A major airport in Atlanta has admitted that neither its own officials, nor the Department of Homeland Security are screening travellers arriving from Italy or South Korea, two countries where the coronavirus has hit the hardest outside of China.Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia announced that while the CDC has demanded screening of passengers from China and Iran, no such screening is taking place for those coming in from Italy/South Korea, “because those countries are doing exit screenings.”As per the CDC, In the US, airports are conducting entry screening for travelers from China and Iran. A group called Stop Child Protection Services from Legally Kidnapping Children (SCPSLKC) brought a civil rights lawsuit against state and county agencies in Minnesota who enforce child protection laws.Plaintiffs in the historic lawsuit are suing “for civil rights violations and to stop child protection services from serial abuse of families.”The group, comprised of over 9,500 parents, claims, “Minnesota’s child protection laws are unconstitutionally vague and overbroad, triggering unnecessary investigations and putting children at risk for being removed from their homes unnecessarily based on mere allegations and social worker discretion.”The suit is historic because it’s the first in U.S. history to challenge the statutory definition of a Child in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS).SCPSLKC founder Dwight Mitchell selected one group member to focus their efforts on, provided free legal aid services to them and won their inaugural case against Minnesota Child Protection Services on September 11, 2018.After CPS unnecessarily removed Amanda Webber’s son from her home when he was only 10-months old and held him in foster care for four months, a judge ruled “disinformation” was used against Webber.“The lawsuit details how Minnesota’s child protection standards illegally put children in the category of ‘child in need of protection or services’ and place them in foster homes,” according to a press release.The lawsuit also details the racial impact of “child kidnapping,” explaining Native American children are 17.6 times more likely to be taken by the government while those who identify as two or more races are 4.8 times more likely and African-American children are over 3.1 times more likely to be abducted by CPS.“Minnesota’s child protection statutes authorize child protection services – not fit parents – to raise their children. It is an outrage,” Mitchell’s attorney Erick Kaardal said.“It’s not just fathers like Dwight Mitchell who are being railroaded. Minnesota is also using its unconstitutionally low standards to seize all children, both black and white, from their single mothers,” Kaardal continued. “Therefore, the plaintiffs have sued in federal court to stop child protection services from continuing its serial abuse of Minnesota’s families. It is clear that Minnesota’s child protection services is currently broken and can’t be fixed with the current unconstitutional statutes in place.”Since the United States District Court already ruled the group had no legal standing to challenge the state’s child protection laws, Kaardal will be presenting arguments at the U.S. Court of Appeals on Wednesday, March 11.Kaardal is set to make the following arguments:1) “Stop CPS From Legally Kidnapping Children” is a legitimate association with standing to bring federal lawsuits on behalf of its members just like the NAACP and ACLU.2) Per the Eighth Circuit decision of August 10, 2018, it is well-established law that it is unconstitutional to seize a child without reasonable suspicion of child abuse. We agree.Although Prior characterizes polemics reporting as “trolling, lies, and misrepresentations,” all reporting has thus far been accurate and has served to warn evangelicals of her subversive agenda as a political change-agent in evangelical institutions.For a summary of concerns regarding this dangerous woman, includes the first post written about her, Gay Affirming Research Fellow at ERLC, Shocking Liberalism, attended pro-LGBTQ fundraisers, supported pro-LGBTQ ad campaigns, and backpedaled and soft-handed abortion while pretending to have been a pro-life advocate (various claims about her past activism cannot be substantiated), radical animal rights activists saw Prior as an “ally and resource contributor” to “invade right-wing evangelical institutions with an animal-first agenda” as far back as 2007, she gave glowing accolades of a book that argues against the pro-life position, said in Christianity Today that abortion is not murder and defended abortionists from the accusation of being “murderers,” said that calling abortion murder is unchristlike, is on record saying that animal cruelty (in this case, dog-fighting) bothers her more than abortion ,is glib about dining with the director of Planned Parenthood, and many ministries and sites have noted Prior’s compromise on abortion.Additionally, Dr. Prior seems intent on corrupting young people, praising the “It Gets Better Campaign,” which is a pro-LGBT campaign targeted at youth and children and produced videos from Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton encouraging kids in their homosexuality. Dr. Prior praised Common Core curriculum, calling it Good News (I kid you not). Prior endorsed the use of gay porn propaganda in high schools and colleges. She believes that pets go to Heaven because when you name them it gives them personhood. Prior says she wants an end to modern animal husbandry and factory farms “even if the economy of the country be damned.”Dr. Prior was thrilled when Bernie Sanders came to Liberty University. When the late Rachel Held Evans was appointed to Obama’s faith advisory council, Prior was giddy with excitement and enthusiastically applauded her. Prior has given affirming words towards the anti-cop hate group, Black Lives Matter. Prior ridiculed Mike Pence for following the Billy Graham Rule. Prior promotes and supports illegal immigration. Prior says that poor people in bad neighborhoods shouldn’t have firearms.As a feminist (that’s a term she uses to describe herself), Prior has launched a ministry program with other progressive-liberal women to promote what they call “hospitable orthodoxy.”Prior endorsed the pro-gay Revoice Conference, and has continued to endorse it even after the event was held.We hope and pray that discernment ministries metaphorically hit Dr. Prior like a bus. Through that experience, Karen learned a lot about herself, the Church, and God.
