Free the Nipple feminists win three-year court battle against ban on public female nudity

A city in Colorado is allowing females above the age of 10 to go topless, after radical feminists dragged the issue through the courts.
In a shocking decree that went into effect Tuesday, the Fort Collins City Council unanimously passed an amendment to their public nudity ordinance “to eliminate the prohibition on exposure of the female breast” for girls 11-years-old and up.
The amendment follows a lengthy court battle with feminists in the Free the Nipple campaign, which sued the city in 2016 after it banned female toplessness in public a year prior.
A brief background summary of the city council’s Sept. 3 Agenda Item:
So, after spending $320,000 in court fees, the “City Council voted in May to stop defending the ordinance in court,” reports Fox31 Denver.
“Officials say the deadline to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court passed, so now the city cannot enforce a topless ban that only applies to women.”
Critics argued the ordinance would lead to women being objectified in public.
“Some predicted that permitting exposed breasts would decrease respect toward women and potentially put them in danger,” reported USA Today in October 2015, after a city council meeting where “A flood of public disapproval swamped the movement to allow women to go topless in public.“
“Others said men and women are equal in the eyes of the law, but they and their chests are inherently different and should be treated accordingly.”
Certainly no one in 2015 would have guessed the battle would end with pre-teen girls being allowed to go topless in public.
Oh, how times have changed.

The 2016 elections were widely viewed as a fight for the direction of America, with the judicial system feeling the effects long after the Trump presidency. One America's Alex Salvi takes a look at the transformation of the Ninth Circuit Court.

U.S. TO DEPLOY FORCES TO SAUDI ARABIA & UAE TO COUNTER IRAN~IRAN'S FOREIGN MINISTER THREATENS ALL OUT WAR IF U.S. RETALIATES

SARAH CORRIHER:

More Saudi Terrorism on American Soil

As Trump continues selling American's best weapon systems to the Saudis and offering them military training on mainland U.S. military bases, the Saudis continue to be the largest funders of terrorism globally. A recent terrorist attack against U.S. military personnel on U.S. soil, which had been planned by a group of Saudi airmen trainees, is only more evidence of the irredeemable culture of the Arabic world.

The troops will be going to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Trump has said: “I’m the President of the United States of America. I’m not the president of the world.”
This situation could easily lead to another situation in which the U.S. is acting on behalf of other powers for interests that aren’t its own. We can only hope that he keeps that from happening.
“Pentagon will deploy US forces to the Middle East after Saudi Arabian oil facilities,” by Amanda Macias, CNBC, September 20, 2019:
WASHINGTON — The Pentagon will deploy U.S. forces to the Middle East on the heels of the Iranian attack on Saudi Arabian oil facilities, U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper announced Friday.
“The president has approved the deployment of U.S. forces which will be defensive in nature and primarily focused on air and missile defense,” Esper said, adding that Saudi Arabia requested the support.
The strikes on the world’s largest crude-processing plant and oil field forced the kingdom to shut down half of its production operations. What’s more, the event triggered the largest spike in crude prices in decades and renewed concerns of a budding conflict in the Middle East. All the while, Iran maintains that it was not behind the attacks.
On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia’s defense ministry said that drone and missile debris recovered by investigators shows Iranian culpability. Saudi coalition spokesman Col. Turki al-Maliki said during a press briefing in Riyadh that all military components retrieved from the oil facilities “point to Iran.”
The latest confrontation follows a string of attacks in the Persian Gulf in recent months….
Though Trump has threatened to bring military action or even “fire and fury” against American adversaries, he has also said he does not want to throw the U.S. into another prolonged military conflict. In a tweet Tuesday, Trump called his measured response to the strikes “a sign of strength that some people just don’t understand!”

Iran’s Foreign Minister: If US retaliates for Saudi
bombings, there will be “all-out war” with
“a lot of casualties

As The Complete Infidel’s Guide to Iran shows, the Islamic Republic of Iran has wanted war with the United States for a very long time. They may be trying to bring it about now in order to topple Trump, who has stymied them with new sanctions: the American Left will be able to blame Trump for the war and claim that the Iran nuke deal would have prevented it. Or at very least, they hope to drive up oil prices, which will harm the American economy and thereby help elect the Democratic candidate in 2020. The Iranian mullahs are far more effective in making the case for the Democrats than the Democrats themselves.
“Iran warns of ‘all-out war’ if US retaliates in wake of Saudi oil facility bombings,” by Greg Norman, Fox News, September 19, 2019:
Iran warned Thursday that an “all-out war” could break out if any country attacks it following weekend bombings of Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities that the U.S. believes Tehran orchestrated.
Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif’s stark message to CNN comes a day after U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted that the “Iranian regime’s threatening behavior will not be tolerated.”
“I am making a very serious statement that we don’t want to engage in a military confrontation,” Zarif said in an interview with the channel. “But we won’t blink to defend our territory.”
When asked what would be the consequence of a U.S. or Saudi strike, Zarif said: “All-out war.”
It would cause “a lot of casualties,” he added.
Pompeo, who arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday, said America is always pushing for a peaceful resolution.
America’s top diplomat met earlier Thursday with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah over Saturday’s attack on a crucial oil processing facility and oil field, which halved the kingdom’s oil production. Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels have claimed the attack, but the U.S. alleges Iran carried out the assault….
