SGM HIDING BEHIND 1ST AMENDMENT? CONFIDENTIALITY OF COUNSELORS OVER WELFARE OF ABUSED CHILDREN?

Regarding the lawsuit against Sovereign Grace Ministries, et al, for alleged child abuse, Brent Detwiler raises an issue that will probably be addressed in court once the case goes to trial. To quote Detwiler at: http://www.brentdetwiler.com/brentdetwilercom/2013/1/19/the-first-amendment-or-the-welfare-of-children.html?printerFriendly=true.
"This class action lawsuit is not about the First Amendment or the confidentially of pastoral counseling.  It is about criminality.  There is every reason to believe heinous crimes have been committed and perverse criminals have been protected.  The Complaint references 10 victims, 11 juvenile or adult predators, a “pedophilic ring,” and the need for a pretrial “discovery…to ascertain the size of the class.” (i.e., find out how many other children have been sexually abused)."
"In my opinion, it would be disgraceful for Sovereign Grace Ministries to hide behind the First Amendment in the Bill of Rights.  The rights of victims, not child molesters, should be protected!"

CODE ORANGE BLASPHEMIES AT ELEVATION CHURCH

Here are examples of what Elevation Church, Charlotte, North Carolina (high tech area), "pastored" by Word of Faith promoter Steven Furtick, has to offer in the way of man-centered, man-pleasing, emergent worship below. The first was done for Christmas 2011 prior to the Code Orange "revivals" for 2012; the second was recently done as a promo for the upcoming 2013 Code Orange "revival" events for pastors/leaders only this time. Truly a night club/circus atmosphere that will make you more Christlike? Don't think so. It used to be that prayer and fasting preceded revivals of the past, but that's not "cutting edge" like this:
