves teachers, administrators, and law enforcement.
The U.S. Secret Service is calling for teachers, administrators, and law enforcement to single out, isolate, and treat as a threat any student who suffers from any one of the listed mental distresses.
As a former teacher in a public school (it was styled a “charter school,” but it was funded by and dictated to by the federal government), I can tell you that the number of students who, according to the above list, would qualify as a person with a potential — a likelihood — of coming to school with the intent of murdering his peers and his teachers is disturbingly high and would serve to preemptively punish dozens of students with the taint of being potential mass-murderer.
I can personally witness that with rare exception — so rare as to be statistically irrelevant — every one of the students I taught who were being treated for any of the mental ailments listed by the Secret Service were good, humble, and hard-working young people without desire or capacity to carry out the terroristic acts of violence the federal agency that authored the NTAC report warned they might commit.
Next, we will look at two of the “risks” that the U.S. Secret Service insists must be “assessed” by administrators and teachers if they are going to stop the next school shooting before it occurs: family life and access to weapons.
First, family life. As stated in the Secret Service report:
The field of study examining adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) finds that experiencing certain adverse events in childhood can result in a range of negative outcomes later in life, particularly when a child experiences multiple ACEs. ACEs include things like parent separation and divorce, substance abuse in the home, family violence, abuse, family incarceration, and family mental illness.
The Secret Service lists the following household “difficulties” as contributing to the likelihood of a young person one day coming to school with the purpose of murdering his associates:
• Bankruptcy
• Eviction
• Homelessness
• Failure to Pay Child Support
• Foreclosure
• Fraudulent Check(s)
• Lien
• Low Income
• Poverty
How many of our young men and women come from homes burdened with economic distress?
Finally, there is the familiar call for disarmament as a surety for safety:
Most attackers used firearms, and firearms were most often acquired from the home: Many of the attackers were able to access firearms from the home of their parents or another close relative. While many of the firearms were unsecured, in several cases the attackers were able to gain access to firearms that were secured in a locked gun safe or case. It should be further noted, however, that some attackers used knives instead of firearms to perpetrate their attacks. Therefore, a threat assessment should explore if a student has access to any weapons, with a particular focus on weapons access at home. Schools, parents, and law enforcement must work together rapidly to restrict access to weapons in those cases when students pose a risk of harm to themselves or others.
It will come as no surprise to regular readers of The New American that the U.S. Secret Service subtly called for the removal of guns from the homes of all those who are believed — by teachers and administrators in public and charter schools — to be on the brink of unspeakable crimes against their classmates.
Here’s the way the Secret Service sees the situation with regard to children who come from homes with weapons:
Eight of the attackers (32%) acquired a firearm on the day of the attack. Five additional attackers (20%) acquired a firearm the day before the attack, and four attackers (16%) acquired a firearm between two and seven days prior. This finding reinforces the importance of a swift response to situations involving students who may pose a risk of harm to themselves or others, especially those who have access to weapons in the home.
Just how and by whom will the children of gun owners be identified and their violent proclivities be neutralized? The U.S. Secret Service declares: “If a child poses a risk of harm to him/herself or others, it is the responsibility of parents, law enforcement, and schools to collaboratively determine the most appropriate avenue for ensuring that the child does not have access to weapons.”
Are schools now to be given the authority to make sure a child with other contributing factors does not have access to weapons in the home?
How many of you have children in public/charter schools? How many of those children have been diagnosed with one of the disorders listed above? How many of you own weapons? How many of you will leave your children in those public/charter schools knowing that the federal government that controls them has now publicly called on teachers and administrators to help ensure that your children aren’t allowed to stay in a home with access to weapons?
How much longer will conservatives, Christians, constitutionalists, and others committed to the preservation of limited government and the sanctity of the family continue to support these government schools by sending their children to them?

