Lititz, Lancaster County -- The grand opening for Rock Lititz took place Saturday, making the small Lancaster town one of the most important music towns in the world.

Rock Lititz is the first ever purpose-built production rehearsal facility, allowing touring musical artists to perfect their performances before hitting the road to perform for their fans.

€œThis is the American dream coming together, right here, right now,€ said Senator Mike Brubaker of Lancaster County.

Hundreds of people gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Rock Lititz, which is nicknamed €˜The Backstage of the World€™.

€œIt€™s going to be an exciting thing,€ Jake Lasater told CBS 21 News. €œIt€™s going to bring people in, let people have a place to practice, let them figure out all the little stuff before they actually have to go do it in front of all their fans and the world.€

The 52,000 square foot studio was created to allow the biggest acts in music to practice their shows before launching on world tours.

€œThese are the top end shows in the world,€ said Adam Davis, partner at Rock Lititz. €œThese are the shows that demand high production values, high spectaculars, and it will be what is taking place here.€

Rock Lititz has brought industry leaders like Clair Global and Tait Towers together to best serve the music industry.

Michael Tait, founder of Tait Towers, said, €œIf you look at the analogy of Hollywood where the whole film industry was concentrated, we in Lititz are going to be the epicenter of life production.€

More than benefiting the music industry, this new one-stop-shop for tours will fuel the local economy.

€œFolks will come here, they€™ll use the local restaurants, they€™ll shop at the local places, and hopefully they€™ll say, €˜I really enjoyed that, I want to come back with my family.€™€

Senator Brubaker said Rock Lititz will do more than bring people to Lititz. €œThey€™re attracting international companies to this region. They€™re going to be placed here, and they€™re going to create jobs.€

In addition to bringing big acts and more jobs to Central Pennsylvania, representatives for Rock Lititz said they are planning to expand with more buildings in the area over the next few years, in turn, bringing more jobs into the area.

ACOUSTIC SOUND REMEDIATION FIX? ONLY IF YOU'RE IN DEEP DENIAL OR YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO FIGHT IN COURT

LITITZ, Pa. -- Neighbors of Rock Lititz agree with the company, a sound problem has been fixed after weeks of work by the company.

With great fanfare, Rock Lititz opened last fall with the promise of providing a secure place for big name bands to practice for live tours. But then came the Rage against the Music Machine.

"You couldn't stand it, as soon as the music started up," Dennis Zimmerman who lives across a field from the company said.

Harriet Smith says it was making her and her husband physically ill.

Low frequency sound coming from Rock LItitz was rocking people's world in way they never expected.

"Apparently the concrete from the walls were vibrating and setting up these low frequency sounds," Zimmerman explained.

So Rock Lititz owners brought in four million pounds of cement and poured it around the shell of the building to reduce the problem.

Zimmerman says the company and its engineers tested inside his house to find the problem and then to see if it had been fixed. He agrees and congratulates the company's owner who didn't turn away from the neighbor's concerns.

"His belief is that this is community and they are a part of it and what they do maters, so we're very happy," Zimmerman said.

The Smith family also has a home near Rock Lititz. This issue had them nearly in tears last fall but Thursday they agreed the problem had been resolved.

Lancaster County's Rock Lititz put on blast by residents

A concerned resident speaks out about Rock Lititz during a Warwick Township Board of Commissioners meeting Wednesday night.
(Warwick Township, Lancaster County) -- More than 100 people have blasted Lancaster County’s Rock Lititz rehearsal concert venue for making their walls shake.

Residents say at least one major pop music act has rehearsed at the facility in Warwick Township since it opened about a month ago.
For neighbors, that meant headaches, literally, and the township has no specific noise ordinance to enforce.
Shawn Sensenig is one of the dozens who spoke out at a recent meeting.
He says he has three young boys and he's concerned about the damage it's doing to them.
"It's not the loudness of music, it's the vibration, the low tones. You can feel my son's wall vibrating when you put your hand on it. It's the vibration and the pressure, is what you feel," he says.
Sensenig says his ears would constantly open and close from the vibrations.
"It's more of a pressure, like you're going through mountains and your ears start to close and just that growing pressure and sensitivity in your head and that's my experience."
He says for two weeks, the vibrations could be felt for as long as 12 hours a day.
Sensenig, a stay-at-home dad with three young boys, says he once trusted the owners of Rock Lititz, but not anymore.
Clair Global, which owns Rock Lititz, pledges to halt rehearsals at the stage until the issue is resolved, and hire a sound consultant.
The township is also considering bringing in its own expert. On Wednesday night, it heard from Navarro/Wright Consulting Engineer Sound Abatement, who says its done work with PennDOT, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Federal Highway Administration.
Logan Myers, head of the Warwick Township Board of Commissioners says it may also pass a noise ordinance in the near future.

Rock Lititz, Clair Brothers and Tait Towers:
Lititz's live entertainment game-changers
BY JEWEL WICKER

 September 23, 2015 at 8:52 AM
Lititz has been rocking the live entertainment industry for decades, although
much of its history is unknown to the public.
Rock Lititz has been a functioning facility for a little more than a year. After three years of planning, the first phase of the project was unveiled in September 2014, opening its doors to major artists and their tour crews in order to help them prepare to take their shows on the road.
A partnership of Clair Brothers and Tait Towers, two of several live entertainment companies operating in the small town, Rock Lititz is just the latest in a long history of Lititz-based companies that have gotten involved in live entertainment.
These companies operate in unmarked buildings among cornfields and a population of people that tend to talk about the A-list visitors with a carelessness that allows the companies to work in secrecy.
In honor of the forthcoming anniversary, here's a brief timeline of Rock Lititz and the companies involved in its creation below:
1966 - The company Clair Brothers is born in Lititz when siblings Gene and Roy Claire set up the sound for Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons' show in Lancaster and are subsequently asked to go on tour with the band. In the years following, the duo works as sound engineers/mixers for artists such as Michael Jackson and Elton John.
1978 - Tait Towers is founded six years after Michael Tait creates one of the first self-contained lighting towers. The company goes on to design and build stages for artists such as The Rolling Stones and Madonna.
1983 - Tait Towers designs the deck upon which Michael Jackson does his first moonwalk.
1994 - Tom McPhillips brings his knack for set construction to the United States, and Atomic Design is born.
2000 - Clair Brothers purchases competitor ShoCo. Eight years later the company becomes Clair Global after acquiring U.K. company ConcertSound.
2008 - Tait Towers does its own "moonwalk," designing elements for a video created out of a partnership with U2 and NASA.
2012 - Tait wins a Guinness World Record title for the largest landscape video display for the 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony.
2012 - Clair Brothers, Tait Towers and Atomic Design reveal plans to create Rock Lititz. Lancaster Online originally described the proposed space as a "campus where complete stage sets can be constructed for rock concerts around the globe." Atomic Design was ultimately not a formal part of Rock Lititz LLC.
2014 - Rock Lititz officially opens Sept. 20 in Warwick Township. Since then, artists such as Taylor Swift, Usher and Maroon 5 reportedly utilize the facility to prepare for their tours.
2014 - The Wall Street Journal names Lititz the "industrial heartland of concert tours."
January 2015 - Rock Lititz reopens months after residents begin complaining about noise vibrations.
August - Rock Lititz is approved for a $2.25 million state loan. According to the Central Penn Business Journal, the 10-year loan would help fund a second building on the campus, which could eventually house more live entertainment companies.
September - Pennsylvania's Commonwealth Financing Authority approves a $3.2 million loan for the $21.8 million project that will put another building on the Rock Lititz campus by the late spring or early summer of 2016. It will be able to accommodate at least 15 businesses that could employ as many as 200 people.

TRUMP: "THE WEST WILL NEVER, EVER BE BROKEN. OUR VALUES WILL PREVAIL, OUR PEOPLE WILL THRIVE, & OUR CIVILIZATION WILL TRIUMPH"

Compare this to Obama’s “the future must not
belong to those who slander the
prophet of Islam.”
The contrast could not be greater. Obama was declaring his determination to defend Islamic values, which he also affirmed on many other occasions. Now, however, once again we have an American President who is actually interested in defending American values.
And when he is talking about the triumph of our civilization, even in Poland, he is talking about its triumph against the global jihad — “radical Islamic terrorism,” as he calls it, which is closer to the truth than any other President has gotten since John Quincy Adams — which is the foremost challenge Western civilization faces today.

Here are President Trump’s remarks today in Poland:
Thank you very much. That’s so nice.
The United States has many great diplomats, but there is truly no better ambassador for our country than our beautiful first lady, Melania.
Thank you, Melania. That was very nice.
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: We’ve come to your nation to deliver a very important message: America loves Poland and America loves the Polish people. Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
The Poles have not only greatly enriched this region, but Polish- Americans have also greatly enriched the United States. And I was truly proud to have their support in the 2016 election.
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: It is a profound honor to stand in this city by this monument to the Warsaw uprising, and to address the Polish nation that so many generations have dreamed of, a Poland that is safe, strong and free.
President Duda and your wonderful first lady, Agata, have welcomed us with the tremendous warmth and kindness for which Poland is known around the world.
Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
I sincere — I mean sincerely — thank both of them, and to Prime Minister Szydlo a very special thanks, also.
(APPLAUSE)
We are pleased that former President Lech Walesa, so famous for leading the Solidarity movement, has joined us today, also.
Thank you. Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
On behalf of all Americans, let me also thank the entire Polish people for the generosity you have shown in welcoming our soldiers to your country. These soldiers are not only brave defenders of freedom, but also symbols of America’s commitment to your security and your place in a strong and democratic Europe.
(APPLAUSE)
We are proudly joined on stage by American, Polish, British and Romanian soldiers. Thank you. Thank you. Great job.
President Duda and I have just come from an incredibly successful meeting with the leaders participating in the Three Seas Initiative.
To the citizens of this great region, America is eager to expand our partnership with you. We welcome stronger ties of trade and commerce as you grow your economies. And we are committed to securing your access to alternate sources of energy, so Poland and its neighbors are never again held hostage to a single supplier of energy. (APPLAUSE)
Mr. President, I congratulate you, along with the president of Croatia, on your leadership of this historic Three Seas Initiative. Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
This is my first visit to Central Europe as president, and I am thrilled that it could be right here, at this magnificent, beautiful piece of land. It is beautiful.
(APPLAUSE)
Poland is the geographic heart of Europe. But more importantly, in the Polish people, we see the soul of Europe.
(APPLAUSE)
Your nation is great because your spirit is great and your spirit is strong.
(APPLAUSE)
For two centuries, Poland suffered constant and brutal attacks. But while Poland could be invaded and occupied and its borders even erased from the map, it could never be erased from history or from your hearts. In those dark days, you have lost your land, but you never lost your pride.
(APPLAUSE)
So it is with true admiration I can say today, that from the farms and villages of your countryside, to the cathedrals and squares of your great cities, Poland lives, Poland prospers and Poland prevails.
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: Despite every effort to transform you, oppress you or destroy you, you endured and overcame.
You are the proud nation of Copernicus — think of that…
(APPLAUSE)
… Chopin, St. John Paul II. Poland is a land of great heroes.
(APPLAUSE)
And you are a people who know the true value of what you defend.
The triumph of the Polish spirit over centuries of hardship gives us all hope for a future in which good conquers evil and peace achieves victory over war.
For Americans, Poland has been a symbol of hope since the beginning of our nation. Polish heroes and American patriots fought side by side in our War of Independence and in many wars that followed. Our soldiers still serve together today in Afghanistan and Iraq, combating the enemies of all civilization.
For America’s part, we have never given up on freedom and independence as the right and destiny of the Polish people. And we never, ever will.
(APPLAUSE)
Our two countries share a special bond forged by unique histories and national characters. It’s a fellowship that exists only among people who have fought and bled and died for freedom.
(APPLAUSE)
The signs of this friendship stand in our nation’s capital. Just steps from the White House, we’ve raised statues of men with names like Pulaski and Kosciuszko.
(APPLAUSE)
The same is true in Warsaw, where street signs carry the name of George Washington and a monument stands to one of the world’s greatest heroes, Ronald Reagan. (APPLAUSE)
And so, I am here today not just to visit an old ally, but to hold it up as an example for others who seek freedom and who wish to summon the courage and the will to defend our civilization.
(APPLAUSE)
The story of Poland is the story of a people who have never lost hope, who have never been broken and who have never, ever forgotten who they are.
(APPLAUSE)
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you so much. Such a great honor.