MISSOURI GOVERNOR & LT. GOVERNOR DEMAND HER REMOVAL FROM SENATE
MISSOURI SENATOR REFUSES TO APOLOGIZE FOR POSTING: "I HOPE TRUMP IS ASSASSINATED"
Published on Aug 17, 2017
Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal is taking heat after commenting "I hope Trump is assassinated!" on her personal Facebook page. The comments come just after President Trump's press conference on the violence in Virginia.

Dems Back State Senator Wishing Trump Assassination

Leftists are signing a petition in support of a Missouri state senator who hoped President Trump will be assassinated.
The petition website IStandWithMaria.com appeared almost overnight after Maria Chappelle-Nadal made international headlines for her now-deleted Facebook post in which she said “I hope Trump is assassinated!”
“We,
as constituents and community members and people who feel the same
frustration with our current political landscape stand with Senator
Maria Chappelle-Nadal,” the site states. “We know that there is a huge
difference between saying that someone hopes Donald Trump is
assassinated and someone calling for his assassination.” As if a
state senator hoping for the murder or a duty-elected president is even
defensible, but that just comes to show you how delusional the more
authoritarian elements of the left have become.
Could you imagine their outrage if a state senator had said the same
thing about Obama? Remember how rabid they were when a rodeo clown
dressed up as the former president back in 2013.
It’s also pretty much a given that anyone who signs the petition is going on a Secret Service watch list.
Chappelle-Nadal is facing massive backlash for her post, with many of her constituents calling for her resignation.
In response, she said she wished she had “reframed” her statement.
“Out
of anger and frustration, I said something that could have been
reframed,” Chappelle-Nadal stated. “And I refuse to shy away from the
hypocrisy and chaos our country is enduring under Trump.”
But advocating violence as the solution adds to the chaos.
“All
sides need to agree that there is no room for suggestions of political
violence in America — and the Missouri Democratic Party will absolutely
not tolerate calls for the assassination of the President,” said Stephen
Webber, the party’s chairman.

Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens demands removal of state senator over Trump assassination remark (ABC News)
Missouri Governor Eric Greitens on Friday demanded the removal of a state senator who called for President Trump's assassination in a now-deleted Facebook post. Those remarks prompted an investigation by the U.S. Secret Service.
Sen.
Maria Chapelle-Nadal, a Democrat, wrote on her personal Facebook page
Thursday, "I hope Trump is assassinated!" She later deleted the post.
Chapelle-Nadal has balked at calls for her resignation.
"I
am not resigning," she tweeted Thursday. "When POC [people of color]
are respected by this WH & they are willing to do real work, I'll
sit down with them. People are traumatized!"

So Gov. Greitens and Lt. Gov. Mike Parson, both Republicans, on Friday called for Chapelle-Nadal's colleagues to oust her.
"If she will not resign, the Senate can vote to remove her. I believe they should," Greitens tweeted.
The
Republican governor previously tweeted, "Senator Chappelle-Nadal said
she hopes the President is killed. Republicans and Democrats have called
on her to resign ... Her response: 'Hell no.' Last night, in an
interview, she refused to apologize -— twice."
Senator Chappelle-Nadal said she hopes the President is killed. Republicans and Democrats have called on her to resign.
Chappelle-Nadal
told The Associated Press on Friday that she met on Thursday with the
U.S. Secret Service as part of its investigation into her remarks.
"I let them know that I had no intentions of hurting anyone or trying to get other people to hurt anyone at all," she said.
And
in an interview with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, she said, "I didn’t
mean what I put up. Absolutely not. It was in response to the concerns
that I am hearing from residents of St. Louis.”

Chappelle-Nadal
made the remark in response to a post that suggested Vice President
Mike Pence would try to have Trump removed from office. Chappelle-Nadal
said she made comment out of frustration with the Trump's response to
last weekend's white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Parson
said he will ask senators to remove Chappelle-Nadal from office if she
does not resign by the time lawmakers convene Sept. 13 to consider veto
overrides. Parson is the presiding officer of the Senate, though he can
only vote to break ties and cannot sponsor legislation or make motions
for votes.
"She is no longer fit to serve our state," Parson said at a Capitol press conference Friday.