This is a nation more than 1,000 years old. Your borders were erased for more than a century and only restored just one century ago.
In 1920, in the Miracle of Vistula, Poland stopped the Soviet Army bent on European conquest.
(APPLAUSE)
Then 19 years later, in 1938, you were invaded yet again; this time by Nazi Germany from the west and the Soviet Union from the east. That’s trouble. That’s tough.
Under a double occupation, the Polish people endured evils beyond description: the Katyn Forest Massacre, the occupation, the Holocaust, the Warsaw Ghetto and the Warsaw Ghetto uprising, the destruction of this beautiful capital city, and the deaths of nearly one in five Polish people.
TRUMP: A vibrant Jewish population, the largest in Europe, was reduced to almost nothing after the Nazis systematically murdered millions of Poland’s Jewish citizens, along with countless others during that brutal occupation.
In the summer of 1944, the Nazi and Soviet armies were preparing for a terrible and bloody battle right here in Warsaw. Amid that Hell on Earth, the citizens of Poland rose up to defend their homeland.
I am deeply honored to be joined on stage today by veterans and heroes of the Warsaw uprising.
(APPLAUSE)
What great spirit.
We salute your noble sacrifice and we pledge to always remember your fight for Poland and for freedom. Thank you. Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
This monument reminds us that more than 150,000 Poles died during that desperate struggle to overthrow oppression.
From the other side of the river, the Soviet armed forces stopped and waited. They watched as the Nazis ruthlessly destroyed the city, viciously murdering men, women and children.
They tried to destroy this nation forever by shattering its will to survive. But there’s a courage and a strength deep in the Polish character that no one could destroy.
The Polish martyr Bishop Michal Kozal said it well: “More horrifying of a defeat of arms is a collapse of the human spirit.”
Through four decades of Communist rule, Poland and the other captive nations of Europe endured a brutal campaign to demolish freedom, your faith, your laws, your history, your identity; indeed, the very essence of your culture and your humanity.
Yet through it all, you never lost that spirit.
(APPLAUSE)
Your oppressors tried to break you, but Poland could not be broken. (APPLAUSE)
And when the day came on June 2nd, 1979, and 1 million Poles gathered around Victory Square for their very first mass with their Polish pope, that day every Communist in Warsaw must have known that their oppressive system would soon come crashing down.
(APPLAUSE)
They must have known it at the exact moment during Pope John Paul II’s sermon when a million Polish men, women and children suddenly raised their voices in a single prayer.
A million Polish people did not ask for wealth. They did not ask for privilege. Instead, 1 million Poles saying three simple words: “We want God.”
(APPLAUSE)
In those words, the Polish people recalled the promise of a better future. They found new courage to face down their oppressors. And they found the words to declare that Poland would be Poland once again.
As I stand here today before this incredible crowd, this faithful nation, we can still hear those voices that echo through history. Their message is as true today as ever. The people of Poland, the people of America and the people of Europe still cry out, “We want God.”
(APPLAUSE)
TRUMP: Together with Pope John Paul II, the Poles reasserted their identity as a nation devoted to God. And with that powerful declaration of who you are, you came to understand what to do and how to live.
You stood in solidarity against oppression, against a lawless secret police, against a cruel and wicked system that impoverished your cities and your souls, and you won. Poland prevailed. Poland will always prevail.
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: Thank you.
You were supported in that victory over communism by a strong alliance of free nations in the West that defied tyranny. Now among the most committed members of the NATO alliance, Poland has resumed its place as a leading nation of a Europe that is strong, whole and free. A strong Poland is a blessing to the nations of Europe and they know that. A strong Europe is a blessing to the West, and to the world.
(APPLAUSE)
One hundred years after the entry of American forces into World War I, the transatlantic bond between the United States and Europe is as strong as ever and maybe, in many ways, even stronger.
This continent no longer confronts the specter of communism. But today, we’re in the West, and we have to say, there are dire threats to our security and to our way of life.
You see what’s happening out there. They are threats. We will confront them. We will win. But they are threats.
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: We are confronted by another oppressive ideology, one that seeks to export terrorism and extremism all around the globe.
America and others have suffered one terror attack after another. We’re going to get it to stop.
(APPLAUSE) During a historic gathering in Saudi Arabia, I called on the leaders of more than 50 Muslim nations to join together to drive out this menace which threatens all of humanity. We must stand united against these shared enemies to strip them of their territory and their funding and their networks and any form of ideological support that they may have.
While we will always welcome new citizens who share our values and love our people, our borders will always be closed to terrorism and extremism of any kind.
(APPLAUSE)
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: We are fighting hard against radical Islamic terrorism. And we will prevail.
(APPLAUSE)
We cannot accept those who reject our values and who use hatred to justify violence against the innocent.
Today, the West is also confronted by the powers that seek to test our will, undermine our confidence and challenge our interests.
TRUMP: To meet new forms of aggression, including propaganda, financial crimes and cyber warfare, we must adapt our alliance to compete effectively in new ways and on all new battlefields.
We urge Russia to cease its destabilizing activities in Ukraine and elsewhere and its support for hostile regimes, including Syria and Iran, and to instead join the community of responsible nations in our fight against common enemies and in defense of civilization itself.
(APPLAUSE)
Finally, on both sides of the Atlantic, our citizens are confronted by yet another danger, one firmly within our control. This danger is invisible to some but familiar to the Poles: the steady creep of government bureaucracy that drains the vitality and wealth of the people.
The West became great, not because of paperwork and regulations, but because people were allowed to chase their dreams and pursue their destinies.
Americans, Poles and nations of Europe value freedom and sovereignty. We must work together to confront forces, whether they come inside or out, from the south or the east, that threaten over time to undermine these values and to erase the bonds of culture, faith and tradition that make us who we are.
(APPLAUSE)
If left unchecked, these forces will undermine our courage, sap our spirit and weaken our will to defend ourselves and our societies.
But just as our adversaries and enemies of the past learned here in Poland, we know that these forces, too, are doomed to fail if we want them to fail. And we do indeed want them to fail.
(APPLAUSE)
They are doomed not only because our alliance is strong, our countries are resilient and our power is unmatched. To all of that, you have to say, everything is true.
Our adversaries, however, are doomed because we will never forget who we are. And if we don’t forget who we are, we just can’t be beaten. Americans will never forget. The nations of Europe will never forget. We are the fastest and the greatest community. There is nothing like our community of nations. The world has never known anything like our community of nations.
We write symphonies. We pursue innovation. We celebrate our ancient heroes, embrace our timeless traditions and customs, and always seek to explore and discover brand-new frontiers.
We reward brilliance, we strive for excellence, and cherish inspiring works of art that honor God. We treasure the rule of law and protect the right to free speech and free expression.
(APPLAUSE)
We empower women as pillars of our society and of our success. We put faith and family, not government and bureaucracy, at the center of our lives.
And we debate everything. We challenge everything. We seek to know everything, so that we can better know ourselves.
(APPLAUSE)
And above all, we value the dignity of every human life, protect the rights of every person and share the hope of every soul to live in freedom.
That is who we are. Those are the priceless ties that bind us together as nations, as allies and as a civilization.
What we have, what we inherited from our — and — and you know this better than anybody and you see it today, with this incredible group of people — what we’ve inherited from our ancestors has never existed to this extent before. And if we fail to preserve it, it will never, ever exist again. So we cannot fail.
This great community of nations has something else in common. In every one of them, it is the people, not the powerful, who have always formed the foundation of freedom and the cornerstone of our defense.
TRUMP: The people have been that foundation here in Poland, as they were right here in Warsaw. And they were the foundation from the very, very beginning in America.
Our citizens did not win freedom together, did not survive horrors together, did not face down evil together only to lose our freedom to a lack of pride and confidence in our values. We did not and we will not. We will never back down.
(APPLAUSE)
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: As long as we know our history, we will know how to build our future.
Americans know that a strong alliance of free, sovereign and independent nations is the best defense for our freedoms and for our interests. That is why my administration has demanded that all members of NATO finally meet their full and fair financial obligation. As a result of this insistence, billions of dollars more have begun to pour into NATO. In fact, people are shocked. But billions and billions of dollars more coming in from countries that, in my opinion, would not have been paying so quickly.
To those who would criticize our tough stance, I would point out that the United States has demonstrated not merely with words but with its actions that we stand firmly behind Article V, the mutual defense commitment.
(APPLAUSE)
Words are easy but actions are what matters. And for its own protection — and you know this, everybody knows this, everybody has to know this — Europe must do more. Europe must demonstrate that it believes in its future by investing its money to secure that future.
That is why we applaud Poland for its decision to move forward this week on acquiring from the United States the battle-tested Patriot air and missile defense system, the best anywhere in the world.
That is also why we salute the Polish people for being one of the NATO countries that has actually achieved the benchmark for investment in our common defense.
Thank you. Thank you, Poland. I must tell you the example you set is truly magnificent and we applaud Poland. Thank you.
(APPLAUSE)
We have to remember that our defense is not just a commitment of money, it is a commitment of will. Because as the Polish experience reminds us, the defense of the West ultimately rests not only on means, but also on the will of its people to prevail and be successful and get what you have to have.
The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive. Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them at any cost? Do we have enough respect for our citizens to protect our borders? Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it?
We can have…
(APPLAUSE)
… the largest economies and the most lethal weapons anywhere on Earth, but if we do not have strong families and strong values, then we will be weak and we will not survive.
(APPLAUSE)
If anyone forgets the critical importance of these things, let them come to one country that never has, let them come to Poland…
(APPLAUSE)
… and let them come here to Warsaw and learn the story of the Warsaw Uprising.
TRUMP: When they do, they should learn about Jerusalem Avenue.
In August of 1944, Jerusalem Avenue was one of the main roads running east and west through this city, just as it is today. Control of that road was crucially important to both sides in the battle for Warsaw. The German military wanted it as their most direct route to move troops and to form a very strong front. And for the Polish home army, the ability to pass north and south across that street was critical to keep the center of the city and the uprising itself from being split apart and destroyed.
Every night the Poles put up sandbags amid machine-gun fire — and it was horrendous fire — to protect a narrow passage across Jerusalem Avenue. Every day, the enemy forces knocked them down, again and again and again.
Then the Poles dug a trench. Finally, they built a barricade. And the brave Polish fighters began to flow across Jerusalem Avenue.
That narrow passageway, just a few feet wide, was the fragile link that kept the uprising alive. Between its walls, a constant stream of citizens and freedom fighters made their perilous — just perilous — sprints. They ran across that street, they ran through that street, they ran under that street, all to defend the city.
The far side was several yards away, recalled one young Polish woman named Greta (ph). That mortality and that life was so important to her. In fact, she said the mortally dangerous sector of the street was soaked in blood.
It was the blood of messengers, liaison girls and couriers. Nazi snipers shot at anybody who crossed; anybody who crossed, they were being shot at. Their soldiers burned every building on the street and they used the Poles as human shields for their tanks in their effort to capture Jerusalem Avenue.
The enemy never ceased its relentless assault on that small outpost of civilization. And the Poles never ceased its defense. The Jerusalem Avenue passage required constant protection, repair and reinforcement. But the will of its defenders did not waver even in the face of death.
And to the last days of the uprising, the fragile crossing never, ever failed. It was never, ever forgotten. It was kept open by the Polish people. The memories of those who perished in the Warsaw Uprising cry out across the decades. And few are clearer than the memories of those who died to build and defend the Jerusalem Avenue crossing.
Those heroes remind us that the West was saved with the blood of patriots, that each generation must rise up and play their part in its defense…
(APPLAUSE)
… and that every foot of ground and every last inch of civilization is worth defending with your life.
Our own fight for the West does not begin on the battlefield. It begins with our minds, our wills and our souls. Today, the ties that unite our civilization are no less vital and demand no less defense than that bare shred of land on which the hope of Poland once totally rested.
Our freedom, our civilization and our survival depend on these bonds of history, culture and memory. And today, as ever, Poland is in our heart, and its people are in that fight.
(APPLAUSE)
Just as Poland could not be broken, I declare today for the world to hear that the West will never, ever be broken. Our values will prevail, our people will thrive, and our civilization will triumph.
(APPLAUSE)
AUDIENCE: Donald Trump! Donald Trump! Donald Trump!
TRUMP: Thank you.
So together let us all fight like the Poles, for family, for freedom, for country and for God.
Thank you. God bless you, God bless the Polish people, God bless our allies, and God bless the United States of America.
Thank you. God bless you. Thank you very much.