The fence-jumper who wandered around the White House complex
for 17 minutes was able to elude the Secret Service in part because the
agency has taken down alarm sensors along an area of one fence that he
scaled, according to two sources familiar with details of the incident.
The
intruder, identified as Jonathan Tran, was able to jump over three
different fences, including at least one between the Treasury Department
and the east area of the White House complex shortly before midnight
March 10.
Tran was able to scale that particular area of the fence
without setting off alarms because they had been removed, leading to
confusion among officers about his whereabouts and whether an intruder
was inside the White House complex, the sources told the Examiner.
The
initial fence Tran jumped did trip alarms in that area of the
fence-line, but squirrels or even birds sometimes also set off the
sensitive sensors, which could have lead to uncertainty about whether
someone had jumped the fence or not.
Secret Service personnel
removed the alarm sensors along an area of fence line when the agency
raised its height in response to previous fence-jumping incidents as a
way to make it harder to scale, the sources told the Examiner.
Ironically, the very effort to prevent fence jumping appears to have
permitted a particularly egregious intrusion. Read more

The Conservative Tribune reports, A top Secret Service agent who said on
Facebook that she wouldn’t take a bullet for President Donald Trump has
been removed from her position, the Washington Examiner reported.

A man arrested near the White
House after he falsely told Secret Service agents he had a bomb in his
vehicle also said, “this is a test,” stoking concerns after several
other security incidents in recent weeks.
Sean Patrick Keoughan of Roanoke, Virginia was arrested
after he pulled up to a security checkpoint at 15th Street and East
Street NW near the White House at 11pm on Saturday night in a stolen
2017 Chevrolet Impala.
According to
police, Keoughan told Secret Service, “There’s a bomb in the trunk,”
while holding an object in his hand. As he was being arrested, Keoughan
added, “This is a test.”
A robot was dispatched to investigate
the car but nothing was found. Keoughan was subsequently charged with
making false bomb threats and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Earlier in the day there was another security scare
after a man breached the buffer zone around the White House “in an
apparent attempt to get to the White House fence,” although he was not
able to jump the fence.
Earlier
this month, Jonathan Tran did manage to make it past the fence before
walking around White House grounds for 17 minutes before being spotted.
He was able to get close to a White House entrance before being
apprehended. Tran was reportedly concerned about Russian ties to Trump
and was attempting to deliver a message to the president.
In a related story, the Secret Service announced
that it would permanently remove a top special agent from her position
after she posted on Facebook that she would not take a bullet for Trump.
Given the innumerable death threats against Trump, including a purported assassination attempt last year,
the numerous security scares around the White House, along with
Keoughan’s admission that his intention was to carry out a “test,” if
there was a serious plan to assassinate the president, its plotters can
only be learning from these incidents.
The
hysteria being generated by the mainstream media in response to Trump
simply moving forward with the policy agenda he promised during his
campaign will undoubtedly embolden disturbed individuals to believe they
have the moral high ground, especially in light of the fact that
numerous celebrities and journalists have also called for Trump to be killed.

A laptop containing blueprints for the Trump Tower and other
security information was stolen from the Secret Service, multiple
outlets reported. The laptop, which also contained tower
evacuation procedures as well as data from the Hillary Clinton email
investigation, was taken from a Secret Service agent’s vehicle parked at
her home in Brooklyn on Thursday morning. Security footage showed
an individual being dropped off by a car near the agent’s home, then
taking off on foot after stealing the laptop.
“The agent also told
investigators that while nothing about the White House or foreign
leaders is stored on the laptop, the information on there could
compromise national security,” reported
the New York Daily News. “The thief also took ‘sensitive’ documents and
the agent’s access keycard, though the level of the agent’s access
wasn’t immediately clear.”
A police officer involved said the investigation was a “very big deal” to the Secret Service.
“While the president hasn’t been back to Trump Tower since his inauguration, Melania and Barron are still living there until he finishes the school year,” reported TMZ.
Earlier
in the week, the NYPD admitted it was setting up a new security detail
with cherry picked officers after spending months struggling to guard
the tower adequately.