 Linda Sarsour Talks About Jihad Against Trump;
Media Says It’s Not What You Think
 Published on Jul 8, 2017
Linda Sarsour, an extremist Muslim activist, spoke of engaging in Jihad against the “white supremacist in the White House” in reference to Donald Trump and his administration. The reaction from the mainstream media has been interesting to say the least. In their respective eyes, “Jihad” simply means a “struggle.” While the word jihad in the dictionary does have the word “struggle” as part of it’s definition, that word is by no means an accurate representation of the term in question.

Jihad is defined as a struggle or fight against the enemies of Islam. It is also defined as a personal internal struggle. A personal and/or internal struggle cannot be applied to external forces so the only other option is for jihad to be used as a way to fight enemies of Islam, which is, of course, a direct threat against Donald Trump.

Mainstream media refuses to view jihad in that way because many of them agree with the general sentiment that Sarsour laid out against Trump and his administration. They are also mostly leftists and for some strange reason, the left has an affinity for Islam. Maybe it’s daddy issues, maybe it’s an adrenaline rush from engaging in the forbidden. Either way, the connection is there. Sarsour appears to represent the marriage of western social justice warrior culture and middle eastern extremism.

Linda Sarsour, a Hamas-tied and prominent Women’s March leader, Islamic supremacist, and anti-Semite, has called for a “jihad” (Islamic holy war) against President Trump.
Addressing the 54th Annual ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) Convention this past weekend, Sarsour delivered a 22-minute screed attacking the Trump administration and called on the Muslim community to unite against the White House.
Sarsour began the speech thanking her “favorite person in this room … Imam Siraj Wahhaj, who has been a mentor, motivator, and encourager of mine.” She does not mention that Wahhaj was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombings.

“Why sisters and brothers, why are we so unprepared. Why are we so afraid of this administration and the potential chaos that they will ensue on our community?” she said.
Then, in a particularly vague, yet terrifying, segment of her speech, Sarsour said, “I hope, that when we stand up to those who oppress our communities, that Allah accepts from us that as a form of jihad.”
“We are struggling against tyrants and rulers not only abroad … but here in the United States of America, where you have fascists and white supremacists and Islamophobes reigning in the White House,” she continued.
“When I wake up in the morning, and I remember who is sitting in the White House, I am outraged,” Sarsour exclaimed. “This is not normal, sisters and brothers. Those people sitting in the most powerful seats in this country, is not normal.”
She continued, calling upon Muslims to refuse to assimilate into America.
“Our number one and top priority is to protect and defend our community. It is not to assimilate and to please any other people in authority,” she said. “And our top priority … is to please Allah, and only Allah.”
Sarsour’s address was delivered in front of the nation’s largest Islamic advocacy group, one which has deep ties to extremism.
Federal prosecutors have labeled the Islamic Society of North America as part of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood network that was initially set up to raise funds for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.
The annual ISNA convention has often featured radical Islamists. In 2001, Anwar al-Awlaki (who later became the leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula), gave a keynote lecture on “tolerance.”
The ISNA convention is consistently rife with anti-Semitism and serves as support for U.S.-designated terrorist organizations.
Those sharing the stage with Sarsour at this year’s convention included a Holocaust denier, multiple imams who support the death penalty for homosexuals, the daughter of a convicted terrorist, and others who say Muslims should never cooperate with law enforcement. One speaker has, in the past, threatened fellow Muslims with physical violence for cooperating with police.
An estimated 20,000 people attended this year’s convention in Rosemont, Ill.

WOULD YOU PRAY TO THE ROBOT PRIEST?

WOULD YOU PRAY TO THE ROBOT PRIEST?
 Published on Jun 6, 2017
Would you be satisfied with a blessing from a robotic priest? What if it spoke 4 different languages and could print out the blessing for you? Is this too far, or just the commentary needed? Kim breaks it down.

"Would you believe in a blessing from a robot priest?
The Guardian is raising the question with a story about a robot priest in Wittenberg, Germany. The robot, aptly named BlessU-2, provides blessings in five languages and recite biblical verses, according to the Guardian’s report. It isn’t being implemented as a replacement for priests yet, but in the very town where Martin Luther launched the Protestant Reformation 400 years ago, his mechanical successor is meant to provoke discussion about whether machines have a place within the clergy.*"

ITALY FURIOUS AFTER AUSTRIA DEPLOYS TROOPS & ARMORED VEHICLES TO BORDER
‘We need to prepare for the migration development in Italy…’

An angry Italy summoned Austria’s ambassador after the government in Vienna announced it was ready to re-introduce border controls and deploy troops and armored vehicles along the border to block any migrant influx out of Italy. Austrian Defence Minister Hans Peter Doskozil told Kronen Zeitung daily that troops could go to the Brenner Pass and that four Pandur armoured personnel carriers had been sent to the Tyrol region with 750 troops were on standby.
“We need to prepare for the migration development in Italy, and I expect very promptly that border controls will have to be activated and assistance requested,” Hans Peter Doskozil told the online edition of the Krone daily, adding that a military deployment at the busy Alpine pass would be “indispensable if the influx into Italy [across the Mediterranean] does not diminish”. While Austria has border checks with Hungary and Slovenia, elsewhere – such as on the border with Italy – it adheres to the EU open borders system.
Doskozil explained that “these are not battle tanks. These are armored vehicles without weapons which could block roads. These were already used during the refugee crisis 201/16 at the Spielfeld border crossing [with Slovenia],” just in case Italy got the impression that its northern neighbor was preparing to invade.

The border controls will include the Alpine Brenner pass, which forms the border between Austria and Italy, one of the main mountain passes in the eastern Alps. There isn’t a strict time plan for the step-up in border security, but, according to Doskozil’s spokesman, “we see how the situation in Italy is becoming more acute and we have to be prepared to avoid a situation comparable to summer 2015” according to Reuters.
Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz said that Vienna is prepared to “protect” the frontier with Italy “if necessary,” as he spoke with the Austria Press Agency. Later Italy’s foreign ministry said it had summoned Austrian Ambassador Rene Pollitzer “following the Austrian government’s statement about deploying troops to the Brenner (pass)”.
The latest turmoil inside Europe’s customs union comes two years after Germany admitted over a million mostly Syrian migrants, as part of Angela Merkel’s “Open Door” (since shut) welcome, and just days after Italy’s interior minister demanded other EU nations “step up” and relieve Italy of the sudden flood of inbound migrants.
The Italian governor of South Tyrol, Arno Kompatscher, sought to defuse tensions. According to BBC, he said Austria had issued similar warnings about the border previously, and the situation there remained “quiet and stable”. Austria was gearing up for a general election in October, Mr Kompatscher noted. The anti-immigration Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) is expected to poll strongly.
People-smuggling gangs have been exploiting the violence and chaos in Libya. The shortest crossing from Libya to Italy is only about 460km (290 miles). Nearly 85,000 migrants and refugees arrived in Italy in the first half of this year, across the Mediterranean. The UN refugee agency UNHCR says that is about 20% more than in the first half of 2016.
To be sure, the UN joined Italy’s appeal, with Vincent Cochetel, the UNHCR’S special envoy for the central Mediterranean, saying that “this is not sustainable. We need to have other countries joining Italy and sharing that responsibility.” So far, nobody in the European “Union” has stepped up to “share the responsibility” of Europe’s generous refugee acceptance program.
The latest report by the UNHCR, revealed another troubling statistics: few of the migrants coming to Europe will granted asylum: 30% of them are fleeing conflict or persecution, while 70% of those arriving in Italy are economic migrants. Most migrants and refugees are young, single men with little or no education, and almost 15% are unaccompanied minors.
Meanwhile, Italy has also warned that the current scale of migrant arrivals is unsustainable and that it could even close its ports and impound aid agencies’ rescue ships. In other words, yet another refugee crisis in Europe is imminent.
It will be the second time this has happened in two years. In 2015, the EU’s Schengen system, or the free movement across most European borders,  was overwhelmed by an influx of migrants and refugees, whoe reached Central Europe via the Balkans, and most sought asylum in Germany. Since then, tighter border controls in the Balkans have reduced the numbers heading north from Greece. Most of the influx to Austria was via Hungary. Many of those who came by train or on foot were refugees from Syria, Iraq and other conflict zones.
So far 101,000 migrants have entered Europe in 2017 via the Mediterranean and according to the latest figures, 2,247 people have died or are missing at sea.
